Нулевая шумоизоляция ( в 3 часа ночи проснулись от криков в соседнем номере какой-то пьяной компании, было различимо каждое слово)
Самый отвратительный завтрак в моей жизни ( фото прилагаю) есть опасно для здоровья, даже дыня оказалась испорченной.
Добавила фото Fried egg ( масло для жарки не меняется за время всего завтрака)- позор для гостиницы 5 звёзд.

Our stay was great. There was a slight hiccup at the beginning with the outlets not working but there was an electrician sent up to the room within 15 minutes of me calling the reception desk and the problem was resolved. Apparently there was a fuse problem outside of the room. The receptionist was also very friendly in trying to help us figure out if one of our planned tours would still be open since it was a Portugal day. There was also a really nice pamphlet in the room highlighting upcoming events which we were not aware of and ended up attending one of the recommended events. The hot breakfast selection was also great although definitely on the pricier side for a breakfast meal. Only downfall is that it's a bit further from the city center but Ubers were very cheap!

I have just experienced one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. The Lisboa Sheraton is both well placed and is staffed by some incredible people. The most amazing aspect was the panoramic view of the City from the bar and restaurant on the 26th floor. You have to see it to believe it. I could speak fot hours about the rooms and facilities, the amazing staff and general alround quality. I will return, thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our stay such a fantastic experience.

Stayed as a stop-over following trans-Atlantic sailing trip. What a welcome relief to wind and waves! Club level room was well - appointed with stunning glass walls and beautiful soaking tub/shower combo. Club, Desk, Concierge and Panorama staff all were helpful, engaging and welcoming. Outside of hotel is a bit tired-looking and presents a Standard city Sheraton initial impression, but all that hides a gem within so do not be put off by first impression. View from top is stunning, across most of the City. This hotel merits repeat visits.

Gutes hotel in der Nähe von Hafen. Alles sauber und ordentlich überall und nettes Personal. In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Restaurants und Bars und Gebäude. Parks und Plätze zum Entspannen und Träumen. Insgesamt kann man sagen zu empfehlen und ich komme auch gerne wieder vorbei und empfehle es weiter

Exactly what we needed. Very large guestroom with comfortable bed, well-working A/C, extremely quiet, clean, and with a great bathroom. Location is perfect for business travelers but not as good for leisure.

Panorama Bar has great views of the city, the restaurant next to it is amazing. The lobby restaurant also had great food and Bruno our server was unbelievable.

All I have to say is simply amazing. The amenities are fantastic. Great customer service. The rooms were somfy and everything was better than expected.

Stayed here with my family for a night before a flight out of Lisbon Airport. We enjoyed our last night in the city and had a nice meal on the rooftop restaurant. Room was clean, modern and perfect for what we needed.

I spent 10 nights at Sheraton Hotel & Spa . clean room , clean halls, clean public areas . friendly staff , club level was really a nice treat . i have stayed at many Sheraton property's over the years . this is one that reminds me of the good old fashion top knoch Hotel experience that i always looked forward to . this choice you really can not go wrong .

Great Stay - I wish it ws longer! After a long flight it was so nice to be in a large room, super comfortable bed, and great breakfast to start our journey in Lisbon. The service including concierge were excellent and fast!

This was an excellent hotel. Panorama bar with jazz music was very enjoyable. Breakfast buffet in lobby was outstanding. Executive lounge is a bit small and got crowded but offerings were good and staff were very responsive. Location required us to take Uber to get to tourist areas instead of walking however it is a short ride to airport and train stations so it is fairly central.

Just a lovely hotel-honestly, I was surprised. The design feels much more elegant than a mid-priced hotel outside the main tourist area. Room and all the public spaces are spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and linens, complimentary bottled water. The lobby lounge is very nice, though pricey as would be expected. The Panorama Bar on the top floor has the most incredible view of Lisbon!

Moden, clean, nice furnishings and space. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Nice toiletries. As a Titanium member, i was "upgraded" to a room with twin beds and no larger than the room of a daughter who had booked separately (with no status). Not an upgrade. Most staff nice like - doormen, top floor Restaurant/Bar staff, Nuno Rebelo (1st floor and filled in all over). The front desk staff was indifferent and a bit cold. The spa staff canceled an appointment I had because its staff didn't come in. Pretty nice concierge lounge. Food in the 1st-floor restaurant NOT good (they serve bad frozen pizza on adult menu); food in top-floor bar decent because of the astounding view. The restaurant/Bar and some of the rooms have a million dollar view of the river and city. Gorgeous. Worth the stay just for the view. Pretty nice workout facility.

I was only there for a day and a half but the staff made me feel like I had been there for months... We had some luggage issue but they went above and beyond to get us what we needed and allowed us to enjoy our time there. A special thanks to Andre Braga & Duarte Vincente at the lobby bar for amazing service, cocktails & conversations! Will never stay anywhere else if I visit Lisbon again...

Very good stay. The hotel facilities are excellent, a very modern and comfortable building. Very well located with very easy access to all major sites in town. The staff is friendly and very dedicated. TrGood loyalty recognition with a very good upgrade to an excellent suite. Club lounge has a terrific view over town and a pretty decent spread. Definitely a very good property.

Hotel staff were very friendly and professional from the bar, restaurant to the front desk. Our room had an interesting design the shower was next to the room visible through a glass wall. Surfaces, corners, and fixtures in the room were worn and not well maintained

The Sheraton Lisboa was a very nice hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff was very professional. The spa is very nice as well. Breakfast downstairs in the lobby restaurant was excellent. All together the hotel was a great stay. If you have platinum status the lounge had a very nice spread. I would stay again.

I stayed in the Sheraton Lisboa together with one of my friends and shared a room for 3 days.
The rooms are large enough for each to have their storage space and personal space and are comfortable for either a short or long stay.
The cleanness is very good and the housekeeping is very friendly and doing a terrific job.
The amenities of the hotel are simply good, but not overwhelming. But luxurious enough like you might expect in a 5-star hotel.
The location is great, very accessable and centrally located with the old town on walking distance and various public transport options right next door.
Although it is not the most modern building, Sheraton keeps a good job maintaining it and making it feel quite up-to-date.
I would stay here again next time.

Stayed at the Sheraton for a week while we visited Lisbon.
Spacious rooms, all the amenities one requires, however the mattress was too soft for our liking. They did provide hard pillows on request.
The staff are polite and very helpful, and this came in handy with an issue with our booking. Despite having booked on a B&B rate, every morning the restaurant staff would tell us that breakfast was not included, which required a visit to the front desk to sort it out. We were hoping that this would be sorted after the first day, but unfortunately this carried on for 3 more days!
The spa is very nice, and so is the Panorama bar - make sure you get there in time for a sunset drink.
The food is good, even if the menu is limited, but the wine selection is good. We just asked the bar staff to recommend wine, and nothing was disappointing. A special thank you to the bar staff, who made us a special cocktail on our last night there :)
One disadvantage of staying there is that the hotel is popular for conventions, and was extremely crowded at times.
We would definitely stay there again.

At the end of a business trip, I decided to explore Lisbon for a few days and the Sheraton was recommended to me. While it wasn't walking distance from the sights, the quality of the hotel more than made up for that. The room was beautiful and comfortable and the staff was friendly. However, the best part was the panorama bar on the top floor. The drinks and service was great, but the view was spectacular.

Lovely hotel in the heart of town, with an amazing rooftop bar.
I've taken a star off as I once got my dinner in from outside and asked for cutlery. I was charged €6 just for a spoon and fork (which I used once and left in the room!)
Maybe this is common in Portugal, but it felt like a cheap thing to do.

Great hotel. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The facilities are also great. Nice lounge (though it can be very busy).
The staff is super friendly especially Antonio from the reception.
The location is little bit of the city center but it wasn't a problem. There is metro station close by and using uber is super cheap to get around in Lisbon. I would recommend this hotel

Incredible experience. Myself and my girlfriend were extremely happy with our stay at the Sheraton. We wouldn't change a thing. The staff were very helpful and polite, the room was amazing and the spa was sensational.

Es bueno, pero se ve viejo y las habitaciones les falta mantenimiento, Si vas por el club lounge este es malísimo y tiene que salir a cenar porque lo que sirven es nada. Si sales a cenar ten cuidado porque te ponen quesos, pan, manteca etc... y todo te lo cobran por separado.

Stayed here for 3 nights on business at the end of September. The hotel is as you would expect extremely luxurious with everything you would expect from a mainstream Hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff were courteous, breakfast was delicious. My only reservation was that while the spa was lovely and very comfortable, it looked a little tired and dated. Definitely could do with an upgrade full stop

A great place to stay with newly renovated rooms with chic fittings. The staff were great especially Mr. Rosa from the restaurant in the lobby as well as Marco from reception.
The food is the restaurant is awesome. Would be our choice of accommodation should we visit Lisboa again.

I travel all over the world but this stands out as one of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed in. The lobby and convention area was very clean and fresh. The rooms are very modern with glass showers and large beds. The spa is very relaxing and modern. The rooftop restaurant has the most amazing city views all the way to the harbor. The food there was amazing with great tapas and deserts as well. The service staff was very attentive despite the size of our group. I will be recommending this property to all of my travel clients in the future.

Excellent lobby and check in staff. Very conveniently located for the financial district and shopping. Not so much for the cheesy tourist areas. Right in-between two metro stations, loads of small cafes and restaurants as it's on the verge of an upmarket residential area. Room was very nice, few fixtures were loose in the bathroom and some wall paper was peeling. Excellent house keeping staff, for some reason I wasn't put on the SPG floor despite being an SPG member. Overall a very good hotel with high standards.

The Lisbon Sheraton in 2015 was my house for almost 10 weeks. The best view of Lisbon, the best staff an hotel can have. I have been in few Sheratons around the globe and other SPGs hotels... but Lisbon Sheraton is a very special one.

I had a great experience at the Sheraton! I do wish it was a little closer to the main attractions in Lisbon, but it was still a good “home base” during my visit. I especially enjoyed breakfast each morning in the lobby restaurant! I highly recommend!

Well furnished and maintained hotel rooms, very comfortable bed, great breakfast and friendly staff. While we are on a leisure stay, I can see this place being a good option for business events.
Location wise, it is rather close to Lisbon Airport, and is a quick Uber away from most attractions.

Gran hotel. Tiene algunas cosas de 4 estelar para ser un 5 estrellas , pero se nota la calidad del hotel. Los recepcionistas batata agradables, aunque si algo me pareció desorbitado fueron los precios del bar, sobre todo los de la terraza. No merece la pena tomarse nada arriba, hay sitios muy cerca con precios mucho mejores.

This is an excellent property and certainly in keeping with Sheraton tradition for ambience, decor,comfort, friendly staff and excellent amenities. Spent just one night here on a long layover. Nice rooms that seem to be recently updated. The rooftop bar is enclosed but has great views and there was live music when I visited. It is a half hour or so walk downhill to the water and restaurant district. Short taxi ride to/from the airport. It ticks all the boxes for a large chain hotel and is a clean, modern option for a visit to Lisbon. Rooms are very quiet and comfortable.

The Sheraton in Lisboa is a great hotel with all the amenities you would expect from the Sheraton brand. It is not directly in the centre of the city, but it is very close and it is close to transit as well. Uber is generally not overpriced in Lisbon either so it does make getting around easy. I enjoyed the vitality pool here, however I don't think they had a hot tub. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Lisbon.

Ist zwar ein hoher und ein hässliches Hochhaus, aber tolle Zimmer oben, nette Lounge. Gutes hilfsbereites Personal. Nur als Raucher sitzt man dann draussen, im starken Wind der dort bläst und fühlt sich nicht sls 5 Stern Gast. Aber sozial ist Rauchen genial. Da sitzt plötzlich ein hoher malaysischer Politiker neben einem, oder der Chefarzt der Mayo Clinic , LA. Und irgendwann fuhr auch eine Riesen Entourage mit Justin Bieber ein. Lustig! Nur die Mormon Bible in einer Schublade passt nicht zu diesem Hotel, aber sind halt die Besitzer der Kette....

Classic Sheraton with great service
While the property is not the high end of the starwood chain, or the finest in luxury, it comes with all the creature comforts you need and well suited for a Business trip especially. If you are a SPG elite member, dont expect too much from the Club Lounge benefits as the food there is quite lousy and limited. The biggest highlight of the hotel during our stay was the quick and efficient service of the staff, which made everything from Checkin to Checkout super fast.
LOCATION: Great location , very close to all key points of interest
DINE + DRINK: a lovely Panaroma bar and resaurant on the Rooftop and a good lobby bar and restaurant
ROOM: I stayed in 2002, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Limited City view; SIZE: Very spacious room, since it was a suite; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Sheraton brand cosmetics that are pretty decent
FACILITIES:The Sheraton FITNESS branded gym is pretty decent for a good workout and comes equipped with a good range of Machines and free weights. The Heated pool is great for a swim during any weather condition
SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of.

A reliable hotel with great staff and that listens to customer feedback. I've left a previous four-star review (now changed to five ) because whilst most things were great, the water pressure was appalling and the coffee machines in the room were faux-Nespresso with cheap coffee. All of that was fixed, which is fantastic.
They also managed to get me a table at the last minute at their restaurant for a large-ish family dinner. Food there is great, the service is top notch and the views are the best in town.
The only thing that changed is that as an SPG top member I used to get a lot better upgrades than I do these days as a Marriott Platinum, which is a shame.

Our group only stayed for one day, but what we were able to experience at the hotel was great. My room was nice, as was expected, and the breakfast buffet was good as well. The highlight of the stay was our trip to the bar on the lobby floor where Andre kept things lively. He gave us the rundown on the local area and various other topics. He went above and beyond making our group of 3 feel welcome.

This is a fabulous hotel with an accommodating and friendly staff. While not right in the center of town, it is not far from it and transportation is at your fingertips. The food in the club lounge was great. In fact, the caviar that was served for breakfast was better than the caviar on our Seaborne cruise!!! The hotel is modern, well appointed & clean. Perhaps it is a tad more of a business hotel than I prefer but this is a special business hotel. I'm delighted the autograph collection property I tried to book was full and I decided against spending the extra bucks for the Ritz. We did get a suite upgrade but our room was one of the best hotel rooms ever. We'd stay again in a second!

The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast is absolutely delicious but what makes this hotel extraordinary are the associates working in the hotel. This is truly a wonderful European Hotel.
The hotel decor is striking , and the personnel are outstanding. Our first trip to Lisbon was better than we could have anticipated.
As Titanium Bonvoy members, We were upgraded to a very nice suite. We also enjoyed the Club Level benefits. Nice food selection and alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages were provided feee of charge. Very attentive staff as well.
There were also two very nice neighborhood restaurants recommended to us by the concierge; Cave Real and Pacheiderme. Local food and local flavor.
We will definitely stay at this hotel if we ever return to Lisbon. This was a perfect stay.

We just loved our 5 days at the Sheraton Lisboa Hotel and Spa!! The staff was extremely kind and courteous. The location was wonderful also its located opposite a nice food court, and next to the yellow line metro Picoas, and blue line metro (9 min walk) Parque. Also would recommend 2 restaurants that are close by which serve excellent food Casa Real 'authentic Portuguese food and BYF steakhouse which is just yummy!! There is also a pharmacy, grocery and laundromat all within 10 mins or less of the hotel. Definately will come back here!!

This is a great hotel. Nice, big, modern rooms with great views. An amazing rooftop bar with even better views and great staff as well as food cocktails and food. There is also a restaurant there but I did not eat there. I just wish the bar menu indicated the allergens for the food, at least whether it's gluten-free.
Breakfast, though, did have several gluten-free items that were clearly marked, including bread and cake!

I enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Lisboa in Lisbon. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help if needed. Bilingual staff. The location was great imo. You have access to public transportation, banking, and dining. As Lisbon is not a huge city; coming from NYC. It's quick and easy to get to the tourist locations. But far enough away so you do not have that people everywhere feeling when you just want to take a walk and get some fresh air. This will be my first choice the next time I come back to Lisbon.

A nice hotel to stay at. My room was on the 24th floor where the lounge is also located. If I am not mistaken every room on this level is a suite.
My suite gives me a view of Lisbon and the Tagus River. The suite was very spacious and modern. The staff was very friendly. The location is easy enough for a visitor to walk about the area and is safe.

As Platinum member, we booked one night to sleep after our long flight to Lisbon. We were treated well at check in, our room was upgraded to Club level room and there was a welcome bottle of port in the room for us. É obrigatório visitar, beber um copo ou fazer uma refeição. São ângulos da cidade diferentes, Lisboa tem esta magia, sempre que subimos a um miradouro descobrimos um mapa diferente, como um puzzle em constante mutação... Depois o serviço, impecável! O vinho, há dúvidas? Muito bom. Entradas, principais e sobremesas, sabores de grande valor e com muito bom gosto, sempre com preocupação de qualidade. Our stay was fantastic and the staff could not have been nicer or more accompanying. Nuno, who worked at the pool and spa was particularly helpful. The view from the top floor restaurant and bar was terrific. I would rate the hotel and staff on par or higher than any of the 5 star hotels we have stayed in previously.

We had a wonderful stay! This was a beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and fantastic service. I highly recommend this hotel as a frequent traveler I have stayed in many hotels and in particular many Sheraton’s.
The climate control was excellent. We were able to keep the room quite chilly and had a wonderful sleep after our long flight. The bed was one of the most comfortable and the bathroom was lovely with a large tub which was enclosed in glass but you were able to pull internal blinds for privacy.
The robes and slippers provided were very nice and the club room was open 7-11 daily with breakfast and happy hour. Wine, beer and soft drinks were available at no fee in the club room too.
We will absolutely stay again! Titanium Bonvoy guest!

Stayed here in September during a trip to Lisbon. Everyone we encountered on the staff was extremely nice and helpful, from the front desk check in to the fast service at breakfast to the helpful concierge to the staff in the elevator who always said good morning or asked about our day. The rooms are spacious and well maintained , never had any issues. Has a nice club lounge with a similar view to the spectacular view at Panorama and is a bit out of the hustle and bustle but still easy for sight seeing. Would stay at this property again.

We were waiting at the station for our train to depart in 30 minutes when a friend discovered she left her passport in the safe in the hotel room. As she was taking a cab back to the hotel, we called the staff and not only were they courteous, but they quickly retrieved her passport from the room so it was waiting for her when she arrived at the hotel (the hotel was about 15 minutes from the train station). And, the staff took the time to look at her passport picture so they recognized her when she walked in. We would not have made our train if it weren't for the staffs' excellent service!

Room smelled of smoke even though the property is non-smoking. Complaint was not addressed by the front desk and we ended up just sucking it up because we had an early morning flight.

It was a good location. The bathrooms are a bit voyeuristic. I was travelling with a friend and we were hoping for a bathroom that offered more privacy. The blinds to the bathroom weren’t working properly. When we arrived the room had not been properly cleaned either. Overall it was an ok experience.

버스나 지하철역에서 바로 앞으로 갈수 있고,
공항에서 오기도 버스나 지하철로 불편함이 전혀없습니다.
다만, 관광하는 위치가 아니라 약간 불편할 수는 있습니다.
이를 제외하고는 모든것이 좋았습니다.
파노라마 식당도 합리적인 가격에 tasting메뉴도 있으니 추천드립니다.
수영장은 생각보다 조금 작았습니다.

Beautiful hotel. Large spacious room and bathroom. Clean and amazing view from Premium 18th floor wondow. Plenty of breakfast selections. Wonderful spa facilities. A little further away from the city centre, so public transit or taxi was necessary. However, did manage to walk to some sites in 20-30 minutes!

Beautiful flowers in lobby and very accommodating staff when I had a problem. I just thought the rooms though large and with a big TV and electric window shades, was sort of wilted.

For the third time in a row i’ve Not received the treatment, room that I had so gotten accustomed to, being a very frequent guest. The club lounge was busier than a shark tank at feeding time! My welcome cheese platter was the cheapest and one of the worst I ever had! Seriously considering and open to suggestions for an alternative in a Lisbon.

Great stay with great staff who looked after us from start to finish. Spa is great and ultra professional. Breakfast buffet is of the highest standards and probably best in Lisbon. After a long day sightseeing coming back to the welcome provided by the Sheraton was great. Will return.

We had a very pleasant stay, the room was nice with a good view over Lisbon. For breakfast there is a big selection of food in good quality.
Pool and gym also nice.
A great location to explore the city.

I had evidently dropped my mobile phone while dining at the lobby level restaurant. The kind wait staff there turned it in to the front desk and I was able to retrieve it right away. They made a pending problem into a highlight. Thank you!

Avoid the on site dining at all cost. The costs are insane and the quality is poor. I was charged 11 euros for an espresso. You can do better. Lisbon has so many good restaurants and cafes. Stay away.

The hotel did not honor the suite night award and did not give us a queen size bed as requested. The room was raining water from the ceiling, the bathroom was flooded and there was no electricity. My family vacation was destroyed.

We stayed in the executive suite with access to the club lounge. The room was fabulous and the offerings in the lounge were good. Service and attention to detail were very good. My husband was less than thrilled with the check in experience as a Platinum member of Marriott. The air conditioning was not very reliable. The spa was perfect.
