Met some great people there while I worked there for a few shows, but management is unprofessional when it comes to their staff, to this day they still owe me money, even though with some regularity I send them a message reminding them that they missed those payments. Had the feedback of former peers that they spend half a year to receive payment of a service they did, a company should never take months to issue payments, but they don't see no problem in calling you to other jobs, while their debt to their employees stacks up under the promise that they "will pay soon". As a costumer you don't have such insight, and they actually the people who work in this area always aims for the best service possible, but next time you see a music concert, or festival, if the crew is managed by RoadiesDC, then it is high the probability that those fine folk working there are getting way less they're really worth, if they are even paid at all.

Deixei cair o meu Sanitare Vácuo vertical porque precisava de ajuda, o ajuste de altura deixou de funcionar e precisava também de uma correia, uma lâmpada e um saco. Eu o recuperei e o ajuste de altura ainda não funciona. Outro caso recente foi sobre uma lâmpada que precisava de reparo (novo cabo, acho eu) e quando fui buscá-la a garota na mesa notou que o retentor do cabo na base da lâmpada não estava totalmente na posição de volta, então ela pegou uma tesoura e foi a primeira a tentar bater a coisa de volta na posição.....I disse a ela para esquecer. Este lugar foi abaixo em grande estilo e acho que estou procurando por ajuda em outro lugar. Estas tarefas são tão simples, mas como não tenho mais mãos, tenho que depender deste tipo de negócio. Yucch!

A loja estava muito limpa e bem organizada. Eu tinha algumas perguntas sobre um produto e recebi um ótimo atendimento ao cliente Quando uma funcionária não sabia a resposta à minha pergunta ela pagou a outra funcionária que rapidamente veio para ajudar. Isso mostrou um excelente trabalho de equipe. A única desvantagem foi que o estoque era baixo em algumas áreas devido à Covid. Então isso poupou-me um monte de dinheiro no final.
