Un massage parfait comme je n'en ai pas eu depuis longtemps. Et pourtant je m'y connais ! La masseuse était très pro. Elle a su doser les pressions comme une fée. Je pense y retourner avant la fin de mon séjour. A conseiller.

Costumava visitar spas e massagens em Lisboa porque, devido ao meu tipo de trabalho, acumulo muita tensão nas costas, este lugar é muito novo em Lisboa, disseram-me que tem apenas 5 meses, fiquei espantado com a organização, a limpeza e sobretudo o profissionalismo do lugar.
Devo dizer que assim que você entra tudo é magico, tudo está perfeitamente decorado, a música é perfeita, eles te dão um chá quente que tem um gosto divino. Logo vai até acima aos gabinetes privados e é fantástico.
Posso dizer que foi a melhor experiência de massagem que tive em Lisboa, Recomendo vivamente

The place looks like Pinterest, taken from the magazine, all very clean, very tidy, the massage was excellent, I left there renewed, I liked the open space although they also have private rooms, they can choose where they want the massage.
I would like them to open one in Dublin, it would be fantastic

I was impressed with the beauty of this place, besides that it only has 4 months open and it is wonderful, the staff is gentle and very polite, they give you hot tea and they explain all the types of massages they do, I was in love with the place, I received a therapeutic massage with Joan and it was great, I am a massage therapist in the whole world and this place has stolen my whole heart, I will certainly return.

I’m giving this place 5 stars. The Ayurvedic Massage we got was simply amazing and very professional, and the whole vibe was so peaceful. We came out of it relaxed and ready for the afternoon / evening in Lisbon. The team was so friendly (they even took a picture with us!) and offered us tea after the massage, and we had a nice chat. I highly recommend this EcoMassage to everyone looking for a way to unwind and refill the batteries.

Little I write here, but in this opportunity I am so happy to have visited this place that I should write.
I have traveled a lot, especially in Asia, I have had the opportunity to perform many massages in my life, and without fear of being wrong this has been one of the best, first on arrival you fall in love immediately, it is clean and orderly, The therapist asked me if I wanted to go up to the private rooms or did I want to do the massage on the floor below that reminds me so much when I visit Thailand in 2010, you have those mattresses where you do the massages, I obviously wanted on the floor below to live another time that experience in thailand. I received an excellent massage, with the exact pressure I wanted, the therapist also asked me every so often if the pressure was right, I really adore this place! and in the end they gave me a delicious tea, It was one of the best experiences I've had in Lisbon.

I went there for massage with sore back, had to lie down on a flour which was cold, and my head turn one side all the time from which my neck became worse, no privacy at all, just separation of transparent curtain, and noice of coming in people. I didnt find it higienic also as you have to lie down on same matt where other person was before, even dressed up, i didnt like it.

I'm giving this four stars because the therapeutic massage that I received was excellent. My therapist was skilled and I left there feeling thankful I had gone! I'm *only* giving it four stars because there were some things that made this a less than stellar experience:
The massages are given in one room with just some sheer fabric separating you from other people. Ok, I can roll with that. But! I signed up for a 90 minute massage not realizing that I would spend an hour on the (padded) floor. It's extremely uncomfortable to have your head just turned to the side for that long while getting a deep tissue massage. I kept timing the readjustment wrong and then would have a painful experience turning my head the other direction.
The soundtrack was an ongoing loop of the same three-note ohms for . . . ever? It never ended.
It was pretty cold down there on the floor.
That being said, the people were so nice and I did appreciate how effective it was. I would go back for a chair massage or for a massage of shorter duration.

Discovered Eco Massage while we were travelling and feeling run down. We are particular about the standard of massages and were not disappointed. Saúl some awesome healing skills and I felt so rejuvenated after a session. If I was in Lisboa for a longer time, we would have gone back more often.

My husband and I passed by this massage space on our way walking home and spontaneously decided to try it out. We only booked ourselves in for the 30 minute massages, and both wished that we could have stayed for longer. We're both super fussy when it comes to massages, but were so satisfied and felt so good after our treatments. The team there is really specialised. Despite it being off of a main road, it is is very calming inside. We will definitely be going back soon.

It was a very nice surprise to find a place in Lisbon downtown. 20 minutes quickchair massage and I felt good as new. My friends from Italy just loved the feet massage and got a new life to continue the visit to the city. Next time I will take one hour to receive a massage on the floor. Very nice team, they envolve the place in a wonderful energy.

Amazing place, 5 stars, had 90mins deep-tissue massage with Marta. Left feeling so much better. Very relaxed and calming atmosphere, all staff are friendly, kind and professional. With the stress of the trip, the flight, and walking to know the city, we find this treasure near our hotel, they clarify that it is not a spa is a center of therapeutic massages, and it is just what I needed, the reservation the I made by phone, in a perfect English, and very cordial, the space is more beautiful in person, very clean and hygienic, they made sure to disinfect the room before I entered, Martha did the aid massage I asked for, and it felt like Heaven with authentic Indian technique, it was really incredible. I saw all the good reviews but was sceptic and decided to check for myself and was really surprised how good it was. The place is nice and clean and the massage was very good and professional. I was spacialy impressed by Ruth who gave me the best massage ever! I highly recommend going there whether If you want a relaxing massage or deep tissue massage like I did

My wife and I received a couples massage and very much enjoyed it. Highlights include an extremely welcoming staff and atmosphere, great price (100 Euros total), and a wonderful and relaxing massage. The only negative almost not worth mentioning are the low ceilings. Watch your head!
Overall, we’d return in a second and get another massage. We might just do so before leaving Lisbon :). If you are considering getting a massage on your trip, look no further.

Personnel très agréable. La masseuse Inês et le masseur Robson se sont occupés de nous et ils ont très bien fait leur massage à l'huile relaxant.

I received a gift card at Christmas from my best friend, she always comes to this place, and after I came here I understood why she loves this space.
my gift card was for 1 hour but I extended the time for 30 more minutes and it was wonderful, Priscilla was my therapist and she is really good, I would like to give this place much more because they deserve it, they work with their hearts and transmit love. I already decided to come here whenever my back is bad and I need well-being for my soul, thanks

I cannot recommend this place enough!
My friend and I were walking all day and were run down and a little sore, and when I stopped outside to take a peek it looked so amazing I went and got my friend and we got 40 minute massages that MADE OUR DAY.
Robson and Inês were our massage therapists, and both listened attentively to what we wanted, and helped us choose the type of massage that best fit our needs. Both were the epitome of professional and thorough, and gave the best massages we've ever had!
The atmosphere was soothing and very calm and quiet. The room we were brought to was up a set of spiral stairs, and reminded me of a treehouse. The oil they used was not scented, and excellent for sensitive skin, which is hard to find in my experience.
They even gave us a 10% discount. 10/10 would recommend!

Melhor massagem da minha Vida! Nao tinha marcado horario e mesmo assim a Tania me atendeu. Antes da massagem me perguntou onde eu sentia dores. Durante a massagem ela focou nestes pontos mas tambem massageou todas as minhas costas, pescoço, cabeça. Gostei muito da massagem. Depois da massagem pude beber um cha e Tania me deu dicas como melhorar minha postura. Muito simpatica e otima massagem conseguindo soltar as minhas tensões. Best massage of my life! I had the massage with Tania. I didn't have an appointment in before hand. She asked me before the massage started which where currently my problem zones and focused on them during the massage. Wowwww this place is magnificent, when I passed by the street I saw this beautiful store, very beautiful, when I arrived it was very well attended, and I only waited 5 min, immediately Rute appeared who was my therapist and made me a great massage, and a very talk emotional, that I needed her, in the end I hugged her hard because without knowing her conversation helped me a lot, I left this place renewed and with new energies, thanks for giving me a lot of love and attention ❤️❤️❤️

After much research and reading several reviews, I booked a massage at this place. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and spoke English. The place was very clean and smelled great. I was escorted inside and offered tea or water. I didn't have to wait long before they whisked me upstairs to a private room. The massage was so great and therapeutic. Their 60 minute massage IS 60 minutes and maybe a few minutes more. Unlike the American 60 minute massages that are actually 50!
I am going back! Loved this place.

Got the 60 minute therapeutic massage this morning during my day off. Never expected such a good repair for my back & neck. Also, it helped me relax a bit and reduce the pressure over my muscles as well as my mind.
The place is very clean and seems pretty new, and the relaxing mood (music included) helps a lot.
People working there are amazing and since minute one I could feel they wanted me to have a nice relaxing experience there. In one shot, nobody would typically expect back rehabilitation, but for me worked just fine. I highly recommend this place. I'll be back next month for another fix.

This is the best massage.
I was really tired after long walking in Lisbon.
I booked in 10mints advance and they kindly accept.
I had all body massage for an hour.
This was very comfortable and relaxing time.
The pressure was perfect and therapist was amazing.
I was asleep during the massage.
I would highly recommend this place.

one word: amazing! as soon as you enter the area where massages happen, they ask you to be quiet and take your shoes off (they have slippers for you) which i find very cool and relaxing. the people working there are super friendly and really seem to care about your well-being. i booked a 20 minute back massage and it was deeply relaxing and was everything you could wish for in a massage. i can absolutely recommend this place and will be back!

The magic of this place feels immediately upon entering, the first floor is like Thai, and the second floor is the warm and cozy private rooms, my massage was one of the best with Magdalena, then they offered me delicious tea, I loved this place and I will return whenever I am in Lisbon.

After a tiring walk in the elevations of lisbon. I came across to this such a nice and cozy place. I was welcomed with hot tea.
Then i went for a massage with Rax. His hands abd the way he works on soreness is something else. He figured out the contractions and manage to fix it so easily. I feel like i am rejuvenated after the massage. The calm environment and music is a a big plus. I would suggest anyone to try atleast a massage that is worth a take. I am happy with the services. Looking forward to go back again.

I had a 20minutes massage with Rax and it was absolutely amazing! Probably the best massage of my life. He found the most sensitive part in my back and managed to release the tension in such a way! I couldnt believe it! He is very gentle and really good at making you feel comfortable. The space itself is nice and you feel relax as soon as you enter! I would recommend anyone to go for a massage at EcoMassage!

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful massage at this parlor. They could fit us in on a very short notice, the quality of the massage was great and the price is affordable (35€ for 40 minutes).

One of the best massage experiences! Very calm and clean and my lady masseuse was amazing. When I asked her to put more pressure she did the best job ever, still ever so intuitively lowering it seeing by my reaction. After she gave me tips for my shoulders and back. Sou muito grata à recomendação de uma, amiga que insistiu em que eu viesse a este lugar, pedisse para experimentar todos os benefícios que já havia falado comigo, fiz uma massagem terapêutica porque trabalho no escritorio por muitas horas, acumulei tensões nas costas e pescoço, que saiu depois da massagem, fiquei com vergonha de adormecer por um tempo, depois me ofereceram um chá quente que me fez relaxar e me sentir melhor, acho que minha terapeuta se chamava Alina, ela era muito delicada e gentil, que o bom gosto me dava vindo aqui, eu aprecio profundamente.

The place was very professional. My husband and I had a couples massage. It was not the best ever but very nice and great atmosphere, stayed on time with appointment time. I would definitely go back again. Great staff.

Ecomassage me salvó el dia, mi esposo y yo después de caminar todo Lisboa, nos encontramos con esta tienda que de inmediato llamó nuestra atención por lo llamativa y bonita, decidimos entrar y lo mejo estaba dentro.
Primero te atiende una muchacha muy simpática y gentil y te sugiere el masaje que necesitas, después nuestros terapeutas no llevaron al cuarto, todo estaba muy limpio y lindo, allí tuve un masaje con Rax que fue muy atento, fue la mejor hora, me relaje muchísimo hasta quede profundamente dormida, recomiendo este lugar muchisimo, por favor no dejen de ir después de un largo día de caminata. Fantastic place, ideal to relax and rest after walking the steep streets of Lisbon, I had a massage with Saul that did me a lot of good, the equipment is all very friendly, the space is beautiful, very well decorated, with a perfect temperature, I left renovated, I already made a reservation for tomorrow too, it is a real treasure in Lisbon.

Bad experience that made us very uncomfortable. We booked a foot massage to which we as a couple were separated into different rooms for (while there is a whole foot massage area downstairs) and then it was mentioned to us that for a 40 min foot massage we also get some back massaging and that we should lay on the tabel in our underwear. Then instead of a male masseur being given to my boyfriend and the female to me, the male masseur came into my room and the female to my boyfriend.
It all happened so fast and afterwards we should have said something as it happened but unknowingly how the whole process works we both unfortunately did not act immediately and just felt very uncomfortable about how this whole situation enfolded. We couldn’t enjoy the massage because we were very uneasy, and it would have been expected from a professional salon that this would have been handle with much more care and thought. Very disappointed, would not go back here and unfortunately left with a nasty aftertaste.

Walked in with a friend and found the best massage I have ever had. Such an amazing experience!!! Was treated by Juan with a Thai massage which was just perfect.
Staff is extremely hospitable and friendly and the place is clean and calm.

Une honte ! J’avais pris rdv pour un massage aujourd’hui à 11h.
Arrivée au centre on m’annonce 20 min d’attente.
Après avoir attendu 45 minutes on m’assure que ce sera mon tour dans 5 minutes.
Je suis repartie au bout d’une heure sans massage.
Ce n’est pas sérieux et pas professionnel.

Já fazia um tempo que estava procurando por um sítio de massagem. Hoje por acaso estava andando quando sem querer acabei encontrando e mesmo sendo domingo estava aberto. Tive uma excelente massagem terapêutica de 40 minutos, com profissional muito bem preparado e saí me sentindo muito bem, revigorada! Ambiente super tranquilo. Com certeza irei voltar.

Primeiro contacto que tive com massagens terapêuticas, querendo evitar o consumo de químicos para controlar a minha ansiedade.
Estive com a Flávia 1hora, onde me ensinou a respirar e me tirou a horrível tensão muscular que tinha quando entrei.
Local a voltar, com toda a certeza. Venho com um cheirinho maravilhoso do óleo que usam, e vim a chorar até ao carro, um chorar de gratidão e esperança.

This massage studio is very spacious, full of natural light and very well maintained. Everyone is superbly professional, really accommodating and very friendly. I had lymphatic drainage massage and sport massage. Both times: it was just the right amount of pressure, everything about it was magical. Thank you!!!

Habia caminado mucho por toda Lisboa, y de casualidad me tope con este maravilloso lugar, todos fueron muy amables, de inmediato me senti muy bien, el lugar esta perfectamente decorado, el masaje fue optimo, conoci a los duenos muy gentiles los dos, me contaron que solo abrieron hace 6 meses, yo no lo podia creer, juro que pense que habian abierto hace por lo menos 5 anos, todo esta perfectamente organizado, y bien dirigido, yo quisiera tener un espacio como este cerca de casa en Santander, me haria mucho bien. Os recomendo al 1000%

J'ai eu un massage vraiment parfait! Inēs à été très professionnelle en pratiquant un massage individuel à l'écoute des besoins du corps, en travaillant les tensions. Je suis moi-même masseuse et c'est ainsi que j'exerce, j'ai été plus que satisfaite. Bravo et encore merci.
