Rui Caldeira: It's just one of those gratifying experiences that make you believe that traditional stores are better than any other brand new flashy shopping mall stores. Don't let the appearance of the tall guy looking like Santa-Claus-has-shaved-his-beard fool you in thinking he's not skillful enough to take good care of you and your watch, change your battery, swap your strap or even to show you good quality products. I just went there to change my watch's' strap and when I left I wish I have bought something else because I'd certainly be well advised. From the first minute to getting to know what sort of strap I was looking for, showing me the straps adjusted to my taste and advising me on which one looked the best - because in the end I'm just a guy with no sense of fashion :D - I can easily state that he got a new customer.

Terrível atendimento ao cliente nesta visita. Todo o pessoal estava envolvido em suas conversas ou em seus celulares. Ninguém me ajudou, eu comprei uma televisão. Localizei o item, recuperei-o, e trouxe-o para verificar sem parar. A única conversa que tive antes do check out, foi um funcionário que parou a conversa dele para me dizer que os registos estavam fechados e que eu precisaria de a levar através da loja para pagar no serviço ao cliente. Havia talvez 3 outros clientes na loja e perto de, ou mais de 10 funcionários. Eu consegui um bom negócio na televisão para a minha avó. A gerência está a desperdiçar dinheiro com todo o pessoal.

A sério, o melhor lugar para problemas de carro de sempre!!! Trouxe os meus dois filhos comigo, a rapariga que trabalhava no café fez-lhes pepitas de frango e bolachas assadas no forno. Quando saímos eles perguntaram quando podiam voltar. O que me deixa feliz, minha troca de óleo foi rápida e eles me avisaram de toda a manutenção que precisa ser planejada para o futuro, para que não haja surpresas mais tarde. Derek foi muito gentil, e eu não podia pedir um lugar melhor para levar o meu carro!! Mais uma vez obrigado!!
