Although all arranged beforehand was the driver not aware of the address of the hotel where to deliver the passengers. For the return transfer to the airport the driver did not pick up the passengers at the hotel so they had to walk down the street with all luggage. Also the driver was not aware of the the terminal to bring the passengers and almost dropped the passengers at the wrong terminal. Information to the drivers can be improved.

We have used the transfert form Lisbon center to the airport. The driver was on time and the trip pleasant. Overall a very good service.

Flawless! Easy online transaction. We put in the address given to us on Airbnb, no problem. New Mercedes van, driver arrived even a few minutes early and waited for us as we got our bags. He was professional and spoke very good English. What more could you ask for when you can book online, no hassle, no calls, no worries, and then get chauffeured in a Mercedes? For our group it came to only about $50. Will definitely use again and 100% recommend.

I booked a transfer in advance so we would have a car seat for my child. I specifically requested in the booking that a child car seat was required. Turned up to Lisbon Airport, had to wait for my car and then lo and behold no seat for the child. It was late in the evening at this stage and darkness was gathering all around us. With no other option available we can to proceed with the journey in an unsafe dangerous manner. The driver assured us that he would make sure that there was a child car seat for our return journey. Of course, shock of shocks, on the return journey there was again no car seat for the child a 2nd time!! This is unacceptable and totally unsafe .

Taxi came 20 minutes later in the morning. When I called the Office nobody answered. 25minutes after he Office answered. Its is not good serving, when customer want to be sure that he is right time in airport.

Very good service and good value for money. Only minor issue was the size of the vehicle to pick us up but on the return trip an extra car was sent.

Friendly driver, good service, clean car, but we booked a child seat and the car arrived with a booster seat which is not acceptable for a 20 month-old baby. We were told that this was all they could find "last minute" because they did not know there will a baby... I see at least one other review mentioning the same issue so it seems like a recurring problem that should be fixed. I will be using another company for the return.

Highly recommended for a hassle free pickup to/from the Lisbon airport. We booked online a few days before and when we arrived there was a greeter waiting for us right outside of customs and walked us out to our driver - who took us all the way to Praia Del Rey. This is a well organized operation and it's local, so it's not a global operation contracting with local drivers which can occasionally be problematic. We also booked them for a return trip from Cascais to the airport - showed up right on time.

Excellent service! Driver did not speak very much english but we managed to communicate anyway. He even took the upper road instead of the tunnel to be able to guide us a bit in the sourroundings to the hotel. Also carried the bags to the hotel lobby. Easy and a good service!!

Has a wide range of shops, but it is always crowded and full of nasty people. The roof garden is used as a weed smoking spot.

My experience with this company was very satisfactory indeed. The service was thoroughly professional from start to finish. We had booked a coach to transfer 15 people from Lisbon Airport to Cascais and back again a few days later. Coaches were exactly where they were supposed to be, when they were supposed to be there. Drivers were very helpful and accommodating. I would very much recommend this company.

Very kind service and arrived earlier than asked, even when I had to be picked up already extremely early in the morning.

Unreliable. Booked return journey from airport to Lisbon city centre. Driver was there at the airport on arrival but nowhere to be seen for return journey. I even called numbers provided on the confirmation e-mail incase of "emergency" but got no response. I stupidly followed his and the website's directions and paid the full amount after the first trip (46 euro).

Perfect transfer from Lisbon Airport to Cascais: the driver was off-flight with a nameboard, easy to find. Black Mercedes with air-conditioning. Idem from Cascais to the Airport, the driver was few minutes in advance in front of our hotel. We've smoked a cigarette all together, discussed in english, leave & arrive in time. Same car.
