A definite recommendation if you are in Quarteira. We had the butter chicken and the chicken with Naan bread and it was just delicious. We were asked before, how spicy we wanted the food and they delivered just like we wanted. This restaurant really stands out servicewise. The waiter was attentive and super friendly. For me, he set an example of how good service in a restaurant looks like. Delicious food at reasonable prices with great service. What more can you ask for?

Fantastic! Fresh, tasty food and friendly service. Our friends have been going weekly for the past 6 months so we were excited to see why.
We shared 6 side dishes between the 4 of us with a couple of naans and rices and it was excellent. Great portion sizes and fantastic, fresh tastes! Very friendly and catered to all our different spice levels too.
We're going back soon!

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir heute das Restaurant aufgesucht. Haben uns für Lammgerichte entschieden. Das Essen hat uns ganz gut geschmeckt, allerdings nichts besonderes. Wir kommen noch einmal wieder, um andere Gerichte zu kosten. Das Personal ist freuendlich.

Heel vriendelijke bediening. Ze nemen met de glimlach de tijd om de gerechten op de kaart uit te leggen. Superlekker traditioneel Indisch eten en drinken. Mooie porties en niet duur. Apparte gerechtjes voor de kinderen. Mogelijk om op overdekt terras te eten met zicht op zee... Bij veel wind kunnen ze wind afscherming laten zakken op het terras. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
Geen foto's gepost want camera van gsm defect. Jammer want de presentatie was ook zeker de moeite waard.

Un super restau !
Les plats sont délicieux ! J ai retrouvé avec plaisir la véritable cuisine indienne pour mon plus grand bonheur
De plus l équipe est adorable ! Une vraie gentillesse !

Wonderful food! Really tastes traditional and very very good customer service. Everybody is super nice and friendly. I’ve been eating here for the paste three days in a row and I can’t seem to get enough of the delicious food! It’s very clean and the owners make you feel like family which is a pleasant touch. If you come here you definitely won’t be disappointed!

Doskonałe jedzenie i bardzo przyjazna obsługa! Pan, który nas obsługiwał, jest Sikhem - skończyło się na selfie i emocjonalnych pożegnaniach. Kolacja, deser, butelka wina - wszystko perfekcyjne. Na pewno tam wrócimy!

We had a craving for some nice Indian food whilst on holiday to vilamoura, based on the ratings and comments that flaming tandoori had received I couldn’t pass the opportunity to try it. I had also tested some Indian restaurants in vilamoura on previous visits but was unimpressed by them.
We ordered some prawn pakoras to start off and they were fine. Batter was nice, prawns were cleaned properly and tasted fine.
My wife had chicken tikka masala for main and I had chicken balti . Unlike other Indian restaurants the food that we received had what I describe as layers. When food it spiced correctly you should be able to pick out different flavors with each mouthful. This was the case here at least with the two dishes that we had. I also heard some great comments from people eating around us.
We had two young kids with us and the staff went out of their way being friendly to them.
I was impressed with the food and look forward to return for something else from the menu.

Allergies? Don’t go. We stopped in for dinner and I was unable to get an answer as to whether there was dairy in the dish. The waiter kept saying the ingredients were fresh as he did not understand what then words dairy or milk meant. I ended up having greasy pakoras and a side of rice. The waiter was trying to argue with me that I needed to order a main dish. The table we were at was seated beside a planter that had a huge ants nest in it. Too many other restaurants in the area that I would not go back.

We had five different dishes and all were fantastic. The waiter suggested a very nice bottle of wine for us. Would happily return back there.

Very friendly and helpful service. Tasty food where you can choose how hot you like it. And it comes as ordered. Exceptionell value for money. Full three course meal with a bottle of wine, just under 50 Euro for the two of us. Try it while at Quarteira.

Very friendly staff, and great service. The food is the best! I've eaten Indian food all over Europe, and the dishes I've had during my stay in Quareira were of the highest quality and flavor. Very reasonable prices as well. I can't recommend enough.

Traditional Indian food with lots of flavour. Naan bread with cheese was a pleasant surprise. Cheese is baked into the middle. Butter chicken was superb as was the lamb curry.

a comida é normal 5 pedaços de frango com molho fica ao preço do camarão restaurante muito pequeno e de portas abertas o frio era horrível os preços se são assim no inverno , imagino no verão

Por 16.50 comia numa marisqueira
Não aconselho ninguém a ir imagino as contas no verão

Good location and very friendly staff who spoke English which we very much appreciated! Large menu with a lot of options. Our meals were delicious, just the right spice level, and we loved the garlic naan. Very enjoyable and we will definitely be back!

We were walking past just as they were opening and as we love Indian food, popped in on a whim. We only ate vegetarian dishes but everything was really tasty and authentic! Service was great, the beer was cold and the price was right. There are lots of choices along the Quarteira stretch, but Tandoori flames will definitely not disappoint.

Essen ist hervorragend, leider wurde unser brot vergessen.
Beim nächsten Besuche gab es das Brot und einen Drink aufs Haus dazu.

Had an amazing night at this restaurant with friends. Please do not think this is ‘just another Indian in the area’. We ate like Kings & Queens with dish after dish after dish of the most flavoursome food brought out to us. We met the owners who also are front of house and they are very humble and accommodating. If we could rate this higher we definitely would, well done guys, please don’t change a thing! Forgot to mention the wine and cost, we drank 9€ bottles of red that accompanied the dishes very well and that could have costed twice the price and the whole bill for the four of us was shockingly cheap for what we were presented with.

Very good food and excellent service. Peshwari was among the best I've ever had.
Out of 5 meals most were great but the Chicken Tikka Masala my daughter had was salty. Maybe it was just a one-off.

Indian is my favorite food in the world. So naturally, I get it in every country I visit. Tandoori Flames takes the prize of best Indian I've had so far. Super tasty food. Friendly staff. Can't ask for more. 6/5 if I could. definitely worth checking it out.

We saw the praise for this restaurant. I have to say it is the best culinary experience I had in Portugal. Every bite was filled with all sorts of savors. I really felt transported back in a remote place, when food tasted this good. Excellent.

Not only was this possibly the most delicious Indian curry I’ve ever had (the onion bhaji were super tasty) but the waiting staff were super friendly and attentive, without being annoying or intrusive. Really lovely guys and absolutely brilliant food. Highly recommended.

Local pacífico e decorado pela tradição indiana. O staff é simpático e eficiente mas o português é escasso e se não rematarmos com inglês fica difícil de nos perberem. Comemos poppadums para entrada e frango korma, caril e madras com arroz branco e pilau para acompanhamento e ainda pão com alho.. Não nos arrependemos de nada mesmo. A comida estava muito boa e com um tempero maravilhoso. Aconselhável a famílias e com lugares tanto na esplanada como dentro do restaurante dá para agradar a todos os gostos. Um restaurante para quem quer fugir às turist traps.
