Amazing spot for a restaurant. Good service from the staff and the menu is okay. Food was okay but unremarkable.

I usually don't give bad reviews online but I cannot persuade myself not to do so for this restaurant. I don't want other ppl having the same bad experience. THEY ARE SCAM!!!
1) our bill was charged 1 extra glass of wine and 1 extra cup of coffee, which we never ordered. Luckily, we found it out and asked them to remove.
2) They charged tax separately from the price shown on menu. I understand tax would apply, but no one told us their menu price is not including tax. We have tried several other restaurants in the area and this restaurant is the only one telling us their price is not including tax. They should make it clear before ppl starting to order. I hate restaurant tried to overcharge tourist.
To be honest, we don't find their food any special. Only the view is ok as it's right next to the beach.

Wir sind mit einer. Wandergruppe eingekehrt und wurden prompt bedient. Das Essen (eine nationale Spezialität mit Meeresfrüchten) war reichlich und gut.

Schöne Location am Strand mit Terrassenplätzen. Freundliches Personal, aber das Essen ist nur okay. Weil es das Tunfischsteak nur in Zwiebel und Tomate gebraten gab und leider nicht gegrillt, habe ich Fish & Chips genommen. Keine gute Wahl. Fertigfisch und die labberigsten Pommes, die man sich vorstellen kann. Ob die in der Mikro warm gemacht wurden. Platz ist echt nett, aber kulinarisch keine Glanzleistung

Perfect pitstop after a stroll along the beach.
They do a great sangria and nice toasted sandwiches. A comfortable place to spend the afternoon with friends or family. And a perfect view.

It is pure daylight robbery. I don't know where they pulled the chef out of but he couldn't be an actual chef. I never had just plain no flavor in such basic food. The best bit was the bread and olives they give at the start. Some of the staff very unfriendly. I have never left a review before for anywhere but I was purely disgusted with the food here and had to do so!! On the up side the drinks at the bar were lovely

The great food - the most delicious salmon I tried in all Algarve ♡ Other fish very tasty as well! And amazing service! We came back just to have once more the dinner here before leaving Portugal. If you want to enjoy your meal, including nice view to the sea, I trully recommend that place. Prices are regular.

Something must have happened for the worse. We have been to this place before and it has always been good. This time not a single thing was right with the food, stale dry fish, potatoes like charcoal, soggy vegetables. Same thing with neighbor table and probably more judging on the faces and lack of tips from others. We told the staff who gave us some discount on the bill, only thing that saves them from a 1/5. I hope they act soon and get the kitchen back to where it was.

These are views from just outside Praia da Gale restaurant. This is a great place for a snack or a full meal. Yards from the sea, their fish is superb, if a little pricey, but what do you expect from a location like this?

Muy buena playa, arena suave y limpia, aguas transparentes eso si algo frías, pero soportables. A parte de esto se ve que la gente de esta zona se consciencia mas con el medio que les rodea y son personas limpias y cuidadosas.

Excelente. Um areal amplo e firme para caminhar na maré baixa. Mar agradável, tranquilo, aguas semitransparentes. Boa infraestrutura para atendimento aos usuários. Facil acesso. Um sitio sem duvidas a constar da agenda de quem visita Albufeira. Uma praia que agora faz parte da minha rotina.

An sich ein sehr schön gelegenes kleines Restaurant mit einer vernünftigen Karte. Die Oliven und das Brot waren echt gut aber der Hauptgang danach nicht zu gebrauchen. Ein langweiliger Bürger mit viel zu viel weichem Brot, hartem englischen Speck und einem zu lange gekochtem Ei. Dazu noch eher teuer.

Nice big beach with beach bars, beach chair rentals and water sport rentals. Parking seems to be limited. Came in early September water temperature was perfect and some good waves, you could comfortably walk out into the ocean a bit compared to some other beaches.

Visitámos o espaço com crianças. Éramos um grupo de 10 com pre reserva de mesa. Quando chegamos não tínhamos mesa. Tentámos falar com o responsável que de forma arrogante nos disse que em agosto tínhamos que esperar mesmo com reserva. Os empregados sempre malcriados e com cara de frete. Pedimos linguado e lulas grelhadas que demoraram 1:50 a chegar. Quando chegou os linguados estavam secos com um aroma a peixe estragado e as lulas cruas! Sítio a evitar!!!

Très longue attente d'une heure pour au final des plats très décevants : steaks hachés bien trop cuits et immangeables dans le hamburger, ainsi que dans le menu enfants. Cataplana de mariscos pour 2 personnes peu copieuse et servie sans aucun accompagnement, aucun ustensile pour décortiquer les fruits de mer, pas de rince-doigts... Points positifs : la sangria et la vue.

Perfect location on the beach especially for catching the sunset. Unless you're having fish, which is usually excellent, the rest of the menu is "good". It's great value and you'd be hard pressed to find a better sunset deck so having "good" food is absolutely ok. Service is usually friendly and helpful. Worth remembering they have coin pay showers at the back so it's not uncommon for us to finish a day at the beach with a rinse off of the salt and sand before a good meal.

First we where seated in a table with less space then harry potters cupboard,
waited 45 minutes for some olives that I can only presume had to be flown in before we set off for hog warts
They ran out of garlic bread because the toaster was on its last legs dumbeldor doesn't allow bread to be grilled.
All in all a below average restaurant but good view but average food and worse staff.

Went alone, wanted a table facing the sea, wasn't available where I could see 3 tables available with no reservation. The waiter told me it was for 4 ppl, fair enough. Although I wanted to wait for a table for 2 outside they rushed me to sit inside. Menu is far too expensive. Ordered sardines, didn't even put bread on the table, service not that friendly(prob because I was alone), waited 5 minutes to get my change, got to a point where I started to think they took it as a tip. Being a Portuguese born and raised this restaurant has a lot to improve!! Will not come back

The location at the beach is great. We saw the sun set at the sound of the waves crashing in and the last beach visitors. Service was good and friendly. However the food was not the same delight. My monk-fish kebab was dry and my wife´s mushroom omelet was a very basic omelet with canned mushrooms , which can be fine, but for 10€....
