Jui Yang Hong: Such a nice apartment, rooms are so modern, got everything in the apartment even a washing machine and the location is the best, everything is walking distance, some nice local restaurants just across the same street, a big supermarket close by, the elevator goes up to the castle is at the supermarket entrance. The price for the stay is very reasonable. We would love to stay here again.

Kayan C: Stayed here for 2 nights in February. The location of the hostel is amazing, right in the heart of town centre, metro station and everything else. Check in was easy and reception staff was friendly. We walked everywhere. We stayed in the room with its own bathroom, the facilities are adequate and everything was clean. The only down side was the humming noise constantly in the background either from the ventilation in the bathroom or outside, I wasn't sure. There is a lift to take you to their 4th floor, albeit it's a bit dated, like the building itself. It's definitely good value for a weekend break in a city centre location.

Como ex-funcionário da Bed Bath & Beyond eu esperava um ótimo atendimento ao cliente, mas o que eu recebi foi o oposto. Caminhei por toda a loja e não fui recebido ou perguntado se precisava de ajuda em alguma coisa. A jovem no departamento de roupa de cama teve uma atitude quando pedi ajuda, o que foi surpreendente porque quando eu trabalhava para a empresa todos iam literalmente acima e além para ajudar a todos. Espero que a empresa olhe para esta loja e resolva os muitos problemas que estão a acontecer. O balcão de atendimento ao cliente também não foi a melhor experiência, todos pareciam não querer estar lá. Eu teria ido ao Walmart se soubesse que era isso que ia experimentar.
