The only reason we went here is because we had a lovely meal at the Altis Belem where the service was great, the food here was ok, but the service was awful, the staff were disinterested, busy on their computers or phones and unfriendly, They should all go to Altis belem for retraining, a smile never goes amiss

This is a disaster!!! We stay in Lisbon in one of the Altis 4* hotels with perfect service and very nice on-site dining and we have been absolutely sure that a gastrobar at 5* Altis hotel has to be at least good. It turns to be completely wrong! 1. What we ordered: - water - glass of sparkling wine - glass of red wine (pointed to our waiter in the vine list) - hamburger - fried potatoes with ketchup (this is important) - steak (asked the waiter how it is better to be grilled - mrdium or medium-well and got an answer "medium" - this is also important) 2. What we got: - water - glass of sparkling wine - glass of WHITE wine (so I had to remined the waiter to bring me the red wine and one more time to point the exact wine name in the wine list) - hamburger - fried potatoes WITHOUT ketchup (ketchup was brought to our table as soon as our son finished the potatoes) - grilled SQUID instead of steak 3. Communication I explained the waiter I ordered a steak, not the squid, he brought the squid back and disappesred for about 10 (!) minutes. As soon as he was back he asked, whether I could wait another 6 minutes for the steak. As our dinner was already ruined, I told the waiter "No, I will not wait, please CANCEL the order". In another 5-10 minutes we finished our drinks and were looking for the waiter to ask for the bill. Finally he arrived WITH THE STEAK in his hands. To be honest, the wine was very good, but I simply cannot understand how all these things can happen at all. This may be possible somewhere, I guess, but not in: a) 5* hotel in the capital city b) such a 'top' dining venue as Rossio Gastrobar presents itself I would strongly recommend to avoid the Rossio Gastrobar in any case, even if there is no alternative to have a meal anywhere else around. Just stay away.

Tolle Lage und sehr schönes Ambiente, des Service ist schlecht organisiert und hat kein System, das Essen vom Geschmack und Zubereitung extrem gut, doch sind das nur Häppchen und nichts zum satt werden und etwas zu überteuert

Great food & drinks and the views are unlike most places in the city. We had the hamburger and pork belly tacos. Both were absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend.

Vista maravilhosa, muito bonito e agradável. Ótimos drinks, embora sejam pequenos e bem caros. Comida boa, mas as poções são minúsculas. No final a conta sai bem alta, e o custo benefício não é bom. Só há uma opção de comida vegetariana.

The street is aimed at tourists, so it's not as authentic as one might think but I definitely enjoyed the lively summer vibe. It's hard to say one restaurant is better than another here. We chose this one because it was rather busy which is my signal that the food is good and well priced. They have a variety of Portuguese food that is well priced. The trinchado I had was excellent. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely go past.

A beautiful rooftop restaurant/lounge with an eclectic menu and a wide-assortment of wine and cocktails. The appetizers and main courses were absolutely delicious and the servers were all attentive and kind. A must-see when in Lisbon for the sights alone as well as the environment.

This has to be the best place in Lisbon for cocktails, food and a view! Outstanding flavour and creativity in the dishes we tried, served by fabulous staff. I especially loved the pork sandwich. The cocktails were unique and well balanced. All in a beautifully decorated space with a 300 degree view of Lisbon!

Memorable experience: top 360 views is Lisbon, amazing cocktails, good service, short but delicious menu, top deserts. Don’t miss it!

Un lugar perfecto para tomarte un gin tonic viendo la puesta de sol

Nice place, cool view, delicious cocktails and... one of the best burgers I’ve ever tried. It’s a small one but REALLY good. But be careful with the cocktails, they are too conceptual and not everyone can enjoy it. Though, if you’ll like it, you’ll really be satisfied with every sip of it!

Good cocktails and pretty view. Service is smooth and fast. There's a lot of posh people around. Be prepared to pay above average price, as this is an upscale place.
