We stumbled across this side street restaurant and had a wonderful lunch time. Very friendly staff who welcomed us and offered a good selection of craft beers. The cheese that was part of the starter was one of the best we have had, very creamy with the right edge of bite. The veggie goats cheese salad was obviously put together by a chef that loves food and is not afraid to experiment. The combination of goats cheese wrapped in filo pastry, a bed of rocket and a dose of fruit was unexpected perfection. Would recommend a visit.

Pedimos 4 croquetas y un litro de sangria. Total 12'50€, aunque las croquetas tenían mostaza por encima (imagino que para darles más sabor) y la sangría era simplemente zumo, nada de alcohol y con mucho azúcar.

Muy buena selección de cerveza portuguesa, y la comida rica y bien presentada. Los precios eran algo elevados para la cantidad que se servía. Los camareros muy amables y un sitio muy acogedor

Eten kwam volgens mij van het restaurant naast de bar. Miste enorm veel kruiding (het was gewoonweg smaakloos) en was taai. We hadden op voorhand de reviews niet gecheckt, maar hadden dit beter wel gedaan.

Muy buen trabajo restaurante con raciones abundantes, buen servicio y comida muy rica a muy buen precio. Es cierto que tardan en servir, pero dentro de la zona del barrio alto es de los mejores sitios.

The prices are cheap, the waitress was very friendly but had a hard time understanding English. The hamburger took 30 minutes to arrive and it wasn't too warm. Fries were edible but I've eaten better. So like the other reviews said :great for drinks, food is so-so.

I got burn with the folk, it's unacceptable!!! The main course before the starter. The waiter was unhelpful and rude. Everything was wrong.

Tardaron exactamente 34' en traer lo pedido... Un bacalao a la brasa que es sin la más mínima duda el peor Bacalao que jamás he probado. Y digo probado porque solo se pudo probar, no nos comimos la racion. Entero se quedó el plato. Vómitivo, pasado y seco.
Un "Pica-Pau" que necesitas litro y medio de agua para poder comerlo del Kg de sal que tiene, probablemente debido al saber fuerte de la carne...
Horrible de verdad. Si Google tuviera 0 estrellas se llevaba 0.

Muy lentos con el servicio, hemos estado esperando media hora a que nos sirvieran la comida. El bacalao con nata estaba correcto, pero las hamburguesa con queso muy triste y decepcionante.

Pongo una estrella porque al menos la sangría estaba buena. Tardan más de media hora en traer los platos. El bacalao a bras parece suela de zapato, por 9,50€... Pica pau, un plato de tamaño de aperitivo por 8€. Conclusión: MAL. No recomiendo ni acercarse.

Muy mal el servicio de cocina, estuvimos más de una hora para que nos trajeran unas hamburguesas y además se equivocaron. Las tapas muy pobres, muy poca cantidad.

Horrible canteen food that we waited 30min for. Also they gave us starters that we had to pay for. We asked twice if they are for free and the waitress said yes. I just don't understand why they have to trick people in this very sneaky way... The worst food we have had in Lisbon!!!!!!!!

Very poor cooking skills. If you care about what you eat, do NOT go there. No spice, my cod was barely cooked. Waited food for 30 minutes minimum. Waitress tried to give us olives and bread as if for free, good we asked her colleague who said it's not for free after we asked her TWICE if it's for free and she said it is (lack of English or on purpose?). The two waiters were nice though, one was caring (thank you!). Good beer though! This place should seriously invest in a good kitchen, as the ambiance kinda hipsterish has a kinda cool flavour. We saw lots of people leaving after the olive&bread trick, so PLEASE don't do it, it looks cheap and we see it. We are tourists but we are not stupid, or walking wallets :) Good location of the bar however! And i would give four stars to our waiter.

Kind personnel but not good service, had to wait for our food for almost an hour, some people got the wrong orders and they messed up with the bill. The TV by our table didn’t work. The sun was shining though☀️

One of our best meals in Lisbon. The pictures don't look like the place we visited. There were 2 places that seemed to be connected but we ate inside and it seemed much fancier than we had originally thought it would be. The walls were painted teal. There was not a wine list but a guy who had to discuss wine with us. We had a great charcuterie platter and tried a Portuguese pinot noir. Will definitely return!

Nettes Restaurant aber leider ein bisschen überteuert für die Menge des Essens. Nettes Personal. Tapas Platte 15Euro ohne Brot. Burger empfehlenswerter und günstiger. Aber leider nur 2**Sterne. Gibt bessere Restaurants in der Gegend

Our best meal in Lisbon so far. I recommend visiting the place to anybody who’d like to try the local foods made from the freshest ingredients. Fantastic food with great service.

Parfait pour manger lorsque tous les restos étoilés Google sont complets. On a eu peur envoyant les avis précédents après s’être installés, finalement bon burger simple mais bon et un service à l’écoute !

Non ci siamo trovati molto bene, do due solo per il servizio, il cameriere è stato molto gentile. Però abbiamo aspettato 20 minuti per il bere e più di 1 ora per due hamburger di cui uno era anche sbagliato. Nel frattempo i camerieri continuavano a sbagliare le comande. Più di 6 persone sono andate via lamentandosi dei tempi lunghi.

스테이크랑 샹그리아 먹었는데 맛있게 먹었다. 특히 샹그리아가 쓰지도 않고 탄산도 많고 달아서 먹은 샹그리아 중 가장 맛있었는데 술을 잘 먹는 사람은 음료수같다고 할 맛이였다

It looks like a nice bar, but it's not the best restaurant. I ordered a cheese burger. Food came relatively fast. Overall the hamburger was pretty sad. Cold gummy bun, few peices of salad and the chefs forgot to put caramelised onions in our burgers. They added them in upon asking though and apologized by an extra portion of fries.

A nice place to go for a drink, but the last place in Lisbon to go for food. It is an bland assault on your taste buds of the worst kind.This place would be at the top of Gordon Ramsay's kitchen nightmares. I pity the staff who must suffer daily (justified) complaints about the "food".

Lo único bueno que tiene este bar es la ubicación. Los camareros no se preocupan por nada, tienes que pedirles todo. El menú no es original y la cerveza tirada no estaba buena. Te ofrecen pan y olivas de entrada sin avisarte que te lo cobrarán como extra. No lo recomiendo para nada

Nice atmosphere, bad food.
Ordered soup and a steak.
After about 20 minutes they both arrived together. S when I finished the soup, the steak was cold. The knife the gave was suitable to put butter on bread, not to cut a steak.
The strak was very basic, not good not bad, but cold and w/o proper knife to cut.
As I wrote in the header, the atmosphere is ok.
My advise : go elsewhere

Really nice and friendly staff, the food is very good and "mis au goût du jour". A big selection of wines. A hipster bar with a nice interior and a terrasse on the stairs outside. It serves food until 1am when all other places have stopped serving at 22:30. Only negative point was the choice of music, given that my taste for pop music is very limited.

eravamo appena arrivati a Lisbona, era già passata la mezzanotte, e stavamo cercando un locale dove mangiare qualcosa...tra bar, birrerie e locali in chiusura, abbiamo trovato questo ristorantino. dalla cucina ci danno il via libera per un piatto veloce, e la cameriera gentilmente ci porge il menù...andiamo a botta sicura: Bacalhau à Brás! piatto completo, stupendo, gustoso e abbondante. consigliatissimo. grazie.

Der Service ist nicht der schnellste, das Essen war nur lauwarm als es ankam und die Tapas sind ungerechtfertigt teuer. Geschmacklich ist der Laden ok, würde trotzdem nicht mehr hingehen.

Worst Food in Lisboa. The steak tasted like chewing gum and the tapas arrived cold. The house wine was flat, almost watery. The other wines are comparably expensive but okay. Definitely not recommendable .. There are too many other good places nearby to be eating or drinking at this place. The only plus is that you can sit outside on the stairs which is why we chose this place

Ignore ALL negative reviews about this place!
The food is really nice and fresh, as well being authentic and full of flavour. Unlike many other places we ate in Lisbon/Portugal.
The price is totally reasonable too.
Staff were also really friendly, and efficient.
They also didn't try and force us in to eat at their place, unlike most of the other restaurants in the area.

Completely screwed up our order of Jagerbombs and brought only the Jagermeister shots to the table. My octopus salad was minuscule for the price, and swimming in olive oil, but at least it was tasty. Ananosca was delicious (like a vodka pineapple smoothie).
Music was fun, 90's stuff had us singing along. Wi-fi password is on the menus. Patio seemed nice and had plenty of room but we were seated inside in a cramped corner.

We ordered a cocktail and one non alcohol beer for my pregnant wife. He bring two cocktail and told us that it the order is already in the computer system and we have to pay for them. ....

We sat down and waited about 30min but nobody came. Then I stopped the owner and asked for the menu but he started yelling at me that I have to relax. Refused to give me Wifi password as well. We waited another 45min for a drink. Half of the food was disgusting and we left it. They wanted to charge me one extra drink on the bill but I simply didn't pay it. I would never go there again

We were taken to a smaller and separated part of the bar (right next to the main bar) which was fine, but waited 40 minutes for a hamburger while lots of hamburgers were being served to other tables and to the tables of the main location of the restaurant (waiter told us twice it would come right away.. it never did). We paid our wine and cheese and left. What´s most upsetting: without an apology.
