Hotels.com reviewer: We booked a family trip to Sintra. Three rooms with showers for six adults and one child and we were the only guests. There was NO HOT WATER in the entire hotel. We called to let them know of the issue the first night and after realizing I wasnt lying the owner opened up the other rooms for us, but still there was no hot water. The one room that had hot water only lasted for about 7 minutes. This was in December! It was like showering in ice water. Cold showers suck, but the owners attitude was worse. He assumed we were dumb and didnt know how to operate a shower. Then once telling us we werent doing it right and checking for himself realize that infact the 6+ room house had NO HOT WATER. This happened every night over the course of the weekend. On Monday when we were leaving he then suggested that he might need to call someone to fix it. Other than the hot water and the owners attitude the house was perfect. The breakfast was great and they even made it early one day for us because we had to leave before the normal serving time. The woman who worked in the morning was amazing! It was close enough to walk to all the attractions in Sintra and the train station. The house had beautiful charm. While there were some nice aspects to our stay it overall was ruined by the absence of hot water and the owners negative attitude. It was something that we constantly had to worry about during the day.

Nós visitamos hoje e precisávamos de um corte de tubos. Pedi ajuda a 3 funcionários diferentes, que disseram que ayd pediu ajuda. Nem um deles fez isso. Tentei, então, fazer sinal a um empregado que olhou directamente para mim e continuou a andar. Decidimos que não valia a pena esperar que ninguém viesse ajudar. Pusemos o cano todo para trás e fomos embora. Eles perderam uma venda. Fomos a outra loja, não ao Home Depot, e compramos o que precisávamos e o cortamos sem problemas. Muito desapontado com o serviço de hoje

Embora eu não tenha conseguido comprar nada da Gringers & Sons, quero destacar o incrível serviço que recebi do John e Vladimir, o vendedor e instalador. Eu queria trocar o meu fogão existente por um forno 36, mas, infelizmente, as medidas não funcionaram para mim. John e Vladimir foram acima e além de tentar encontrar uma solução com a qual eu ficaria feliz. Este nível de serviço é raramente encontrado em Nova Iorque hoje em dia. São os mais baratos? Provavelmente não, mas não há dúvida que quando estou em condições de renovar completamente a minha cozinha, sei onde vou comprar os electrodomésticos, esquece comprar online, Home Depot ou Lowes! Gringers & Sons é o único lugar em Manhattan que eu confio com os meus melhores interesses, não apenas fazer uma venda.
