Non loin du couvent des carmes, dans une petite rue en escalier, ce brewpub est un bon endroit pour faire une petite pause. Pas très grand certes mais quelques tables sont également installées en extérieur. Choix plus que raisonnable de bières artisanales portugaises, à la pression ou en bouteille dont plusieurs brassées sur place que je vous recommande vivement. Pils, triple, blanche, ipa, english porter, stout,...laissez vous tenter par la palette dégustation. Pour 10€, choisissez 5 bières sur le tableau en ardoise derrière le bar et indiquez leur numéro sur la palette dégustation. Je recommande! Par contre, pour les non connaisseurs, demandez peut être l ordre dans lequel les déguster, certaines sont beaucoup plus fortes en goût que d autres et vous pourriez ne les apprécier à leur juste valeur si vous commenciez par exemple par l english porter très particulière et forte en goût. Mes préférences vont vers la triple et l ipa (n 2 et n 7) très très bonnes. Possibilités de petite restauration sur place également. Ambiance et personnel très sympathique.

I just left the place because I feel so uncomfortable due to I had very bad experience with staff (girl) she very unfriendly and Shout at me because Im looking for the beer in the fridge because I want to know what kind of the beer where it brew from etc. unfortunately I don't allow!!! I did that before with other staff (man)(very friendly) I had my two beers with in 10 min and my third unfortunately NOT allow.
What kind of the service!! Never come back again and Will not recommenced to any friends !!!

Bon brew pub avec deux trois crafts brassés sur place et qui sont plutôt bonnes. Il y a aussi d'autres brasseries à la pression et un bon choix en bouteille. Le staff est sympa, le lieu est petit. Leurs sandwichs sont bons, dépannent bien sans être déments.

We are obsessed with craft beer and Untappd, so hitting up Duque our first night in Lisbon was a no-brainer. There were 8 different microbrews on tap. I think I ranked many over 4 out of 5 stars.
The ambiance indoors is okay, but they set up tables right outside the brewpub and is the perfect place to enjoy a beer on a cool, clear evening, which we luckily had every night we went there.

We had a quick pit stop here during our vacation in Lisbon. Really liked the small and cozy bar in the narrow streets of Bairro Alto.
Good selection of portuguese craft beer with reasonable prices. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Good job!

Good selection of own or local Portuguese craft beer on tap, also a decent selection of bottled beer. The girls in the bar knew their stuff and let you taste the beers before ordering. Will definitely visit again.

A large selection of bottled and draught beers. And a selection of 2 wines, red or white. I drank the sour draught beer, which was really rather good, the white wine maybe not so good. We had some hummus with French toast. They also do beer flights of several small glasses of beer. There is no table service, but I didn't mind as I wanted to talk about the beers.

Nice craft beers with good music (mostly rock). Good snacks (got the hummus, I believe it's home made). There is nothing to add, just go there and chill :-)

The first Brewpub in Lisbon, and the best one to be honest. You have 12 taps and many beers on bottle that you should try. They only sell portuguese craft beers and the staff it's incredible, very cozy and knowledgeable. If u came to Lisbon and you like craft beers you should go to Duque Brewpub.

Great little brew pub that serves beer made on the premises and also a selection of other Portuguese beers. The beers were great and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere with friendly customers of all nationalities. Be careful of the steps on the way home if you stay too long!

Super rad, une dizaine de bières en pression (Lager, Pilsner, IPA, Stout, etc...) tout est brassé sur place. Bonne ambiance, serveurs aimable, demandez à visiter l’arrière boutique pour voir leur brasserie. Le merch est top aussi. Allez-y les yeux fermés. 5 étoiles sans problem.

Good vibe, great music - but it was good to introduce them to voodoohop, welcoming knowledgable and friendly folk behind the bar. we run a similar bohemian informal cool space in Liverpool and we know what makes a good Pub. This makes a good Pub! thanks for the nights and the fine beer!

Duque is one of the tips my friends gave me when I told them that I was going to visit Lissabon. They have great beers on draft and on bottle and all are local from Portugal. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their beers. The prices are around 7 euro's for a large craft beer from draft and 10 euro for a set of 5 tasters.

Great little place that makes beer. Picturesque location and food looked good. In winter it's as cold inside as outside as the doors are wide open so we left early. The beer was nice but not my favourite or very daring (lager and IPA) but that could change!

A great place to visit which offers a very wide range of beers, either locally brewed or from far away. Staff very helpful on choosing which beers you may like. Would recommend as either a location to get a quick drink at, but also a great location to spend a long time at watching the world go by whilst enjoying a drink.

Nice craft beer pub with about a dozen brews on tap of varying styles and strengths - the strongest being 11% abv. Quite plain inside but a nice atmosphere and you can sit out the street too which is pleasant when it's warm.

In a city full of gems...Duque stands out as one of the very cool treasures this city has to offer. Knowledgeable and super friendly staff. Excellent beers. Unique atmosphere... especially sitting outside on the steps. What's not to like? Duque rocks!

Good range of beers but all the sour beers are Berliner Weisse and it smelled intensely of malt indoors. They played mostly Beatles and Rolling Stones while I was there.

Nice microbrewery. The bartenders are really nice, good location, you can sip on your beer right on the stairs in front of the bar. Great choice. Not that expensive (by comparison with French beer bars).

Thw first two beers I wanted to taste 9were out of stock and every other of the 4 beers I tasted...I could better brew them myself

Cool spot in the heart if Lisbon. Great selection of local beer. There are 12 taps. Few places inside and outside also. I'm not sure that you can eat there. If I had more time in Lisbon, I would definitely go back!

Excellent microbrewery with a diverse range of beers. Really nice atmosphere with tables inside and on the street. They have an extensive selection of bottled beers but their own are the real stars. Definitely worth trying!
They also have some gone made crisps which are very tasty:)

Nice location and craft beer. Where it is you have to be a disaster not to be successful but...Lazy waiters, nothing good for eating, normal / high prices and run down place.

Great place! Their beer prizes in general are a bit high (upwards of 5 euros for a bottle of craft beer). However, they have a changing selection of 12 beers on tap (2 of which were their own brews). You can taste 5 of these for just 10 euros which is a good price/quality! I especially enjoyed their Duque blonde ale (pica pau amarelo) and the Luxia sour ale. But the selection is very broad so there is something for everyone. Moreover, all beers are (locally brewn) Portuguese craft beers. The place is really a pub so there is no table service (I.e. you order at the bar) but to me that wasn't a problem. The location is also very nice.
Overall definitely recommended!

Bom lugar para provar boas cervejas portuguesas. Produções da própria casa dividem espaço nas torneiras com opções das “usual suspects” do cenário da cerveja artesanal de Lisboa: Dois Corvos, Oitava Colina, Musa... O rol costuma ser bem variado, fugindo do tradicional “IPAs e variações” que encontramos por aí. Staff atencioso, cuidadoso e disposto a te ajudar na missão de encontrar a cerveja perfeita para aquele momento - se é que isso existe, ou perfeita é a cerveja que está sorvida no copo? Eu tergiverso.

Great find in Lisbon. Very relaxed atmosphere. Had the Black IPA and was really pleased with the roasty and hoppy combination in a full bodied ale. Stick with Duque. In addition to six beers made on the premises, they had another six from other brewers. Did a flight of five more: the Duque Dbl IPA, Jack of Clubs and their regular IPA, Monocitrogopmatic, were both tasty. Also had an imperial stout, Mean Sardine, that tasted like it might have a bit of chocolate and chili in it (no sardines!), which I liked. Finally, had two other non-Duque beers, a California Common and an APA... neither of which tasted like the expected profile... too sweet overall. Good classic rock music too. I’ll forgive the occasional musical wander into other genres, but any place with the Stones and Pink Floyd is ok by me. Go, explore, and enjoy some decent food, too.

What a pretty place in Lisbon! It perfectly fitted our expectations for a funny start into the weekend. A wide range of beer sorts from all over the world made this place even precious to discover new tastes, too. The staff was nice, the interior made a well atmosphere and the music was great.
At the end the waitress asked if I will come back anywhen. And I couldn't help to confess: "Sure, I will do that!"

If you like beer then this is the place for you in Lisbon. They have their own and more on tap plus an extensive bottles list from around Portugal. I would suggest trying their white stout it is unlike anything I have ever had in the States. Their food is looks good as well, my wife and I just had bread and olives but what we saw passing by us looked great.

Cool little brewery, with their own and other local microbrews on tap. Small but has indoor and outdoor seating. The beer is good, the Albano is a must try.

An absolute must if you're in Lisbon. The staff are wonderful and the beers are just as good. Every beer is Portugese and most are local. You get a great atmosphere inside and out and the location is great. Couldn't recommend it more!

One of the top 3 craft beer venues in town for mine. As per the best venues very patriotic with complete devotion to Portugese craft. Quite amazing that they can fit a brewery into the space. Good service and fair pricing. Given the tourist zone location can fill quickly even mid afternoon. Recommended.

Hit & Miss, the bar is fine, but the staff are distinctly average. They don’t have much knowledge of the beer they serve and you could easily be waiting at the bar for a while if the staff decide so.

Se capita ci torno per la birra ma guardo anche altri luoghi, é una birreria non grandissima con qualche tavolo all'esterno in cui si può anche mangiare qualcosa di non molto sofisticato
LOCALE 6: una birreria come tante altre con interni in legno e arredamento semplice
MENÚ 6: l'offerta cibo non raggiunge la sufficienza ma una discreta scelta di birre fa raggiungere la sufficienza
SERVIZIO 7: è indicato che non c'è servizio al tavolo ma, forse data l'ora, non c'era molta gente e ci hanno servito al tavolo
CONTO 7: ok il prezzo della birra, meno per il cibo (del resto é una birreria)

This is a great brewpub with owner made and guest beers. My only surprise was the word "salsicha" being translated into English as "sausage," but I got hot dogs / frankfurter. Technically correct, but the dish is great pub food.

Great choice of their own brews, blonde or red Ales and lagers. Board changes every few weeks depending on what is brewed recently, cool atmosphere and friendly staff. If you are looking for a good beer. This is a handy spot. Try grab a table outside as it’s shaded mostly and the views down the steps are great.

Really impressed with their own beers but the guest beer we had wasn't good.
Definitely worth visiting if you're in Lisbon and like craft beer. Their single hop session beers were good and one of the few hoppy beers under 5% we found in Lisbon. The white stout was also really impressive. On the tasting flight we had a vienna lager from a guest brewery which tasted infected. Perhaps if was a dirty beer line or a dud keg but either was I didn't finish the taster.
Unfortunately when we visited you couldn't set up a tab which is worth considering if you get charged for each card transaction in a foreign currency.

Le cadre de ce bar en plein milieu du Barrio alto est super quand on est à Lisbonne ! Le personnel y est très sympa . Le choix de bière est vraiment top, il y a en général 12 bières différentes brassées sur place à goûter. Elles sont toutes très bien réalisées et pleines de caractères ! Si vous êtes amateur de bière c'est définitivement là que vous voudrais vous arrêter pour boire un verre !

Good selection of beers on tap but only one was brewed in house? I thought this was a brewpub : ) Anyway, the beer I tried was a bottle of bourbon vanilla porter but it was pretty lackluster. The meat board was solid though. All in all a solid if unspectacular place to get some craft beer in Lisbon...I’d just recommend sticking to what’s on tap.

The waiter was very friendly and got us stools.
The food was ok but they did not had the smoked meat board.
They were completely understaffed.
There was no table service, and the person on the tap was the same as the one in the kitchen and the waitress was just removing glasses from tables. This meant that we had to wait a lot in line for a beer.
The location was nice and the music was great!

Cervecería con diez grifos que además elaboran su propia cerveza.
Por lo demás la cerveza es muy cara ( adjunto foto donde podeis comprobarlo ) teniendo en cuenta que no atienden a las mesas , hay que pagar por adelantado y el precio de otras cervecerias cercanas.
El servicio al cliente es mejorable.

Great beer selection with indoor and outdoor seating. You can get a flight of 5 beers for €10, a draft beer, or one of their huge variety of bottled beers. They have wifi and do a discounted bottle each week that you can find on their Facebook or Instagram. There is no table service and you have to hike up some significant stairs to get here but it's more than worth it! There's a great local variety of beers that I haven't seen in any other bar I've been to yet, including a few of their own.

Really good selection of beers, but prices are a bit high for draft beers. Please someone explain to me why bottled beers are cheaper.

Good beer. But terrible customer experience. You pay for food and then you can't eat it in the bar, you have to find a table. And they suggest you to leave the bar. Unfortunately a not good experience in a place with potential for it.

Fantastic beer selection, outside and inside seating. Played great music and had a bathroom. You can only get here from a staircase, so not crutch/wheelchair friendly. Definitely go for a great custom beer selection that is open when most other pub spots are closed!

Opened 30 minutes late, beers were okay. Pricey for a flight (10 Euro) and very pricey for their finger food (potato chips and hummus). Would go back for a beer, skip the food.

Nice beer selection with local taps and 12 rotating draft beers. We had a 8 Colina IPA and a Musa Saison which were very tasty.

Cozy brewpub with outdoor seating.
Could have some more drinking alternatives such as Cola if you bring your wife which doesn't like beer.

Nos encanta la cerveza artesana, y no fuimos capaces de encontrar una buena. La de grifo parecía que estaba mal conservada y una que probamos de botella igual. Una pena porque el sitio es bonito. Mucha variedad y poca calidad.

Probamos:
1) Born in the IPA de grifo: muy buena
2) Matiné Session IPA de grifo: sabía a saison, ácida. Nada que ver con su perfil.
3) Urraca Vendaval, de botella: no estaba bien fermentada (por experiencia, hemos intentado hacer cerveza y salió mal, y sabía igual)
La botella tiene excusa pq puede ser un lote que vaya mal y no esté probada. El grifo sin embargo...
Nos íbamos con mala impresión de las Craft portuguesas hasta que en otro sitio tomamos una Red Zeppelin Ale y una Rye IPA de LX que estaban OK.

Super friendly staff and an amazing selection of good local craft beer at reasonable prices. They have an outside terrace and do bring food orders [mainly small appetizers] table side. Beer though you have to get yourself. Definitely recommend.

One of the only brewpubs in all of Lisbon. The beers are very good and the ambiance is amazing. The bartenders are really friendly and if you can score an outside table you could spend all day here.

I specifically researched this place before heading to Lisbon. So wonderful to see the young generation creating and pushing boundaries. Service was amazing. Happen to speak to one of the owners who was full of knowledge and what i expect from a brew pub. Only there for the beers cant say much about the food. Had to come back a second time to make my way through the list. Recommend!

nice bartender, flights of 4 available, proper temperature of the beer unlike in cerveteca. local beers, one of them brewed by themselves. only downside: platter with a little various cold meats (chorizo etc) too expensive (10 eur) for its simplicity.

Experiência geralmente boa. Cervejas de qualidade e ambiente muito apelativo. As cervejas não são as mais baratas, mas geralmente nenhuma cerveja artesanal é. A esplanada fecha cedo. Sou cliente assíduo EC recomendo.

Small location, but a good selection of beers. In a street with fairly long stairs and no car traffic, so a pretty quiet location even though it is very central. Also got a few very good snacks and sandwiches available. Best pub I found in my visit to Lisbon.

Impressive range of beers which are all brewed locally, but there was only one type of house wine so better for beer lovers. Not too many seats but nice atmosphere, clean toilets for a pub/bar at weekend. Friendly staff.

É um sítio agradável mas onde - por ser pequeno -, é relativamente fácil não encontrarmos assento. Para uma passagem rápida enquanto se cruza a Baixa está muito bem. A escolha é boa mas podemos ser desagradavelmente supreendidos com os preços. Uma cerveja que se vende por €3,5 passar a €6,15 é um bocado... demais.

Craft beers in the bohemian centre of Lisboa. They have an excellent wide range of different craft beers. When I was there it was almost full house and terrace but still enough space to hang around and enjoy the beers and rock music.

Amazing beers and the chorizo and bread is brilliant. Love finding places like this on Google maps, the staff are very friendly and know their beer. Highly recommended if you're into your craft beer, if not just go anyways, the climb up the steps helps you work off the numerous beers you'll be consuming.

A great brewpub with Portuguese Craft Beer. Staff are friendly & very helpful with recommendations. Start a tab and settle in for a while, get some snacks like the 'Canhota de Aquiles', it goes great with the beers. Another plus is they accept credit card.
