daniel alves: Still going and without shoes. The ones the shop had for replacement were having issues as well and now waiting to get a pair of new shoes from Spain. Unbelievable.... I am a good Sebago client. Recently bought a pair of brown Sebago’s in this shop and after one day of use they got a slight crack in the heel and a different colour in the heel coating. Went back to the shop last Wednesday by midday and was told that the heel coating issue was normal and the crack would have to be further checked by their technical services. Didn’t like the service as the shop should have given me the option to get full refund or to choose a new pair of shoes. The assistance raised her voice when confronted with my arguments and now have to wait at least one week to get my shoes back, to know what the problem is and how it can be fixed. Much better service at El Corte Inglês. Big disappointment with the attitude of the assistant of a Flaghip Store like the one in Amoreiras. Daniel

É a primeira vez que venho aqui e eu adorei!!! O lugar é enorme e tem toneladas de vendedores vendendo um monte de coisas. Fiquei tão surpreendida com os preços porque fui a outras antiguidades e os preços são super ridículos! Este lugar até tem uma pequena charcutaria para comprar comida e bebidas. Este lugar é super fantástico e eu definitivamente estarei de volta.

Meu, o forno saiu na véspera de Natal! Laabs só tem lugar aberto, tem a parte exacta, fica aberto e espera que eu vá lá buscá-lo! Incrível e Inacreditável! A parte de casa instalada e o forno voltou a funcionar, não é o nosso salvador a nascer, mas um pequeno milagre de Natal para a nossa família. A todos na Laabs Feliz Natal e DEUS te abençoe! Encomendou uma geladeira on-line paga pelo envio e garantia, só para ter que ligar para eles três dias depois para descobrir que o sistema estava desligado e não podia processar nenhuma entrega. Fui pessoalmente à loja para eles me dizerem que lamento não saberem o que mais lhes dizer. Tive de obter um reembolso total e ir a outro lugar. A gerente tentou o seu melhor para me ajudar, mas a loja tinha muito pouco pessoal, tinham vários clientes zangados na fila à minha frente. Eles parecem ter ótimos negócios, mas o atendimento ao cliente definitivamente precisa ser trabalhado.
