Roy was an amazing tour guide for us. He was friendly, helpful, and above all, knowledgeable. He gave us a wealth of historical and cultural information and we felt like he could help us with anything we needed. Very much worth the time and highly recommended.

Learnt lots of Dutch history. It is a tough climb but worth it. However, one visit is enough. Go as early in the day as possible to avoid long lines. Buy your tickets in advance online.

Wonderful Sintra Cascais Day Trip with Incredible Lunch! There were truly so many tours to choose from when looking to visit Sintra and surrounds from Lisbon, it was difficult to narrow down our options - reading through multiple reviews on Trip Advisor helped us to choose Sintra Magic Private Tours... and we were so glad that we did! Not only were we greeted with a luxury vehicle at our hotel, our guide Rui (Roy) was truly a master at creating the most boutique and perfect day trip for us. We left early to avoid the Sintra crowds and were pleased to experience the magic and romance of the most beautiful palace with hardly any other tourists! Expert navigation, information and history in just the right balance to give us the best day out. Lunch was also a highlight, stopping at the most delicious seafood restaurant where we were not rushed and could enjoy the best tastes of Portugal’s food and wine. Returning back to our hotel, we agreed that our day was a perfect balance of sights, history and tastes of Portugal! Highly recommend Sintra Magik Private Tours, you will be as impressed as us!
