Prédio reabilitado dando origem a um hotel refinado, onde o Rooftop se destaca com uma vista magnífica sobre a cidade de Lisboa, enquanto toma uma bebida ou degusta algumas das sugestões apresentadas. Óptimo para um final de tarde.

Wir haben für Juni 2019 eine Woche in diesem Hotel gebucht. Dass von Seiten des Hotels unsere Reservierung storniert wurde, weil sie mit ihren Renovierungen nicht fertig wurden, geschenkt. Aber die Tatsache, dass sie direkt nach der Buchung die Kreditkarte mit dem vollen Preis belastet haben, bei der Stornierung es nicht für erforderlich halten, das Geld zurückzugeben, finden wir absolut unmöglich!

Celebrei aqui um dos meus aniversários. Jantámos no restaurante do hotel de seu nome Flores. Atendimento excelente, ambiente maravilhoso, comida soberba e com excelente garrafeira. O chef, cujo nome não me recordo (as minhas desculpas) veio até à nossa mesa dar dois dedos de conversa. Após o jantar fomos até ao rooftop e que delicia de vista sobre Lisboa , cocktails, cortesia. Recomendo!

The best place to visit if you are close to there.

Que vista! Dá para ver o Cristo, a ponte e as luzes da cidade. Muito bom. A comida só restaurante é um pouco peculiar, a variedade não é grande, mas consegue-se comer bem. O arroz de carabineiros estava bom , com preço justo, as ostras frescas, os cogumelos e salada de polvo, eu super indico. A sobremesa de chocolate com estava boa, mas exageraram no azeite.

Overpriced small rooms.
Spent three days in a Very tiny room. No draws, shells or hooks. Bathroom was a joke, so small and also free of shells an hooks.. 300 euro a night is well owepriced and i suggest finfint another hotel.

The rooms are way to small. No place to unpack, no hangers in the toilet, no draws, two different stereos on two joining terasses, sold out on International beer.It was not a Good stay.

I guess this place is fine, but because of the renovation last year (2018) caused some problems with the hotel. I came to this hotel, and all was fine untill on the second day the curtain fell of the curtain rack. Other than that, all was very fun and fine. Try to get a map of places to walk in the front desk to the places to go.

Sem comentários! Na minha humilde opinião é o melhor lugar da cidade de Lisboa. Situado no mítico Bairro Alto, lugar de muitas histórias ruelas e ruelas de noites e noites de Franca bohemia. O Bairro com os anos foi recebendo bons bares, bons restaurantes, unidades hoteleiras de excelência onde se destaca este maravilhoso hotel. Lugar de requinte e com uma vista única sobre o Rio Tejo. Minha escolha pessoal para saborear o final de tarde. A melhor opção para olhar o rio. Recomendo como visita obrigatória em Lisboa!

Beautiful hotel in great area. I wish we could check in a little earlier. I came at noon from us and wish I could have checked in and rested a little. Couldn’t check in until 2. Staff very helpful except at check in.

We love this charming hotel! Everyone we encountered was thoroughly professional. The building was perfectly located in the heart of the most interesting part of town and yet it was very quiet. The linens, towels, curtains, rugs, tiles and artwork throughout the hotel were top quality. And the restaurant is fit for foodies and a must for breakfast! But the one thing we’ll remember is how kind and thoughtful the individual staff members were. We’re happy we found it!

The view is one of the best in Lisbon, the last refurbish looks great, the service needs to be upgraded to practice the prices they have, i will go back again because is just very nice and the food was quite good, and hopefully the service will improve also.

Very central location! We had a junior suite which was good size and a great bathroom as well . The electric controls need time and patience to work out as they are like knobs but no indication of what is for what .. Breakfast was most unusual as well and we felt very unhappy on day one as we were told that you can order 1 item ( as stated on the menu) from each section and if you want 2 items you will be charged ie if you have a toast then no croissant as well or a sausage but no bacon !! We had paid £450/- per night and were there for 3 nights & to be told that sounded very insulting. I had used my shower cap and as it was an ordinary cheap material which I obviously threw away after use in the bin and guess what ??? No they did not replace it ! Both these experiences were our first in our life of 68 yrs and 30 yrs of extensive traveling all to good hotels and world wide . Would not recommend it for these things !

Newly refurbished, I could not find fault with anything. Staff very exceptional. The view from the terrace was magnificent. A little gem. Do yourself a favour and try it, you won’t be disappointed.

This is the fourth time I stay at Bairro Alto hotel and it is always a joy. Now after the expansion they are managing to maintain and even improve service, room quality, facilities. The best location in Lisbon with the best hotel experience.

Had a great stay at the Bairro Alto Hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and eager to assist. Rooms were ample, well decorated and with all the amenities you might expect (capsule coffee and tea maker, Bluetooth speaker, shoe care kit, etc). The restaurant and the roof top lounge have great views. The breakfast is a la carte (I suggested including breakfast if you are a big eater); it is fast and enjoyable. Finally the location is great, it is short walk to the most of the main sights.

Wir wären am Hotel interessiert, aber die Webpage ist sowas von stümperhaft aufgezogen, keine Bilder von Zimmern etc. Restaurants? wo zu finden, geschweige denn eine mögliche Speise- und Getränkekarte. Absolute Anfänger was mich doch sehr überrascht von einem 5 Sterne Hotel und Mitglied der Leading Hotels of the World. Hoffe doch, dass da noch was geht.

Overall we had a lovely stay in Bairro Alto hotel. The location is great, the hotel is freshly renovated. Considering the hotel class and price, the service could have been better and more attentive in some of the details, but it has been a pleasant experience all in all!

Acabaram de reformar esse lindo hotel super bem localizado no chiado próximo a comércios e varios restaurantes. Além de ter metro na porta e ficar a 8 min andando do cais do Sodré . O hotel muito lindo. Decoração impecável, o quarto que fiquei uma suíte Júnior, tem único defeito à vista de uma parede, o quarto é lindo incrivelmente mobiliado, tudo muito bom gosto desde o piso do banheiro até a colcha da cama. Atendimento impecável, café da manhã bom .

Muito simpáticos sim senhor, mas gozam com a cara das pessoas... subimos ao bar no terraço, havia 3 mesas ocupadas, disseram nos que tínhamos que esperar porque os residentes do hotel podiam desejar beber um copo... estas a gozar comigo?... adoro este tipo de lugares onde o empregado pretende ser mais importante que o cliente... infelizmente nunca mais me irão ver lá . Nem a mim nem a pessoas que eu conheço .

ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen. Die Innenstadtlage im In-Viertel lädt zu Spaziergängen ein, ohne längere Anfahrtwege.Ein Highlight: die Dachterrasse des Hotels mit fantastischem Ausblick über Stadt und denTejo.Leider war ausgerechnet an unserem letzten Abend das Personal auf der Terrasse hektisch und unkontrolliert. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hat die Wogen glätten können und für Entspannung gesorgt.

the room was so small for &389.00 a night- are you kiddingme almost $400.00 for a room that was so small we couldnt put two suitcases on the floor. The hairdryer didnt work in the bathroom, they explanined the electrical was so old we had to plug it in by the bed. The hotel was under contruction so jack hammering went on all day until 7 pm! not drink on the rrof top bar- looking at a crane was the view. Terrible not worth it it should be a two star.It was in an excellent location. And the staff were excellent for service.

Schöne Dachterasse mit Klasse Aussicht. Einfach in den 6. Stock fahren, auch wenn man nicht im Hotel wohnt.
Man sollte jedoch etwas Zeit mitbringen.. 30 Minuten warten, bei durchaus guten Getränken, war hoffentlich aber nur die Ausnahme - hinterlässt aber einen faden Beigeschmack wenn Hotelgäste viel schneller bedient werden!

Wir waren auf der schönen Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Fluss und die große Hängebrücke. Entspannter Ort mit Loungemusik und guten Drinks! Einfach Aufzug oder Treppenhaus in die 6. Etage nehmen und auf den bequemen Outdoorsifas platz nehmen. Nice!

Zimmer schön aber etwas klein, Service ringsum sehr gut und freundlich, tolle Lage, super Dachterrasse mit herrlichem Blick, excellentes Frühstück! Alles in allem mehr als nur empfehlenswert! Es wird ein neuer Gebäudeteil angebaut, was aber kaum stört!

From the second I arrived at the door the service was impeccable. I arrived very early after a red-eye, and a room was ready.Efficient friendly staff...great central location. ALLE Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend.Zum Geburtstag gab es ein Geburtstagstörtchen mit brennender Kerze zum Frühstück ... riesige Überraschung! Das Hotel ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge durch die wunderbare Altstadt von Lissabon - nur zu empfehlen! Die Dachterasse lädt auch im Winter zur Pause in der Sonne ein - perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit vom deutschen Winter ;-)

Des gens qui prennent 5 places alors qu'ils sont 2, nous on est casés sur une place à 2 alors qu'on est 3.. Et aussi si vous prenez des cocktails sans alcool qui sont chers pour le Portugal et bien vous n'avez rien à grignoter avec... On est loin des 5 étoiles parisiens

Only reviewing the rooftop bar which in my opinion is a must visit if it's your first time in Lisbon. Amazing views of the city. The servers aren't going to check-in on you so if you need something make sure you get their attention.

Zum 2 Mal dort. Wieder völlig begeistert vom Zimmer, Service und Lage. Toller Service - Super Lage. Diesmal auch dort gegessen und auch davon völlig begeistert. Aufgrund des Wetters auch diesmal die Bar benutzt.und begeistert festgestellt das diese von 11- 1.00 offen ist. Außerdem darf man dort auch rauchen. Es stehen Schirme zur Verfügung - abends ein kleines Betthupferl auf dem Kissen - die Türen werden aufgehalten, das Gepäck kann man deponieren- alles mehr als perfekt und nette Gäste,Wir kommen wieder

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit exzellentem Service und Frühstück. Bester Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung Lissabons. Einzig die Dachterasse ist zu klein, zumal diese nicht nur von Hotelgästen besucht werden kann. Wir werden das Hotel aber auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Felicidades por haber conseguido el "World Travel Award 2015" en la categoría de mejor hotel icónico europeo.
Además de un espléndido mirador. En su último piso se esconde una terraza, lugar perfecto para tomar una copa a última hora de la tarde, con gente interesante de medio mundo.

If you are walking around Luis de Camoes Square by the sunset time you should go to the rooftop. There is an astonishing view from there and prices are not very high for a rooftop of these characteristics.

We LOVED Lisbon and the Bairro Alto Hotel Lisbon was a wonderful experience in a beautiful city. The staff was attentive, the room comfortable, and the location great. One of the dormer rooms have great views of the city. If you want uxury, but no authentic Portuguese experience, then go to one of the box luxury chains. If you want a boutique experience, then the Bairro Alto is for you.

Waren nach zehn Jahren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Sehr angenehmes Hotel! Die charmante Lage im Chiado tut ihr übriges... Mittendrin und dank Doppelverglasung durch zwei (!) Fensterblätter doch sehr ruhig. Ein absolut preis-wertes Hotel... Buchen!

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel extrêmement gentille et efficace.Architecture très agréable, excellent localisation qui permet de profiter à fond des charmes et attractivités de la ville.Le TOP, la terrasse au 6ème étage : un must à toute heure !!!

Very few hotels I have stayed in live up to their 5 star rating, but this one does. Staff is outstanding, hotel is immaculate, service is amazing. Room we had was a little cramped, but really comfortable. Centrally located to many restaurants and shops. This is a must stay place in Lisbon.Also dont miss the view from the Terrace Bar at the top of the hotel.

Nous sommes resté trois jours à Lisbon. Pour une durée comme celle-ci, cet hôtel est très bien !Nous étions à ; 2 min du métro, 3 min du quartier Baxia (shopping) et à 5 min de la gare routière ( bus). Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueilli, la chambre (supérieur), est dune bonne taille et très propre. Le look plutôt sombre et feutré, est dans la catégorie 5*. Les chambres sont très bien insonorisées et climatisées. (Difficile de dormir la fenêtre ouverte). Ny allez pas pour la piscine, Spa ou la salle de sport. Le restaurant est très bien, mais un peu chers pour le style quil essaye de ce donner. En bref, nous recommandons cet établissement pour sont emplacement et sont accueil mais pour un séjour de courte durée.

Je n'ai pas testé l'hôtel mais uniquement le bar avec la magnifique terrasse avec une vue a couper le souffle ! Un panorama sur Lisbonne, le pont mythique et le christ roi.
Ajouter à un ça des très bons cocktails (10€ environ le verre) et un service chaleureux !

All round excellent small hotel. Very good friendly multilingual staff. If I was to be picky, drink prices on the rooftop terrace are steep, perhaps to keep down the numbers, and the breakfast is crowded when the hotel is full. Would definitely stay there again.

We traveled with our three young children, which is no mean feat in Lisbon, and the Bairro Alto worked out perfectly. Connecting rooms, top-notch staff, and located in the middle of everything. So easy to walk to the water, the castle, the main shopping area. Plus there are tiny boutiques and restaurants all over the neighborhood so we really felt we were getting a terrific experience.

Visited 27/08/2012 - We had a drink (industrial ice tea and tomato juice, too bad for a place like this) on the (very small but cosy) terrace on 6th floor with a gorgeous view - Excellent service and affordable prices - Highly recommended for a break in the afternoon after a hot and sunny day in Lisbon

Väl beläget i den gamla delen av Lissabon. Nära till sevärdheter, nära till restauranger och nära till nöjen för kvällen. 5 stjärnor är väl något överdrivet som totalbedömning. Läget är en 5:a. Resten är kanske 4:a. Mysfaktorn med mottagningen i den lilla välkomstbaren är trevlig och litet annorlunda. Framförallt är terassen på 6:e våningen en stor tillgång. Härligt att ta en drink på innan kvällen startar och utsikten över floden Tejho är superb.
