Very nice wine tasting and tour. The winery is beautiful. The meat and cheese plate was very pricey for what you get, but we still enjoyed the wine and experience.

Jasnym z ważnych dla mnie punktów do zaliczenia na szlakach Algarve. Mała lokalna winnica z dala od utartych szlaków i zgiełku Albufeiry. Założona przez człowieka z pasją do wina. Miejsce pięknie położone, uczynna i kompetentna obsługa, pani która nas oprowadzała, mimo przeziębienia doskonale spełniła swoją rolę! Dziękujemy! Z pewnością wino, które powstaje w tym miejscu będzie naszym ulubionym.

A detailed tour that was well worth the visit. Lovely tapas, generous wine sample and plenty of options to buy. The syrah is fantastic.

Had a beautiful tour and wine tasting experience here in 2017 drove up ourselves no one else there it felt very luxury!

Cellar Door was open for walk ups during winter which was amazing!
Minimal cover charge for tastings, but the portions are big and no pressure to buy.
Good Hearty Reds too.

Haben dieses Weingut auf einer Tour von Albufeira gesehen und verkostet.
Tasting von 3 Weinen für 6,5€ ist OK. Das Glas Weißwein für 2,5€ haben wir uns dann bei dem Ausblick auf dem angehängte Foto schmecken lassen.

We did the wine tasting tour with the added tapas. We found the tour very informative and we really enjoyed the wine. It was a wonderful afternoon, highly recommend!

Visited for a tour and tasting in January. We were the only ones on the tour so it felt special. Tania gave the tour - she is informative and takes time to allow for questions. The location is lovely and the tasting room is atmospheric. We had the meat / cheese plate to accompany the tasting , which was a really good way to appreciate the wines (a rose, a white and a red). The tasting was not rushed and the wines were of good quality. We enjoyed the whole experience. The only negative is that the food plate is quite expensive and although only one of us had wine (as I was driving) we were both charged.

A lovely afternoon! We had the luck to get Tania as our guide in this winter afternoon, and she spent around an hour helping us understand the modern winemaking process and how QdF makes some really bomb wines (the 2018 Rosé is a dream!) in the Algarve. The lovely location and personal treatment made all the difference here.

Very nice vineyard. We went for a tasting of 6 different wines. Two Rose, two white and two red. Total cost of 10.50€. can recommend.

We very much enjoyed our experience here at the winery. It was just us and another couple also from Canada which made for an even better experience. .We are from BC and they are from Ontario where there are many options to choose for winery tours. This was by far one of the best we have experienced

With so many vineyards to choose from in the Algarve, it can be really hard to choose which one to visit. Quinta do Francês certainly did not disappoint, and not only do they have fantastic wines, but the guided tour led by the lovely Tania was also very informative and interesting. We learnt about the history of the vineyard, and about the french Patrick Agostini and how such a wonderful place became what it is today! You also have the opportunity to purchase some of the wines produced there on site, at very reasonable prices. There is also tapas available with your wine tasting on request, which we highly recommend.

J’avais tél pour visite. J’ai attendu une demi heure dans le hall sans que la responsable pourtant prévenu de notre visite par une collaboratrice vient nous saluer. Cela marque un manque total d'éducation.
Surtout ne vous déplacez pas ce sont des gens qui ne méritent pas de travailler ils méprisent les clients.
D’autant qu’ils possèdent très peu de choix.

Nice vineyard in a nice location and good wines, we joined the guided tour with Tania who was great. The tour include a visit of the cellar and production room, the vineyard story and 3 wines tasting. We enjoyed a lot.

Excellent tour, really great wine. Suggestion: a bit more generous on the sampling, maybe a discount for the people who take the time/effort/expense to visit the winery.

On to the review of the winery itself.
I come from Frankland River Western Australia and have done a little time in and around vineyard and winery. For a winery that has just had its 15th birthday since the vines were planted they're doing a great job. The Whites are fruity a refreshing, spectacular for €6.
The Red are also fruity and light perfect for the summer heat!

Nice country road drive off the heavily traveled tourist tracks!

Superb wines. Have visited Hunter Valley Swan and Margaret river Saint Emilion and Rias Baixas so far this year and these wines would give any I tasted a run for their money. This is a labour of love and it shows in the wines.

Total überzogene Preise für die Weine. Das beste an der Weinverkostung waren die zwei Damen die ihn ausgeschenkt haben. Jeder 4€ Rotwein im Supermart schmeckt besser....

Situé sur de beaux coteaux dans le pays de l Algarve au Portugal ,l’accueil y est chaleureux et le sourire présent ,le vin délicieux vous emplit le nez de ses délicieux parfums et la bouche de son arôme liquoreux et de son goût subtil ,si vous passez par cette endroit n' oubliez pas d'y aller faire un tour !

Fabulous vineyard - Family run and Immaculate Tour gave us insight into everyday working of the vineyard - a real "labour of love" So much work and attention to detail to produce magnificent wines Tapas and tastings delicious Highly recommend

Very good wine, a taste of too little, but if you have the chance to meet the owner, you will not leave without a box or two of this nectar.
