The host is helpful. It's a cozy place within really nice neighborhood. If you plan to travel to different areas in Lisbon, Largo do Rato is the best in terms of location. You can easily walk to popular districts like Principe Real or Chiado in less than an hour. It's also close to the supermarket and many good restaurants. Only problem is the smell in the bathroom.

Le signal wifi est de très bonne qualité.. Négatif: L'absence de parking si vous arrivez en voiture. Possibilité de parking payant à une centaine de métres.

Positif: L'appartement de Claude est parfait pour un séjour à Lisbonne si vous souhaitez un lieu de résidence un peu éloigné de l'agitation . Notre hôte a été aux petits soins avant, et pendant le séjour. L’appartement est très confortable, pratique, et décoré sobrement mais avec gout. Nous vous recommandons cet appartement. Négatif: Rien

Positive: Easy check-in, easy communication with the host. Extremy friendly service, also gave us some good information about good and close restaurants. Kitchen was fully equipped also including the little things like salt, oil, vinegar and so on plus a coffee machine with coffee. Apartment was close to the metro station which was very comfortable.

Positive: the host is most welcoming and friendly - always available online to answer any questions. Picking up the keys was very simple - Claude met me at the building upon my arrival (Lisbon airport has free wifi so it's possible to use whatsapp or other means of communication to arrange the time of meeting). The apartment has a great location - in a quiet area, yet close to the city centre (you can walk - about 20-30 minutes, depending on the place you want to get to, or take public transport - the metro station is very close and there are also various buses). There is a very good supermarket (Pingo Doce) in the vicinity. The apartment itself is quite cozy - suitable for 1-2 people and is spotlessly clean and very well furnished and equipped - literally has anything you might need (TV with sat channels, iron/ironing board, coffee maker, washing machine, good range of pots and pans and various cooking utensils, etc). The linen and towels are very fresh and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Overall, a very good choice. Most importantly, there is an AC, which can be used for heating in winter months (without heating it can get a bit chilly and damp).. Negative: it is on the third floor without an elevator, as has already been mentioned by other travellers. Not a problem for me, but if you have a lot of luggage or are travelling with babies, might be problematic. also, couldn't find place mats or coasters for the nice wooden table in the living room. I'm sure I could have asked Claude about them, but just didn't get round to it since it was a minor issue. besides, a dishwasher would have been nice. But if you are staying for a long period of time washing machine might prove more useful. what was a bit more problematic was water leakage (apparently from the ceiling or somewhere around) in the bathroom because of extremely rainy weather. I'm not sure something can be done about it since obviously it's because the building is not new and the apartment is on the top floor.

Positiv: Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hat perfekt gelegen. Die Haltestelle war gerade mal 2 Minuten entfernt.

Positiva: La ubicación, todo el mobiliario esta nuevo, amabilidad del propietario, confort, mucha limpieza en general un lugar muy agradable y confortable. Totalmente recomendable.

Positiv: - äußerst freundlicher Gastgeber - wunderschönes und sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment, das sauber und gepflegt sowie super ausgestattet ist - bequemes Bett, bequeme Schlafcouch - kleines Bad, das aber genügend Stauraum bietet - 2 sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen - zentrale Lage, 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bus- und U-Bahnstation "Rato", man kommt von dort aus fast überall direkt und unkompliziert hin - sonntags kann man auf der Straße umsonst parken, ansonsten befindet sich ein Parkplatz in der Nähe, auf dem man für 11 Euro pro Tag parken kann - nette Restaurants, der Supermarkt "Pingo Doce", ein Geldautomat sowie die Post sind auch nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Negativ: - nichts

好意的: キッチンや洗濯機なども付いていて、大変便利だった。部屋は広くとても快適だった。また、インテリアもオシャレでセンスが良かった。オーナーのClaudeさんが滞在中は色々フォローしてくれて、とても親切だった。リスボンを訪問予定の日本人の方にもおすすめします。 It was a very convenient apartment equipped with a kitchen and laundry machine. The room was clean and confortable to stay. And interiors were so cool and impressive. Mr. Claude was so kind to us and helped us during stay. I definitely recommend Japanese tourists to stay here when visiting Lisboa.. 否定的: エレベーターがないので、大きな荷物を持って階段を上り下りしないといけなかった。 There's no elevators, so we had to go up and down with big baggage. But Claude helped us.

Положительный: Отличное расположение! Прекрасные стильные чистые апартаменты, кухня укомплектована полностью. Тихий район. Рядом много ресторанов!. Негативный: Апартаменты на третьем этаже. Лифта нет. Проблематично рядом найти парковочное место. Ближайшая частная парковка (11 евро в сутки) расположена в 300 метрах под гору)

Positive: L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla e a 50 metri dalla metropolitana, non è adatto a persone anziane e a chi ha bambini piccoli in quanto è al terzo piano senza ascensore. L'appartamento è ben curato, dotato di tutti i confort, carino, il materasso è super confortevole. E' presente un venditore ambulante di frutta vicino all'entrata del metrò ( ottime le arance e l'ananas )e un negozio di alimentari in una via parallela rispetto all'appartamento .Grazie alla disponibilità di Claude!. Negazione: nulla

Positiv: Claude ist ein sehr netter, unkomplizierter Vermieter. Die Wohnung und vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zentral gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Bairro Alto entfernt. U-Bahn nur wenige Meter entfernt. Einfach super. Obrigado Claude.

Olumlu: Burası bir otel veya rezidans değil, apartman dairesi. Ama çok rahat, temiz ve kullanışlı. Ev merkeze biraz uzak ama metroya çok çok yakın. Ev sahibi Claude rahatımız için herşeyi düşünmüş. Bir de asansör olsaydı 10 puanı hak ederdi.. Olumsuz: Ev üçüncü katta, merdivenler dik ve asansör yok. Çocuklu aileler için ev çok rahat ama ah bir de apartmanda asansör olaydı.

Positive: Appartamento in zona strategica, appena fuori la metro di Rato, a due passi dal famoso Bairro Alto e da piazza Marchese di Pombal. L'appartamento è accogliente e pulito e il ragazzo che lo affitta è molto disponibile nel fornire qualsiasi indicazione di cui avrete bisogno. Nello stesso appartamento ci sono indicazioni sui posti da non perdere! In definitiva ci siamo trovati benissimo! Consigliato assolutamente!
