O serviço prestado pela Turisprime foi mau e revela uma politica agressiva de realização de lucros. Não espero ser ressarcido. Sei que a resposta à minha reclamação será um texto em "copy-paste" remetendo para argumentos legais retirando-me a razão num tom falaciosamente simpático e empático. Espero com esta reclamação demover outras clientes de recorrer aos serviços da Turisprime a quem desejo todo o pior possível. Passo a descrever : na hora da entrega do carro obrigaram-me a aspirá-lo por haver um pouco de areia nos assentos e cobraram-me um suplemento de cerca de 30 euros por um arranhão numa jante. Nego ter sido culpado por esse arranhão. Sempre conduzi com muito cuidado para evitar qualquer dano ao carro. Sem cumprimentos Nelson Calado

You have to wait some time at the airport for someone to pick you up to the main offices. (out of airport) Car return was also took more than 40 minutes. Too slow. this does not include airport transfer.

Я бронировал автомобиль через сервис Rentalcars, и там не было сказано что придётся доплатить 30€ без учёта VAT 23% за получение или сдачу автомобиля в нерабочее время (рабочее время 08:00 - 22:00), хотя на сайте самой компании эта информация была, поэтому к самой компании в этом вопросе претензий нет, брал без дополнительных страховок, заблокировали 377€ франшизы и топливной гарантии, машины все в отличном состоянии, отдают с полным баком, так как брал и сдавал в нерабочие часы сказать как обстоит ситуация с очередями не могу, сами они находятся не на территории аэропорта, поэтому встрече происходит в митингпоинт у 4 выхода, обозначенного жёлтым квадратом со стрелочками. За мной приехал сотрудник ровно в то время которое я указал при бронировании. Когда сдавал машину офис был закрыт и пока я не постучал в стеклянную дверь никто не открывал, приняли машину быстрее чем отдавали, к машине прилагался транспондер Via Verde, который оплачивается во время сдачи автомобиля.

We were happy with the car rental, though they were clear that any ding or scratch would have to be paid for. I ended up taking a lot of pics while going through the first inspection. I also insisted that they mention in the contract that I had taken pics of the car. On our return, turning the car in was easy and uneventful. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport.

Made us pay for an insurance we didn't want by pretending the machine didn't work and it was money for the car hire. First they tried to get us into a bigger car for more money and when we declined they scammed us! Will never go back...

Dishonest front desk pushed additional insurance on me I didn’t need. They claimed the insurance I already had was not valid to them, which was a complete lie. The advertised car was not spacious as it was told on the website as well.

O carro e os funcionários ok, porem a dificuldade em conseguir ligar para a empresa principalmente fora do horário comercial assusta, a agência que atua no aeroporto não é 24horas cobra taxa extra para receber o carro fora do horário alem de não ter nenhum funcionário no aeroporto eles ficam indo e voltando para a agência minha família ficou bem aflita por alguns minutos Até aparecer alguem da locadora já que eu nao tive sucesso ligando no telefone indicado pois já estava fora do horário, fico imaginando que precisar de socorro mecânico fora de horário.

Nous avons loué un Renault capture 6 jours. Le véhicule était en parfait état, neuf. Quand on arrive à l aéroport une navette vous amène au bureau qui se trouve à l extérieur de l aéroport. Un badge telepeage est fourni ... C est très bien...il faudra juste pour activer le bagde verser 11 euros ..non remboursé...mais c est très appréciable et confortable pour circuler sur l autoroute. Le service est parfait et il faut juste anticiper le retour du véhicule. Mais aucun problème si on anticipe. Le personnel est très accueillant et ils parlent le français. Je recommande cette société de location pour son sérieux et son accueil.

Abbiamo noleggiato la macchina insieme al volo online. Per una polo il prezzo era di 16€ al giorno e a noi serviva per 2 giorni quindi abbiamo pagato 32€. Il prezzo era di fatto vantaggioso. Al momento della prenotazione la macchina è diventata una Wolkswagen Up. Poco ci importava visto che eravamo solo in due. Arrivati a Lisbona però è arrivata la sorpresa. Ci hanno obbligato ad inserire nuove assicurazioni che non venivano menzionate nemmeno sul voicher di prenotazione. Le tasse per le autostrade ecc. Addirittura era obbligatorio lasciare 85€ per la benzina così da poterla lasciare a secco. Vi diranno che conviene perché è impossibile lasciare la macchina col pieno considerato che il distributore di benzina è molto lontano. Non è vero! Il distributore è a meno di due km. La macchina nel frattempo è diventata una Renault Clio benzina alla quale abbiamo fatto un pieno con meno di 50€ (ne abbiamo pagati 85 per lasciarla a secco). Morale della favola per due giorni di noleggio i 32€ sono diventati 240€!!!! Per una clio benzina modello base che consumava come un Hammer. Il nostro consiglio spassionato per chi vuole noleggiare un’auto a Lisbona è quello di farlo sul posto una volta arrivati in aeroporto e confrontare i prezzi che vi vengono offerti dalle varie compagnie. Di sicuro non andrete a pagare la cifra che invece abbiamo dovuto pagare noi. La Tourist Prime è la peggiore compagnia alla quale affidarsi e ve lo dicono due che noleggiano auto in ogni viaggio.

Pour la caution il refuse toutes les cartes bancaires autres que la vôtre mais par contre pour le paiement de leur soit disante assurance la vous pouvez utiliser la carte que vous voulez .. 3. Péssima experiência. Não explicam como o serviço funciona. Cobram várias taxas. Não me entregaram nenhuma comprovação de desbloqueio do valor referente ao combustível. Quando devolvi o carro deram me zero atenção! Estavam todos a gritar e correr, muito apressados. Não consegui nem perceber o que se passava. Atendimento ao cliente muito ruim!

Reservei este serviço pelo site da ryanair, o aluguer do automóvel mais o seguro. Primeiro de tudo quando chegamos ao aeroporto ficamos imenso tempo a espera que nos viessem buscar. Depois ao efetuar o levantamento do automóvel colocam muita burocracia e um dos fatos a salientar é que cobram novamente 60 euros para o seguro do automóvel, porque dizem que o seguro cobrado anteriormente não tem nada haver com eles. Nunca vi tão péssimo serviço nota-se mesmo que estão ali para roubar. E tenho a dizer que só avancei com o serviço, porque tinha no momento o meu filho doente e queria era me despachar.

Das Swiss so ein Vermieter auf der Buchung Homepage anbietet ist sehr fraglich! 150 Euro für eine schon angekratzte Zierblende aus Plastik. Nie wieder. = Auf die Antwort vom Inhaber sofort reagiert. Status 06 Januar 2019. Am 13.12.2018 ein Email mit den persönlichen Daten und Fotos von der ersten Bestandes Aufnahme bei der Abholung geschickt. Die Fotos und das Verhalten beweisen genug. Da wird mit Tricks Geld ergaunert. Achtung vor diesem Geschäft.

I rent about 10 cars a year in different countries. I have never seen such unsympathetic service. In addition, after two months they charged my credit card for the road toll, which is unacceptable because at the time of return all journeys were registered by the system. I do not recommend this rental!!!

Falta de respeito enorme! Ficamos mais de uma hora esperando a Van no aeroporto para ir buscar o carro e quando chegamos não era o carro que alugamos. Ao questionarmos, nos falaram que era um similar porém o que nos deram era um carro menor! Supervisora grossa e estúpida. Em viagens anteriores que isso aconteceu que não tinham o carro alugado, a locadora fez um upgrade e dão um carro melhor e não um downgrade com um "feliz ano novo".

Un timo! Al coger el coche no habian apuntando los daños existentes, que eran bien visibles, y al devolver el coche, una rayada de 0,50 cm en una llanta se convierte en 200€ de factura. Y son incapaces de hacer una factura de los daños del coche para el seguro....

Pure scammers!! Never again!! They tried to charge me for 35 eur for missing little cover of windshield wiper despite that I purchased full insurance from them. After a scandal they decided to step back with their false claims. Also note that they block on your card fantastic amount of money, if you want to go with only a basic insurance plan. Avoid them at all costs!

Wszystko OK. Obsługa miła. Przed wypozyczeniem dokładnie opisali stan pojazu i obawiałem się jak będzie przy zwrocie, przestraszony opiniami na google, ale w ogóle nie bylo problemu. Zwrot trwal może 3 minuty i bez żadnych kosztów, chociaż nie kupowałem ubezpieczenia przy wypożyczeniu.

A evitar! No atendimento fazem uma lavagem ao cérebro para as pessoas fazerem seguro contra danos. Já aluguei viaturas em muitas Rent-a-Car e nunca vi uma pressão tão grande. Na entrega da viatura não foram corretos comigo, imputando um dano à minha utilização da viatura, que já estava presente na mesma desde o início. Turisprime, nunca mais!!!

Auto sehr günstig über check 24 gebucht für 2 Tage. Vor Ort sind die Mitarbeiter zwar sehr nett, haben uns aber versucht zusätzlich eine Versicherung unterzujubeln für 60 Eur, obwohl wir vollkasko ohne Selbstbeteiligung gebucht hatten,alternativ wird die Kreditkarte mit 1650 Eur geblockt ) Auto wurde nass übergeben (aufpassen, so sieht man die Macken am Auto nicht gut) und es wird jeder Kratzer und jede Verunreinigung innen in Rechnung gestellt. Tank wurde nicht voll übergeben sollte aber voll zurückgegeben werden. Ich würde abraten, absolute abzocke (kein Wunder bei dem Preis) aber wenn sich doch jmd dafür entscheidet, dringend jeden klitzekleine Macke dokumentieren, innen wie außen, und Fotos von allem auch von km und Tank...

Despite the poor reviews online, i chose this car rental company for my trip in Portugal. My experience with the car, the staff and company is the polar opposite of the reviews online. The car was fantastic and the staff was polite and meticulous in checking the car in the presence of the customer, which i thought was important to prevent disputes at car return. No heckling or pushing to purchase excess insurance. Additionally, the price to rent was the best offer which I could find online. I would definitely choose TurisPrime again.

Même arnaque que les précédents commentaires. Navette payante après 20h. 30€. Isolé dans une agence à quelques kilomètres de l aéroport. Dépôt de garantie impossible. Obligé de payer 300€ en plus, alors que cela avait été déjà validé par un tiers. Bloqué à 22h du soir sans pouvoir choisir autre choses avec une petite dans les bras. Bref plus jamais.

Globaly this was ok, people at the desk were nice and talking a good enough english , car was brand new (too new it didn't work very well engine was in running-in periode) now 3 advises I can give you : - met one of there people close To the meeting point search for a people with a turisprime stuff and list in the hands. - Beware of the type of credit card you have check if it's a CREDIT or a DEBIT card it could put you on trouble if you don't have bunch of money and high limit of payment ! So don't hesitate To call your bank To rise your payment limit To avoid any problems with bail that was as high as 1660€ for a small car!! - Take a picture of the dasboard including mileage and level of fuel. Our car was supposedly full did 25km and it dropped of 1 quarter which was impossible... You've been warned. I would rent again there but would definitely check the full tank directly from them next time and get some money back !

Méfiez vous ,vente forcée du boitier de télépéage (1€85 par jour) alors qu on peut payer aux caisses,l agent d accueil vous dit que vous ne pouvez que payer dans une post office et que vous n avez que 48h pour le faire... sinon une amende vous sera envoyé et débitée sur votre carte de crédit...

Não aluguem na Turisprime. Empresa desonesta e golpista. Inventam danos no veiculo para cobrarem o cartão. Há diversos depoimentos descrevendo o mesmo golpe. Hoje fui devolver o carro e o mesmo funcionário mencionado em outros comentários inventou que o carro estava arranhado no parachoque. Algo que era impossível perceber, que não foi causado por mim e que poderia ser resolvido com qualquer pasta de polimento. Não aceitei a cobrança e se fosse necessário chamava a polícia. Já passei por uma experiência negativa anteriormente com esta empresa, quando debitaram meu cartão e nunca me responderam o motivo, mas acreditei que pudesse ter sido azar. Hoje comprovei que realmente são golpistas. Apesar desta reposta padrão dos comentários eles não respondem aos e-mails. E se tentar o telefone eles dizem para enviar um email....

Non vorrei parlare troppo presto, ma la mia esperienza è stata positiva. Ci hanno dato un'auto migliore di quella noleggiata, ci hanno fatto pagare solo una piccola differenza rispetto al prezzo iniziale pattuito (€15) ma poi è andato tutto liscio. Il personale è stato gentile ed al ritiro hanno solo controllato il livello della benzina.

Ocorreu tudo bem e fomos bem atendidos pelo pessoal da agência. Infelizmente a agência fica fora do aeroporto e é um pouco confuso encontrar o ponto de encontro no aeroporto para levar até a agência. Outro ponto é que tentaram vender um seguro mais caro, feito por eles, dizendo que o seguro total feito pela rentalscar pode gerar problemas.

Devolução do carro e funcionários desrespeitosos, ignoram a fila de clientes e atendem fora da ordem da fila, mesmo depois de ter sido avisado por mim e minha esposa. Gerente não demonstrou vontade em querer resolver o problema e também se mostrou desrespeitoso. Não recomendo.

Arnaque parfaitement rodée !! Pareil que les commentaires précédents ! Ils doublent ou triplent le prix initial de la location sous prétexte que la CB n'est pas une carte de crédit (comme aux US par exemple) mais une carte de débit (comme 80% des CB en France). Pareil aussi pour l'extension de garantie souscrite en ligne qu'il faut repayer sur place !! Bref des escrocs ! Prix initial sur facture 70€, prix final payé 180€ !

nagenoeg nieuwe auto, plm € 60 voor twee weken! Professioneel en efficiënt; prima shuttle naar vliegveld; handig om "via verde" sensor (voor tolwegen en bruggen) bij hen te laten activeren (kosten zijn gering en verdien je terug); zelf verzekeren is goedkoper dan bij hen; wel zorgen dat je de auto (van binnen) schoon weer inlevert.

Uma enganação total, paguei no Brasil a locação e seguro de um carro médio e a gasóleo. Me entregaram um carro pequeno a gasolina todo ralado (dava vergonha de andar com o carro todo esfolado) e não aceitaram o seguro feito aqui. Condivido con la maggior parte di persone che hanno noleggiato attraverso internet per un prezzo alquanto competitivo(4 giorni di noleggio a Lisbona a euro 43,00+28,00 di assicurazione all incluse) e poi si sono trovate a pagare una nuova assicurazione"casco" ad un costo molto più alto di quella già sottoscritta e pagata. Ho avuto grosse difficoltà con la lingua inquanto non parlono italiano e mi sono ritrovato con una vettura (Clio) diversa da quella prenotata(Magane) e con la scortesia all'atto della consegna della vettura per il mancato pieno non fatto di non accompagnarmi al più vicino distributore,cosa che mi ha comportato una perdita di tempo di circa 40 minuti,rischiando di perdere l'aereo. Esperienza negativa e pagamento di un importo molto superiore di quello pattuito all'atto della prenotazione.Per l'esperienza avuta non lo consiglio. I booked a 9 passenger Mercedes van with this company online. Upon arrival, we received a Ford, not a Mercedes. 1 hour into driving the vehicle, the clutch stopped working and we broke down on the side of the road. It took them 3 hours to send a tow truck to pick us up. When arriving back at their office, they apologized and said they will give us 2 free days of rental because of the time we lost due to the faulty vehicle. Fast forward 10 days to the end of our trip: they charged me 2000 Euros for "breaking the car". How is it possible that I can break a clutch within 1 hour of driving? I drove their replacement vehicle for 10 days with no issues. Also, they said then never told me I would receive the 2 free days of rental. Now I am fighting a legal battle to get my money back. These people are liars and thieves.

Fujam dessa empresa, são golpistas. Tal como diversos já disseram aqui, tentam forçar a compra de um seguro total para o carro. Se você não faz, na hora de entregar eles afirmam que você arranhou ou estragou isso e aquilo no carro, um negócio ridículo atrás do outro. Olhem essa foto, de um suposto arranhão na roda que eu teria feito, me cobraram 280 euros - ora, eu não fiz vistoria no carro antes de entrar para saber o que está arranhado, e eles sabem que ninguém faz, logo se aproveitam. E esse arranhão aí eu tenho absoluta certeza que não fui em quem fez, teria percebido. São uma empresa de má fé, não à toa nas cotações sempre aparecem entre os mais baratos, porque depois tiram a diferença e muito mais com golpe nos clientes. Fujam desse tipo de gente mau caráter.

Bought the total coverage insurance. Drove around Lisbon and to Santa Cruz. Back tyre had a piece of rubber chipped off and they wanted us to return the car to Lisbon for an exchange. We didnt and it turned out OK. Service was overall as expected.

Não recomendo!!! Golpe! Aconteceu exatamente o que o pessoal tem escrito acima, induzem você a fazer um seguro exorbitante, bloqueio de 1660 euros no cartão que misteriosamente não da certo, etc. Se você não faz o seguro é pior porque qualquer arranhão no carro ou no aro da roda q mal da para ver você vai ter q pagar 185 euros

De las peores compañías rent a car que me he encontrado, estafadores a un nivel increíble. Primero te cobran 30€ por que tu avión ha llegado tarde, aunque en ningún momento te informan de que pueda pasar esto al alquilar el coche. Después ya te advierten de que sin su seguro vas mal, que da igual que tengas uno propio a todo riesgo. Y para finalizar cuando devuelves el coche, una rayada de menos de un centímetro en una llanta se convierte en 200€ de factura, un timo. Además, mejor no ir con prisa, hasta que la furgoneta no se llena, no se sale. Jamás volveré a utilizar a esta empresa.

Même 1 étoile c est trop ! Fuyez et ne vous retournez pas ! Vous payez lors de la réservation et à votre arrivée ils vous font payer près de 300 euros parce que vous n'avez pas 1600 € à bloquer sur votre compte pour la caution. Ensuite il vous bloque entre 90 et 110 euros pour la caution de l'essence. Une aberration ! L'agence se trouve dans un hangar on vous y emmène par une navette qui prend 8 personnes max donc s il ne reste pas de place vous patientez (à l aller comme au retour). Et pour finir on essaie de vous berner en vous disant que l'intérieur du véhicule est "sale" donc il vous faut encore aligner les sous. Par miracle un autre employé c est occupé de nous et lui n a pas jugé que le véhicule était sale donc il ne nous a pas fait payer. Une seule chose à retenir : FUYEZ SANS VOUS RETOUTNER et surtout prenez en compte les commentaires des clients. Nous avions téléphoné à l'agence qui nous avait assuré que les commentaires des clients étaient faux. A bon entendeur...

И сама машина, коробка разболтанная, задняя скорость плохо перелючается. А на горках она еле тянула, и это машина взятая в гористой стране! Кошмар короче, не рекомендую

Obligés de payer 180€ supplémentaires car leur lecteur de carte ne parvenait pas à débiter la caution de 1600€ de la carte du conducteur. Le personnel ne voulait pas d'autre carte que celle du conducteur pour payer la caution, par contre pas de problème d'en utiliser une autre pour payer l'assurance ! Au final on se retrouve à payer le double du prix de la location initiale.

I rented a car with a friend of mine in Lisbon. The price was really good and I didn't get any extra (full cover or other services); the staff was really rude with us. After one week trip, I brought back the car and they said that it was too dirty inside and they charge me for the extra payment that is actually MORE than the price of one week rent! Unbelievable! And the car wasn't that dirty at all, just a bit of dust and sand, nothing more! Never again!

ARNAQUE ! Personnel très désagréable et mal poli. Obligation de rendre la voiture propre sinon 123€ vous seront débités ! Ça fait cher le coup d'aspirateur.. 1600€ de caution, prévoyez de les avoir sur votre compte sinon vous serez dans l'obligation de prendre une assurance à 180€, quoique c'est peut être la meilleure solution si vous ne voulez pas d'ennui au retour car ils trouveront toujours quelque chose pour vous retirer des sous de votre caution. UNE seule navette pour le transfert, hallucinant ! Donc prévoyez aussi du temps pour récupérer ou ramener la voiture si vous ne voulez pas louper votre avion. En résumé FUYEZ!

Attention arnaque !!! Le prix est alléchant mais une fois sur place, ils vous proposent 2 solutions: Soit ils vous bloquent 1660€ (correspondant à la franchise) soit vous payez 200€ de plus pour avoir zéro franchise. On a opté pour les 1660€ (tout en sachant que l'argent était sur le compte) mais ça a été refusé par leur machine (histoire de carte débit au lieu de crédit.. les cartes françaises classiques ne permettent pas de faire le dépôt de garantie demandé). Obligation donc de payer les 200€ d'assurance (comme nous avons payé sur un site intermédiaire, l'agence de location ne propose même pas de restituer les sommes engagées donc aucun choix alternatif.. de toute facon, nous sommes loin de l'aéroport, et des autres agences de location) La même chose est arrivé aux gens devant nous... Sans compter que le personnel n'est pas agréable et ne fait aucun effort..

Si vous ne prenez pas d'assurance prenez soin de vérifier la voiture très attentivement car l'inspection du retour est rudement mené ! il faut rendre la voiture aspiré sinon des frais de 123€ vous seront retiré ! Je ne parle même pas du comportement des employés malpoli, non chalent.. et j'en passe. Délai d'attente du véhicule interminable. Assurer vous d'avoir la CB au bon nom et avec le bon montant sur votre compte car autrement une assurance vous sera facturé 180€. Bref arnaqueur !

Vous etes des escrocs, 443 euros pour un impact de gravier sur le pare-brise qui etait certainement present lors de la prise en compte du vehicules. C est certainement parce que je n ai pas pris d assurance chez TourisPrime, qu ils ont voulu gagner de l argent. La personne qui a receptionne le vehicules, a fait un tour rapide du vehicule et s est dirige directement vers le pare-brise. Bizarre... On a vraiment l impression de se faire voler surtout quand on voit la reaction du personnel. Surtout ne louez pas avec ce prestataire. J ai deja loue un peu partout dans le monde, et c est la premiere fois que je vois un tel comportement. Très mauvaise expérience avec Turisprime. Ils essaient par tous les moyens de gratter de l’argent. Nous avons souscrit à une assurance sur le site sur lequel nous avons loué la voiture et quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons été obligé de payer une autre assurance car soit disant l’assurance en ligne ça n à rien à voir avec eux. Personnel peu sympathique et pas professionnel. Je ne le recommanderai pour rien au monde.

do not rent anything here! just rented a car. you are being fooled by what you stand by. boy behind the desk was not professional and was sitting on his chewing gum. suddenly we had to pay an amount of 80 euros. the boy told us that we had only paid the reservation but did not rent it? voucher showing that everything was paid but we would not get the car if we would not pay. in the end so paid anyway. all of a sudden our debit cards did not work anymore and we had to pay it in cash. All this was of course very strange and the boy said that we should contact the person we reserved. done right away and they also thought it was a very strange story and said that we did not have to pay anything anymore.

Réservation faite via Ryanair. Super tarif pour une Fiat Panda. Véhicule en très bon état. Aucun souci, si ce n'est qu'à l'accueil le niveau langues étrangères n'était pas trop top . (Personne ne parlait français et l'accent anglais de mon interlocuteur était un peu approximatif) Ps l'agence est assez loin du hall des arrivées mais il y a une navette gratuite de l'agence (personnes et bagages) jusque là, à l'aller comme au retour.

The company is very unpleasant, it seems they want to gain some profit margin through aggressive pursuit for damage reparation. We had one tyre cap (cap!) with minor scratches and they said they had to get 30 eur for it. I mean, I don’t think 30 eur is that bad, but I feel that it was the first time ever a rental car company ever charged me for a tyre cap scratches. Even worst, there were another customers being charged for a similar problem and they were very pissed. They were being charged for a very minor tyre cap (again) scratches and another minor scrathes on the bumper. i Think car rental company can charge for such damages, even though I think it is excessive, but to say the truth, I rather go to a company that doesn’t give such a painful experience when you are returning the car. Especially when you are in a hurry to go to the airport. Also, don’t forget this rental it’s not open 24/7, but only 8:00-20:00, and they charge 30eur if you want to return from 20:01-7:59. Be aware if you want to go to the airport earlier. To be fair, the car was ok, the price was good and the location not bad.

Mais uma vítima da empresa. Ao entregar o carro, foram direto ao pneu e disseram que os dois aros estavam arranhados. Arranhões mínimos e ao que tudo indica, já eram existentes (sou muito cuidadoso ao pegar um carro alugado, já tenho costume, mas nunca olhei os aros com detalhes, logo isso nunca aconteceu) cobraram € 380,00 por arranhões quase invisíveis onde já vi outras locadoras passarem arranhões grandes no para-choque sem cobrar nada por isso. Se você alugar um carro nessa locadora, vai ter que andar em uma redoma ou uma bandeja, pois qualquer grão de areia que riscar o carro você terá que pagar um valor absurdo. Então quem tiver sorte de ver todos os reviewer aqui no Google (algo que não fiz antes de alugar) passem longe dessa locadora.

Hoje ao devolvermos o carro aconteceu algo bem curioso, a atendente ao invés de observar o carro por inteiro foi direto nos aros, onde com certeza não foi verificado ao nos mostrar, nem conferimos, porque todo carro que é rodado há pequenos arranhões nos aros do veículo. Curiosamente observei mais dois veículos que foi feito o mesmo procedimento e claro, que temos que pagar um ARO NOVO. Não indico, pois nos sentimos lesionados.

Une grosse arnaque... il nous est arrivé la même chose ! Obligation de payer sur place une assurance de 260€. Plusieurs autres touristes ce jour là ont été dans le même cas. Certains qui d ailleurs avaient déjà souscrit une assurance lors de la réservation se sont vus contraints de payer une autre assurance car les garanties n étaient pas celles que eux attendaient... j ai aussi pensé à présenter une autre CB (autre compte bancaire) > refus de la prendre cette fois ci parce que je ne suis pas conductrice désignée dans le contrat. Pas grave, connectons-nous sur leur site et rajoutons unautre conducteur...Hélas, modification impossible une fois la réservation faite...Dommage c était mon dernier recours. Après avoir insisté une dernière fois, la superviseur est arrivée (celle su superbement mise en valeur sur les photos encadrées au mur prônant l excellence d accueil et de prise en charge de l agence). Bref, après avoir lutté près de deux heures en criant au scandale et expliquer notre cas à qui voulait l entendre, les conseillers ont fermé le comptoir où nous etions en nous laissant en plant. La superviseur a été extrêmement désagréable allant jusqu'à dire que le scandale qui se déroulait dans l agence était dû au fait que notre banque refusait le paiement faute de moyens. J ai depuis essayé à trois reprises de leur écrire pour expliquer leur méthode illégale et la qualité d accueil mais en vain.....mes trois mails ne sont pas recevables... quelle escroquerie organisée....bravo !

Mietwagen Mafia Deluxe Bei der Abholung des Wagens an der Station in Lissabon (Loures) kam es zur folgenden Situation: - die von mir hinterlegte Visa Debit Karte war angeblich für die Buchung nicht zulässig. Dies hätte nach meinem Empfinden schon bei der Buchung online oder bei vorherigen Mietwagen Buchungen über check24 auffallen und ich endtsprechend informiert werden müssen. Als Absicherung für den Betrag von 110€ für einen evtl. leeren Tank musste ich 100€ bezahlen. Der Lösungsvorschlag die Buchung auf meinen Mitreisenden und dessen Kreditkarte zu übertragen wurde verweigert. - wir wurden außerdem informiert, dass wir die Mautabrechnung über Turisprime vornehmen müssen, was schlicht nicht stimmt und uns so zusätzlich 7,50€ abgeluchst wurden. Andernfalls hätten wir angeblich die Mautbeträge in einer Frist zwischen 2 und 5 Tagen beim Postamt in Porto bezahlen müssen, was aufgrund unserer Reiseplanung natürlich nicht möglich ist. - bei der Übernahne des Autos wurden offensichtliche Schäden (Bsp. Steinschlag Windschutzscheibe) am Auto nur wiederwillig in das Protokoll eingetragen (evtl. auch gar nicht) der Aufforderung uns eine Kopie des Schadensprotokolls vorzulegen wurde nicht nachgegeben, mit dem Hinweis, wir hätten doch bereits eine Versicherung abgeschlossen und das sei nun egal. Nach fast 2 Stunden für die Abholung gab ich schließlich nach. Eine Versicherung über Turisprime wurde vehement meinerseits abgelehnt und meines Wissens nach nicht abgeschlossen. -obwohl ausdrücklich ein Benziner bestellt wurde, bekamen wir ein Dieselfahrzeug. Neben recht abgefahrenen Reifen, zieht der Wagen beim Bremsen außerdem leicht nach rechts. Top Zustand ohnehin (Ironie an) -die Einstellung des Navis hätte man als Service verstehen können. Nachdem uns jedoch auffiel, dass die Verwendung von Autobahnen ausgeschaltet war, sehen wir es jedoch eher als Schikane, gerade wegen der langwierigen Diskussionen mit der Mitarbeiterin vor Ort. Nach zwei Telefonaten mit check24 (super Service übrigens) und einem weitern mit den Broker Vehicle Rent, kamen wir leider zu keinem Ergebnis. Eigentlich hätten wir den Wagen, der jetzt übrigens doppelt so teuer ist, wie über check24 gebucht, einfach stehen lassen müssen. Ich bin gespannt wie die Rückgabe ablaufen wird. Wahrscheinlich der teuerste Urlaub meines Lebens. Aus unserer Sicht widerspricht dieses Vorgehen (Preisänderung nach Buchung, Versteckte Preiserhöhung in AGBs & Verleitung zum Kauf durch bewusste Fehlinformstion) jeglicher Rechtsprechung nach Deutschen Gesetzen. Für den Mietwagen sollte ich über check24 169,30€ bezahlen. Vor Ort waren es dann 234,72€, zzgl. 100€ für die Versicherung der Kreditkarte. Mein Rat: einfach nicht hier buchen. Übelste Halsabscheiderei, 0 Service und unprofessionelles Personsal das genau weiß wie man den Turisten den Urlaub vermiest.

Bad experience. Do not recommend. Before check-in. Inconvenient location, long wait for a shuttle bus Check in. Only 2 working counters, long wait ~50 min. As a result - unfriendly personnel in a rush: if smth is wrong you are not assisted, but forced to go to the very end of line... and it’s after 50 min of waiting. In my case there were problems with payment terminals - spent ~10 min trying to block deposit on my credit card, I was even forced to contact my bank, but it turned out the problem was with TurisPrime terminal. Car. Relatively low mileage, but not serviced properly - some strange noises at start and at slow speeds. Drop-off. Decided to drop-off the car 1/2 day earlier and arrived to the dealer. It turned out they work till 8pm, I came 30 min after the office was officially closed, but the garage was open and there was ~3-4 clients at the counter. I’ve parked the car in the garage, came to the counter, the guy at the desk told me that’s alright, I can drop-off, just need to wait ~15 min. Ok. In 10 min ‘supervisor’ came in and told it’s not impossible to drop-off due to late time. On my argument what I was told to wait 15 min to drop-off he replied that: “I call the police if you won’t leave immediately”. That’s that they called client-oriented service... After 10 min debates he told I can drop-off the car but with 30 euro fee. However, he refused to show me there ‘30 euro’ fee is written in the rules... As a result I was forced to leave and come back to drop-off the car next morning. To be honest, I’ve never been in more unfriendly and impolitely situation with any car rental company... Drop-off... on the next morning. Relatively fast process, it took ~10 min. However, long wait for the airport shuttle... spent ~30 min near the counter... Overall. Do not recommend. Sometimes it’s better to pay 5-10% more to get the car from a more reliable car rental company. Your saved time and nerves are worth it.

Surtout pas la bas !!! Arnaque limite société écran !!! Personne à l’arrivée à l’aeroport Donc galère ... pas de réponse par téléphone sauf le lendemain ou on vous demande de payer plus cher !!! Fatiguant de devoir payer une autre société de location de voiture pour se sortir de ce pétrin Bref un conseil NE RÉSERVEZ PAS LA !! (Attention si vous passez par une plateforme regardez bien la compagnie sélectionnée) vaut mieux payer un peu plus et être serein avec une compagnie reconnue internationalement (avis, europcar, sixt ...) mais parfois plus chère ... quoique ... coût total de l’opération pour nous : 500€. 300€ pour eux et 200€ pour un autre véhicule loué 3 jours. Sympa les vacances à petits prix !!

It is with frustration and disbelief that I am writing this post. Firstly I hired a vehicle with defective brakes, I am qualified vehicle technician myself and as we were traveling down the A1 towards our destination I heard the brakes were metal to metal between the brake pads and brake discs. This car put myself and my family in danger and could of led to a serious accident. I then reported this on Sunday to be told I would have to drive the car back of which I refused to do. I was then told to ring the breakdown assistance and pay and then pay for a cab myself as I had not agreed to the “hard sell” insurance from Turisprime at the point of collection. VERY pushy and rude but we stood firm! We did not have to pay for the cab or recovery after I argued with them as explained it was their fault at NOT mine! I then asked to speak to a manager but was told to call on Monday, their staff was not sympathetic to my situation and just added to my frustration. I wasted a full day of my holiday on Monday as it took from 9.30am when I first called until around 3.30pm when a recovery truck and taxi finally came for me. So in summary I was leased a dangerous vehicle, wasted a full day of my holiday and paid for 2 days car rental of which I could not use the car. Even the recovery driver was shocked at the state of the front discs! We did not get refunded our 2 days at point of return for the second car as we was promised. AVOID this company at all COSTS All ready emailed yourselves!!!!!! No response

Worst experience ever!!! NEVER rent with Turisprime!!! The staff was unfriendly and we had to pay €240 extra because I booked with my credit card but my boyfriend was the main driver. Next to us was an other couple with the exact same problem. Also they had to pay €240 extra because of the credit card issue.It wasn't possible to change the name of the booking and they told us we had to buy off the insurance which we already paid for with the online booking. We didn't really had a choice so we paid it and took the car. The employee insured us that in this €240 the toll was included. When delivery the car back they came again with a nice surprise... we had to pay another €60 because the toll wasn't included. It was clear to us that the staff experienced this more often, as they really didn't care about it all. Also the taxi driver told us that this happens all time.

Die Firma kann nicht weiterempfohlen werden. Zunächst wurde ich gezwungen, die Vollkaskoversicherung abzuschließen (meine Kreditkarte konnte nicht mit einer Kaution von nahezu 2000 Euro belastet werden). Dadurch ist das Auto, das ich für eine Woche gemietet habe, fast doppelt so teuer gewesen. Das Navigationssystem, das ich als "Extra" gebucht hat, funktionierte nur zusammen mit einem Mobiltelefon - und auch das nicht besonders gut. Zum kröndenden Abschluss musste ich das angebelich nicht ganz voll getankte Auto nochmals betanken; im Tank war Platz für Benzin zu einem Preis in Höhe von 2,10 Euro.

ADDITIONAL WARNING!!! FAKE GOOGLE REVIEWS WITH 5* After i mentioned their negative rating at google with 2,3 stars, it went up over night from 2,3 to 3,0. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! Hello, iam warning everyone to rent a car at this company! They cheat customers with scratches and other weird stuff, that you as a regular person who is not a car mechanic couldnt possibly see when you picked up the car! As soon as they confront you with that, they are not talkable to and pump you with a not definable fee. I'd assume that only a couple of the positive ratings on here are feedback by true persons and not by employees of the company. I for one warn to rent there. Other ratings on here made the same experiences. If you happen to rent there and didnt know about this, make a close call video around, above and possibly under the car before you pick it up unless you want to get fee'd by not closer described fees. And no@turis prime, i couldnt care less to contact you per email. Your employees i had to deal with wasnt able to speak english, german nor french to understand anything.

BEWARE OF THESE THUGS!!! Very unfair and not transparent. They basically want you to book a damage insurance. I didn't and had to pay 220 EUR for 2 minor hardly noticeable scratches. I'm absolutely sure they were already there. Hard to prove that as the car was handed over at 1 am in dark. The lady who made the final check said they were not there as she drove the car for the previous 2,800 km (haha :D, sounds like an excuse they use a lot). Also, we had to take care of the transport to the rental office and we got a different car. My tip if you go for them is to really really make sure every single minor scratch is recorded. Also take pictures upon pick-up. Other than that you can choose any other rental - you get a better car for the same price and possibly closer to the airport. TURISPRIME NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ik raad aan van geen tolservice te betalen daar deze enkel op a33 van toepassing is en ik zou gezn upgrade nemen naar een diesel auto. Benzine auto’s zijn evengoed.

Worst customer service ever experienced. This guys charged €123 for a back windshield wiper which was already missing before renting the car. To get that fixed for free the started putting the blame on us for that missing wiper. The car was fully insured and on top of that they made us pay €123. I Would prefer renting a bicycle rather than renting a car from here.

I have rent a car for 2 days with full insurance I am not at all happy with the service. They charged for the wiper for the rear windshield. They say that it was missing But when we got vehicle there was not wiper. They charge around 130 euros Wiper cost around 4-15 euros. Around 100 euros was charged for the damaged. So whats the use of taking insurance. And i guarantee there was not wiper on the rear windshield. If you want to see check the footage of sana hotel where we got the car. Not at all happy with the service

Le prix est alléchant mais une fois sur place, ils vous proposent 2 solutions: Soit ils vous bloquent 1660€ (correspondant à la franchise) soit vous payez 180€ de plus pour avoir zéro franchise. On a opté pour les 1660€ (tout en sachant que l'argent était sur le compte) mais ça a été refusé par leur machine. Au bout d'un moment, on a craqué et on a payé les 180€ en plus pour pouvoir partir. We arrived to pick up a car, had already taken out insurance but they said our credit cards didn’t work for the excess held. Called the bank while there and they had not declined any requests... others in the shop had same problem and even though we had taken out separate insurance, the only option was to have to pay again for their expensive full comp insurance. Very annoyed and feel scammed! We would not use them again, should have gone with a more reputable company. Avoid!

Turisprime is a fair and excellent service provider. This was our first visit to Portugal, we found the Portugal people are nice and fun. At the car pick up, I received the offer about +180EUR for risk free driving, but i knew that Portugal drivers won't worse than here in Budapest that's why i chose the 2.option which is 1600EUR block from the card. After 10 days driving in Portugal i have to say if you drove cars permanently in Eastern Europe, you may chose the 1600EUR card block but otherwise +180EUR for risk free could be a better choice. A little bit surprised me that Portugals driving so aggressively compared that they are very CULTURED people. In Eastern Europe people don't just aggressive but when they get behind the wheel they turn into psychopathic, a lots of driver looking for dead... But it can't be a big surprise because usually here the people don't even greeting with each other. When i returned the car, it only took 1 week and the block amount was available on my card. I spent around 90EUR on parking and 10EUR on cleaning the car that's why the Turisprime colleague accepted the car just in some minutes. Next time i will choose Turisprime again. Thank you for all! Customer service is horrific and rude. Extra insurance charges high when you get there. Delayed waiting for mini bus to be filled after initially being rushed. Left some property in the car and they will not return it. Even when I'm offering to pay for collection and shipment! Such a simple thing, and such horrible treatment. One returned email stating they have our stuff. Then nothing. No return of emails, no return of calls or our personal property. EDIT May 3rd 017 – I paid for collection of my property. Tourisprime just sent us some rubbish! And now claiming they never had any of our property! They have lied, they have knowingly cost me more money in courier fees. The worst experience i have ever had with a company, full stop. STAY CLEAR OF THEM. EDIT 2018 - They still owe me money and my property back.

Staff atencioso e que tenta sempre que possível acomodar as expectativas doa seus clientes (desde que sejam razoáveis). Para evitar cobranças no cartão de crédito subscrevi o seguro de protecção My Super Confort que assegura também pneus. Vejo imensos comentários negativos contudo, a minha experiência nada tem a ver com a maioria desses mesmos comentários. Recomendo esta rent-a-car nas viagens e deslocações em Portugal.

Horrível. Os atendentes jovens atendiam bem e são educados, mas o gerente era um grosso, sem paciência, e além de demonstrar falta de paciência com os trabalhadores jovens ainda fazia o mesmo com os clientes. Além disso, tentam tirar dinheiro de toda forma, dizendo que é preciso seguro porque pode haver roubo, e se quebrar um vidro sequer tem que pagar os 1.600 euros que fica como calção. Não recomendo e não utilizo jamais o serviço dessa empresa totalmente desorganizada. Outro ponto é que chegaram atrasados no aeroporto para nos buscar e ainda demoraram entregar o carro.

Below is my original review, but now I have worked out the business model. They basically said to me oh yes little scratches on all the wheels then they don't mark one then they tell you you scratched it and you have to €150 + VAT. Then refuse to take you back to the airport unless you pay as they don't want to deal with the credit card company. CRs are cheap, but you need to build this into the pricing and the associate hassle. ---- Cheap, new cars, service is reasonable. You have to get a shuttle bus from the airport and they're is a bit of a walk. But given the pricing this is acceptable.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! We booked online with insurance but when we arrived they said we had to pay another insurance for 175€! We had airport Service booked so they should've picked us up at the airport, our flight was late so when we arrived there was no one. We had to call 2 times before someone came to pick us up. They said they'll send a Shuttle but they never said what the Shuttle looked like nor where they'll pick us up. The Service was REALLY BAD!!!!!! + in the beginning the woman was Talking french but as we were discussing the insurance suddenly she didn't understand neither speak french. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!

On the 11th of March we arrived at the Lisbon Airport were we collected our rental car at Turisprime. At the airport we were guided to the shuttle and within a few minutes we were on our road to the Turisprime office. There we were helped by Hugo, a friendly young men that had besides the service he already delivered amazing extra tips to visit in Setubal. I travelled all around the world and if you arrive somewhere were you need to collect a car you hope for this kind of service. Thanks for making a great start of our journey. We are a happy customer and will come back.

Muy mala información llaman al cliente por sus precios con respecto a el mercado, luego te terminan cobrando muchísimo en mi caso más de 300 euros además tuvimos un inconveniente con el carro y los asesores son groseros y no ayudan en nada faltaban 10 euros para completar el tanque de combustible y nos cobraron 30 la verdad es una estafa completa, jamás renten carros con esta empresa hasta los mismos locales dicen que esa empresa siempre tiene ese tipo de inconvenientes. Custamos para localizar a representante no aeroporto, que estava sentada conversando com outras pessoas sem placa e nenhum indicativo da empresa visível. Ficamos uma hora e meia para conseguirmos localizar a garota e depois tivemos que aguardar uma hora pela Van (vale ressaltar que estávamos com uma senhora de 86 anos de idade que teve que aguardar sentada no banco do aeroporto por duas horas e quinze minutos até conseguirmos pagar a van). Motorista da van que nos leva ao galpão para pegar o carro mal educado, no final da estadia, como tivemos uma multa por estacionamento por tempo maior que o comprado (lá o estacionamento é pago antecipado e equivale a determinado tempo), não conseguimos pagar a multa na própria locadora e a moça nos disse que tínhamos que sair dali e ainda procurar uma agência própria para efetuar o pagamento. Porém, era domingo e estava fechada. Somente depois é que conseguimos a informação de que poderíamos fazer o pagamento no aeroporto, porém até conseguirmos esta informação, o stress foi grande, pois estávamos no horário correto para check in. Não recomendamos. Carro entregue conforme o comprado. Somente por isso dei três estrelas.

Not a great experience! A ”VW Golf or similar” booked, turns out to be a Renault Clio station wagon. The car is way below my expectations and looks like a ”VW Polo or similar”. The answer was that the “similar” term, concerns just to car size and engine cc. So... maybe if book a “Mercedes A-Class or similar”... maybe you end up with a Renault Megane... The cheapest upgrade it was 100€... almost the double of my original booked price. Besides, a shuttle from Lisbon airport until there at Lisbon rush time can be really bad!

Alquilamos desde España sin tener más referencias que la de l portal de internet de reserva de billete de avión. El precio del alquiler del coche (Renault Megane familiar) fue muy barato. El coche muy nuevo. Nos explicaron muy bien el tema d ellos peajes, el teletac (para pasar sin detenerse) y un seguro a todo riesgo, que cogimos, muy bien de precio. Volveremos a alquilar aquí en próximas vistas a Portugal.

Um lixo de empresa! Estive em outubro em Portugal e o atendimento é péssimo! Fazem terrorismo psicológico pra q um seguro de danos seja contratado a qualquer custo. Não contratei o seguro e por um milagre não disseram q estraguei nada. Um senhor q estava do meu lado perguntou ao funcionário se sua filha poderia dirigir e ele respondeu q sim, mas não o alertou sobre uma taxa adicional. O cliente só percebeu depois de assinado o contrato e a empresa não voltou atrás. Fiquem longe dessa empresa! É UMA FRIA!

Cuando contratas el servicio en ningún momento hacen referencia a la distancia que hay desde el punto de entrega hasta el aeropuerto que son varios kilómetros, ni que no se ajustan a los horarios de tu vuelos, tienes que pagar un plus de 30€ si devuelves el coche entre las 20h y 08h de la mañana. No hacen referencia a que no tienes un 100% de seguro sino una franquicia de 1500€ que debes eliminar con 67€ más que debes pagar al recoger el coche. Al final es más rentable Avis, Six, etc.. cualquier que tenga su base en el aeropuerto. Llegas a la misma terminal del aeropuerto y por el mismo precio o algo menos.

Personnel très désagréable check in et check out fait à la va vite mais à leur avantage. Prix très bas mais vous prenne des frais au final. Ce sont des voleurs!!! Et je pèse mes mots !! Prélève plus de 500€ sur mon compte alors qu'aucun check-up de retour n'a été fait !!! Fuyez les cette société n'est qu'une bande de voleurs avec des méthodes de voyou ! location d'un véhicule 308 sw entre le 23/10/2019 et le 01/11/2019 auprès de Turisprime (agence de l'Aéroport de Lisbonne). Je tiens à vous signaler un litige auprès de Turisprime. En effet, je viens de m'apercevoir, que le loueur vient de prendre sur mon compte 553,50 € (capture d'écran ci-dessous). Je suis très surpris d'avoir un débit de ce montant-là alors que je n'ai rien signé, et validé de tel !! Hormis cette "mauvaise" surprise, je tiens à vous signaler le comportement désagréable de ce loueur et de son personnel qui le représente! Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons de suite senti que nous étions des "pigeons"! La voiture louée était sale, pleine de rayures, et avec des traces de petits impacts sur le pare-brise. Nous parlons un anglais très basique, mon interlocuteur fait peu d'effort pour me comprendre et se faire comprendre. Lors du check in je signale les divers impacts, rayures et salissures ainsi que l'absence de plage arrière, et de la protection du coffre. L'employée me dit que tout est bon et noté sur le check-in! J'insiste pour avoir une copie, que j'ai du mal à obtenir! Je lui signale que l'impact sur le pare-brise n'est pas "noté", celle-ci me répond que oui, bref... Nous avons dû insister pour ne pas payer le badge de péage car nous avions apporté notre telpass compatible avec les péages portugais. L'employée fait ensuite le forcing pour prendre une caution de 1200 €, ce que je refuse puis elle me dit que le minimum est une caution de 370 € qui me dit-on me sera rendue au retour. On me fait signer un contrat (en Anglais), je lui explique que je ne sais pas ce que je signe car l'anglais n'est pas ma langue maternelle. Il est tout de même dommage qu'un contrat ne soit pas rédigé en Français ?!? Nous voilà donc parti, après plus d'une heure pour obtenir notre véhicule, pour 9 jours de location. Au retour, le 1er novembre, après avoir nettoyé le véhicule intérieur et extérieur, nous retournons à l'agence pour rendre le véhicule vers de 14h30 - 15h (heure locale), nous sommes accueillis par une employée des plus désagréable, qui encore une fois ne fait pas l'effort de parler anglais ou très peu, et qui fait semblant de pas nous comprendre. Je regarde le check out, lui explique que les rayures, et l'impact sur le pare-brise étaient déjà présents. Je lui demande donc de me rendre la caution, chose qu'elle refuse m'expliquant qu'elle me sera rendu plus tard, je lui demande copie du check out qu'elle refuse de me donner! Elle tourne les talons et s'en va! Nous repartons à l'aéroport avec la navette, sentant que l'employée n'avait pas été honnête avec moi. Quelle mauvaise surprise de voir que le jour même, 553,50€ ont été prélevé sur mon compte sans être averti, sans avoir une copie du check out, aucune facture et sans savoir à quoi correspond ce montant. 15 jours plus tard j'ai enfin une réponse au retrait de 553,50 €, il s'agit de dommages au pare brise qui étaient présent au depart noté sur l'état de départ du véhicule par l'agent Turisprime! Honteux, ils ont tort mais font fi de tout!

We booked Volkswagen polo, they give us a new Nissan Micro. Car has only 10 mileage and was really new. It was a really nice car, but in a few days, we saw bump on the tire. It was my fault. We were near Faro city and went to their Turisprime office. They charged 165 Euro for this bump. But new kit of this tire costs near 120$. It was really very bad experience, they changed car to Renault Clio with almost 30000 mileage, this car has a lot of scratches and was really bad. In Lisbon airport they even couldn't believe that car was too bad. But we make photos of car in Faro city, so they didn't charge us anymore. I can tell that Turisprime office in Lisbon is really nice, but their office in Faro city really terrible. Deposit were unblocked really quick, everything is fine now. If something happens - I will let you know.

J'ai loué malgré de nombreux avis négatifs à Turisprime. La prise en charge était longue car beaucoup de monde, et malgré le fait que je dispose déjà d'assurances, on m'en a proposé une fois de plus, mais sans insistances, juste des mises en garde. J'ai du ajouter des rayures ou des cabosses qui n'étaient pas présents sur la fiche lors de la prise en charge, (n'hésitez pas à tout noter même si cela ne semble pas important, ce qui ne semble pas important pour une personne peut l'être pour une autre personne, cela est valable pour tous les centres de location). A mon retour, tout s'est très bien passé, (personnel souriant), et on m'a tout expliqué, que tout était ok, et on m'a bien montré que la caution a bien été annulée. (emprunte de la carte). J'ai rendu un véhicule lavé et "aspiré" à l'intérieur, un gage de respect envers le loueur, ce qui m'a couté moins de 5 euros, et qui m'a rendu l'esprit libre quand certaines enseignes facturent + de 20eu les frais de nettoyage. Pour moi ça s'est bien passé, c'est ce que je conclue.

Zero, nota zero. Não caia no conto do vigário da promoção dessa locadora. Mesmo com o seguro da Rentalcar fui OBRIGADA a adquirir o seguro da Turisprime, de €79. Ao me entregarem o carro NÃO VISTORIARAM a entrada do tanque de gasolina. No posto, ao abrir a tampa para abastecer, a peça caiu ao chão. Na entrega do carro comuniquei o ocorrido, entregando a peça. Me acusaram de NEGLIGÊNCIA e, a minha revelia, descontaram mais €80 do cartão de crédito . OU SEJA, PAGUEI DOIS SEGUROS QUE NÃO SERVIRAM PARA A MINHA PROTEÇÃO. Fui lesada por essa empresa! TURISPRIME, NUNCA MAIS.

Very bad experience. Employee during check-in was very rude, couldn't explain in English how does highway fees work in Portugal - first he said I can just stop and pay and 1 minute later, that I can do it only with Via Verde making me feel like I was an idiot. I paid extra insurance (97 Euro!) it was not mentioned in my confirmation of reservation. Today they took another 28 Euro from my cc without any contact or note what was that for! During check-out there was no comments to the condition of the car. Worst car rental company

Very unprofessional company! On the first check, when renting the car it's all done very quickly but when you return the car it's done with a magnifying glass. They want to charge for scratches that were there long before you came around. Gladly, there was a gentleman employee called Francisco that came and help us to sort it out.

I was pleasantly surprised. Despite all the reviews I read about waiting time etc. I had no problem at all. Friendly staff, short waiting times and no hidden fees. The only minus is remote location from airport but they provide shuttle if you agree on pickup time. Car was in OK condition, not new, but not in bad condition either. I recommend these guys

A recepção no aeroporto é muito, mas muito demorada. Estava com minha filha de 1 ano e esperamos 1hora para a Van chegar. Ao chegar na loja o atendimento é bom, a funcionaria nos atendeu muito bem. Ponto que me deixou muito triste: esquecemos nosso Guia de Portugal no porta-luvas, ligamos para perguntar sobre e disseram que nao acharam nada. Mas o livro estava lá, se alguém achou ficou com ele. O livro era novinho, havia sido um presente. E lá ficou.

Na hora de levantar o carro , entregaram me um carro cheio de problemas, reclamei pediram me duas cauções para me trocarem de carro , porque diziam que eu já tinha a chave e que tinham que ver se eu tinha estragado o carro , coisa que eu nem tinha tocado no carro já me estavam a impor a responsabilidade das avarias , pedi o livro de reclamações e disse que dali não saia com aquele carro porque ele não se encontrava em condições de andar nem meio metro , depois de eu reclamar e exigir um outro carro lá chegaram a conclusão que o carro estava com problemas e resolveram me dar outro. Episódio nada agradável não recomendo

We rented a car for a short trip in South Portugal. We got a flat tyre on the last day. The assistance took 5 hours to change the tyre and we had to pay 95€ for it. So we missed our flights and had to book an hotel room (500€ more). And when we gave back the car, tourismprim charged us another 60€ because the assistance put the wrong tyre brand. Nothing is reimbursed by the insurance.

Absolutely incredible service. Minus one star for location of the car rental and the shuttle service is a struggle when traveling in groups greater than two. Please note when booking through a third party do not use the third party insurance. Only take out the turisprime. Why? Because if an incident occurs you will need to pay out the excess first then the third party will reimburse you.

The shuttle service between Terminal and the place is just horrible. They operate high demand route with just one car, which is always full and you have to wait very long time. People argue who gets in first.. The check-in process took ages. Car reserved for 9am, got away with min 2hrs delay. I do not recommend them.

Excellent price and professional service. Only part that was not optimal was the waiting to receive my car. Would use them again no issues. Location is not directly at the airport so just plan a bit of extra time on the return to use their shuttle. Return process went pretty quick and had no issues.

À FUIR ! La navette devait nous récupérer à 11h pour aller à l'aéroport, nous sommes arrivées à 11h15 et avons attendu la navette jusqu'à 12h20. Une fois au comptoir, nous avons attendu + d'une heure et quart pour passer et sommes finalement reparti avec la voiture à 14h15!!! Au final entre l'aéroport et la voiture nous avons attendu 3 HEURES et n'avons eu AUCUNE EXCUSE! Le seul unique point positif fut la personne qui a réceptionné le véhicule au retour, merci à lui pour sa rapidité et son efficacité.

Never use this place. Ridiculous two hour wait to even to get to counter. Gave us a near empty tank in the middle of a fuel crisis. We'd booked with Auto Europe and paid off the excess and discovered that was not the case at all when we arrived. Worst car hire experience to date.

This was the worst car hire experience we’ve ever had. We organized this through TAP Airlines. These were the issues: - after we arrived from our flight we were directed to meet the representative. He told us that the transfer van would only hold 6 people so we would need to get the next one. This would take a round trip of 25 mins which then took out airport wait to 40 mins after getting our bags - you are given a code when you arrive which is a letter and number which will appear on the screen. It is completely over complicated and everyone in the waiting room was confused and agitated. The wait was 50 mins to be seen. - the actual process to rent the car was completely over complicated again, with a massive emphasis on up selling you more features and ‘insurance’. The cost of two very very basic booster seats for our kids was 90 Euros for a week. The process to get to our car took another 30 mins. - the car was old and damaged, but we were fine with that. However when we returned the car, the representative told us it would require a 123 euro cleaning fee. The car was in absolutely fine condition - no litter, just basic dirt from usage. To avoid the penalty I swept the sand on the mats out with my hands, which avoided the fine. A complete waste of time as they would clearly vacuum the car anyhow. - the process to return the car took 40 mins. The shuttle was delayed again - clearly they have not enough service. - when I complained to Mairiana Oliviera about the overall experience and how long it took, she was very defensive and said that ‘other car hire services take 4 hours’. What utter nonsense. Our friends hired from Hertz and had no such problems. - we arrived at the airport with 15 mins to spare even though we took extra precautions with time. I advise you strongly to spend a few more euros and get a more customer service driven company, with less focus on squeezing everything they can from you. It really took the shine off the beginning and end of the holiday.

Worst car rental experience I've ever had. Firstly, rented a car online, called them twice to say that I would be late (4pm) to pick it up, arrived later than 4 and when I arrived, they had cancelled my booking without telling me there was a possibility of this happening!! I had rented a medium sized car for 3 days for quite a low price from an online service, ended up with a small sized car for more expensive because "well, the price you had was from an online booking and this is an over the counter price". YOU CANCEL MY RENTAL AND THEN UP THE PRICE FOR A SMALLER CAR?? OK, until now to be honest it wasn't that bad, just a bit more expensive than I hoped for but ok. The guy at the counter kept pushing for the higher priced insurance because the car was "brand new with only 12km". I went with the normal one. When the time came to check the car, the girl went around the car once and said that since the car was new, there were no scratches on it, so I went and did my own review of the car only to find several scratches around the car that I pointed out to the girl and she wrote them down(I thought she did). My fiancee signed for the car and I didn't check the paper to see if the scratches were indeed written down. That's when I felt like they were trying to scam me. Took the car anyway(had no choice as they didn't give me any by cancelling my booking). When I returned, they pointed to a scratch that I was sure I had pointed out when picking the car up. It was a Fiat 500 dark grey from 07/19. Had a white mark on the front bumper that they charged 180€ extra for. Never using them again. I normally use rent-a-star to rent in Portugal but they were fully booked for that weekend BEWARE, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CAR AND TAKE PHOTOS OF DAMAGES FOR THEM TO NOT HAVE A CHANCE OF SCAMMING YOU.

Vorsicht bei diesen Anbieter! Wurden nicht vom Flughafen Lissabon abgeholt und dadurch mussten wir 30€ mehr bezahlen weil wir das Auto nach 20.00 Uhr geholt hatten. Die Telefonnummer für Probleme die auf dem Vertrag stand, da ging niemand ran. Die Tankanzeige an diesem Auto funktionierte nicht, meine Frau hatte das Ablagefach im Auto geöffnet und hielt danach die Verriegelung in der Hand dafür mussten wir über 300€ bezahlen!!! Danke, Nie wieder.

Bien que nous ayons appelé pour prévenir que le vol était retardé et qu on nous ai assuré qu'il n'y avait aucun problème, le véhicule avait déjà été loué à quelqu'un d'autre et on me réclamait un nouveau paiement pour un autre véhicule. Une arnaque à touristes. Je déconseille vivement !

The shuttle from the airport to the car rental was alright, but when we arrived we had to wait very long. After three hours we got the cars. One car had a seat that moved from the front to the back all the time, so we let u guys fix that. Another hour (or more) we had to wait till we could finally drive to our villa. I understand that there are a lot of clients around this time of the year, but it took way too long for us to receive the cars.

Although the car was a nice one, there were some serious problems. 1. They are understaffed, to pick up the car we had to wait about 2 hours. 2. They lie and dont tell the truth about the ViaVerde device they offer. Renting and using it is one thing but they dont say anything you have to later pay all the tolls. So, its a lie.

Wij gaan vaak naar Portugal en zullen voortaan altijd bij Turisprime een auto huren! Vriendelijk personeel, geen vervelend gezeur over afsluiten van allerlei verzekeringen, nette prijzen en bovenal heel vlotte shuttle service bij zowel aankomst als vertrek. Ook kregen we een gloednieuwe Renault Clio. Na slechte ervaringen met verschillende andere verhuurders (extreem lang wachten bij de maatschappijen op het vliegveld en het gevoel dat je afgezet wordt met extra kosten e.d.) was dit een verademing!

They do not care whatever you have agreed with Carflexi (this is a website we paid through). Therefore, in addition to the money that you already pay (cheap for the sake of saying so), you also need to pay some kind of insurance (which sucks because in the voucher it says insurance included). So a $7 dollars per day car ends up to be a way more expensive. In total I had to pay 234 Euros for 9 days which is still good but it is not fair in terms of transparency. Staff was ok - not the best customer service you get but - I truly didn't care at the time. Personally, I would just book Hertz or other serious Companies just to avoid all the drama and uncertainty.

Bij het inleveren van de auto was alles in orde. Ik had alle kosten, zoals kosten tolsysteem en tol, betaald. Drie weken na thuiskomst heeft Turisprime toch nog een bedrag van mijn creditcard afgeschreven. Ik heb direct een e-mail gestuurd met de vraag waar dit bedrag voor staat. Turisprime heeft daarop niets meer van zich laten horen. Nooit meer dus!

Über eine Stunde ließ man uns am Flughafen auf den Shuttlebus warten, der dann erst nach mehrmaligen Anrufen kam. Vor Ort drängte man uns dann eine zusätzliche Versicherung von 80€ auf. Da wir erst während der Wartezeit am Flughafen die Rezensionen dieser Autovermietung lasen, nahmen wir die zusätzlichen 80€ in Kauf um etwaigen Problemen aus dem Weg zu gehen. Nach Abgabe des Autos ließen wir uns ein Taxi kommen, wir hatten einfach keine Lust mehr auf den Shuttlebus zu warten. Aus günstig wurde richtig teuer. Es lohnt sich einfach nicht. Nächstes Mal wird wieder ein Auto im Flughafengebäude gemietet.

Very disappointed with the state of the car I received. Lots of damage to the body of the car it was supposed to be A class. It was also a 2016 registration plate. Very poor be slow to use them again.

als je op de luchthaven aankomt bel je even metTurisprime en binnen 5 minuten wordt je opgehaald met een busje en iets verderop is het bedrijf gevestigd. alles staat al klaar. bij het inleveren precies anders om, alleen hoef je niet te bellen. is allemaal prima verlopen.

They are severely severely understaffed . You will wait hours to get your car . They did not give us the car that we booked and then charged us 20 euros more per day to upgrade to a bigger car plus an addition 222 Euro fee for coverage we thought was already included . So we paid three times as much as what we had booked online ! Also the shuttle bus driver is rude .

O valor da locação pela Internet é muito atrativo. A localização não é boa - o translado foi feito por uma funcionária nada cordial, que dirigia muito mal. Na hora de fechar a locação e retirar o automóvel, uma pressão imensa para vender outros produtos (principalmente seguro), inclusive com a máquina de cartão "não funcionando" para o bloqueio da calção. Foi necessário pedir o "livro vermelho de reclamações" para o atendimento melhorar - até a máquina resolveu funcionar.

Aluguei uma viatura por um valor (teoricamente) baixo mas quando cheguei ao local pediram me para bloquear no cartao de credito um valor superior ao previamente comunicado, pelo que tive de contratar serviços nao pretendidos para descer o valor a bloquearno cartao... O atendimento foi muito simpático mas nao pretendo voltar a contratar esta empresa.
