Those days, Caffècel facilities were the only one of its kind in Portugal, the production system allowing the electronic control of the whole process, since the selection of the various batches, the product formulation, the definition of the roasting cycle including two stages of cleaning (raw and roasted), to the packing phase with vacuum valve system. The concern to improve processes, procedures and products, constantly, with all business partners, leads the company to introduce certification in several areas. The year 2000 obtained the certification of quality management system, HACCP, environmental certification and product certification. The brand changed the image in 2005 and in 2008 was acquired by NewCoffee group, integrating a wider portfolio of brands and products extending its presence to various new market segments. Hoje foi uma excelente visita! Recebi uma chamada ontem convidando-me a usar a farmácia (já faz algum tempo) e o serviço foi óptimoBanheiros limpos, não fedorentos e a três estava o sabonete (nada com que secar as mãos)Estou no balcão das jóias, à espera. Ninguém aqui e eles foram chamados. Estou aqui há 5 minutos, vou esperar de novo, e vou embora. É na verdade uma compra impulsiva. Ah, bem...

LIARS!! A Expert Appliance afirma que só tem técnicos certificados. Isto não é absolutamente verdade. O tipo que veio a minha casa disse-me que aprendeu sobretudo a trabalhar com electrodomésticos de YOUTUBE E GOOGLE! E que ele conseguiu o emprego porque o seu chefe estava tão atolado que o enviava em chamadas sem qualquer treinamento formal. Eles me cobraram $150 no total (2 taxas de serviço) e fizeram com que a minha geladeira de gelo vazasse TWICE. Eles não o consertaram na segunda vez. Eles mentiram para mim sobre consertar o problema original com a máquina de gelo (e foi por isso que eles estavam vindo em primeiro lugar). Disseram-me que tinha sido resolvido. Mas disseram à minha companhia de garantia que era um defeito de fabrico e que não podia ser reparado!!! Isto é depois de vir MÚLTIPLOS TEMPOS PARA CORRIGIR! Acontece, segundo o fabricante a quem chamei, que o frigorífico tem um defeito de fabrico bem conhecido!!! Esta é apenas uma parte da história. Esses caras são bandidos.
