Marlene ist ein Engel! Sie möchte am Liebsten allen Pilgern zur Hand gehen (Wäsche aufhängen, Getränke bringen, Tipps geben, etc.). Unterkunft ist super, selbst Wäsche waschen mit einer Waschmaschine gegen einen Unkostenbeitrag ist möglich. Empfehlenswert!

Después de una etapa con muy mal tiempo llegar a este albergue ha sido como una bendicion. Su dueña nos recibió con un te caliente! La casa es muy acogedora y es pequeña, solo 17 camas. Te sentirás como en tu casa y pasarás desde luego una de las mejores noches del Camino. Muchas gracias por todo!

Um albergue com uma família muito simpática. Adorei a decoração da casa e deve de ter sido o pequeno almoço mais animado que tive em todo o meu caminho. Recomendo a passagem.

Un buen albergue. Cerca de un restaurante. Son 13 euros con desayuno. El propietario es muy majo y muy relajado. Dejan el desayuno preparado por la noche para que se pueda salir cuando se quiera.

This is a fantastic albergue catering to pilgrims: Laundry! (Washer and Dryer), welcoming communal kitchen, cuddly doggos! (even the big pup). Easy arrangements for professional massage next door, 250 metres to Restaurant w/ pilgrim menu. And if you are a fan of Frida Kahlo, the artwork on the walls will satisfy you.

Cute and cosy place. Friendly host. Paid a little extra to get the private room and bathroom, which was worth it. Very comfortable and quiet. It was a little difficult to go into the kitchen early to get breakfast when people sleeping in the loft above.

Nice auberge, usual facilities for Pilgrims. Pedro who greeted me very welcoming and has good English. Breakfast included. The 'private' quarters - a little scruffy and need a bit of improvement but nice all the same. This place is obviously trying to make the grade. Good for them.

Miejsce warte pozostania. Pani gospodyni troskliwa, miła. Kawa, herbata, bułeczki i coś do chleba było do naszej dyspozycji. Wnętrze przyjemne, zrobione w ciepłym stylu przypominające mały górski domek. Do dyspozycji pralka i suszarka. Warto się tu zatrzymać w czasie pielgrzymki do Santiago.

Very nice place to stay. You can get your laundry done and everything is really nice and cosy. Breakfast is already waiting for you even when you start early.

Diese Herberge ist liebevoll eingerichtet und strahlt etwas aus.
Küche vorhanden. Als wir ankamen war Besitzerin nicht da aber sie hatte andere Pilger informiert, die uns den Platz zeigten.
Ein paar Meter weiter unten ist ein Restaurant - da treffen sich dann wohl alle Pilger von Rubiaes

Un sitio de lo mejor, Marlene es muy amable, está todo muy limpio. El lugar es espectacular todo verde, lleno de pinos, muy bonito.

Lovely alberque on our road to Santiago de Compostela. Marlene is very kind and hospitable. She offered us beverage and even gave us private room. In the price of acomodation (15 euro) was also included breakfast.

Die mit Abstand schönste Herberge des Caminho Portugues!!! Man wird so herzlich aufgenommen, Marlene ist ein Herz von Mensch. Es gibt Frühstück, eine tolle Küche, ein Kamin, tolle Duschmöglichkeiten, Supermarkt in der Nähe. Nach unserer härtesten Etappe war das die Belohung - wir konnten wunderbar Energie und Kraft tanken! MUITO OBRIGADO

Local muito agradável. Boas instalações e muito limpas. Atendimento personalizado e com muita simpatia. Adorei lá pernoitar. Recomendo a todos os peregrinos.

I really liked this place. They have a room with 3 beds if you can get it. We stayed in the more shared area. Still not bad. 7 beds in one room and i think 3 in the loft. We really liked the layout and the staff were great. Right on the camino and an easy walk to the town's only restaurant.

Don't pay for breakfast - you'll get maybe a banana if you're lucky and there'll be no way for you to get your money back
