Pozytywna: Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo korzystna - 300 m od przystanku metra gdzie spotykają się dwie linie. Bezpośrednie połączenie z lotniskiem (linia czerwona). Gospodyni bardzo miła i mimo bariery językowej (nie rozmawia po angielsku) łatwo się porozumieliśmy.. Negatywna: Brak uwag negatywnych..

Положительный: При выборе хостела, я остановилась именно на этом из-за хороших отзывов о хозяйке. Конечно немного сомневалась, так как она не говорит на английском, а я на португальском. Но это вообще не беда в мире современных гаджетов. Прекрасной души хозяка, чисто и уютно, как дома. Очень близко к метро. Буду рекомендовать своим друзьям.

Положительный: Очень чисто! Хозяйка говорит на португальском, но понять друг друга не составило труда. Очень приятная женщина. Просторная квартира с несколькими комнатами для гостей. Ella muy amable, pero el sitio no se encuentra en condiciones. Hay humedad, mala circulación de aire, muchísimo ruido, y las paredes prácticamente de cartón. Para agregar, nos dio una habitación fuera del “hostel” en el mismo piso. Por Lo cual para ir al baño o cocina, tenias que ingresar al hostel por otra puerta. Se encuentra lejos del centro de Lisboa.

Le seul endroit pour poser ses affaires pour prendre une douche sont les toilettes. DEGOUTANT ! - l'appartement est extrêmement BRUYANT. Depuis ma chambre j'ai même entendu quand les autres se brossaient les dents ! Impossible de dormir. - FROID en hiver car pas de chauffage. Il a plu pendant mon séjour en décembre et mes vêtements n ont pas séché pendant la nuit. J ai porté une écharpe la nuit pour ne pas tomber malade. - il y a un ascenseur MAIS il faut prendre 2 escaliers (min. 30 marches) pour accéder à l'appartement - aucun signe de l'établissement à l'extérieur de l'immeuble (seulement un panneau au 3e étage). La porte d'entrée de l'immeuble est toujours ouverte. - NE CROYEZ PAS AUX PHOTOS! Le canapé qu on voit est en fait placé dans le couloir d'entrée a côté de la porte. Donc inutile. Les chambres semblent lumineuses mais ce n est pas le cas. - la mini cuisine est en partie utilisée pour étendre le linge de l'établissement - j'ai lu dans des commentaires que l'accueil était super chaleureux. Ce n'était pas le cas chez moi. Après un bonjour et vérification de mon nom elle a demandé la taxe de tourisme et c'est tout. - le sèche cheveux est à l'image de l'établissement: un vieux sèche cheveux de voyage avec un avertissement qu il risque de s'éteindre brusquement..

Positif: Le côté pratique : près du métro Alameda pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Douche chaude. Pas de bruit ou de nuisances pendant notre nuit.. Négatif: Le côté très vétuste de l'appartement... pas si propre que ça (carrelages félés, joints noircis de moisissures, quelques "moutons" trainant dans la chambre...), ou alors on n'a pas les mêmes valeurs quant à la propreté ! L'immeuble est aussi vétuste, par exemple la porte d'entrée ne ferme pas, odeurs dans l'escalier... Les photos qui représentent l'établissement sont faites au grand angle, ce qui donne une idée fausse, du coup on est déçus quand on arrive (c'est contre productif !) Il y avait une connexion internet, très faible, juste suffisante pour voir ses emails, mais pas pour surfer. Je me suis fiée à la notre "très bien"... je dirais plutôt "très moyen"..

Positif: Ledi est adorable, Le logement super propre, confortable, c’était parfait! La salle de bains est commune mais il y a des toilettes séparées donc ça fonctionne bien..

Positif: A vrai dire pas grand chose, à part la gentillesse de la personne qui m'a reçu mais qui ne parlait que portugais.. Négatif: Le lit qui est à ressort et qui n'était vraiment pas confortable à dormir, je dirais même que j'ai très mal dormi. La chambre qui est petite et séparée de l'appartement principal dans lequel se trouvait la salle de bain et les wc. Les portes (de ma chambre et de l'appartement) que l'on doit à chaque fois fermer à clefs... à triple tours et c'est pas aisé d'y arriver. Le bruit des autres locataires dans les escaliers comme dans les chambres d'à côté. Le temps qu'il a fallu attendre le matin à 9h pour bénéficier de la salle de bain (combien de personnes pour une salle de bain ?) La wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas et qui a été rétablie juste avant que je parte (j'avais besoin de l'utiliser tôt dans la mâtinée). Le prix qui est réellement surfait pour ce qui est offert. A titre de comparaison, une semaine auparavant, j'ai passé la nuit dans une autre auberge de jeunesse, en payant 20€ la nuit et en étant bien mieux logé..

Positive: Ledi is lovely as all other revuewers have mentikned and despite not speaking english she was lovely and helpful. Negative: You could feel evry spring in the matress.. the walls were paper thin... i was given one towel for my 3 night stay and thr linen was not changed or rubish emptied during that time. My room was seperated from the dwelling and the door opened directly off the stairwell landing so i had to unlock my door the enter a public area and then unlock the main dwelling door. It was very noisy I counted 5 rooms so thats 200 euro per night if fully booked plus everyone is charged 2 euro per person per night for power which for a week is about 120 euro if fully booked.... so this property is a potential cash cow ... it had no tv no aircon or fan.. the room was pretty broken and a hole in the wall was filled with plastic bags. Light fightings and poeer plugs were hanhinh out of the wall. My thinking is that when the property is turning over potentially upto 1520 euro per week they could spend some money on it Its hard to find - tthere is no signage on the street ..its on the third level with narrow small steps to navigate up the stairwell...there is a very tiny elevator on the first floor. There is ond shower shared with all guests but two toilets Sounds terrible - but actually i enjoyed staying here to my suprise. And as much as i liked Ledi i believe i owe it to future travellers to let them know what they are getting. To give perspective ... for thd samd price in faro and porto i had 5 star accomodation ...but to be fair lisbon accomodation is very exprnsive Dont let this review deter you from staying here..i felt safd and as i said Ledi was lovely... but make sure your happy with the above or dig deeper into your pockets.

Positive: Good for metro from/to airport and in to city. But is easy to walk into latter. Good shower.. Negative: Not easy to confirm from street level that you are at place. On 3rd floor. My room was outside main apartment at top of stairs so noisy from people coming in and out. Plus room next to very noisy street with bin men at 2am! Also thin walls meant could hear neighbouring guests. Kick/keys to get in room and main are complicated. Also language difficulties but that was my problem!.

Negativ: Zimmer ohne Luft, Fenster zum abgeschlossenen Hof ohne Luftzufuhr. 2 Nächte bezahlt aber musste in 2 verschiedenen Zimmern schlafen in anderen Guesthouses. Sie erzählte eine abenteuerliche Geschichte warum ich kein Zimmer haben kann. Hatte im Juni gebucht... Ausserdem spricht sie nur portugiesisch und kommuniziert per Google translater... Bei Problemen echt nervig und zeitraubend. Sie war einfach überbucht und hat mich weggeschoben..

Negative: The owner dosen't speak english, she uses phone translator, but is very nice and tries to be helpful..

Positif: Ledi est très sympathique, souriante. Logement propre et entretenu. Porte de chacune des chambres fermée à clé. Logement situé à 200m du ligne de métro très fréquentée et proche de toute commodité.. Négatif: Le seul bémol, Ledi ne parle que le portugais ce qui a été compliqué pour communiquer. Dommage qu'elle ne sache s exprimer en anglais. Nous avons cependant compris chacune grave à 'GOOGLE TRANDUCTION'..

Positiva: Está situado cerca del metro y a pocas paradas del centro. Tiene dos baños, uno de ellos con ducha.. Negativa: El dormitorio daba a un patio interior que se oía todo hasta con la ventana cerrada..

Positive: Gentilezza e disponibilità di Ledi che mi ha anche lavato la roba tutte le volte che avevo bisogno. Negazione: Camere molto spartane e decisamente poco spaziose Assenza di finestra, se non una che da verso un piccolissimo cortile interno.

Positiva: Ubicación, el metro Alameda está cerca. Personal simpático. Negativa: Es la casa de una mujer. Habitación muy simple..

Negativo: Eu aluguei um quarto com cama de casal e com janela, ainda estive avisar que tinha problemas respiratórios e que não podia ficar em um quarto sem janela. e pronto, na minha chegada me deram um quarto com duas camas separadas que nem se quer cabe duas pessoas em pé lá dentro, quando um está em pé o outro tem que está sentado na cama, os dois juntos não da. E vem a melhor parte, o quarto tinha sim uma janela, no caso fictícia, pq a mesma dava para uma parede imensa do lado de fora que não tinha 20 centímetros de distância da janela o que no caso não passava um sinal de ar natural, a tal parede que dava pro lado de fora era a parede do elevador do prédio, o que fazia com que quando eu estava dormindo parecesse que o elevador ia cair na minha cabeça durante toda a noite. E ainda melhor junto do elevador tinha uma cano que ligava o esgoto de todo o prédio e ele tb passava quase que encima da minha cabeça. Enfim.. o quarto era terrivelmente quente, ela me deu ventoinha disse que no outro dia iria me mudar de quarto mais quando chega o outro dia depois de uma noite sem dormir ela me mostra uma quarto que fica fora da casa, o que no caso eu pra ir na casa de banho teria que abri a porta do quarto, passar pela escada do PRÉDIO, abrir a porta de entrada da casa e ir até a casa de banho, eu nisso fui vencida e desisti, é claro pedi o reembolso o que era justo. Infelizmente não tive sorte, eu fui com mt vontade de estar lá principalmente depois que vi os comentários ta positivos sobre a senhora que lá ficava, mais acho que não foi minha sorte mesmo, pq comigo ela não foi simpática.. Entre outros mofo na casa de banho, uma luz automática que quando está se tomando banho ela apaga e tem que sair pra fora do poliban para ela voltar a acender.. enfim.

Positiva: Ledi es una anfitriona maravillosa, a pesar de las diferencias de idiomas siempre ha intentado comunicarse de la forma más amable posible :) Sin duda es lo mejor del alojamiento. Los baños y las habitaciones estaban siempre limpias, nos ha dado todas las facilidades posibles. Muy recomendado!!.

Pozytywna: Właścicielka tego miejsca jest bardzo przemiłą osobą. Mimo bardzo słabego angielskiego porozumieliśmy się bez zarzutu. Szkoda że byłem tak bardzo krótko następnym razem wybiorę się na dłużej.. Negatywna: w sąsiedztwie działa też hostel, który jest bardzo głośny.

Muito bom, ela é muito receptiva

Positiv: Gastgeberin ist freundlich und bemüht. Wie gesagt nur etwas Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten.. Negativ: Unser Zimmer war am Gang. Wenn man zum Bad/Klo etc. Wollte, musste man immer 2 Türen auf- und wieder zusperren. Die Gastgeberin kann kein Wort Englisch. Hat so zwar auch funktioniert aber als Betreiber einer Unterkunft sollten zumindest die basics drin sein. Das Badezimmer war an der Decke total verschimmelt und da das Klo im Bad war, hat es nach Pisse gerochen. Es war laut im Zimmer. Man hat sowohl den Lärm von der Straße gehört, als auch vom Nebenzimmer. Matratzen sind mega hart. Kein Licht im Stiegenhaus..
