The concern to improve processes, procedures and products, constantly, with all business partners, leads the company to introduce certification in several areas. The year 2000 obtained the certification of quality management system, HACCP, environmental certification and product certification. The brand changed the image in 2005 and in 2008 was acquired by NewCoffee group, integrating a wider portfolio of brands and products extending its presence to various new market segments. Uma incompetência absolutamente insana. 4 dias separados e viagens a esta loja tentando conseguir um frigorífico e um sofá. O novo sistema deles é uma piada, pois não podem processar qualquer tipo de cartão, apenas dinheiro. Disse que o problema seria resolvido em poucas horas, engraçado eles disseram a mesma coisa uma semana atrás. Nunca mais vão pisar neste lugar. Se você decidir atualizar seu software, certifique-se de que ele funciona antes de sair, esse erro e desperdiçar meu tempo custou-lhe uma venda de 5k.

Vi uma exposição interessante numa caixa grande que estava perto de um associado. O texto era muito grande e eu não vi o preço da etiqueta pequena. Ao perguntar ao associado o custo, ele me disse claramente $10 a mais do que o preço depois de apontar para o item e me dizer que eu deveria olhar para a caixa onde ele está impresso. Então, quando viu que estava errado, foi-se embora rudemente. Esta é outra loja que precisa de uma experiência de compra secreta. Eu poderia ter comprado o item, era melhor do que o que eu estava procurando; mas eu não pago por um mau serviço.
