Andre was fabulous. Very personalized tour of Sintra. The initiation wells are amazing. Castles and churches are beautiful. He advised what to see from the outside & what to go into. Best advice ever. Cannot day enough good things about this tour!

Andre was an amazing tour guide. Spoke great English. The van had great AC and was very comfortable. It was myself and two other friends. He worked with our needs and the things we wanted to see, and then some. He is extremely knowledgeable of the history and Portugal as a whole. I would highly recommend this tour. We were able to avoid many crowds and it was hands free and care free. All around a great experience and well worth the money.

We took a trip to Sintra from Lisbon. Andre was great. He told us great history about all the palaces and was very patience with us since my wife takes a billion pictures at each new spots. We didn’t felt pushed as well. The van was very comfortable and great for our group of 4 adults and 1 infant. Will recommend to others.

This is our first time stopover in Lisbon, Portugal and we were so lucky to meet Andre from SPR Tours on the day of our arrival. Andre was such a nice guide, very professional and very knowledgeable. He knows inside out the city and all the touristic attractions. We were able to customize the tour and focus on our points of interest as well. Andre even went above and beyond our expectations, and showed us all the nice areas we would never be able to explore on our own. We even stopped by the famous bakery of Belem to try out those famous egg tarts. Our trip was so complete with Andre's guidance. We would definitely recommend Andre to our families & friends or anyone that want to have a tour with so much details and history in such a short period of time. We couldn't have been more happy with our tour. We booked Andre and his comfortable transport and then let him advise us of the best order of the day - he knew the busy times, where to park and tailored the Palace visits around our wishes. I took a Tuk Tuk ride with Andre in Lisbon. He was super professional, he told us some very interesting info about Lisbon´s history and took us for some delicious ginja at the end of your ride. He answered all our question and was willing to give us tips on places to visit. His english and his driving skills were very good. I really recommend this amazing way of discovering the city, I had a perfect experience. :)

Andre led us on a great tour, he was fantastically knowledgeable and gave a great history of Lisbon along the way. As a photographer I loved that he brought us to some gorgeous lookout spots and managed to get us to a perfect vantage point overlooking the city for the sunset. At the end of the tour he brought us around for cherry liquor in chocolate cups in one of the vibrant neighborhoods. It was awesome. If friends come to Lisbon, I'd enthusiastically send them Andre's way.

It was great having Andre as our tour guy, he definitely goes out of his way to show you around . I definitely recommend this tour company, we had a personalized tour and the price was great as well. If I go back to Portugal, I would definitely call Andre again

We were already enjoying exploring Lisbon on our own and on a hop/off bus tour and then we met Andre. And how lucky we were. Andre took us on a most wonderful half day tour of Lisbon that we could not possibly have achieved on our own. He has an incredibly detailed knowledge of this most wonderful city which he shared with us and we have now far richer insights into Lisbon, thanks to him. We stopped often, he explained churches, monuments, events in the city’s history. He showed us grand avenues, tiny cobbled streets and the most wonderful vistas of the city. He is also the most friendly, helpful guy you could possibly spend time with. We were so impressed and delighted with our afternoon together that it was a very easy decision to take a full day tour with Andre to Sintra, Cascais and the countryside and coast adjoining the city. Again, the same amazing stories to tell and knowledge to share. We’re going back in May and intend to spend more time touring with him. I wish there were more stars to award than five. He is an outstanding guide, worth every Euro (and more) and a most enjoyable guy to spend time with. If you’re going to Lisbon, seek him out.

We did two wonderful tours with SPG Tours; our guide was Andre, who was beyond excellent. He has vast knowledge of Lisbon and surrounding areas providing historical facts and amusing anecdotes along the way. His command of English is very good. We used a Tuktuk for the tour of Lisbon and a larger seven passenger van for our Sintra/Cascais tour. Both modes of transportation were very comfortable and clean. We are delighted we discovered Andre as his tours allowed us to maximize our all too short Portugal visit. We plan to return in May and will definitely seek out Andre’s tours again. As further testimony to SPG, four individuals on our Sintra tour had done a Lisbon tour with a Romeo, who works for Andre. They were so impressed with Romeo that they booked for Sintra and then a third tour for the next day. More satisfied customers! Our first tour was a two hour Tuktuk tour of Lisbon where we saw many attractions and sites we would never have discovered on our own. Nor would the hop on/hop off busses have taken us to these sites. The commentary was abundant and excellent providing interesting details on the different attractions. Our second tour was a small group tour to Sintra. Here Andre accompanied us again and continued his tradition of providing excellent commentary. On this full day tour we visited the Pena Palace, Quinta da Regaleira, ate a traditional Portuguese lunch, sampled port and cherry liquor, ate some wonderful Portuguese pastries before heading to the coast and more stops on the return to Lisbon.

We were in Portugal only for a few days and wanted to make the most of our time. We are so glad we booked a tour with Andre to Sintra, Cascais and Cabo da Roca. Andre suggested the itinerary and then customized it for us along the way and we are confident we would never have seen so much in one day without him. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable and a pleasure to spend the day with. Clean, comfortable car to tour in. Because we were so pleased with our day, we booked another excursion to tour Lisbon in a Tuk Tuk with Andre's colleague, Romeo. The Tuk Tuk was electric, so very quiet and surprisingly comfortable and was able to park easily at all the sites we visited, even those off the beaten path. Romeo was very knowledgeable and entertained us with history and local stories throughout the trip - loved the Tuk Tuk experience and would definitely recommend! We highly recommend SPR tours and both Andre and Romeo.

Choosing Andre Nery to be our guide was the best thing during our journey in Portugal. Our trip would not be the same without him. He really colored our days. Initially we had organized only one tour with him to Sintra, Cascais an Cabo da Roca. But because that day with Andre was extreamly amazing we decided to have another two full day excursions: one to Bacalhoa Winery, Sesimbra&Cabo Espichel and the other to Nazare and Obidus. Because of Andre's knowledge and experience we eat the testiest seа food in the world, visited interesting places, took a lot of gorgeous pictures and with 4 words WE SPENT UNFORGETTABLE TIME. I felt myslelf like I was travelling with a very close friend of mine and I think that this is the best way to feel the place you visit. Some places reveal their beauty if only you happen to be there at the right time or follow a well composed programme and a committed guide. We had the chance to encounter the professional behavior and expertise of Andre Nery on a three day private tour and he really made the day! Moreover Andre made us feel the most privileged tourists in a place crowded with hundreds of people as is Sintra on mid-August Mondays. He was timely, profound on stories, yet succinct with the information when needed. He followed a pattern of a programme, designed in advance but was flexible to rearranged it to our personal interests. Having Adrea be our tour guy is one of the best thing during this vocation . It is really great service & good responsibility . We had one day city tour with Adrea's Tuk-Tuk , we been most of the beautiful spot in Town . Another day for Sintra & Quinta Da Regaleira . Those places are really awesome. We really loved our day tour with Andre, He was really knowledgeable and informative with many interesting facts and stories of Lisbon so we had a lot of fun on the day. We also tasted typical Portuguese gastronomy and liquors and cakes, delicious! We highly recommend SPR Tours and we will certainly be calling Andre again for our next visit to Lisbo

We had a small intermediate tour with Andre and it was amazing!!! We toured the castle, and even though it was a foggy day it was still beautiful. The stories and history that Andre told us helped paint the picture back in the day. We toured Sintra center and enjoyed tastings & snacks of local food and ports. We had a little feee time to explore and the. We took a drive to an on the coast that was breath taking. It was an amazing experience and I suggest taking the tour. It’s a long day, but it’s best to have a small group and see the important beautiful areas then miss them on your own.

This morning we took a leap of faith, on an impromptu tour, with a guy named Pedro that we met on the street. I’m so glad we did. He was kind and very professional and turned out to be the perfect guide! It was a cold windy morning and after two days in Lisbon, our plan was to just see the castle and then hit the road to our next stop. On our way to the tram, we happened to walk by Pedro and only hesitantly listened to his pitch and give it a try. After a few minutes of talking to him we could tell that he would be a good fit our family. He was sincere, great with our kids, very flexible, and managed to give us a great tour, take family pictures for us, and return us back to the spot we met - all in an hour! Thank you, Pedro! We are glad we met you and appreciate all your advice for our future travels!!! :)

This was my 1st trip to Lisbon, It couldn’t be a better experience. Andre was by far out of this world!!!!!! I would highly recommend to anyone traveling here. He was very professional, neatly dressed and most importantly on time. It was the best experience for me. I can’t thank you enough....

Fantastic day discovering Sintra then the coastal region. Andre provided great service and was an exceptionally knowledgeable guide. A well planned day - Palaces, Villages, Local cuisine and wine and a coastal trip back to Lisbon that was very memorable. A highly recommended day trip - great value for a 9 hour tour - a very time efficient way to see Sintra and the Western coast of Continental Europe.

Andre was outstanding! We would highly, highly recommend taking this tour. He picked us up exactly when he said he would (8:30am) and spent all the time needed to take us on a thorough tour of Sintra, Cascais, Estoril, etc. - we got back at 7:30pm! He is extremely knowledgeable and engaging, and he speaks perfect English. How he keeps all of the history straight, I don't know! But, don't hesitate - book this tour!

My young family of 5 spent 2 days touring with André. It was the perfect way for my family to stay engaged in all the amazing history there was to see. We drive around in a cozy van to Sintra, Cascais had a beautiful lunch at a windmill converted into a Mexican restaurant. On our second day we explored Lisban in a tuk tuk, which was the highlight for everyone in my family. This tour will not disappoint!
