A really nice and cozy place full of locals and tourists alike, located in one of the more authentic neighborhoods of Lisbon. The staff is welcoming and you can book a table if you want! Also - great coffee, which to me is very important.

Lovely spot for a full brunch before a long day of touring or traveling. Large portions prepared very well. Coffee was great and the included sparkling wine was delicous too. We arrived early and were seated immediately. I would suggest reservations for large groups (4+) on busy days.

직원분들 친절하시고 음식 너무 맛있어요. 분위기가 좋은 브런치 하기 좋은곳이네요. 요즘 리스본에 이런곳이 많이 생기긴 했는데 다들 맛은 없고 비싸기만 한 곳도 많아서 이렇게 신경써서 해주는 곳은 정말 좋은거 같아요.

Lovely little place with excellent breakfast. No fancy avocado shia soy business but high quality bread, excellent eggs and extras. We were really happy afterwards. Place seems to be well frequented so a table might not be a guarantee. Give it a try, if they're at capacity they will recommend you alternatives nearby!

What a cute, cozy, romantic spot amidst cobblestone streets of Lisbon. We discovered it while randomly meandering the narrow streets. Great brunch food and leisurely - none rushing you. Coffee could be of higher quality, other than that key aspect we enjoyed it so much went twice. Don’t recommend driving there, can’t imagine what and where you would park. If you get the fixed menu make sure you are quite hungry, it a lot of yummy food you risk wasting. We learned and second time around ordered a la carte. Visit, relax and enjoy the magic of Lisbon!

This was the first cafe we went to after arriving in Lisbon last week, and it was a great first stop. The food we had was small (bread with jam, orange juice and fresh lemon tea), but between being so fresh and homemade, it all tasted fantastic (plus there was a toaster to use!). The staff were friendly and engaging as soon as we walked through the door and took the time to teach us some Portuguese (which made a great starting point for our trip). Thank you so much! Sorry we didn't get to try some more dishes.

Cute and authentic place, nice and very friendly people and I will definitely come back. Small menu but everything you need on it - super tasty food (I had English brunch) and very good coffee for an absolutely good price!

They just refused to serve us. Even though they had place, they told us that we would have to wait for 30min before placing the order. Very bad service considering that we had come from a long distance seeing the reviews.

Excellent brunch copieux à petit prix. Endroit chaleureux avec une mini terrasse au fond. Les serveurs sont sympathiques. (portugueuse/english/french speakers). Ne pas hésiter à y aller après/avant s'être baladé dans le quartier pour reprendre des forces.

Très belle découverte, à l'abri du flot de touristes... L'accueil est excellent et l'établissement est tenu par des passionnés par le bien être qui proposent des petits déjeuners et brunch de haute qualité pour un prix très très raisonnable (comptez environ 4,90€ pour une boisson chaude, 5/6 belles tranches de pain, un trio de confitures, du beurre et un jus d'orange fraîchement pressé....

An amazing find. Went here multiple times during our stay in Lisbon. The guys working there were very funny and polite. The brunch was enough to fill us for an entire day, whilst being high quality. I don't think ever had scrambled eggs that good. Highly recommend popping in and booking for a table. €10 for their brunch is incredible! Will be telling anyone I find about this place.

Super café pour y prendre le petit-déjeuner à l'américaine et pour le lunch. Le proprio est un français fort sympathique qui vous donne l'impression qu'il vous connaît depuis longtemps. Nous avons été très bien servis par le très aimable Alexandre qui parle lui aussi très bien l'Anglais et le français! Attention québécois, il ne comprends pas bien notre accent ;-) alors donnez lui un petit coup de pouce et vous serez ravis.

Nice place to go for a slow brunch. I've shared the brunch menu with a coffee, fresh orange juice, simple fruit salad, yoghurt with granola, a salad and delicious scrambled eggs, and this for under 10€. We sat on the balcony in the back, red a book while enjoying the silence of the city.

I found this restaurant last night when I was looking for the Gelataria across the street. I figured, I can kill two birds with one stone by having breakfast here and walk across for dessert at the Famous gelataria. Looking at the review of others- I said to myself, ITS EGGS! How badly can they mess it up.
After trekking across town through the hills- I was glad to find the restaurant. As soon as I walked in, there were two empty tables. I approached the counter and greeted Dom Dia but I guess I wasn’t loud enough!!! The staff looks at me as I was asking if we can sit at the empty table and he says- THE FIRST THING YOU SHOULD SAY IS “Good Morning”. I replied saying I said “good morning”. Then he points me out in front of everyone at the restaurant (mind you this place is small so everyone can hear it) YOURE IN PORTUGAL, YOU SHOULD SAY DOM DIA- NOT GOOD MORNING. I replied back and said, “Dom Dia, I did say it but you must’ve not heard me.”
At this point I realized he was being an obnoxious person wanting to have things his way. He immediately states, we don’t have any tables (mind you there were two empty tables) and they have a long reservation list. Oh please!!! You’re tucked away in a small street up near the castle which wasn’t easy to find!
Listen, the first impression of the restaurant is made by the staff- not the food. If you don’t know what “service” industry means, I suggest taking some classes!
There are so many other places right near by for breakfast. If you looked at the photos and thought- hmm looks good- try FABRICA LISBOA DOWN THE STREET INSTEAD! They even have Avocado Toast that’s divine!!!

Omg! So good! Really cute place, excellent service! English menus available. I got a cappuccino, fresh squeezed orange juice, yogurt with granola and fruit, bread with jam and butter, scrambled eggs, and a small salad for just 10€!! Mind blown! Only critique was maybe too much butter in the scrambled eggs, but they were still good! I probably could have even split the meal with someone else. It’s all sooooo fresh and tasty! Go there!

Everything in this place is perfect. Located in a sorta pedestrian street. This cozy little place has a great selection of breakfasts. The staff is very helpful and were very patient when we were asking about directions and place to visit. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Great little breakfast restaurant. Really nice deal with a three course breakfast for about 10 euros. It sounds expensive for Portugal but we got a tasty assortment of breads and jams, a hot drink, a cup of fresh squeezed orange juice, a bowl of muesli, and finally a small salad and eggs. Owners speak fluent French, English and Portuguese. Would recommend.

Superb café. The taste is exquisite, that covers everything, the decor, the food, the music and, of course, the coffee.
I don't like chocolate cake as a rule, I love the chocolate cake at Ninho.
I also had a yogurt, granola, fruit and honey breakfast - with pomegranate seeds! Simple, but delicious.

Really great breakfast, prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly (ok one guy only as long as you are very, very friendly... or french). Just show some respect and ask for a table. Be a little tolerant, some may find the service between cheeky and arrogant. But the food is worth it. And do not occupy the reserved table (watch out for the small piece of paper+sugar stick).

Ich habe hier ein paar Morgen gegessen. Der Service war einwandfrei, die Preise vernünftig, das Essen mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht serviert, sehr lecker. Es gab zwei junge Leute, die uns immer mit einem Lächeln und einem freundlichen Wort begrüßten. Ich war beeindruckt.

El restaurante tiene varias combinaciones de brunch que son de buena calidad y abundantes. Todos rondan los 10-12 euros e incluyen zumo natural y bebida caliente. También hay tostado y pasteles (muy bueno el de zanahoria). La decoración es cuidada y tiene buen servicio.

Petit déjeuner copieux et vraiment excellent. Les produits sont frais : fruits, pain (une tuerie si on est amateur de pain ).
L'accueil y est chaleureux. On s'y sent bien. Un pur moment de plaisir.
Et les propriétaires parlent français !

The main problem about this place is the staff. I am used to bad service in Portugal but the staff here is just purely impolite. Every time you enter this place they will educate you. If you say "hello", they will say "its not hello, it's bom dia" and the list goes on. Its really annoying when you live nearby and you hear this every time you go there. The food and drinks are cheap but still not worth the price. The coffee is not good and the breakfast is just plain eggs, plain cereals without any special taste. The portions are small and you are required to stand up and toast your own toast. Seriously don't understand how this place got all these good reviews.

This little cafe is a gem for a home cooked feel breakfast/brunch. If you are looking for a simple but tasty food to start your day you want to come here. Everything was absolutely perfect from the scrambled eggs to freshly squeezed OJ and yougurt/granola/fruit bowl. And the bread!!! It’s simply amazing! Just wish they were open daily, but it’s a small operation and that’s how they keep it good.

We had a wonderful brunch here!!! I had the English brunch and my friends had the O Ninho brunch. Both were delicious and more food than I could possibly eat. The staff were extremely nice. I’d love to come here again, and highly recommend it.

The place is very nice!
Clean design of the place.
We had the vitality brunch. Worth the money!
They have soy milk which is not common here!!
They serve freshly squeezed orange juice!
The muzli was soooo good!
Scrambled eggs were simple (in compare to the rest).
And the people that work here have this thing about saying good morning, good day and thank you in Portuguese which sometime comes off as "telling you off".
But over all very good!

When me and my girlfriend entered the Cafe the barista was incredibly rude, we greeted him and said we'd like to have breakfast and asked if it was possible to sit outside, he replied that we need to calm down and that he cannot think straight when so many questions are being asked. Me and my girlfriend looked at each other like what just happened? After that we left.
I got the feeling that he was homophobic and had issues towards women in general.
Would recommend anyone to go there and support their business.

Très bon brunch dans Lisbonne pour bien commencer la journée. Servent petit déjeuner, brunchs et déjeuner selon l'heure de la journée. Superbe muesli. La plupart des confitures sont faites maison. Tellement bon qu'on y est retourné une seconde fois !

브런치 먹고 싶어서 갔어요. 세트 하나랑 단품 하나 시키면 좋을 것 같아요. 세트로만 두개 시키니까 거의 30유로 정도 나왔었어요 그래도 맛있고 직원분들도 친절했어요. 매장 들어가자마자 “Bom dia”하고 웃으며 친절하게 맞아주시던

Super gezellig plekje in 1 van de kleine straatjes van Lissabon. Je hebt hier telkens keuze uit 3 menutjes om te ontbijten, te brunchen of lunchen. Je krijgt hier waar voor je geld. Grote lekkere porties met kwalitatieve producten. Echt een aanrader om de heuvel op/af te wandelen! En last but not least, heel vriendelijke bediening, met een glimlach!

What a refreshingly good breakfast. We were provided with a bread basket with a variety of different types of bread, 3 types of fresh jam, and butter. The vitality breakfast included yogurt with granola, fresh fruit, and honey, as well as scrambled egg and a salad. Everything was very tasty. The service was also great. We would definitely be back if we had more time in the city.

A multi-course banquet of delight. We ordered the vitality breakfast expecting some eggs and a bit of granola, but in fact got some of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever eaten, a fruit and granola bowl to die for and lots more (including my favourite; apple jam). I’m a big fan of breakfast food, and this one is a real standout. I write this sitting in another cafe eating breakfast, but only because o ninho was closed today!

O Ninho a charming little Café serving a very delicious breakfast and brunch with a precise menu and extremely obliging service. Loved the tasteful interior ambiance and the furniture. A very good price and vegetarian friendly options compared to the rest of the brunch places in Lisbon I believe! Highly recommended…

Family run place. Cozy, simple, good home food. I liked that the kitchen was visible and it was obviously very clean. The person cooking was wearing a cap. There was lively classic music playing. The toilet was not perfect (door not closing and smelly common towel), but it didn't ruin the impression. The menu consists of sets. Americano+toast costs around 2€. English breakfast (scrambled eggs with beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, two toasts with cream, hot drink and fresh juice) costs 12,5 euro.

Vraiment très bon. Madame a trouvé un peu cher mais moi qui mange bien, j'ai trouvé le rapport qualité quantité au top. La porte des toilettes ne fermait pas... on avait internet, j'ai travaillé. C'était très rentable et le cadre tout comme le service très agréable ! Merci

Small choice, very unfriendly and busy staff, not taking care of there guests. Very long waiting time until they serve you, even if the restaurant is empty.

I enjoyed a Delicious brunch breakfast, coffee and fresh orange juice in this charming cafe. You can tell the staff / owners have very high standards and care deeply. Will be going back:)

Great neighborhood cafe! There is a nice patio in the back. The inside has great decorations and good music. The prices and food and great too! I highly recommend.

Tuvimos mala experiencia. Nos los recomendaron en el apartamento donde nos alojamos, pero el chico que nos atendió no fue nada amable, y eso que íbamos con un niño de dos años. Nos dejó claro que no hablaba español, y eso que yo le hablé en gallego!nonse pueden juntar mesas, no nos dejó entrar hasta que tuvo todo colocado...Una pena, porque es chulo, pero no volveremos.

Super endroit pour prendre le brunch ! Prix abordable pour une grand qualité. Par contre, il n'y a pas trop de place... Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir que 10min d'attente pour avoir une table.
Le personnel parle portugais, français et anglais.
Le café et les WC (important de préciser selon moi) sont très propres.

Great service and the most delicious scrambled eggs! Freshly squeezed orange juice, i am told the bread is delicious ( but being gluten free I could not have any) they didn't have any gluten free bread but they kindly adapted the menu for me.
Run by a Frenchman, and tucked away on a cute cobbled street this place is a must for brunch! Merci!

"International Cosmopolitan" ambiance is somewhat out of place in this area.
Not a local in sight...
Pseudo-posh food is well prepared and fresh.
Expensive for what it is.

My go-to place for brunch in Lisbon. Everything is just perfect here: from delicious food and cozy instagram-worthy interior to very nice owners and great pricing. Gets quite crowded during the lunch time though, so come early!

I don't usually eat bread...but after a tiny taste I had to have more.
I ordered a Vitality Breakfast, which sounds like some fad diet, but anyway, every, single, thing, was perfect. There wasn't a single taste out of place and there was loads of variety.
Oh, and it was less than 10 Euros.
Perfect.

Un petit déjeuner copieux, équilibré, avec du bon pain et des boissons chaudes justement dosées. Parfait pour bien débuter sa journée. Comptez en 3 et 10 EUR pp.

Amazing brunch. Lovely terrace and interior space. Excellent service. It's hard to know what to praise more highly.... the gorgeous fruit, yoghurt & muesli, the best scrambled eggs ever .... and great coffee!! Thoroughly recommend O Ninho.

Great spot to have a tea with à delicious and homemade piece of cake. Feel like home in this really cosy place. The small terrace in the back and hidden from the street is perfect to enjoy one of their delicious brunches.

Definitely one of the best brunch cafe in Lisbon!! Owned by a lovely French couple. The "English Style" brunch is so delicious with very reasonable price. Free wifi, spacious dining area, friendly staff!! Highly recommended!!!

Cute little spot in a great location, with very good food. Went for brunch and ordered the house brunch menu set which was humongous, could not finish it despite it being so tasty! Eggs, greens salad, charcutterie and cheese, fresh fruit salad, selection of jams and toasts, OJ, coffee or tea and a glass of sparkling wine, all in one go for 15eur.

Premier essai pour la formule brunch! Idéal pour bien débuter la journée! (boisson chaude, jus d'oranges frais, tartines beurre confitures, muesli yoghurt et oeufs brouillés pour 9,50€) C'était excellent, l'ambiance est très agréable et le patron très sympa! N'hésitez pas!
Pour faire une pause dans la journée ça fonctionne aussi, des cakes, des gâteaux maison avec un super lemon detox et c'est reparti!
Bonus: il y a une petite terrasse très agréable

Cool hipster spot in the middle of an old typical Portuguese narrow street. Cute shops next door. Their brunch is to die for and super affordable. I had the €9.50 brunch and got fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, eggs, salad and home made bread and jam... Oh, and that included coffee and orange juice! Great service, but not in your way and a great escape after a solid walk from the castle. Would definitely go there again!
