Dark & dingy room with tiny window, old mattress and small pillows. Only had chance to eat breakfast once as it was too late at 9am to 10.30pm. Hard to find and difficult to walk to a Metro Station (best to use a taxi). If you're staying there contact to check someone is in to let you in and ask for shower heater to be switched on. Breakfast OK and very clean, although beds not made on a 3-day stay!

Good rooms, nice host, breakfast is available at extra cost and is good. The place is right next to one of the best viewpoints in Lisbon. The place is very near Martin moniz so be a little careful at night

Lovely staff and cool decor, but the room was extremely noisy all through the night. Sounds from the road (cars and people) and from inside the house (cutlery and cooking/banging from the kitchen). Windows can't really be opened during the day because of the smell of pollution from cars going past outside. Apart from that, great location and snazzy interior, very laid back atmosphere.

Esse hostel é muito bom. Aconchegante e limpo.

This place is in Gracia/Alfama. It's a quiet neighborhood. Good food next door. Bar up the street that charges 6e a beer, so I walked out. Go to the restaurant just next door, friendly, and good traditional food.

The worst hostel experience I have ever had in my life. in the rain of Lisbon the hostel was located far from the transportation stop, I was lost in alfama's winding roads and dead ends, I finally found a way to the hostel and enter the hostel, receptionist said last check in time was 10 on and it was 10:35 and if want to still sleep there I had to pay 10 more euros. how greedy the owner was. I don't even know if it is legal to do so. but I was mad and get out of the hostel but cancel is not allowed in agoda so I still had to pay the whole amount of money. The owner of this hostel is greedy inflexible devil, and don't ever consider to stay in this hostel if you read this. there was no near hostel from it and it was so late so I had to sleep outside like homeless person!! I feel I still feel mad about the hostel's treatment to me and hopefully someday owner of the hostel is condemned solely.

The location is near the downtown but our room was very loud, toilet is leaking and the breakfast is very poor for vegetarians. Staff is good.

The place is great, but the cleaning was very bad. We had to buy a blanket because the one they give to us were very stinky (like human stinky, sweat! Very disgusting). And they don't speak Portuguese, for me it's ok because I can talk a little, but I think that a hostel has to speak the language of the country they are in. They don't have a parking lot!

This place has one of a kind well room with shisha, and a living & dining room you could end up spending way too much time at, so be warned ;D

Only a few meters from one of the best view points over Lisbon. There are many shops, supermarkets, coffe shops, bars and typical restaurants around. The staff are really friendly and help to make sure you get the most out of lisbon. Computer with internet, wifi, breakfast and tablefootball are free :) Great atmosphere, make us feel like home. Thank you for everything.
