Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Zum Erkunden der Stadt war das Hotel die optimale Basis. Da Hotelrestaurants unserer Meinung nach eh nicht geeignet sind, landestypische Gepflogenheiten kennenzulernen, essen wir in der Regel höchstens ein Mal im Hotel und suchen uns sonst nette kleine Lokale, in denen man auch Kontakt zu Einheimischen knüpfen kann. Allerdings fanden wir die Auswahl an Weinen aus dem Weinkabinett sehr überzeugend.
Die Lage ist - wie hier schon oft beschrieben wurde - unschlagbar. Die Zimmer gross genug, sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Ein schönes Hotel in einer eher lauteren Gegend. Das Personal war meistens freundlich und die Lautstärke im Zimmer war aber ok. Sogar eine Garage war dabei. Leider waren die Zimmer älter (nicht so modern wie der Rest des Hotels) und nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt jedoch in Ordnung, ich kann dieses Hotel empfehlen!

Excellent front-desk experience; Lovely big clean rooms, Grateful for restaurant remaining open! A beautiful hotel in all its grandure.
We needed a space to "call our own" until our flight home and we found the hotel to provide us all that was necessary to stay safe an isolate. Loved investigating the bar and beyond - not necessarily for the drinks (which were great) but noting beautiful furnishings and artwork from days gone by.

ポルテラ空港から約30分、ホテルの立地は抜群で、地下鉄やトロリー乗り場が目の前です。また周辺にはサン・ジョルジェ城やコメルシオ広場など観光名所が多く、飲食店も豊富にあります。
客室は少し古さを感じますが、掃除が行き届いており問題ありません。スタッフも皆さん親切丁寧です。
坂の多いリスボンの町ですが、トロリーを使えば疲れることなく目的地に行くことができます。私はリスボンの町を歩いて、長崎市内を思い出しました。
リスボンは食事が抜群に美味しいですよ！

This was our third stay at Hotel Mundial and once again it lived up to expectations. Conveniently located within a few minutes of the waterfront and surrounded by sights and restaurants. The staff are friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet is excellent. This time we had the chance for supper in both restaurants and enjoyed them greatly. The only feature that would make it even better would be tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

20 minutes from the airport, this hotel is in the main tourist area. The hotel is clean, breakfast was good.The metro is a 2 minute walk, the tram stops outside.
Staff are friendly, rooftop bar although cold (March) offers great views
The only negative we could find (and my wife can always find something to moan about) was there is a lack of electrical sockets!

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer zum Platz hinaus.
Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich.
Wegen Reparaturarbeiten kurzzeitig mal kein Wasser oder Strom. Hat aber kaum gestört. Waren je nur 20 Minuten.
Sehr zu empfehlen.
Würde wieder dorthin gehen.
Hauseigene Bar muss man nicht besuchen.

Unser Eckzimmer lag im 3. Stock und hatte einen Balkon mit schöner Sicht auf die Stadt. Es war sehr geräumig, das Bett war super bequem, das Badezimmer sehr großzügig.

Perfect location, friendly staff, nice bars and beautiful restaurant with a lovely view, as well as second restaurant with a great buffet breakfast; but they need to work on housekeeping. We had disgusting stains on the sheets when we checked in and then the new ones they gave us were also stained so we had to get the bed changed again. There were also hairs in the bathtub. Those are things that are easily remedied. Cleanliness is the most important feature of a hotel for me.

Sauber und ordentlich, unser Zimmer (536), welches wir 8 Tage bewohneten war ausreichend groß, lag allerdings in Richtung der auch nachts stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Wer gerne bei offenen Fenster schläft hat hier eher schlechte Karten. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist von Draußen nichts zu hören. Sehr freundliches Personal, am Frühstücksbüfett (sehr gut, bis auf das Rührei, das dürfte gerne 2min länger brutzeln) efrig, wie es besser kaum geht. Hervorheben möchte ich Seniora Gomez vom Empfang, welche lange in Karlsruhe lebte und gerne ihren Kunden in perfektem Deutsch weiter hilft.
Meine Frau und ich kommen gerne wieder.

Центр города,все близко.Понравились сами номера,хорошая постель,матрасы.Очень приличный завтрак,все вкусно,не поражает разнообразием,но на твердую четверку.Из минусов,лично для нас,это отсутствие чайника и принадлежностей.Сантехника на уровне,все работает исправно.Толстые двери и стены,вообще не слышали соседей,но окно пришлось закрыть,шум при открытом довольно сильный.Пои этом вентиляция очень хорошая.Рекомендую.

Sijainti hyvä. Sisäänkirjautuminen kesti tuskastuttavan kauan. Ei löytänyt varaustamme, annoin kopioimani voucherin, eikä siltikään meinannut onnistua, koska ei siitä löytänyt nimeämme...vaikka nimet ja päivät oli selvästi esillä.
Huone ok. Perus hotelliaamupala, tylsähkö.

Un bel hôtel, un peu trop grand à mon goût, mais de belles chambres, un petit-déjeuner sous forme d'un buffet avec beaucoup de choix, reassorti en permanence, personnel de salle du petit-déjeuner est agréable et attentif. Brasserie au premier étage à un prix raisonnable pour une bonne qualité. Restaurant du 8 ème étage, surestimé.

Im Zeitalter der Elektronik die man so mit sich führt, würde ich mir mehr Steckdosen auf den Zimmern wünschen aber sonst sehr sauber und Empfehlenswert. Nicht so gut ist der Service auf der Rooftop Bar bzw. war von drei Leuten hinter der Bar keiner bereit mal zeitnah Tische ab zu räumen auch musste man sich die Getränke selber holen, fand ich für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht so gut. Vielleicht zur Hauptsaison besser war im Februar da.

Like: location, friendly staff, nice bedroom, restaurants and bars within the hotel. Rooftop bar views amazing.Dislike: no tea/coffee facilities in room so lots of guests filling flasks of hot water and drinks at breakfast. Breakfast variety good but not always refilled promptly. At busy times the wait for a lift too some time.

This was our second visit a week later than the first! The room wasnt quite as nice as the first time. Husband thought we were on flight path from airport but it was the tram line!! Unfortunately husband went down with some sort of bug so I never got to have another wonderful dinner on the 8th floor. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone doing Lisbon.

Tanto la ubicación del Hotel como el tener el aparcamiento gratuito son puntos a favor.
En cuanto a los puntos negativos el nivel de insonorización de la ventana es pésimo. Ademas en nuestra habitación, la 509, había un ruido de motores las 24 h.
Por otro lado no funcionaba la calefacción, y después de avisar varias veces a recepción durante dos días su contestación era siempre la misma, "el técnico lo ha mirado y ahora va bien", lo que no llego a suceder.

유럽에서 보기 힘든 높은 건물에 투숙객 많은 호텔. 단체 관광객이 많이 머무르는 곳이라 체크인 할때 줄을 거진 10분 섰는데 컨시어지들이 느리고 손님 한명 체크인 하느라 5분 넘게 소요해서 너무 짜증이 났지만 7층 발코니 방을 줘서 방 컨디션에 너무 만족함. 다만 문이 잘 안 잠기는거 같아 방 나올때 문 잠겼는지 체크 필요함. 교통이 좋고 공항 접근성 좋음. 공항버스 타면 4유로 우버 6유로(새벽). 조식 먹을만 하고 방에 kbs 월드가 나옴.
그리고 조식당에 입구 안내 여직원이 한국말을 정말 유창하게 하며 한국인이냐며 말을 걸며 아주 반가워해서 너무 신기하고 기뻤음^*^ 언젠가 다시 가게 된다면 또 투숙할 마음 있음

Great hotel with perfect location to explore the city.Staff really friendly and helpful with no problem getting into room 3 hours before official check in.Great views from room and relaxed good quality breakfast.Only concern is it can be noisy outside during the night so need to make sure the air con in room is working.All in all pretty perfect.

음..창이 방음이 안되서 너무 시끄럽습니다. 새벽에 청소차 소리에 잠을 잘 수 없습니다. 욕실에 드라이어 없고 너무 좁구요..욕조의 물이 바닥으로 넘치는데 어떻게 할수가 없네요. 후디를 방안에서 잃어버려서 찾아달라고 요구했더니 호텔 책임이 아니라고 하네요...

Fab location and friendly staff, the bar was a lovely retreat in the evenings. The breakfast was a bit basic but served its purpose. The hotel lifts are very slow. The rooms are not insulated very well so the outside noise is annoying and at times very loud making a peaceful night sleep almost impossible. The air con cool did not work only warm.

The room's temperature is too high, and the air conditioning is not working at all. How's it possible for a 4-star hotel facing issues with air conditioning? The staff tried to justify that we are on winter and air conditioning is not needed. If I want to change the temperature I should open the window a staff member said to me..... Ridiculous!!!

Bom hotel, execelente localização, execelente café da manhã, boas acomodações, padarias, restaurantes, lanchonetes, comércio farto no entorno. Estação do metrô em frente. Bondes, ônibus, todo tipo de transportes para passeios turísticos, praças com eventos regionais, dependendo da época são vários eventos com comidas típicas, souvenir, compras bem mais conta. Se você for pela primeira vez a Portugal, aconselho a manter sua base nesse hotel, ou nas proximidades, pois por sua conta própria, poderá visitar vários pontos turísticos de Lisboa de forma econômica, mas dentro de um bom padrão.

Hotel Mundial is located in a prime location, close to multiple subway stations and walking distance to many tourist attractions! The breakfast was great! The rooms were decent and cleaned daily.
I had to dock a star because I did not feel completely safe walking on my own as a female outside of the hotel at night. There are quite a lot of homeless people living around Largo de Sao Domingos which is a few minutes away from the hotel. Nothing happened but I just wanted to let the female solo travelers out there know in case you’re considering this option!

we travel 3 times a year and this is the first time we stayed in a 4 star hotel where the power cut downs
in all rooms but reception has power and no back ups for rooms so we had to stay in cold dark room for

Truly a great experience! The staff were extremely helpful. They helped surprise my husband for his birthday with a little cake for breakfast! We returned to the hotel later that day to find a Happy Birthday Champagne bottle (on the house) waiting for us in our room.
The breakfast selection was not great, however, the staff were wonderful.

Excellent Location. Terrible first night as the Room first given was had draft coming through and it was freezing, further heating did not work. On complaining Asstt Manager Fernando was most apologetic and upgraded us but unfortunately the heating was still an issue which was sorted later. Excellent view of the the square and the Castle. Breakfast was okay. Food on Jardim restaurant on first floor was excellent. Most polite and friendly staff.

Cadre agréable et personnel efficace. Seul point négatif pour notre cas, la salle de bain. Trop petite par rapport au reste des volumes de la chambre. Le bidet aurait été mieux à la place des wc ou même enlevé et le mitigeur de la baignoire était "amovible" . Mauvaise insonorisation, on entend les gens dans le couloir ou les lisboètes sur la place.

4성급의 리스본 마팀모니즈에 위치하고 있는 호텔입니다. 청결하고 직원도 친절한 편이며 기본 룸 크기도 큰 편입니다. 그에 비해 화장실은 조금 좁습니다. 피게리아광장, 호시우 등이 가깝고 알파마지구를 구경하기에도 좋은 위치입니다. 롬 어메너티는 이상하게도 바디워시가 없고 샴푸 2개, 바디로션2개 , 비누 2개와 코튼 패드와 면봉, 헤어캡이 준비되어 있습니다. 아침식사는 음식종류가 다양한 편이며 넓은 창으로 아름다운 도심을 보면서 즐길 수 있습니다. 다만 4성급임에도 무료 제공되는 생수나 차, 커피가 없는 점은 아쉽고 환경 보호 차원에서 베딩과 욕실을 분리해서 룸케어를 받도록 신경쓰면 더 좋겠습니다. 예를 들면 2박 이상 머물 때 베딩 교체 안하면 공짜 생수 한 병 제공 등의 서비스를 고려하면 좋을 것 같습니다 . This hotel is located in Lisbon, which is a four-star hotel. It is clean, staff is kind, and the basic room size is big. In comparison, the bathroom is a little small. Figueira Square, Rossio station and so on are close and good places to see the Alfama strict. Room amenity has strangely no shower gel, two shampoo, two body lotions, two soap, a cotton pad, a cotton swab and a hair cap. There are many different kinds of food, and you can enjoy breakfast by looking at the beautiful city with a wide window. However, it is regrettable that there is no free bottled water, tea, or coffee even though it is four-star, and to protect the environment, it would be better to separate bedding and bathrooms and take care to get room care. For example, if you stay longer than 2 nights and do not replace your bedding, it would be good to consider the service such as providing a bottle of free bottled water.

Estuve 3 días en el hotel y está fenomenal, muy bien ubicado en pleno centro.
Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas. Por poner un pero diría que el primer día cuando llegamos la habitación estaba helada y la ducha tenía problemas con el agua ya que no mantenía una temperatura constante.
Los desayunos no son nada del otro mundo. Es lo más mejorable.
Todos los trabajadores son muy amables y te explican absolutamente todas las dudas que tengas.
Los tranvías más típicos (el numero 28 y el 13 creo recordar) se cogen prácticamente en la puerta del hotel.
El parking es gratuito aunque hay que tener cuidado ya que es un poco estrecho.

Den Mitarbeitern gerade im Service ist scheinbar untersagt zu lächeln. Ist schlimm am Morgen in Gesichter zu sehen die scheinbar wenig Lust haben an ihrer Arbeit. Ein Danke an die Leitung des Hotels die am Geburtstag meiner Frau eine Überraschung aufs Zimmer hat bringen lassen. Das nenne ich Service.

Excellent hotel en plein dans le centre de Lisbonne. Les chambres et les lits sont très confortables. Ce que j'ai plus aimé c'est le bar Roof top, quelle vue. C'est tellement beau! Le service est excellent, c'est un très bon hôtel 4 étoiles, j'y séjournerai encore volontiers. Les petits déjeuners sont complet et très bons, beaucoup de choix.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The location is excellent as it is a few minutes from a lot of restaurants, the train station and attractions. It is also very clean and well kept with friendly staff. Breakfast was also delicious with a lot of choice. However, expect to wait a bit for a table if going in peak time due to the number of people.

Very centrally located in Baixa especially for those who don’t want to walk up and down the hills. Next to two metro station and also 3 bus and tram stations . With in walking distance to almost everything. Because of the size of it it gets a little bit difficult to check in and out but the overall experience is enough to bypass this . Good breakfast even though it was too crowded.

Muy bonitas las vistas de la terraza del ático.
Quizás lo que tenga que mejorar un poco es el desayuno.
Y la única pega que hagan pagar por adelantado incluso habiendo pagado por la web del hotel la estancia completa,generando la molestia de tener que solicitar el reembolso de lo pagado con anterioridad.

Nonostante sia un 4 stelle Diciamo che il cliente non è che sia molto tenuto in considerazione. Camera non pulita eccessivamente, frigo non funzionante e tv non funzionante. Evitate la camera 225 perché sta esattamente sopra la porta che utilizzano i camerieri per le colazioni ed è uno sbattimento in continuazione dalle 6:30 di mattina....solo la location è valida perché si raggiunge qualsiasi posto in qualche minuto a piedi

Confesso que quase desisti de reservar porque vi no booking que o quarto possuía apenas 15 m2... pensei que fosse pequeno! Para minha surpresa o quarto não é pequeno, é confortável e aconchegante, nem demais, nem de menos! O rooftop (terraço) do hotel é fantástico e a visão é de tirar o fôlego!!! Atendentes muito receptivos!!! Gostei muito do hotel e tenho certeza que voltaria!!!

First room we got was too hot and noisy in the square but they were very nice about it and switched us to the courtyard and a room with an AC. loved the location in the shadow of the castle, on martim moniz plaza, tram from outside the hotel to the castle and then up to the area of town opposite the castle. the breakfast was comprehensive and the rooms of a good size, we had a view over the square.
metro from the airport arrives outside the hotel with a choice of two stops to use, requires one change of line, only 1.33 euros each, you can buy a travel card at the airport station and use it for metro, bus and tram at 1.33 euro per journey.
round the corner is figueras plaza with lots of buses and trams to all points, including the direct tram to Belem.
50 metres further on is another square that leads up to Avenida in one direction and down to the commercial and shopping streets in the other.
all easy and flat walking around the hotel and down to the seafront.
plenty of trams, buses and metro stations for the other harder to reach places if you don't want to walk or the steps up on either side of the 3 squares if you do.
200 metres away in restaudores there are ample restaurants and 3 theatres.
not a lot to fault with this hotel.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of days 10 days before Christmas. Rates were super low, which included free breakfast and parking. The location is fantastic, right downtown. The area is a bit sketchy a block or two around the hotel, but even at night feels fairly safe. Rooms are clean, bathroom, beds and carpet were clean. The hotel is a bit outdated but it s definitely a good compromise price/quality. Breakfast is huge, but of very low quality, so dont expect gourmet food. It is just a feeding ground.

We spent 3 nights at the Mondial. Great location, unhelpful staff staff focused more on tour groups. If you are an individual traveller, expect delay in everything including check-in, check-out, breakfast etc. Breakfast was good, but disorganized. We had dinner one night at the restaurant. Lousy food served by staff with non-caring attitude. No drinking water in the room; not even on the first day. Road facing rooms are very noisy and sleeping at night was very difficult.

Hemos pasado tres días en el hotel Mundial y la experiencia ha sido excelente. 100% recomendable.
-Nos dieron una habitación superior que era enorme y todo muy limpio.
-El parking de tres plantas y gratuito.
- La situación inmejorable en el mismo centro de Lisboa.
-La terraza que hay en el bar de la última planta tiene unas vistas espectaculares de la ciudad.
-El personal muy atento y amable.
-El desayuno muy variado y con una zona de productos sin gluten, que especialmente agradezco.
-Por poner algún pero,la insonorización de las ventanas no era muy buena,pero a nosotros no nos afectó para descansar.

Ett mycket fint hotell nära centrala gamla stan i Lissabon. Det känns som det är inriktade på turister då det finns flera bussturer till outlet mm som går från hotellet. Frukosten är bra med ett normalt utbud. Läget på hotellet och avsaknad av treglasfönster gör att även på 5:e våningen så hörs trafiken i rummet. Rummen är fina och rena med AC som kan hålla temperaturen nere. Väldigt hjälpsam personal som vill gästernas bästa.

Staff was very nice and helpful.Room is good sized, but being in the heart of the city, was very noisy throughout the night.Vegan options at breakfast are limited and not labeled properly. Very few of the staff in the restaurant speak English, and it was very challenging to determine whether a dish was vegan or not.The shower tub was not draining well, and we made several requests to fix it, but it was not fixed.

Nettes Hotel, kommt aber so langsam in die Jahre. Etwas Renovierungsstau im Bad. Dort sollten die Defekte Fliesen oder die Befestigung der Toilettenbrille erneut, bzw repariert werden.
Das Personal im Bereich des Service war super. An der Rezeption wäre bei der einen oder anderen Dame etwas mehr Lockerheit gefragt. Toll war die Überraschung für das Geburtstagskind. Daher trotz der kleinen Mängel fünf Sterne

Sehr saubere, gut klimatisierte Zimmer, ordentliche, schicke Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal auf allen Ebenen, ein hübsches Ambiente mit chicer Bar und Empfangsbereich. Die Dachterrasse lädt zum Blick über die Stadt, zum Tejo und auf die umliegenden Hügel samt Schloss ein, allerdings war uns persönlich die Musik der Bar zu laut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut organisiert auch wenn es zu den Stoßzeiten etwas überlaufen ist. Die Kellner und Platzanweiser sind allerdings redlich bemüht den Überblick zu behalten und man muss in der Regel auch nicht lange auf einen freien Platz warten. Das Frühstücksangebot ist nicht berauschend, aber man findet schon etwas zu essen. Da es viele Bäckereien und Cafés in der Nähe gibt, könnte man auch ohne Frühstück buchen und sich auswärts etwas authentischer verpflegen. Dafür ist das hauseigene Restaurant auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Es ist ein gehobeneneres Lokal mit entsprechender Bedienung und Preisen. Allerdings sind sowohl Service als auch Qualität und Geschmack der Speisen sowie die schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt ihr Geld definitiv wert. Für einen gemütlichen Abend bei Livemusik und richtig gutem Essen kann man es sich durchaus einmal gönnen. Am Empfang wird stets freundlich Auskunft erteilt und man kann auch einige Ausflüge direkt übers Hotel buchen. Auch eine Abholung vom Flughafen kann man vorher veranlassen. Das einzige, was sehr schade war, ist, dass unsere Postkarten, die wir am Empfang angegeben haben, nie in Deutschland angekommen sind.

Needs larger and more elevators. Usually a 10 minute wait to get an elevator which is very annoying. Breakfast on the first floor is pretty good and the upstairs restaurant is lovely with a great view. I am disabled and their beds were too low for me to be able to get back up, but they added another mattress to raise the height which worked perfectly. However their solution of a plastic crate as a step to get into the bath/shower wasn't so great

Ein Hotel im Herzen von Lissabon, das keinen Wunsch offen lässt. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und was super schön ist, die Bar auf der Dachterrasse, von der man wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Wir haben hier 8 Tage unseren Urlaub verbracht und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder ins Hotel Mundial :-)

Ordentliches Hotel in Toplage, in einigen Schritten ist man mittendrin in Lissabon. Allerdings ist es sehr hellhörig, sowohl von außen (Fensterverglasung ist echt schlecht) und innen. Sobald der Zimmernachbar wach ist, ist man es selber auch und hat keine Chance wieder einzuschlafen. Aber man will ja auch die Stadt erkunden . Frühstück ist sehr ordentlich, aber nicht überwältigend. Alles in allem überzeugt die Lage!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in fussentfernung. Gute Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Ein Drink bei Sonnenuntergang auf der dachterasse rundet den Tag ab.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié leur attention pour mon anniversaire c'était très délicat. Il y a un service spécial pour imprimer les messages et j'ai pu imprimer mes cartes d'embarquement.

Große Zimmer. Frühstücksbüfett. Service lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Zentrales Hotel, deswegen stark besucht. Zu Lissabonerkundung zu Fuß und Tram ideal. Bahnhof Rossio in der Nähe um eigenständig nach Sintra zu gelangen.

Wir haben dieses Hotel für zwei Nächte in Lissabon gebucht. Das Zimmer war im 9. Stock sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Safe, Flachbildschirm, Klimaanlage und Minibar. Highlight dieses Hotels war die Top Lage. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten ist man mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt. Im Internet wurde mit der Bar auf Dachterrasse mit Ausblick auf den Tejo geworben. Letztendlich haben wir von einem Besuch abgesehen, weil die Musik derart laut abgespielt wurde (erinnerte eher an einen Club als an eine Bar), dass aus unserer Sicht ein entspannter Ausklang des Tages hier nicht möglich war. Für unser Ziel die Stadt zu erkunden und dabei kurze Wege zu allen wichtigen Einrichtungen zu haben hat sich vollends erfüllt. Ob der Hohe Preis gerechtfertigt ist lassen wir mal dahingestellt.

Bom hotel com preços mais em conta. A vista é boa, bem como o pequeno almoço. É um hotel muito grande, logo há sempre muita movimentação pelo hotel e o pequeno almoço pode ser um pouco caótico.

Um sítio espetacular! O hotel em sim é maravilhoso, um clássico! Mas o roofbar do hotel é maravilhoso! A vista mais linda do centro de Lisboa. Um lugar p conversar, ver o tempo passar enquanto desfruta o pós do sol, de preferencia em ótima companhia. A minha sugestão é a sangria Red fruit com a seleção de queijos ibéricos. Ah sim, tem uma empregada de mesa (garçonete) cahamda Flávia que é perfeita.

トラムの15番と28番の始発駅に至近、かつ鉄道のロシオ駅にも近いので、市内観光に極めて便利な場所に立地している。部屋も申し分なく広く、快適に３泊できました。ビュッフェの朝食にも満足。リスボンを再訪する機会があれば、またここに泊まりたいと思います。

Estuvimos a finales de julio de 2019. Tuvimos un problema con una excursión concertada desde el hotel. Lo comentamos al volver. Nos dijeron que lo comentarían con el director. No pedíamos nada, sólo una disculpa. Pasados tres días nos íbamos esperando todavía una disculpa.

Clean and friendly service but not well located. Close to cheesy neighbourhood and average restaurants. Expect to walk 10 minutes to get to a better spot for dining and shopping.

The hotel itself wasnt bad but there were alot of little things that made the stay annoying. 1st, theres clearly an older section and a newer section to the hotel. I was there for 3 nights and stayed in 3 rooms. There was a confusion with the type of room which I didnt know until I got into my room. I called and they said I can switch rooms the next day. Later that night the room (older section) I was in started having electrical problems - one of the light kept flicking and there was a burnt smell. Called front desk, had to have a whole long conversation about the issue before they switched my room. The next day our room was switched again to a double bed like it was suppose to be (instead of the 2 twin beds in both previous rooms). The showers in all rooms were low. Im 57 and it basically hits my head. 2nd, the wifi is spotty in the rooms. 3rd, the last night I was there I asked if it was possible to have a late check out and front desk said to check in the morning after breakfast - to me thats defeats the suppose of getting a late check out if I have to wait around check out time to find out. Finally, the rooms in the newer section is smaller than the older section.

Gostei muito do hotel. As acomodações são confortáveis e os ambientes são perfumados agradaram-me muito. O café-da-manhã é farto e saboroso. Os únicos pontos fracos são o carpete no chão, pois sou alérgico e isso não foi muito bom para minha saúde, e a banheira que dificulta a movimentação durante o banho, sem falar da divisória de vidro móvel que separa a banheira do resto do banheiro, que, infelizmente, não impede totalmente o gotejamento durante o banho.
Minha sugestão é oferecer aos clientes espaço para banho (pago) àqueles cujos voos estejam marcados para horários distantes no tempo em relação a saída do hotel.

Es un hotel que este muy bien ubicado , cerca del centro historico.... tiene una excelente terraza donde tomar unas copas y con una muy buena vista de Lisboa.
El desayuno un poco pobre , y las habitaciones deberian actualizarlas.. esperaba mas de un hotel de 4 estrellas por ese precio.

Very good hotel! The rooftop of the hotel is gold! And the breakfasts in the hotel are the best i have ever eaten in Europe, great selection of buffet and delicious!!! So clean and such a good service. I indeed recommend hotel mundial.

Hotel qui a (mal) vieilli.
Les chambres sont vétustes pour le prix. Le personnel est cependant adorable et l'hôtel superbement situé pour faire du tourisme.
