Those days, Caffècel facilities were the only one of its kind in Portugal, the production system allowing the electronic control of the whole process, since the selection of the various batches, the product formulation, the definition of the roasting cycle including two stages of cleaning (raw and roasted), to the packing phase with vacuum valve system. The concern to improve processes, procedures and products, constantly, with all business partners, leads the company to introduce certification in several areas. The year 2000 obtained the certification of quality management system, HACCP, environmental certification and product certification. The brand changed the image in 2005 and in 2008 was acquired by NewCoffee group, integrating a wider portfolio of brands and products extending its presence to various new market segments. Bom para aparelhos de baixo custo, especialmente com o tempo que se tem de esperar pelas encomendas de aparelhos este ano de 2020. Você pode ver o que está na loja. Eles entregam e transportam por uma taxa. Mau por atender o telefone e não fazem negócios / compras por telefone. O serviço de entrega não retirou o parafuso de embalagem nem nos disse que estava lá, o que causou um inconveniente considerável.

O atendimento ao cliente é absolutamente terrível. Fomos comprar um organizador de armários. Eles não tinham tudo, então compramos o que tinham e nos disseram que tudo o resto seria em poucos dias, colocamos em espera e quando entramos foi vendido a outros clientes. Disseram-nos que teríamos de continuar a voltar à loja à medida que as peças entrassem e que não nos entregariam. A loja fica a uma hora de distância. Absolutamente ridículo.

Minha esposa e eu já visitamos esta loja muitas vezes e depois compramos algumas coisas aqui. A loja está no limite de ser um antiquário verificado (e realmente bom) por ter antiguidades genuínas (a maioria no andar de cima) e um monte de antiguidades do mercado de pulgas não antistis (a maioria no andar de baixo). É um estabelecimento com vários revendedores e alguns stands/caixotes são de muito boa qualidade. Na nossa visita desta semana, queríamos ver artigos em caixas fechadas mas apenas um funcionário estava na secretária e a tratar de vários clientes. Como a espera prometia ser longa, nós saímos. Mesmo assim, vamos voltar, assumindo que isto foi uma anomalia.
