Cet avis concerne la société PORTWAY et son personnel. Le 28 mai 2019 je suis censé embarqué sur un vol Transavia à destination de Paris.
Malheureusement, lors de l'embarquement, alors que l'enregistrement et le contrôle de bagages se déroulent sans problèmes. Dans la file d'attente de l'embarquement, je suis pris à parti par les hôtesses de la société PORTWAY. (la manager s'appelle Nathalie Leite)
Elles décident que mon bagage de taille réglementaire (respectant les dimensions imposés par la société Transavia sur le format minimum garantie en cabine) ne pouvait pas être accepté.
Connaissant leurs procédures, j'ai enregistré au préalable tous les bagages hors format, habitué à voyager avec Transavia je sais que cette pratique est récurrente.
La salarié de la société PORTWAY, sans amabilité aucune (sans bonjour, etc...) me réclame mon billet d'avion, que je lui remet. Je demande pourquoi demander mon billet dans la file d'attente, elle me répond très sèchement que mon mini bagage doit partir en soute. Malgré mes explications sur le contenu du bagage, elle refuse de m'écouter et m'informe que je dois lire entre les lignes des conditions générales de ventes ! Je fais alors face à des provocations extrêmes du personnel de la société PORTWAY, on tente à plusieurs reprises de saisir mon bagage, je suis alors traité comme un criminel, et mis à l'écart avec refus d'embarquer... Plus personne ne communique avec moi, sois disant la police doit intervenir (car je refuse d'enregistrer un bagage de 45 X 35 X 23, TRANSAVIA exige un format maxi de 45 X 40 X 25, je suis un criminel, les salariés de la société PORTWAY décident que la police doit me punir). Au vu de la situation délirante dont je suis témoin et victime j'accepte finalement que mon bagage parte en soute. Mais la "supervisor Nathalie Leite" de la société PORTWAY décida que je n'embarquerai pas et que j'allais servir d'exemple à tous les passagers qui eux aussi se faisaient mal traiter par PORTWAY. Je suis soutenu par tous les voyageurs, ces derniers me communiquent leur numéro de téléphone afin de me servir de témoin face au pratique déplorable de la société PORTWAY. Je tente malgré tout d'embarquer, madame Nathalie Leite me bouscule et m'arrache mon billet d'embarquement.
Je voyage à travers le monde entier, Chine, Inde, etc... Des pays où les droits de l'homme sont remis en question, et ici au Portugal, je suis traité par les salariés de la société PORTWAY comme un voyou. Mon embarquement n'a pas pu se faire, malgré l'intervention de la police; les salariés de la société PORTWAY, n'ont jamais accepté mon embarquement. Il s'agit ici d'une discrimination affligeante, cette situation est choquante et honteuse. Mon épouse n'a pas pu embarquer également, malgré sa demande, personne n'a voulu communiquer avec, c'est scandaleux. Ses bagages ont été débarqué immédiatement, nous avons été humilié par la société PORTWAY. Nous avons tenté de porté réclamation, j'ai même adresser un mail à la CEO madame Helena França. Personne ne répond, scandaleux...
Nous avons été dans l'obligation d'engager des frais pour un retour en France le lendemain, SCANDALEUX.
Désormais je ne voyagerai pas avec des compagnies qui utilisent les services de la société PORTWAY.
Déplorable, injuste, honteux, humiliant de vivre ce genre de situation à notre époque.

Nachdem inbound alles gut gelaufen ist
wurde es outbound schlecht.
Sinnlose Gehetze der Passagiere mit last call 15 Minuten vor dem offiziellen Zeitpunkt des Boardings.
War in diesem Fall ungünstig, da der Bus wegen Schäden an der Maschine zurück zum Terminal musste.
Wegen dem völlig unnötigen Antreiben der Passagiere zur Rede gestellt, hieß es : Anweisung des Kapitäns.
Nachfrage an Bord: schlichtweg gelogen. Man sollte derartigen Mitarbeitern mal klar machen, dass in Zeiten der Digitalisierung der Passagier
NICHT mehr so wehrlos wie früher ist.
Auch an die Adresse von Eurowings: wählen und kontrollieren Sie Ihre Servicepartner besser !
Allerdings ist der andere Bodendienst in Lissabon, ground force nach eigener leidvoller Erfahrung auch kein perfekt fit.

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited for my bags for mor than two hours, and nothing. I went to their office to get some information and to file a formal complaint only to find out there were several other flights with the same problem. There was even a police officer in front of the door, so noone could file any formal complaints. It is a violation of our rights! I returned the following day to try to claim my bags but they aren't answering any calls and leaving all of the passengers without their luggage!

The worst handling system in the whole world. Every time we fly to Lisbon it is always the same exact thing; More than an hour waiting for luggage! How can you be so slow and how do you guys feel about the fact that your staining the image of Portugal literally everyday by providing the most inadequate service of all times? If you fly to Lisbon be aware of this and avoid checked luggage!

Terrible company. Obviously understaffed or staff just have zero motivation. More than 1 hour to get luggage after our flight landed in Lisbon. Ruined our evening as we didn’t leave the airport until after 10pm although landing at 8:48pm. The airport needs to change service providers as it’s so bad most Portuguese know better than to bring luggage to Lisbon. 0 stars!

Not sure how to leave a review with no Stars so have to give this a star. My experience is similar to others who posted. Call after call, no one ever picks up the phone. 3rd day is Lisbon without our bags.

Absolutely horrible service. Called 30+ times and never got through to anyone. Emails were either ignored or 48+ hour response time. My luggage was found after 24h and I requested a morning delivery. I was assured the delivery would take place either the next morning or the one after. I waited until 1:30pm both days and was constantly emailing with no response. I was notified the next day that the luggage was returned to Lisboa because no one was home and they wouldn't deliver again. Had to go the full 2 week vacation without my things. Avoid these clowns if you can.

Horrivel como permitem estas empresas funcionarem no nosso País. Fechem o que falta aí é gente séria e educada.
Fiz reclamação de uma bagagem perdida no de ontem, num voo direto para IstambulTurquia. Ninguem responde 60 chamadas fiz hoje eu.
Está na hora de fechar esta empresa e colocarem outra no seu lugar!!

Very unfriendly service today at the check-in on the EW flight from FAO to DUS. The lady who worked at counter 19 (Baggage Drop Off) performed like an elephant in a china shop. This lady has an unacceptable behavior. She treated passengers very badly. This lady has definitely chosen the wrong profession. Extremely outrageous and arrogant!

Allows workers to strike in middle of holiday season, causing cancelled flight, delayed luggage and days of stress during the few days normal people have time off. No proper way to contact them either. Even after strike ended, there are zero responsibility taken to assist with the mess caused and still being extremely inefficient. Happy 2020?

I wish there were a "zero star". Yes, the company's baggage handlers are on strike over pay raises, but the rest of the company is absent. You can't contact them by mail, the online claim form does not send a confirmation, and the phone disconnects you after a few minutes online. No explanation on how, when and where to pick up our luggage. How can one conduct a service business without good service?

Worst experience ever - in Lisbon Airport. They don't have phones they don't have email they don't have comptoir ... You have to fill a form that probably never reaches the recipient. They basically do not exist for practical purposes.

Vergonhoso a entrega de bagagem no dia 27 de Dezembro, greve dos funcionários. Os passageiros já estso há 3 horas a espera. Nenhum ponto de rede. Ninguém é responsável é assim neste país que recebe os estrangeiros desta forma.

Boa e honesta assistência prestada no que concerne ao extravio de bagagem, porém óbvio défice de mão-de-obra com um único agente disponível por várias horas a uma sexta-feira à tarde num aeroporto internacional de Lisboa. Uma espera de três horas evitável, a qual implicou em última instância a perda de uma conexão, e consequentes despesas extraordinárias.

Just arrived in Lisbon from a trip to Krakow with connecting flight in Brussels - there, my bag was apparently lost and didn't make it to Lisbon (same happened to 2 other couples) - although our connection was really tight, we waited on the runway for authorization to depart for over 30 min and still there was no time to transfer the bags from the plane literally on the gate next to it?! - went to the lost and found and had the "pleasure" to deal with an agent at 20h07 (please identify him as per who was doing a shift at the time as he complained he was all alone) and it was all sorts of "fun" to deal with this person.
Since the start, he told me I could do all of this online and not there with him, then I explained the 2 other couples didn't speak Portuguese and I wanted to help, he told me he couldn't deal with all at the same time (mind you it was 3 cases at best and I was trying to help) and then handling my case, he kept asking these questions and making faces and snotty remarks, when he talked at all.
At the end of all of "fun" ride, the employee proceeded to give me a paper that said I had to contact the airline and fill out forms. When I asked him if I needed to do all of that, his reply was: "And what do you think I was doing here?"
I explained he had barely talked to me and hadn't explained what the paper was for - he replied with my case number and said: "have a safe journey home".
So summing it all up: Customer service doesn't exist and basic human understanding and compassion also went out the window.
If you lose your bag, do your complaint online! At least the computer might actually be helpful!

This delay was very frustrating due to several reasons -
1) The wait to file a claim for my lost luggage was an hour and a half.
2) I was told that the suitcase would most likely be delivered the next day but it was not.
3) two days after, I called Portway to check on the status (took half an hour of straight dialing to get a response) and if it was in Lisbon so I could come and pick it myself.
The agent said I could and I did not need an appointment and I would need to show the security guard my claim and he would let me through. This was not true in the slightest and I then I waited at the airport for 1.5 hours next to security to get a Portway agent on the line to let them know that I was there.
It was my preference to pick up the luggage as by then, it had been at the airport for 24 hours and I was not confident I would receive it th-t day.

Deveriam ter mais atenções e cuidados com as malas dos passageiros, malas que acabam por jogar as malas de tal forma que acabam quebrando , usar sempre e não de vez em quando, as proteções nas laterais dos carros que carregam as malas, pois várias acabam por cair e o motorista nem volta para pegar, e aí acontece o tal do extravio de malas, cuidado e respeito com o passageiro, pois são eles a pagarem os vossos salários ✌️

Rude and unprofessional behaviour. We are waiting for out delayed bags to be delivered for nearly 20 hours already. No one ever picks up the phone, they also show no will to make the whole operation comfortable for the passenger. I was lectured that airport is so close, that I'm lucky enough to come again and collect it myself. Well, than you very much, no. Hope I will never have to have anything to do with that company any more. I would advise to concentrate on your jobs instead of providing passengers with rude, arrogant and unnecessarily comments.

In Lissabon ist Eurowings nur durch Portway vertreten, hat also nicht einmal einen eigenen Schalter. Das Personal spricht kein deutsch!
Obwohl es so viele deutsche Reisende hat tritt Eurowings kaum in Erscheinung. Elektr. Einschecken ist für Fluggäste von Eurowings nicht möglich, da Eurowings auf dem Tobleau nicht aufgeführt ist.

Experiencia horrible. Personal muy maleducado y que encima te tratan como si fueras idiota. En el aeropuerto de Lisboa nos hicieron pagar 60€ por una maleta porque las ruedas se salían 4cm medido con regla y en Madrid no nos dio ningún problema. Y el enfado es aún mayor cuando se veía que otros pasajeros con maletas más grandes les ponían un indicativo para meter sus bultos en la bodega del avión. Mucho cuidado con estos ladrones y, encima, mal encarados!

Atendentes RUDES! Desinformacao! Incompetencia! Demora extrema no atendimento! Perdi o meu voo por causa de sua empresa. Mesmo chegando 3 horas de antecedencia. E a atendente do aeroporto com extrema soberba e ironia para nos atender ao inves de ajudar! Enquanto esta empresa administrar o aeroporto de Lisboa e tratar os clientes como LIXO.... Fui selecionado para fazer um treinamento a ocupar uma vaga no Aeroporto de Faro. E no segundo dia, me disseram que me minha aparência fugia ao convencional, por eu ser careca, e que isto poderia incomodar os passageiros. O problema é perdi meus cabelos, por conta de uma doença chamada Alopécia. E que portanto, haveria uma reunião para decidir o meu caso. Prontamente abandonei o curso. A empresa não entrou em contacto e ainda apagou os comentários que fiz na página do facebook. O mais interessante, é que a vaga era para assistir Passageiros com mobilidade reduzida. Ou seja, gente que '''foge ao padrão da normalidade''. Lamentável.

My American Airlines flight from Lisbon to Philadelphia was cancelled and when the plane dropped us back off at the airport after waiting 3 hours on the tarmac due to mechanical problems on the aircraft (without a/c with an outside temp of 90F), Portway was put in charge of leading us out of the airport and to the Marriott which was provided for the night by the airline. So, the Portway employees made us wait for 30 minutes at the entrance of the terminal before dropping us (the 200 people on our flight) off in the middle of the airport without any instruction what so ever. There was a sign for baggage claim so we all walked across the airport to the baggage carousel where we see one Portway employee who barely even spoke English telling us to wait at the baggage carousel and that our checked bags would arrive soon... 3 hours go by and then finally the bags start to come out on the carousel. When we finally received our bags another Portway employee shows up looking completely lost handing out tickets when meanwhile nobody has any idea what they are for. Then another employee shows up out of the blue, tells us all in broken English that these tickets are for a bus talking us to a hotel and then leaves without telling us what time the bus leaves or where it is picking us up. We decided to head over to the information desk to find the American Airlines office when we got the office it was closed and wouldn't open until the next morning. Almost nobody was able to catch the bus to the hotel. I ended up having to take a cab to the hotel and I still have not been refunded by the airline for the cab fare. There was a flight scheduled for the next day so when we showed up that morning, the person who was checking in our bags IN THE PRIORITY LINE was going so slowly that all of the people in the regular line passed us and we were still waiting... it took 3 Portway employees just to check in our bags and then when the finally checked the bags they had not even put the priority stickers on our luggage. To top that off, right before boarding the plane, I was pulled over for a random bag check which added on another 10 minutes! This was the worst and most unorganized experience I have ever had at an airport anywhere! (American Airlines flight 739)
