Unsere Freundin hatte im Internet ein Bootstour gebucht, die gar nicht angeboten wurde, nachdem es bezahlt war. Die Unverschämtheit ist das wir 25.- Euro für Vermittler Tätigkeit belastet bekamen, wobei keine Leistung erfolgte. Diese Art der Vermittlung halte ich nicht für seriös. Wir werden uns auch an Master Card wenden um diese Belastung rückgänig zu machen. Wir können nur empfehlen direkt an den Verkaufstellen im Hafen zu buchen.

Meine Erfahrungen mit dieser Firma sind nicht die Besten. Ich hatte Kontakt um einige Uebersetzungen ins Deutsche zu machen. Die Webseite ist sehr amateurhaft gestaltet, Sieht aus wie aus dem billig Software Setzkasten. Gute professionelle Vorschlaege wurden geblockt und nicht eingesehen. Wohl mal wieder eine Firma mit tollen revolutionaeren Ideen, aber am Ende nur ein Tickethaendler auf Provisionsbasis wie sie schon an jeder Ecke existieren.. Ob ich da buchen wuerde ist fraglich - wohl eher nicht.

Terrible customer service, we booked a boat party for 14 people for a hen party activity, they cancelled the day before and gave a reason that it was due to the bad weather - we were in Portugal already and the weather was completely fine, very sunny, warm and calm. We originally paid in sterling but they did not stand over the exchange rate for the refund meaning we lost £44 for an activity they cancelled for no reason. very disappointing service.

Terrible customer service and complete scam. They haven't bothered to respond to me on an activity i was supposed to go on yesterday. I waited over an hour and had no response from them despite sending emails and messaging them on Facebook to ask why we hadn't been picked from the hotel as promised. I contacted the company directly that hosted the activity and they responded instantly. I haven't been offered the almost 30 euro deposit i originally put down. Very much ruined my holiday experience i wouldn't recommend at all.

Booked with these guys for parasailing In Albufeira and couldn’t get the time slot we wanted from the website - no problem! Contacted Algarve Fun and they sorted out a link for payment and arranged the slot. Arrived the next day in Albufeira but were told by the organiser that the parasailing was cancelled due to the misty weather, shame as kids looking forward to it but I guess even the Algarve gets dodgy weather sometimes! Contacted Algarve fun for refund and they replied in minutes and refunded full amount straight away - wow! didn’t expect that quick a response. Have to say the whole experience with these guys was easy and very helpful, this is how all operators should be run - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For excellent service!

Fuyez !!!! Nous avions réservé 1 peche en mer , ils nous ont donné rdv au mauvais port , ils se sont certes excusés mais n ont jamais remboursé.. 130 euros de perdus..

A fuir! C’est une grosse arnaque. Ils prennent du retard sur les trajets, conséquence nous n’avons même pas le temps de visiter chaque monument, le bus part sans même compter ces clients, ils nous on laisser dans une ville et son partis sans nous, impossible de les contacter, nous avons dû payer un taxi afin d’essayer de rattraper le bus de l’excursion, la guide n’est vraiment pas aimable, ils ne font même pas toutes les excursions prévu. Alors pour 38€ payé par personne et voir 3 monuments sur 6 c’est cher payé ! Sachez que toutes les entrées sont payantes rien n’est compris dans le prix de l’excursion. C’est vraiment un attrape touriste. N’allez jamais réservé sur ce site. De plus nous avons demandé un remboursement car nous avons été oublié et il nous a été refusé. C’est inadmissible, nous avons eu des frais de taxi afin de retrouver notre bus et même ces frais ne nous ont pas été remboursé. Pour répondre à la réponse d algarvefun Nous avions acheté un billet entrée château + entrée musée ce qui nous a permis d’avoir une dégustation vin offerte sauf que la dégustation ouvre de 11h à 15h. La guide avait donné rendez-vous à 10h55. Donc déjà vous ne tenez même pas compte des horaires d’ouverture dès kiosque et des dégustations de vin offerte par l’achat des entrées au monuments. Nous sommes arrivés au point de rendez-vous à 11h05 soit 10 min après et le bus était parti. Donc le bus n’a pas attendu 30min comme vous dites. De plus l’orque nous avons réussi à rattraper le bus par nos propres moyen nous avons interrogé les autres clients qui nous ont bien affirmé que le bus n’avez attendu que 5min. Donc votre mauvaise fois gardez là.

I contacted the company late in the evening and they still organised everything for me. They were fully booked but they organised another trip for me with another company. We exchanged a lot of emails and were talking on the phone even 11pm to make sure that everything was set up. Special thanks for Rodrigo who kept contact with me the whole evening and made sure that I have all the necessary information. The customer care in this company is very friendly, professional and super fast! I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is travelling in Albufeira!

O atendimento no quiosque (Continente de Loulé - Vale de Rãs) foi muito mau, tive de me deslocar lá 3 vezes para fazer a reserva. Foi-me garantido um serviço que não correspondeu ao prestado (refiro-me à visita das grutas em pequenos botes, que não se efetuou) e no local da partilha a minha reserva não constava da lista pelo tive problemas para poder embarcar. Tinha um elemento da família com cirurgia recente e nem um chapéu de sol no local do almoço me foi facultado porque, supostamente, teria de ter feito a respetiva requisição antes do embarque, o que também não me foi informado. Uma experiência a não repetir!

Adorámos o Aquashow, divertimo-nos imenso nos escorregas e o meu filho de 4 anos não se cansava de subir e escorregar sem parar, vezes sem conta, o parque aqualândia é excelente para crianças pequenas. Os shows são também muito bons, achámos o show de araras muito engraçado, a piscina de ondas e os escorregas rápidos são espectaculares. Um dia muito bem passado, fantástico! Havemos de repetir com toda a certeza neste verão.

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances en Algarve. C'est une région formidable où, ma famille et moi, avons passé des vacances inoubliables. Les plages sont très belles, les gens très gentils. Nous avons passé une superbe journée au Zoomarine, une journée que mes enfants n'oublieront jamais. Entre les dauphins, les phoques, les perroquets, c'est tout simplement incroyable.
