We booked an apartment on the first line from the ocean, with a pool in the garden (as indicated by the address on the site, as well as a description of the object and ALL posted photos). Unfortunately, after arriving, turned out that we are not in the first line from the ocean, and the garden is microscopic, of course without any pool... After trying to find out what's going on and contact with the manager, who was very unkind and rude, we got the information that either we have to reserve something else, or enjoy what we have.

Eu adoro este lugar. É o meu caminho para a minha Acura e eles têm um GRANDE serviço ao cliente! Enquanto esperam pela manutenção do seu carro, eles têm wifi gratuito, TV, café/smoothies/breakfast, e uma lavagem de carro para complementá-lo. Diz-se que eles definitivamente elevaram a fasquia e os padrões. A única razão pela qual estou dando 4 estrelas é bc ao comprar meu carro, o representante de vendas me deu a informação errada. Também, quando eu paguei um depósito de $500 pelo meu carro, eles me disseram que ia para o pagamento do meu carro, mas quando eu voltei, eles disseram que não podiam fazer isso, então eu tive que pagar aqueles $500 extra mais alguns milhares para complementá-lo. Tive de falar com um gerente de vendas superior em vez de com quem falámos originalmente, o que foi um pouco aborrecido, mas compreensível.

O pessoal de vendas aqui sabe como vender o produto com certeza. O cavalheiro com quem falei sobre a troca do meu telefone ofereceu-se para esperar e tirar a cor correcta do camião que estava a chegar naquele dia. Ele também me ajudou a conseguir itens de caixa aberta quando possível para me poupar algum dinheiro, além de tentar combinar algumas coisas extras com os negócios que estavam acontecendo na época. Serviço soberbo no geral!
