Those days, Caffècel facilities were the only one of its kind in Portugal, the production system allowing the electronic control of the whole process, since the selection of the various batches, the product formulation, the definition of the roasting cycle including two stages of cleaning (raw and roasted), to the packing phase with vacuum valve system. The concern to improve processes, procedures and products, constantly, with all business partners, leads the company to introduce certification in several areas. The year 2000 obtained the certification of quality management system, HACCP, environmental certification and product certification. The brand changed the image in 2005 and in 2008 was acquired by NewCoffee group, integrating a wider portfolio of brands and products extending its presence to various new market segments. The distinctive quality of their blends and the way it approaches the market makes Caffècel–NewCoffee, truthful and reliable to the consumer. Já faz 1,5 meses e o Standard Furniture não respondeu a uma única consulta por e-mail sobre a garantia. Não estou dizendo que a American é 100% culpada, mas você deve representar os itens que você vende e não continuar a vendê-los se o fabricante não honrar sua própria garantia. Por isso não recomendo a compra de nada feito pela Standard Furniture da American Freight.
