Localizado numa posição previlegiada na Marina Vilamoura, com area interna e externa, esta, se o tempo permitir já vale estar neste restaurante. Comida gostosa, entrada com sardinhas e pratos principais com peixes. Vale a pena.

We went for lunch. Great place to eat. We chose off the lunch menu which has a limited choice but if you wish to go a la carte then the prices are much higher. We all chose sardines. Nicely cooked so we were happy.

Amazing! I got the Mayflower XL gourmet burger - honestly thee best quality beef burger I’ve ever tasted. The flavors were that good - it came in a peculiar pink dyed bread bun, and no other toppings. It didn’t need it!
The staff are very professional and the inside of the restaurant is a 5 star finish, very nice decor.

Melhor restaurante da marina de Vilamoura, o serviço é rápido e muito atencioso e a comida divinal.
Recomendo o carpacio de polvo e o caril de camarão dos quais fiquei fã.
Ambiente agradável na esplanada, é frequente deslocarmos nos até lá no iate so para almoçar e o Mayflower é sempre o eleito.

El sitio precioso, pena que la comida no es de calidad, pedimos pulpo braseado y primero eso no era pulpo o por lo menos eso no vendemos como pulpo en Galicia y segundo que braseado no significa recalentado. Al igual que la guarnición que era recalentada. Lo que no se condice con el nivel de restaurante que pretende ser. La ensalada si estaba bien.
El servicio, a excepcion de una chica joven, eran secos y altivos no se ganan para nada la propina. Buen cafe (buena marca) pena que la limpieza de la cafetera no esté a la altura era increible observar los cumulos de suciedad vieja del vaporizador de la leche.

Caro por su escasez, le pedimos un acompañamiento de verduras a la parrillada mixta, y nos trajeron un cuarto de zanahoria , una pizca de brócoli y una pizca de coliflor y 5 euros, la parrillada mixta 38€ y poco y de mala calidad, no recomendable.

Great marina side restaurant. Good service wide choice on menu. Gets very busy.. so you may have to wait. Great to sit next to the water and soak up the atmosphere and some people watching.
Mayflower salad is tasty.. and large enough to share!

Para começar o serviço é péssimo e muito lento! Os empregados sempre com má cara e muito mal dispostos, deve ser da comida muito boa que lá servem/comem! -.-
Pedi um arroz de marisco, depois de uma 1h15 o arroz chegou. Quando comecei a comer senti um sabor muito estranho, notei logo que fiz uma asneira muito grande em lá ter ido comer! Penso que aquele sabor tem haver com a lavagem da salsa, pois nunca vi salsa com aquele sabor horrível!
Quando acordei no dia seguinte nem me conseguia mexer com as dores de barriga que tinha!
Esta é a minha opinião, e digo desde já que se vocês querem um bom marisco, NÃO ESCOLHEM O MAYFLOWER. Porque para além de ser horrível é muito muito mas muito caro! Já comi muito melhor por menos de metade do preço!
Mas a paisagem é magnífica, para tirar fotografias, não para comer!

The restaurant looks good and is in a prime location on the marina, the food and the service certainly don't match how the place looks. The food is very normal and was pretty much cold when it was served. I also witnessed customers leaving without eating as they had waited to be served for so long. Loads better restaurants to go to than this.

What a amazing restaurant, lovely views over the marina, staff are extremely friendly, you’ll pay a little more for the food but it is definitely worth it. It gets very busy from about 20.00 so I’d recommend getting their earlier as the staff become rushed off their feet. All round a fantastic meal and would highly recommend going.

My friends lobster risotto was really bad it looked like scrambled eggs and had the taste of it aswell the next day he was sick. We also had to wait 20 minutes for the bill. Bad experience

Sehr stylisches und gemütliches Restaurant mit tollem Aussenbereich direkt am Hafen. Haben uns bei dem freundlichen Service sehr wohl gefühlt und due Sonne genossen.

Bad experience. Service slow and with serious problems of making eye contact (pathologically shy?) They served me the appetizer after the first course. They brought me the glass of wine already served and I bet it was not the one I asked for. The strogonoff my wife ordered was a super-bland boiled meat with the sauce added on, and... what to say about my portuguese stile fillet? I have tried enough delicious portuguese dishes to know that this fillet would most likely be rejected by any portuguese costumer. Avoid!!

Une tuerie ce resto! Vraiment exellent. Un des meilleurs du port de vilamoura. Il n'est pas donner mais on mange super bien. C'est très bon, et les desserts a tomber! Par contre de fin juillet jusqu'en août pour évité de faire la queue, pensez à réservé.

Just had a wonderful meal with my husband and son. The service was fantastic and very professional. The restaurant was very busy but we didn't have to wait long and our food came very quickly. My son and I had the beef stroganoff and my husband the soba noodles with beef and chicken skewers. The flavours were superb and our plates empty at the end. Would definitely recommend.

Gone down hill this year ,,,gone is white decor,, gone brown now ,,the menu is this real heavy paper book thing YUK !!!! ,,had the chicken breast again not enough fries !!! ,,,maybe I’m being picky ,,but it’s not as good as it was say 3 years ago...shame !

Very small dishes, kids plates should be rated one star for sure, kids steak is very very dry and the "steamed vegetables" that come with most dishes aren't even steamed. Besides that the service is decent.

Nice looking place, clean and tidy, service wasn’t the best, portion sizes was ridiculously small! €23.50 for a “rib eye” steak, bit over cooked, more fat than meat, left feeling hungry and went straight to the pizza place up the road after a group spend of €99.90! DONT GO HERE IF YOU’RE HUNGRY!

Ordered lamb and prawns with rosti. When it came the rosti was stone cold. Sent the food back and when it came it was the same food reheated. Tried to explain how you should not reheat seafood and that fresh should have been served. Was just told 'what is the chef supposed to do throw it away we would loose money' . When the bill came we were even charged for 6 prawns when we only had 2.

Good food but not the best in vilamoura, the location overcomes this though, especially outside on the jetty. Great for large parties, I've spent many a golf trip in here, big round tables and you can be a little noisy as it is buzzing in the evening. As mentioned not the best resturant in the area, but worth going if you are visiting the marina more than once and certainly would recommend if a large golfing/stag/hen party. Also great location for the Atlantic bar, which is above

Nice restaurant on Vilamoura marina. With an international menu and superb interior. Also has a terrace overlooking the marina. As you would expect from its location it is more expensive then the restaurants inland but for the view and class it is worth the money. First class service and food can be expected along with a friendly welcome.

Like other reviews have said, the restaurants location is lovely, really lovely in fact - especially if you are outside on a table at the edge of the marina. But the food is just OK for my liking. There's nothing amazing about what we had, and it just felt a little expensive for what it was. 2 starters, 2 mains and 2 drinks was nearly €80. I had prawn cocktail which was nice, and to be fair the bruschetta my wife had was also a good size and fresh. The beef stroganoff had nice pieces of shredded beef in it but seemed like there was far more mushroom than beef in it. The big let down was the grilled chicken and vegetables my wife had. It looked and tasted like 2 thin fillets of unseasoned chicken with broccoli and potatoes- really lacking in imagination and flavour. Nothing about the meal was bad but I think I would try other places along the Marina next time rather than going back.

Le soir du 29 mai 2015 nous avons pris du Porto en apéritif avec des Amis. Un verre portait encore les traces de rouge à lèvres, l'autre avait le dépôt très prononcé du fond de bouteille.
C'est indigne d'un Etablissement de ce niveau d'autant qu'il n'y a pas eu d'excuses.....et des serveurs sans sourire ....(pour ne pas dire plus) ....pour le reste du repas.

Highly recommend the Mayflower, good food, great Portugese wine and excellant staff.
Either indoors or out on the deck this restaurant is hard to beat.Also try, the My Thai next door and The Brewery (Irish Bar) as these are also owned by the same people, you won't need to eat anywhere else in Vilamoura
