If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is a disgusting store with disgusting, rude, unprofessional employees who need to be fired. They’re absolutely the rudest people on earth, their faces just give the rudest vibe off of them. I filed a local complaint. Disgusting. This place also reeks of xenophobia in its purest form. I’m assuming and sure about all these attitudes that have happened with me, happen to other foreigners who go there because I never saw them being this rude with Portuguese citizens. And the other man, who I got mad with, first tried to educate how my mother needed to speak to his coworker, the rudest woman ever once again, just so you know, repeated my German curse word “Scheiße” to me, telling me I should “explain that”. Pathetic, unprofessional and rude. Then, she, the coworker who attended me, tried to “educate” my mother on how to speak with her... excuse you? Who are you? I told her not to give me any attitude and that she remains quiet. As soon as I asked for the complaints’ book, they both got quiet and with that, their big mouths as well. This is the last time I’m ever going to visit this store unless it’s completely NECESSARY.
