Análise: Our Norwegian airlines got switched to this airline. We didn't mind because when we called they made it seem as if it would be the same quality as Norwegian. But thay wasn't the case. The crew only helped people who preordered food. Or who kept buying alcoholic drinks. They seemed to be irritated when you ask for anything. Their was a guy who was upset they only took card. Análise: Absolutely the worst airline - and I travel a lot. They cancelled a flight recently, and now illegally refuse to refund the flight, offering only a voucher (which is in contravention of EU laws). When attempts were made to rectify the situation with the airline, there was no manager to speak to, and the call center was unwilling to forward the matter to superiors, only repeating the voucher-only refund policy (changed after ticket was bought).
