Echt een wijn bar, voor ieder wat wils met borrelhapjes. Het is geen plek om je vol te eten maar om wijn te drinken ( wit, rood,,, met meer dan een wand vol diverse wijnen)

Wonderful place to have some tapas- like appetizers paired with wonderful wines. We were fortunate to drop in at midafternoon when they weren't busy. Our server/manager Pedro was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions. We started with a light Portuguese "green wine" with our goat's cheese and bread, had a fuller bodied white with our sardines, then a wonderful red with our pork knees and sweet potatoes, and finished with some Madeira and ginger chocolate mousse cake. Highly recommended!

Stopped by in the afternoon of a sunny day, the sommelier was very welcoming and advised us on the best pairing of wine and tapas.
Ended up with a glass of divine 10 years old port with sheep cheese. The music is very smooth and contributes to a very pleasant stay.

Plat extrêmement raffiné, delicueux et surprenant. Le vin est du même niveau. Accueil au top.
Hautement recommandable, vaut un grand détour.
Mention spéciale pour l espadon fumé et sa sauce a l'ananas.
La mousse au chocolat est sublime et surprenante.

First 15 mins on foot in Lisbon and so after a quick google maps search for wine bars nearby my girlfriend and I headed towards Nova in search of a glass or two and perhaps a light bite to eat. Nope... we were greeted by the super friendly staff and then what followed was essentially a brilliant mini food tasting experience with a wine pairing. Very knowledgable staff and we were looked after very well, it was great experience and certainly set a high level for our future food & wine experiences in Lisbon. The entire menu is desirable and so we will be back to try what we couldn't fit in, beautiful presentation of food as well. Wines were beautiful! Not a crazy amount of seating inside, which is nice, and it's a clean and comfortable setting surrounded by walls of Portuguese wines. We will be back as this is a wine bar done right! Obrigado, well done Nova!

Enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. Food pairing was just perfectly crafted too! I had very little knowledge on Portuguese wine but the staff helped navigate through the selection- such comforting experience. Definitely recommend!

What an amazing experience! We had a wonderful time exploring various different wine styles in portugal, starting with a nice sparkling and ending with a madeira, not forgetting anything in between. An enjoyable discovery led by Pedro and his team who were pleasant in serving us a delightful selection of small dishes. Pedro claims to not know much about wine, but is in fact a wealth of knowledge about Portuguese styles, wines and food matching. He even has a great knowledge of the history of wine and grapes in portugal that will leave you with an new understanding of the unique nature of Portuguese wine. It is a delight to sit there surrounded by a huge selection of wines in a modern space that is intimate and not too crowded with tables. We will be back.

Been here twice and each time was spectacular. The owner is so kind and tailors the wine pairings to your preferences. Definitely should go if you’re in Lisbon, especially if you’re a wine novice- the owner is a wealth of knowledge and willing to share!

On my second visit to Lisbon I found a true gem just off the city centre. I noticed my local colleagues didn't tell me about this place, maybe because it's not a "cheap eats" type of place, but it's still cheaper than most European capital cities! Two tapas are enough to fill one person I would say. That makes approx 15 euro. The, I believe, manager, is a true gentleman and has the most wonderful way of presenting the dishes to you and pairing it with wine. I had the smoked swordfish with pineapple/mint mousse as well as the blood sausage with cherry jam and the chocolate mousse (with a wonderful ginger hint!) for dessert. Exquisite! Perfect for a solo trip or a romantic evening. Will be passing on the word!

Het is de passie van de eigenaar voor de waar die hij onder de aandacht van de gasten en de entourage waarin je zit en dat mijn echtgenoot op ruim een 4 zit, dat ik uitkom op een krappe, naar boven afgeronde 4 sterrenberoordeling
De olijfolie bij het brood is excellent. De getrancheerd opgediende gerookte tonijn was te zout en minder in balans te krijgen met de zoete pineapplemoes dan de gerookte zwaardvis.
De Black Pig Belly carpaccio op brood maakte mij niet enthousiast.
Elders een aanvulling op de avondmaaltijd moeten zoeken.

ワイン一杯とタパス数皿をオーダーしただけの短い時間でしたが、リスボン最後の夜にとても良い時間を過ごせました。
スタッフの方がとても丁寧で穏やかな接客をしてくれるので旅行客も安心して訪れることができます。お店の雰囲気も素晴らしいのでリスボンを訪れる方には是非足を運んで欲しいオススメのお店です。

We visited here while in Lisbon in order to delve into Portuguese wine (it's all they have here!). We were very impressed by the selection and the gentleman who served us was extremely helpful in helping us select a bottle, allowing us to try different wines to get an idea of what we like before recommending an excellent bottle of "Herdade do Rocim".
We also ordered food to go with the wine which was excellent- you wouldn't normally expect such a great kitchen at a wine bar but it was genuinely some of the best we had in Lisbon! We ordered virtually the whole menu!
If we had been staying for longer in Lisbon then we would definitely have gone back- it will be on the list next time!

Although ambience (lighting, music, the building itself) and food are outstanding, it was a little hot inside (a/c was off!) and service is substandard: they are very attentive but one staff member is not enough for 20+ seated guests (dessert came with leftovers on the table and I was left waiting for service for minutes more than once).
Nonetheless, give it a go. Amazing experience for a fair price.

I stopped in for a wine late afternoon on a Saturday. Busy, but a seat was available in this cute and small restaurant. The owner had a great sense of humor and I let him pick out a few wines for me. Both great (white and red). I just did bread/olive oil, but what I saw on other tables looked fabulous. I will definitely visit here every time I make it to Lisbon. A myriad of wines for sale.

Very friendly owner. A lot of explanation and good wines. They let you taste the wine before so if you don't like it you can say so, which is very nice.
We ordered two tapas. Weren't a huge fan of the Carpaccio of porc but the goat cheese with nuts went excellent with the wines.
The place is nicely decorated, perfect spot to start your evening with some wines and tapas. Recommended!

Sali con una amiga y buscábamos el lugar perfecto para platicar horas y ponernos al dia con un buen vino y tabla de quesos, al fi lo encontramos, en una esquina, "Nova wine bar" que lugar tan agusto para estar, cómodo pero a la vez moderno (no de abuelas sin ofender) el servicio muy amable, el lugar se llenó, me encantó! Che dire, tutto superlativo!
I piatti sono tipici ma rivisitati in chiave moderna, così da esaltarne tutto il sapore.
Il proprietario, gentilissimo, suggerisce gli abbinamenti con ottimi vini (che ti fa assaggiare prima).
Non potete non prendere il dolce: una mousse al cioccolato su base di olio d'oliva, con sopra grattugiatina di zenzero e una presa di sale. Qualcosa di eccezionale!
Il posto è piccolo e ci sono pochi tavoli.
Si trova proprio in centro.
Consiglio vivamente la prenotazione.
I bagni sono puliti.

This place is a little gem, we came for a couple of drinks and the owner offered us a wine tasting paired with some food. The food was blew us away, couldn’t believe it was a wine bar and not some fancy restaurant. The wine we had was amazing too.

Foods are so nice and each gredients are well combinated. Especially octopus salad was my best choice. The only place I've visited twice in 5days short stay in Lisbon. Also staffs are so nice and so kind. I am definitely gonna revisit once I come to Lisbon again.

My favourite wine bar in Lisbon. They don't have an extensive list but what they do have is amazing and delicious. Very extensive collection for purchase. Also have had the blood sausage and bread with olive oil, both of which went well with the wine. Comfortable atmosphere and nice service - - we have come back 3 times and will probably keep doing so!

Amazing food, beautiful service, perfect stop for 45 mins before an evening of work nearby.
It’s small, beautiful, and unique.
The Viognier was superb, octopus and poached pair small dish was to die for. The pair literally melted on the tongue and the flavour .... wow. Incredibly well prepared.
The sausage (blood orange I think) with sour cherry jam was off the scale good. I was literally in food heaven. Small dishes but hit the spot very hard. Wow.
Reasonable prices for the very high quality of food and drink.
Miguel is THE perfect host, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, warm, and a brilliant communicator.
Wish we could stay for a bit longer - work calls - but love it very much. We’ll be back. Take my money now!

Première soirée excellente avec un patron sympa et chaleureux! Une très bonne addition de 70€ avec un bon pourboire de 6€ mais nous avons passé une bonne soirée et pensons en avoir pour notre argent. Il est même convenu avec le patron que si nous revenons un verre nous serait offert!!
En bon buveur de vin que nous sommes, deux jours après nous y retournons!!
Le patron n'a plus de blanc pour nous au frais et est embêté. Mais pas de problème! Pour nous il ouvre une bouteille.... qui s'avère être déjà fraîche... tient donc!
Puis le patron tient parole et nous offre son verre..... enfin un shot plutôt. Ça nous fait une gorgée. On a peut être pas la même définition du mot verre quand celui ci est offert....
Puis vient l'addition!
Le patron nous annonce 16€... les deux verres.... Heuuuuuu .... notre erreur? Ne pas réaliser tout de suite que sixteen ça veut bien dire seize .... nous payons, il est tard nous avons déjà bien bu et repartons le lendemain en France.
Plus tard nous réaliserons que nous nous sommes fait arnaquer et que la bouteille qui a été ouverte spécialement pour nous coûtait moins de 9€ à elle seule.
J'aurai pu recommander cet établissement mais après notre 2ème passage je n'ai plus aucun respect pour le tenancier et vous déconseille vivement d'aller vous faire dépouiller ou alors en demandant les prix avant et en restant très vigilant.

Endroit avenant... un personnel avenant... mais qui n'hésite pas à te prendre pour un imbécile et te faire payer 2 verres 16euros d'une bouteille qui en vaut 8 après vérification en prétextant qu'elle ne fait pas partie de la carte. J'y suis allé 2 fois. J'aurais recommandé cet endroit après la 1ere ( nous avons laissé 6 euros de pourboire ) si il ne nous avait pas pris pour des idiots la seconde fois. Je déconseille vivement. Il y a des endroits mieux et moins cher dans Lisbonne.

Винотека-кафе. Сюда хорошо прийти компанией, взять вина за нормальную цену, заплатить 10€ сбор и выпить его с приятными закусками. Одному грустнее, выбор вина по бокалам не велик и прямо скажем посредственен. Хотя хозяин заведения и душка ;), но открыть что-то приличное по бокалам - никак.

Lovely wine bar. Great Portuguese wines, tasty snacks and excellent service. It's not cheap though, a glass of wine will cost you 6€ and a small petisco another 6€.

Espero encía fabulosa. Me encantó el pulpo y el vino blanco q me dieron para acompañar. Nos atendió personalmente el dueño q es muy amable y conocedor de buenos vinos. Hoy volveremos y probaremos otra combinacion, esta vez con vino tinto.

If you like good products, just go to Nova. We had an amaizing late lunch thanks to Pedro who organised for us a Portuguese food & wine tasting. His chocolate mousse is absolutely delicious. Very good value for money. Don't miss it!

Excellente kleine Weinbar die wirklich zum verweilen einlädt. Alles wirkt sehr edel und sauber.... Der Chef war sehr aufmerksam und die kleinen Gerichte waren sehr lecker.

Best food and wine in Lisboa by far. Superb fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned delicious dishes and spot on wine pairings to discover the best of traditional Portuguese cuisine with a modern twist. Pedro (the owner) loves his craft and will go out of his way to make sure that you enjoy every bite and sip to the maximum. Highly recommended.

Such a wonderful place! Came across it by accident but stayed for ages and went back another night. Really great food and wine, slightly unusual and very high quality. The guy who runs it is just fantastic - friendly, interesting and passionate. Highly recommend!

Bons vinhos, os petiscos são imperdíveis e o ambiente familiar permite desfrutar ao máximo de uma boa conversa. Mesmo no centro de Lisboa mas sem a confusão da baixa.

Very friendly and kind owner. Great wines and food! Its good choice if you want to relax after a day in lissabon and want to have a good wine. You can also buy bottles of the wine for bringing it home.
It has to be a point on the to do list for lissabon!

A brilliant experience, with the warmest service and hospitality I could possibly hope for. Knowledge of wines, quality of wines, and quality of food was phenomenal. A special mention must go out to the pork belly and the cod. Simply fantastic tapas. This is without doubt one of the best wine tasting experiences I've had.

A fabulous overall experience. Attention to detail and class everywhere. The best tapas we have had in Portugal ( yep, the usual is bacalhau fritters, chorizo, pregunta, quiejo, tostadas, olives etc, in varying quality and freshness), here is carefully thought out and each aspect perfectly executed (the toast was warmed, there was a squeeze of lemon on the wafer of pork belly fat, the whole cheese was runny in the middle and so on). Pedro took us, with great enthusiasm, charm and warmth, through his wine match with each of the tapas courses. We had specific things we wanted to know and try but quickly realised that it was best to have him make the choices, because each was made with knowledge and reason. A list that moved through rose, white, red, verde (yes, a category of its own and no, it's not visually green) and fortified. We had him recommend a couple of bottles to take away, for which he gave us an exceedingly fair price. This was the top level of tourist experience: personal, genuine warmth and generosity, high quality product and lots of laughter. We will remember this as our symbol of Portugal.
