Hotels.com reviewer: We booked a family trip to Sintra. Three rooms with showers for six adults and one child and we were the only guests. There was NO HOT WATER in the entire hotel. We called to let them know of the issue the first night and after realizing I wasnt lying the owner opened up the other rooms for us, but still there was no hot water. The one room that had hot water only lasted for about 7 minutes. This was in December! It was like showering in ice water. Cold showers suck, but the owners attitude was worse. He assumed we were dumb and didnt know how to operate a shower. Then once telling us we werent doing it right and checking for himself realize that infact the 6+ room house had NO HOT WATER. This happened every night over the course of the weekend. On Monday when we were leaving he then suggested that he might need to call someone to fix it. Other than the hot water and the owners attitude the house was perfect. The breakfast was great and they even made it early one day for us because we had to leave before the normal serving time. The woman who worked in the morning was amazing! It was close enough to walk to all the attractions in Sintra and the train station. The house had beautiful charm. While there were some nice aspects to our stay it overall was ruined by the absence of hot water and the owners negative attitude. It was something that we constantly had to worry about during the day.

O Customer Relationship Management foi ótimo com um problema que eu tive com janelas. Eu encomendei um pequeno número de janelas sem impacto em Junho. Devido ao COVID19 eles foram atrasados, o que é esperado, mas infelizmente, quando a encomenda chegou 6 semanas mais tarde, todas as janelas, excepto uma, chegaram. Sharon e Louis ao receberem fizeram o seu melhor para obter respostas, mas o fabricante, Jeld-Wen, não foi muito útil. No final, parecia que uma nova encomenda para essa janela teria de ser feita potencialmente resultando em mais 6 semanas de espera. Felizmente, a gerente da loja Olga Hernandez, empatizou-se comigo e instruiu sua equipe para encontrar uma janela de tamanho semelhante em outra loja. Eles encontraram uma e a enviaram para minha casa no mesmo dia. Não só recebi um reembolso pela diferença do custo da nova janela, como também recebi um retorno adicional de $50 para o meu cartão de débito. Verdadeiramente uma grande experiência de resolução de problemas. Eu recomendo altamente esta gerente de loja (Olga Hernandez), Louise e Sharon no Home Depot na Calle 8.

O preço exagerado, ainda assim, alega ser descontado. Eles não o deixarão levar a sua compra consigo, a menos que a pessoa do armazém esteja disponível. No nosso caso não foi assim que teremos de esperar mais um dia ou sempre que tentemos obter o nosso aparelho. Deveríamos ter comprado mais. Nunca mais voltamos a este lugar. Ainda estamos à espera de poder ir buscar o nosso aparelho que já pagámos. Quem precisa de roupa limpa de qualquer forma........
