Apartamento grande cozinha bem equipada banheiro compartilhado limpo e espaçoso!!! Tudo somado muito bom...

Расположение не плохое. Обслуживание так себе. Сидели без света в комнате. Персонал ни как не среагировал. Следом сгорела лампочка в туалете. Очень холодно в комнатах. Правда есть дополнительно тёплые одеяла. Кухня хорошо оборудована. Туалет отдельно с душем.

Há limpeza todos os dias dos ambientes compartilhados. Quando há hóspedes em todos os quartos a energia não aguenta e cai.

Affitta camere carino, locale ben pulito. Posizione ben servita da mezzi (metro o bus). Proprietario simpatico e disponibile, parla molto bene inglese. Unica pecca, colazione inclusa ma praticamente inesistente. Un po' difficile da trovare poiché mancano indicazioni o insegne, comunque il proprietario è molto disponibile a spiegazioni.

Chambre très propre mais trop petite. Trop simple pas de rangement si ce n'est une armoire penderie en tissu de 60 cm de large. Cuisine commune pour cinq chambres de 2 personnes, mais pas de four ni mini four, un simple micro onde et 4 feu gaz, pas de plat ni casserole pas de table pour manger. Très deçu de la prestation.

Boa localização a poucos minutos do parque das nações. Apartamento super limpo e muito completo. O nosso quarto (1) super espaçoso. Gostamos bastante. O preço é espectacular tendo em conta o serviço prestado. Muito bom. 5 estrelas.

La experiencia fue surrealista y todo fuera de la legalidad: Primero, nunca respondieron al correo ni a las llamadas y no podíamos entrar en el apartamento cuando llegamos. Llamábamos y respondían que allí no había ningún hotel. Una vecina nos dejó entrar en el portal y conseguimos hablar con gente allí ''alojada'' (pero aun sin poder entrar dentro). Nos dijeron que el piso estaba lleno de personas ilegales y que deberíamos llamar a la policía... Finalmente llegó la dueña y nos dijo que había un ''problema'' y que nos podían ''reubicar'' en un ''apartamento de un amigo suyo'' por menos precio porque era ''peor''. Nunca nos dieron ningún papel ni supimos ni cómo se llamaba ese lugar. Desde booking no nos solucionaban mucho, y ya habían pasado cuatro horas, con que nos quedamos ahí la primera noche. Todo estaba sucio y la cama eran todo alambres. La segunda noche booking nos reubicó a un sitio legal aunque tuvimos que aguantar las llamadas de la ''dueña'' amenazando y preguntando por qué contactabamos con booking, etc. Desde luego una situación horrible y una experiencia absurdamente irreal.

Book 3 weeks in advance and they may leave you a message to tell you to call them within two hours or there’ll be no one to open the door for you... the day of your arrival! even if you’ve rented the place for a whole week... Having doubts? Look up trip advisor, RANKING is 1 STAR THERE. Don’t rent here!

At 6:00 PM, the day of my arrival, the host decided to let me know that he wouldn't be able to check me in. I had told him 3 days before that I'd be arriving at 19:30, traveling by bus. Knowing this was 1 hour after the standard check-in schedule, I offered to meet him somewhere else to pick up the keys and check myself in. He refused and waited before it was too late for me to get any kind of refund to tell me he couldn't accept me, making sure to get full payment, though he was the one who refused the service. Apparently there's a double standard because other commenters were fortunate enough to have the host wait for them after a late night flight and were treated properly. In my experience, the host is arrogant and greedy. Couldn't care less about (some) of his guests. I'm dealing with Booking customer service to solve the issue. This review is to prevent anyone from finding themselves in the same situation as me. My advice: find someplace else for your stay in Lisbon!
