D Stevens: This store turned out to be a disaster in my experience. I came across their hats online and tried to contact them several times over a couple of months with no reply. Knowing I was going to be in Lisbon I wanted to buy a hat that they say the make and that looked like it was priced right. I finally got fed up and called the store. The first time I got someone who did not speak english. A few days later I called and got the owner Luisa. I Told her what I wanted and when I was arriving. She said she would have a hat ready for me in the size I wanted with no obligation to buy if I didn't like it. I thought that was extremely fair. I followed up with an email as she requested stating the hat, colour and size. I did not get a rely to the email and I called a few days later to see if she got the email. Again I got someone who did not speak english but was able to confirm the email address. I sent the email again. The day I arrived in Lisbon I headed to the store right after checking into my hotel. When I arrived there were two ladies working in the store which looked old and tired. Neither of them was the owner, who said she would be there when I arrived. Neither of them spoke english. They called the owner and the hat I was promised was not there nor was the owner of course.. They tried to pawn off another hat that was not even the same colour. It was ugly and looked like very low quality. I was really disappointed. I put in a lot of time and effort and expect that I was dealing with and old and reputable store. This was not the case. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone given my experience and will continue to look for the hat I wanted elsewhere. When I find it I will advise my many readers where to shop for a reputable hat company.

Eles têm GRANDES ofertas de férias e pessoal de vendas por telefone amigável. Eles eram muito conhecedores e o site era super fácil de comparar preços/loja. A instalação também foi uma brisa. Eles foram muito atenciosos em sua casa, instalaram tudo corretamente, e o fizeram em muito pouco tempo. -> 10/10 voltaria a fazer compras aqui para electrodomésticos

Acabei de falar ao telefone com o Justin, um associado aqui. Ele foi muito útil. Eu vivo noutro estado e estou interessado em que me entreguem um frigorífico. Ele entendeu minhas perguntas, foi muito profissional e estava disposto a me dizer prós e contras da compra da geladeira que eu estava considerando. Eu não visitei fisicamente a loja, mas minha experiência com ele foi ótima. Obrigado, Justin!

Longas esperas, não conseguíamos o que queríamos porque ninguém sabia do que mais ninguém falava, a senhora do jardim não conseguia responder a quaisquer perguntas sobre plantas ou produtos paisagísticos. A pessoa/pessoa que ela disse que estava a ligar nunca apareceu. Finalmente nos cansamos de esperar e saímos, não planejamos nem mesmo tentar voltar.
