Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt schon mal. Positiv: - sehr gute Lage mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants, nahe Metro und Bushaltestelle. - - zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt und in 30 Minuten Bahn am Flughafen. - sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Englisch--und spanischsprechendes Personal. - saubere Bettwäsche und kostenlose Handtücher. - großes und bequemes Bett im Doppelzimmer (Spiegel ebenfalls vorhanden). - 4 Badezimmer und Toiletten reichen eigentlich für eine Etage aus. Die Einrichtungen sind sauber. - die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und steht jedem zur Verfügung. Negativ: - das Hotel ist sehr unscheinbar und von außen wenig ansprechend. - es gibt keinen Aufzug. - unser gebuchtes Zimmer mit Balkon hatte weder einen Balkon, noch generell eine Aussicht, denn das Fenster zeigte auf eine 2 m entfernte kaputte Wand. Es war immer dunkel und man hörte alle Geräusche aus der Toilette, die hinter der Wand lag. - Die Tür hatte einen großen Spalt und Fenster Dadurch war es vom Flur aus immer hell und laut - Es gibt keine Minibar, keinen Safe und keinen Schrank. - Die Zimmer wurden in 4 Tagen nur einmal gewischt, Müll wurde nicht entsorgt.

Generalmente no califico cuando la experiencia fue mala, pero no recomiendo el lugar porque me parece inseguro... Sin embargo debo rescatar q la atención es muy buena y es limpio, pero buscando mejor seguro encontrarás un mejor lugar en Lisboa

The staff was very kind and helpful. The bathrooms were shared, but individual (as in, there are multiple bathrooms with one sink, toilet, and shower, so you have more privacy than in one big room with a bunch of showers). The building itself was not in the best conditions, and the walls were very thin, which made it a bit noisy. But the place is kept clean and is in a great location.

We booked the room S.Miguel (private room). And we can absolutely not reccomened it. There was just a window to the "yard", therefore the room was really dark. Also if we opened the window the smell of the Indian restaurant downstairs filled the room. We weren't able to air the room. But tried it out for one night. Unfortunately the walls were paperthin and the door doesn't close properly. The lighting of the floor shone through the door and it was so bright in the room, that we couldn't fall asleep. In addition there were people walking around, arguing and phoning until 2 a.m. Do in the next morning we decided to talk to the staff about it. We couldn't sleep the whole night and wanted to check out earlier. She was very friendly, helpful and immediately called her boss. He refused to talk to us in person. She had to call him several times before he even accepted to refund some of our money that we already payed in advance for the whole week. He argued that "no one ever complained about similar problems before". On their Homepage they say it is possible to cancel a reservation within a period of the 24 hours. We accepted to pay the additional day, but he refused again and so we ended up paying 84€ for one night. Altogether it was a really unpleasant experience.

WC precisa ser reparado corretamente. caso contrário, qualquer acidente pode ocorrer. vazamento de água pode causar meia de eletricidade. Assim, apesar das boas coisas, a precaução deve ser tomada pelo dono da pousada. obrigado

This is a very cheap and not that cheap hostel localed just 15 min away from Lisbon city centre. Great for travellers that want to save money but not for business or just get relax because the noise can be heard anywhere in the hostel floor. The walls are too thin and made with bad materials so you cannot sleep properly if you want to. Breakfast is ok but there is not a simple kettle, so you will have to boil water for the souluble coffee in a deep pan. The breakfast is left in a box with you name: container with cereals, portion pack of milk, sugar and souluble coffee with 2 slices of bread. It is ok, you dont need more but at least leave a toaster in the kitchen so you can make a proper toast. It has an elevator for your luggage only. Not good place for disable people, stairs from the moment you get into the buildibg I would think twice before I come back here if wanted to get relax or stay again in the city

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le réceptionniste Joao.Il est très agréable ,c'est une personne authentique qui nous a facilité le contact avec Lisbonne. Dans l'ensemble le personnel est correct ,l'auberge est très bien située,ma mère et moi nous nous sommes senties en sécurité.

Muchas escaleras pero muy lindo el Hostel las personas que trabajan allí son muy amables y en la escina hay una parada de subte.

Auberge bien situé et tranquille. Très sympa a l'hygiène correct pour une auberge . L'accueil est pleine de bon conseil et de bon renseignement mais parle anglais avec un fort accent et sans s'appliquer pour faciliter la compréhension. Je recommande tout de même car très proche du métro.

Ostello confortevole anche se non grandissimo. Le camere sono attrezzate con condizionatori, cosa molto piacevole in questo periodo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile che parla inglese.

Good hostel ! Pretty new, really (like REALLY) clean, calm, super service and reception with kind employees. The kitchen is well equiped, and there is a supermarket really close. Would recommend it for sure, but maybe not if your main goal is to meet other guests and party or if you’re looking for a typical and charming hostel!

Este lugar es como una película de terror. Primero: publican en internet un precio y luego te cobran otro. Segundo: No te incluyen el desayuno el cual sale publicado en su página. Tercero: Los baños no tienen Jabón líquido para Ducharte. Cuarto: El refrigerador Huele como si se hubiera muerto un animal. Quinto: No te Cambian las sabanas. Sexto: No te dan una toalla, te la alquilan en 1,5 Euros. En definitiva, si quieres ser estafado y vivir una experiencia traumática ve a ese hostal...

Super friendly hostel! The receptionist was so nice! The location as well is idealistic. Only problem wad that the hostel entrance is not that obvious when you walk down the street! So pay attention to the numbers!

It's close to the centre so you can walk. The price is fine and the stuff is very friendly. The place gets cleaned once a day. They have problems with humidity in the bathroom which gives the clients a feeling of a very dirty place. You share your sleeping room with strangers and have to pay for towels. It was ok but I wouldn't repeat.

Schwer zu finden, Badezimmer dreckig, würde ich nicht empfehlen, da gibt es viel besser Hostels in Lissabon.

Ставлю единицу за такую ситуацию. Встретили нас хорошо, все объяснили, показали, но сказали , что заехать можно позже. Ну это обычное дело. Пока ждали, мой друг в магазине внизу купил себе кофту, положил все это в бумажный пакет. Поели, вернулись в хостел, мой друг повесил бумажный пакет на ручки возле ресепшена, затем забрали рюкзаки из общей зоны и пошли к себе в комнату. Там провели какое-то время, и мой друг заметил, что оставил свой пакет, в котором ещё и лежал бумажник. Начал искать, не мог найти, спросили на ресепшене, там парень говорит не видел. Я вспомнил, что он там его повесил и сказал, об этом другу , мы увидели что там висят камеры, мы стали просить стафф посмотреть камеру. Он сказал, что может это сделать только с боссом и сейчас ему позвонит. Затем он куда-то то спустился по лестнице и пришел оттуда с пакетом и кофтой. Там лежали все вещи, но оттуда вытащили 100 евро. Хорошо хоть все доки на месте. Но после этого Raul (стафф) стал говорить что босс занят и мы не сможем посмотреть камеры. И сказал, чтобы ничем не может помочь, а мы можем обратиться в полицию. Исходя из этого сделали вывод, что скорее всего украли деньги на ресепшене, либо Raul, либо уборщица, она там тоже ходила. Странным показался отказ нам помогать, заявление мы написали в полицию. Но на следующий день мы улетали в Брюссель, так что пока не знаем чем там все закончилось. Этот случай смазал все впечатление от красивой Португалии и Лиссабона.

Cheap, quiet and good location but not the best atmosphere, kitchen was messy and toilets were not the cleanest, a lot of long term guests so not your typical travelers place, friendly staff tho.

Clean and comfortable beds and showers, but no proper communal space. The building is dirty, smelly and full of cockroaches.

5인 혼성실이었는데 조금 좁았지만 그다지 불편하지는 않았고 직원들이 매우 친절하고 5층에 위치하고 엘레베이터가 없었지만 짐도 손수 들어주었습니다. 저렴한 가격에 이용하시기 추천합니다.

Too hot. Aircondition was there, but they put it on to impress the people. At night when you need it, they turn it off. No more comment.

Comfortable to sleep only. Not fancy at all. Its on a 5th floor with NO elevator. However, the people were nice and helpful.

Atendimento bom e agradável, o senão foi que o quarto não tinha muito espaço para malas de 4 mulheres mas la se resolveu a questão,e o maior problema foi que todos os dias cheirávamos um cheiro estranho e esquisito talvez do restaurante chinês ao lado, não podíamos deixar as janelas abertas para arejar o quarto senão o cheiro entranhava se na roupa da cama e na nossa e ficava horas com aquele cheiro após fechar a janela, como tínhamos que subir 4 lances de escadas enormes sempre a cheirar esse cheiro, pois o hostel ficava no quarto andar sem elevador, aconselhava a fazerem algo para corrigir o cheiro apesar de não terem responsabilidade e culpa sobre isso.

Les chambres et les lits sont confortables, après l accueil si vous êtes français sera froid quand votre hôtesse a les cheveux violets avec des commentaires dans votre dos. Bon sinon il y a tout ce qu'il faut au niveau du coin repas. Manque de fonctionnalité pour les salles de bain, parfois pas de papier, pas de quoi poser ses affaires.... 4ème étage un peu dur et quartier un peu chaud....
