Will give you guidance and advice in a very relaxed environment, and you feel 100% comfortable immediately! A great facility! One of the best gyms I have been to in the algarve. Always good music on and trainers are always willing to help. Also tried some of the classes and they were excellent. The trainers really know what their doing. Worth a try

I have been to this area on holiday for the last 3 years. I’m a reasonably serious athlete. These guys are INCREDIBLE. Claudia and her team provide an exceptional service in my view. You are guaranteed a very friendly welcome from a team of real professionals. The gym is well equipped, both weights and cardio. Open 8-8 every day. I have had some of the best PT sessions I have ever had (in 15 years of triathlon and fitness training) with Claudia. You will simply not be disappointed. The gym is within the Pestana Hotel reception area. These guys will look after you, whatever your fitness needs. End of story!!
