Amazing food in Lisbon is everywhere (have you noticed how every restaurant review score is over 4?!), so terrible service stands out badly. That’s what we had here. The staff didn’t care, I had to ask five times for the bread so I could start my meal, my wife finished her meal before I could start mine and the salad dish to go with the meat dishes hadn’t arrived after an hour. So many amazing places within 100m of this place, go to them instead of this chain.

Overpriced, and terrible service. House wine is not drinkable. Get a recommendation from a local and go to a proper Portuguese cuisine restaurant. Food will be better and cheaper.

le plateau de fromages local est une arnaque. Composé d une briquette de chèvre moins gouteuse que celles des supermarché et d un espece de parmesan rance.
le vin rouge était un tord boyaux.
Une heure d attente pour en plus une commande incomplète.

Sehr geschmackvoll gestaltetes Restaurant. Wir mussten etwa 25 Minuten warten bis wir eine Karte bekamen, dann weitere 15 Minuten bis wir bestellen konnten. Danach durften wir weitere 30 Minuten auf die Getränke warten und noch mal... warten bis das Essen kam. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, aber auch sehr konfus. Geschmacklich war es ok, aber es hätte gerne etwas würziger sein können (sicherlich Ansichtssache).

The tapas was so delicious and tasty. But the service was so bad. We had to wait long long time to just get our drink. There were long gap between tapas plates. Either you get full because of this delay or you die of hunger. I think they did perfect job for the quality of the food, but they don't know how to serve the tapas. Very disappointing service for such a good quality of food.

Super lovely atmosphere, in a quaint place near Se Cathedral. Nice selection of food, more suitable if want to spend a “special” night out than if you want to eat and go. Not expensive if considered the whole service, but not cheap if you travel on a budget.

Service was slow, we waited 45 minutes for our food. Then, one of the things we ordered was forgotten. We asked about it, and staff said they would check. We waited another half an hour before someone got back to us. We tried to cancel, but couldn't. We ended up waiting an hour and a half for our food, in total. Which wasn't even that great. We felt bad, really, as they seemed really under staffed. Personal peeve, the tables were too small, we had to put some of our meals on the chair next to us.

Really? Off the charts for service on a very busy night in November. And Alexandra and Vanai-did I say? Well done indeed. Presentation perfect. Food, which is why we came, was absolutely amazing, well balanced, rich in the right moments. Good wine recommendations with our tapas. Can’t say enough. It was an Anthony Bourdain night all round.

Situé dans un endroit hyper touristique mais les tapas sont de qualité, comme le chorizo traditionnel servi flambé. Sur un assortiment de différents tapas tous étaient bons. Les portions sont suffisantes mais les tarifs quand même un peu élevés.

Fuimos a tomar algo. Tardaron una barbaridad en pedirnos, y aún más en traernos las bebidas. Casi me duermo de aburrimiento. Al final decidimos irnos. El sitio es relativamente bonito, pero la terraza no es gran cosa. Música tecno, dentro, demasiado marchosa.

We fell in love with tapas in Portugal. This restaurant nailed it for us. We went to another location (trindada) but we were more find of this location. The meatballs were hands down the best dish. Would definitely recommend.

Etwas abseits vom Touristenrummel ist diese kleine Tapas Bar zu finden. Eine Tischreservierung kann ich nur empfehlen. Die verschiedenen Tapas ( Rippchen, Schinken, Schrimps ) sind einfach nur köstlich. Dazu gibt es passende portugiesische Weine. In jedem Fall eine Empfehlung wert.

The food is tasty, however it's a bit pricey - I got an impression that even pricier than in other tourist restaurants of this kind. The service could be better, but that's only because of the fact that there was only one waiter to serve the whole bunch of people at the same time.

Un posto molto semplice ma il cibo, era stupendo, dalle polpette di baccalà, alla pentolina col baccalà mantecato e le bucce di patata fritte con la maionese all'aglio buonissime, ambiente semplice e tranquillo lo consiglio, non molto lontano da Piazza, del Commercio e vicino ad una cattedrale famosa (ma non ricordo il nome)

Comimos aquí el primer día que estuvimos en Lisboa porque estábamos cerca de la catedral y nos gustó la carta, porque buscábamos que tuviera platos locales.
Pedimos morcilla, 'empanadillas' y francesinha y la verdad es que comimos muy bien. De postre pedimos un pastel de Belem y un crème brulé y nos gustó todo mucho.
Pagamos 37,50€ entre dos personas, así que estuvo muy bien.

Nos paramos a tomar unos vinitos Oporto sin mirar los precios y demás ( fallo nuestro) un atraco a mano armada. Carísimo y turístico. Nada recomendable

Le local est très beau. La nourriture n’est vraiment pas extraordinaire . Une version américaine de la nourriture locale et à prix élevé . Si vous n’êtes pas difficile vous allez surement apprécier, mais selon moi il y des restaurants moins touristiques qui valent de ne pas s’arrêter là.

Great atmosphere and delicious tapas with a good assortment even for vegetarian guests. It was a little crowded when we visited the place so we had to wait a little when we want to order again but the staff was very kind :)

Tapas style (although bigger portions than other places). Staff is friendly yet harried so service is slow even by European standards. Nice vibe. Food was mixed for us, we liked 2 of 3 that we tried.

Un seul mot à dire: Excellent !
Moi et mon conjoint y sommes aller un peu par hasard et ce fût une bonne surprise. La sangria est vraiment inhibé de différents fruits. Et les Tapas ne sont pas trop gras ou trop salé comme dans beaucoup de restaurants Portugais. Pour ne rien gâcher tout est servi dans la bonne humeur.
Je recommande.

utterly terrible service. made to wait for 30 minutes to even order drinks, and were subsequently not given everything we ordered - our bruschetta came as a “dessert” after our main meal. To top it off, we were charged for cod fish cakes that we did not order nor receive! the waitress insisted we ate them despite there being physical proof (our order slip) that they were never ordered! not even an apology afterwards. there are plently of incredible restuarants in lisbon and i reccommend you go to every single one of them before this awful place.

La qualité des produits n'est pas à la hauteur de la véritable cuisine portugaise. Cet endroit est sans doute correct pour les touristes peu exigeants ou ne connaissant pas la cuisine portugaise. Le pain au maïs n'était pas cuit correctement et le pain blanc semblait rassis. Le dessert, un brownie au chocolat, semblait industriel. L'assiette de fromage bien trop cher pour les fromages proposés dont un était bien trop fort (soit, question de goût, disons). Heureusement la sangria était plutôt bonne et la bifana était excellente. Par ailleurs le service a été long mais le serveur nous avait prévenu. Ce serveur nous a parlé exclusivement en anglais alors que nous lui parlions en portugais... En bref, je ne recommande pas cet endroit pour une véritable decouverte des saveurs portugaises.

Trovato per caso direi che é un buon ristorante dove mangiare tapas e similari. Il rapporto qualità prezzo mi sembra adeguato. Un po' lento il servizio ma nel complesso buono.

In allererster Linie muss man erstmal sagen : Top!Sowohl das Essen als auch der Service.
Wir hatten an diesem Abend das Vergnügen von Shan bedient zu werden und es war wirklich super. Ganz Ganz großes Lob.
Die Portionen sind wirklich üppig und das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt definitiv.
Ich kann den Laden nur Empfehlen. Man sollte ggf. Reservieren, da es gegen Abend doch voll wird.

Good place, many of the dishes was very tasty. Some not so tasty. Poor quality of the meat I guess. They ran out of beer glass but it was easily solved when we suggested they use sangria pitchers!
