Nice views and ambiance, the chicken hamburger was ok and the brownie was too sweet. I wouldn't come for food.

Small kiosk bar with amazing views of Lisbon.
You will need to walk up some stairs to get there but is totally worth it.
Don’t expect amazing food, but you will enjoy the vibe and the views

Devem reforçar limpezas das casas de banho ( cheiro a amónia, muito sujas em tarde calma de dia de semana; lixos a transbordar e lavatório sujo).

Malerischer Ort für romantische Stunden. Nettes kleines Café mit richtig guten Preisen. Ein Abstecher der sich zum Verweilen lohnt. Viele junge Leute finden sich hier ein.

Ici la vue est magnifique, on voit l'amoreiras, le belvédère Sao Pedro Alcantara en face... Et on est juste sous le parc Torrel. Excellents jus d'orange maison, sandwiches sont très bons aussi et à un prix très correct, ils ne profitent pas de l'emplacement et c'est important de le dire. Accueil très sympa en prime.

Nice place to sit and the view is all right. Takes ages however. They have a really slow cook, the waiter had to make our dishes himself while she was calling with her mother. Only go here if you have a lot of time and patience for something not so special.

Amazing views and super chilled atmosphere. Best sticking to drinks because the food is overpriced for what it is. The staff are a bit arsy and rude. But don't let this put you off because it's a really nice spot!

Good espresso, the service was nice and stuff was very friendly!
Can’t judge the food quality, but if you’re looking for a place with a rather great view to chill, I can totally recommend you this place :)

I only had a cappuccino at this kiosk, so I cannot review the rest. It was okay and therefore a bit pricey. The barista wasn’t really talkative and reserved. This place would have a lot of potential if someone would put a little bit more effort into it.
Here it is really nice to have a seat and enjoy the view but not much more.

Um café com uma vista linda de Lisboa. O jardim do Torel, onde o café fica, no geral está mal cuidado, mas nada que diminua a beleza da vista e o café é muito simpático.

Nice place with great view BUT we had each more then 10 little black flies in our salad and the only reaction was "sorry, must have been the avocado, do you want an espresso for free....?!?". We had to pay the normal price for everything although we obviously didn't eat it.... So enjoy the view but don't order anything.

The worst and most rude attendance I ever had in Portugal. Got my sider for 3 euros in order to sit and enjoy it and the view, 5 min later was asked to leave and sit at other people table because they need to clean the space due to upcoming event. On my "but i don't want to sit with other people, I will leave soon" she answered that she doesn't care. I used to love Torel and this place with the view but now just gonna tell everyone I know to avoid it. Shame.

The coffee is really bad. My gosh. For 2,40 EUR you can get elsewhere a cappuchino wirth great fresh roasted beans. They don't even use whole milk. Typical Lisbon: Low quality for tourism prices. Also: Their outdoor seating is falling apart and uncomfortable. Won't come back!

Great views, chill vibes, friendly staff. Loved the fresh lemonade and the music. Came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't crowded. Place takes cards. Also they had some great roots reggae playing in the background :)

Localizado numa cota um pouco inferior à do Jardim do Torel, a vista não é tão desafogada mas ainda assim é bastante interessante. Local sossegado num domingo ao princípio da tarde, as sanduíches estavam boas e o sumo natural um pouco aguado.
