Sehr leckere Küche mit hervorragendem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Daher immer gut besucht, Reservierung ist anzuraten sonst könnte es sein das man keinen Platz bekommt. Tipp: Tagesempfehlung beachten, besonders wenn es frischen Thunfisch im Angebot gibt. So lecker wie hier habe ich den nur sehr selten bekommen.

Excellent local eatery, nothing fancy just decent food and a good atmosphere. It may be slightly off the beaten track but the only Portuguese voices I could hear were the staff.
Flamboyant head waiter will bamboozle you with the day's specials reeled off at high speed.
Lots of fresh fish and perfectly cooked steak.
Worth a visit if you're in the area.

Restaurante simples e muito simpático. Toda a comida estava boa, desde os filetes com banana, a feijoada à transmontana prato do dia, a picanha ou as costeletas de borrego.

Salmon steak and grilled sole were flavoured fantastically. There was some side salad, fries and rice with it. Goos place to eat. The waitresses were very nice and helpful. Except one waiter though, a bit of an older gentleman. He was quite pushy and had a touch of arrogance to him of which we thought isn't the best place to have in the world of hospitality. All in all good food and good service

Very lovely place and very nice staff. Good price for money. The filet steak is mediocre, but the other menus are fine. Definitely would go there a second time.

Excellent staff/food/drinks/prices. Rib eye was tender and delicious. Portuguese filet was huge and cooked perfectly. Muscles came in just the right amount of sauce. Ice cream was great too.
Plus a few songs live on guitar!

Que agradavel surpresa! Paramos aqui por acaso e fomos surpreendidos com a amabilidade e qualidade/quantidade no prato do dia!
Sem duvida uma experiencia muito positiva e excelente relação qualidade/preço (8€ diaria com entrada, prato, bebida, sobremesa e cafe).
Recomendo vivamente!!

Only good point is being 550km from where I live. Bad food, worst chocolate mouse ever, some weird wind thing that just raises dust, cats roaming arround, baby chair dirty, etc...

Accueil très chaleureux. Le patron,très avenant, nous a expliqué toute la carte.. plats très bons et copieux. Cuisine toujours fraîche. Peu d'attente. Terrasses fumeurs et non-fumeurs. Restaurant à visiter.

La comida buenísima. El propio personal toca la guitarra y cantan, muy agradable. Lo único que no me gustó es que nos cobraron toda la mantequilla, queso... que te sirven sin avisar, con precio individual de cada uno, cuando solo tomamos 2 unidades.

Really cosy and tipically Portuguese restaurant. Lovely service, always smiling. Nice food with lots of choices and live music! Waiters turn into singers of acoustic hits from the 50's and 60's. All of this is crowned with nice Porto typical from Portugal and sweets. I totally recommend this place, mainly for the soul it has and pojects. Really good value for money!

What a gem we found here , great food ,great wine and a fabulous atmosphere , the owner explained the menu in detail for us , the food was served very quickly and all 8 off us had no complaints whatsoever, to top the evening off the owner and his head waitress got the guitar out and serenaded the whole restaurant and us being from Belfast returned there gesture with a few wee songs also... good night and great craic ...highly recommended..

Horrible place where they will try to rip you off, including in the bill what you haven't actually ordered or eaten. Actually the worst place I have been to in Portugal so far, and I have been living here for 2.5 years. We were a company of 6 adults and 3 kids. Our bill had: 9 baskets of bread (we ate some bread, but not 9 baskets - we are not bread-eaters!!), 5 butters, 7 pâtés of sardinha (hardly eaten one) - all in all, they have charged us more than 25 euros just for "couvert", and the cherry on the top of the cake was that they have put 16 euros for the shrimps, when they have brought just 10 shrimps, explaining that those were two portions, each costing 8.5 euros. Well, I looked at their menu (I had a photo of it, otherwise they didn't give it to me when I said I wanted to check how much the shrimps are in the menu), and the shrimps in the menu cost 30 euros per kilo, meaning those 10 shrimps must be weighing half a kilo! Well, that shows their attitude to their guests.
