Nice smallish hotel. Decent rooms, although like many hotels today, the rooms are short of lighting. Nice pool, but the music played is so repetitive it sounds like a record is stuck. Reasonable restaurant, but quite limited in the evening.

Had to cancel last minute due to emergency but requested to reschedule for the following week instead. The hotel was very unaccommodating and did not even consider my request due to the circumstances. The interaction I had with them was very poor - beware.

We stayed off season at the magnolia so it was quiet but very peaceful. The hotel is very nicely decorated, pool is well taken care of, and staff are friendly. The small annoyance was the room got cleaned very late each day when we wanted to be back in it. I’m certain this might not apply in high season however. As a bonus the hotel gave me a cocktail on my birthday which was very kind.The local area is walkable but there isn’t a pavement which I would make it much better.Overall it was great value for a chilled holiday.

Waauww wat een mooie hotel. Voldoende faciliteiten om tot rust te komen. Je kunt er naar de bioscoop, fitnessen, turkse stoombad, sauna. De zwembad oogde een tikkeltje te klein als het er te druk is. Ik kreeg koorts in de nacht dat ik er verbleef en meldde dit bij het personeel. Er kwam meteen een medisch personeel mijn gezondheid controleren. Proficiat. Het personeel was overigens super vriendelijk en aardig. Ik heb er enorm naar mijn in gehad en zou er zeker een tweede keer weer gaan.

Excellent stay for the price. Clean place. It’s practically brand new. Nice heated pool. The pool food is a bit sad. Best to eat in town. The people who work there are a bit clueless but they’re nice and they try. The cottage is highly recommended for the extra 50 euro or so. Good breakfast for a European hotel. It’s cute!

A great hotel with some really excellent staff providing an outstanding service. Nicely finished rooms, a small but adequate balcony, very comfortable beds and a clean and smart toilet/shower room. The hotel and public areas are very clean and well designed. Food was delicious and reasonable compared to many local restaurants. Pool area was fine, plenty of sunbeds and free towels. Overall very happy with our stay even if the location is a bit isolated and off the track.

We had a fab time in the Magnolia. Room was small but perfect for what you might need and super clean. Toiletries provided were great too. Pool area is lovely and the towels are great. Sun loungers are a little rigid but look nice. Brekkie is perfectly acceptable and the food in the restaurant seems good all round (we only had one dinner in the hotel). Will defo be back next year.

Ideal para descansar con tu pareja y desconectar en vacaciones. Fui con mi marido en Semana Santa y nuestros objetivos eran: hacer deporte, disfrutar de la piscina, tomar el sol, cenar en sitios con encanto de Faro. Este hotel tiene los siguientes puntos fuertes: parking gratuito, desayuno 5 estrellas, cama cómoda, gimnasio aceptable, zona de piscina muy cuidada. El personal era encantador y muy servicial, las zonas comunes de los jardines estaban preciosas. Supero nuestras expectativas y volveremos a este Magnolia!!

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit äußerst geschmackvoller Einrichtung.Einzig das Badezimmer ist sehr klein aber doch funktionstüchtig.Wir waren 9 Tage dort und hatten auch die Tage ein Mietauto. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Golfresort, dementsprechend war auch die Gegend sehr gepflegt.Der am nächsten liegende Strand ist mit dem Auto nur 5 Minuten entfernt.Einzig Kritik wäre: das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas vielfältiger und abwechslungsreicher sein. Mit Mietauto ist dieses Hotel perfekt um die Algarve zu erkunden. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter!

Had lunch here today for the first time we had the barbaque menu. The food cooked by Tom the chef was excellent!we also received excellent service from all the staff so friendly and helpful.we will be returning for lunch later in the week.

I loved staying in this beautiful hotel. It's decorated in a light, airy manner with subtle color that was delightful. It's a tucked away paradise in an otherwise woodsy area. The room was lovely, with a balcony we sat on in the afternoon listening to the birds and looking at the woods outside. The service was great at the bar and the restaurant. I loved all the flowers and trees--very colorful and relaxing. The food was good, and the breakfasts had a great variety as well. I highly recommend this hotel--really a gem.

Beautiful hotel rooms on the small side. Staff lovely especially Fabio. Breakfast when it arrives lovely but 40mins for a poached egg is ridiculous. Toasted sandwich took 30mins tasted like cardboard

Um agradecimento muito especial ao André, ao Fábio e à Helena que nos acolheram como família. A piscina - de água salgada e a 21 graus é muito agradável ... O pequeno almoço - excelente - permite o degustar de frutas frescas e variadas e todo o tipo de alimentos essenciais / saudáveis.

De passages deux nuits, accueil chaleureux de Miguel. Hôtel calme, piscine chauffée, très bien pour fin décembre. Belle chambre, équipements très bien pour un 4 étoiles : jacuzzi, sauna, hammam, massage, salle de jeux, salle de sport, salle de cinéma. Très bon petit-déjeuner et bien servi.Vous avez des vélos à disposition, plage à 15 mn en vélo. Bref Je recommande, après attention à certains commentaires des maniaques.

Small rooms. Tiny bathrooms.Large TVs with sky sports, Spa, Gym with free weights. Hugely nice staff. Lovely comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Quiet and peaceful place. The rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and friendly. Good and complete breakfast and the restaurant has a small but well curated menu. As I went for work, i didn't have a chance to try the leisure installation, but I'll be back. Totally recommended.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago and if you trust your valuables do not stay at this hotel, I had items stolen from my room by the cleaners the hotel defended them I didn’t get any help from management who basically called me a liar.

We stayed for 2 nights but their room key had problem ,so every single time we hat to go to front desk to ask someone open our door, we booked for two peaple but they said it booked for one person hand have to pay 80 for extra person,

Loved the staff and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Special mention to Pedro in the restaurant and your excellent omelette chef. The rooms are small, and our friends were disappointed that the bathrooms do not have a bath! They are however, clean with a very comfy bed, good shower and excellent aircon. We would certainly return and hope to very soon!

My husband & I stayed here twice over the last couple of weeks, at the beginning of our holiday for 5 nights & 2 nights at the end. The first time had a couple of issues but mentioned our gripe to Adriana & Tiaga and they responded with alarm that we werent totally happy which was fantastic and made me think that they very rarely get any kind of complaint. Firstly, we arranged pickup from the airport to take us to the hotel - this meant we were greeted by a smart and polite guy on arrival in Faro and he took us to the hotel. Check in is at 3pm and wed arrived early so we had to wait around for check in as no rooms were free due to a popular football team staying at the hotel so this wasnt really a problem.The staff are great, the front desk, the bar staff, the kitchen guys and the cleaners were all dead friendly and seemed really happy to be working at the Magnolia. Because of their friendliness and professionalism we quickly started to lose money in tips!! This is a good thing in my opinion!A lot of the staff there are young & very keen to please, it did actually make me wonder if the Magnolia is a training ground for them to move upwards into more high end hotels owned by the same guy that owns the Magnolia. Keen to highlight this isnt a criticism, theyre just very slick.While we we there, we mixed with 3 top level football teams, the reason I mention this is because the other guests (like us) were pretty cool and didnt pester them too much so no idiots!

Nice but fairly basic hotel that had a kind of sixties motel feeling to it.The service was okey, not too exciting. On more than one occasion - we had to repeatedly ask for our orders to arrive, ask for menus or drinks etc.Breakfast was nice and so was the pool area.I would recommend.

Établissements très agréable er confortable. Chambres spacieuses avec petit extérieur très agréable. Le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine est un vrai plus!

Знаходиться біля самої дороги. З дітьми точно там не зупинявся би. Кілька разів перепродувався і міняв назви. Робились якісь ремонти але суть від цього не змінилась.

Good hotel, fantastic location. Quiet. Close to shops and lots of restaurants. Pool is nice, clean, and has a bar. Friendly staff, nicely equipped gym. Close to the beach as well as the lake.

Non consiglio l'albero in quanto:vicino a discoteca e la notte si sente la musica fino al mattina! Le camere non valgono le 4stelle e il prezzo, bagno piccolissimo e stanze per niente insonorizzate!si sente veramente TUTTO!!!! Penso che ci siano strutture che valgano meglio i soldi spesi!

Stayed here when we went to a wedding. Was a very nice place and everyone was very helpful. Did not use the hotel facilities but they had a gym and spa. The restaurant looked good but we never ate there, the prices for drinks where very reasonable.

Odd experience. More sterile than the photos would suggest. Set on a narrow, long plot of land. The room had no bathtub; just a shower (but a decent one). Didn't use the spa but apparently €10 extra per person per visit and need to call 30 mins in advance if you want to use! There was a reasonable breakfast selection with bean-to-cup coffee available. Paid ~£80 per night, ~£60-£70 would have been more reasonable.
