Went on the Sintra and Cascais tour today and it was excellent. Tania was an excellent guide and driver. She was very knowledgeable and lots of fun. I would highly recommend doing this tour with Lisbon Riders as it's a small group with a great guide. There was also plenty of time to explore Sintra town and Cascais. Tip for when you get to Sintra, go early and head straight to the museum part (royal quarters). By the time we came out, the queue was snaking down the path. Sintra is beautiful, a must visit if you're in Lisbon.

Great small group tour to Sintra/Cascais. Our tour guide was Katerina. She is very friendly, funny and wants to be a photographer. She is a very good driver. We had enough time to walk around, eating and drinking of course. I definitely would recommend a small group tour.

We had a wonderful trip to Sintra and surrounding areas on Sunday 8th March with Tania. She is a truly excellent guide! Knowledgeable, informative, helpful and fun. She is also a very competent driver and we felt very safe and comfortable in her hands. Myself and three friends from Ireland had a memorable day. We even managed a swim in Cascais! Obrigada Tania! Definitely worth the money. Super comfortable van, very clean. Kat is such a great driver and more importantly, very knowledgeable (and funny) throughout the whole tour. She even gave us great recommendations for food afterwards. Thank you again!!

I wish I can do less than 1 start. I have booked for return trip back to Lisbon Airport. Driver did not turn on time. After making several attempts no one was answering the phone. So decided to take taxi and pay myself as i don't want to miss the flight. After coming back home I wrote an email and I have promised to refud. But you guessed it right after 9 emails (mostly from my side), no sign of money and no reply. Really unprofesional. I will try to avoid this company.

I’ll echo the other reviews, just book your tour with this company! Ricardo was helpful, thoughtful, and a wealth of knowledge. He had an insightful answer for any question we could throw his way, and I learned a lot while also throughly enjoying the trip. I’ll reccommend them to anyone who visits Lisbon.

This was my third time visiting Lisbon, but first time going to Sintra, Cabo da Roca, and Cascais. Based off of reviews, I decided to book with Lisbon Riders. We were fortunate enough to have Tanya as our tour guide. I always do my homework before joining tour groups so I can appreciate and understand more what the tour guide is saying about a place were visiting. Tanya had enough knowledge of every little thing about all the places we visited - Fatima, Batalha, Nazare, and Obidos. I greatly appreciate the fact that she is familiar with other matters related to the history of Lisbon including events that happened in other countries and how it affected the shape of Portugals’ history. I enjoyed our exchange of information but mostly enjoyed the knowledge she shared to me about the Crusades and the characters surrounding this subject and how Portugal played a part in all those events. All in all, she is one of the best tour guide anyone can ask for. She entertains questions on any and all subject matter related to the tour and goes above and beyond the context of whatever subject matter is being discussed. I truly enjoyed our conversations during the tour. I would highly recommend going on smaller groups if not doing a private tour with Lisbon Riders. I will definitely return to Portugal and will book a future tour with them! Thank you Tanya for the wonderful service you and your company has provided us. Truly a one of a kind experience! We took the Sintra and Cascais Small Group Tour. Rita was our guide and she drove us to Sintra, Cascais, Cabo da Roca, Azenhas do mar, Palace of Pena among others. The tour was well worth it compared to doing it on your own and our tour guide was simply great.

We booked a wonderful, half-day private tour. I highly recommend this as a way to get to know Lisbon's history, beauty, and culture. Tania was a fantastic and skilled guide who shared information and insights about everything we saw. She also offered suggestions and ideas for our week-long stay in the area. My wife and I did the Sintra tour with Rita and had a truly wonderful time. Rita is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Portugal and she even gave us tips for our trip to Oporto (Santiago F for a great Francesinha!) as well as an amazing bifana in Lisbon. And you were right Rita, the Pasteis de Belém and the cafe itself were worth the visit. Thanks again!

We took the day tour of Lisbon and had a fantastic time. You get a really good overview of the city, the culture, the geography and the main landmarks. You will do some walking and have the chance to get out of the van for pictures and to visit some of the main sites, but also got to see a ton of the city through a van. (From Alma to Belém, over the "Golden Gate", etc.) our guide was Carolina and she shares a ton of information and is happy to answer any questions. Would highly recommend this tour; and earlier in tour trip is better because I got a really good understanding of the layout of the city.

I took the Sintra and Cascais Tour with Tania. This is the 2nd tour that I have with her, having done the Lisbon City Tour last September. Tania has a great knowledge of Portugal, and is very proud and enthusiastic about her city. She also has a lot of knowledge about other parts of Europe as well, as she is well traveled. Very informative and pleasant to deal with. Great company to work with as well. The Tour itself was great visiting the Palace, the Coastline, and Cascais. Had a great day.

Highly recommend! We did the private tour to Sintra and Caicais, which was the best option with my two-year old niece in tow. Catarina was absolutely fantastic! She was knowledgeable, funny, and made us feel very comfortable. She gave excellent tips on timing (advised we leave earlier, which helped in beating the lines at Pena Palace) and pastries to try while in the Sinta village. As a group of seven, this was all of our favorite part of our whole trip to Portugal! Thank you, Catarina!

She had the perfect knowledge of history of Lisbon and Sintra!! The tour was in a van for only 8 people and hence we had perfect personalised tour.
