Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen Lissabon (300m), was ein klarer Vorteil beim Weiterflug am nächsten Tag ist. Leider es es sehr teuer (habe 158€ für eine Nacht inkl. Frühstück bezahlt). Warum das Wiegen des Gepäcks auf der hoteleigenen Waage dann noch als Extra bezahlt werden muss, erschliesst sich mir nicht.
Die Zimmer sind perfekt, gross, gutes Bett, eine Auswahl an 4 verschiedenen Kopfkissen, Zimmersafe, Kofferständer,...etc..
WC und Dusche hinter Glas/Milchglastüren und damit teilweise durchsichtig. Das liegt nicht jedem, wenn man sich ein Doppelzimmer teilt. Ist aber Geschmackssache.
Alles sehr sauber und auf der Höhe der Zeit. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist üppig und sehr lecker. Hier findet jeder was. Inkl. Menschen mit Glutenunverträglichkeit.
Behindertengerechter Eingang, was auch bei Rollkoffern praktisch ist.

Très belle déco, accueil très agréable, niveau sonore j’ai entendu tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre des voisins, gamins qui pleurent. L’emplacement est top car l’aéroport est juste en face. Pratique quand tu dois partir à 3h du matin.

Correspondance raté à Lisbonne en raison de grève en France. La Cie TAP PORTUGAL m a logé pour la nuit dans cet hôtel. Très bon accueil établissement propres chambre petite mais très confortable. Repas du soir super et petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. C est à 15 mn à pieds de l aéroport. Une hôtesse d accueil parlait très bien le français. Hôtel à retenir si je repasse à Lisbonne.

Good hotel, great location. 5 min walk from the airport. There is a transfer service to the city center at 16 EUR which is great and helps people to avoid being overcharged by taxis.

I have never felt more welcomed in a hotel. After my flight got cancelled, the airline put me on this hotel to spent the night. The dude at the counter, (white guy with glases, never got his name, hope his manager sees this) made me feel so welcomed and took care of me when i approached. I told him I had Ramadan, and he made sure with the kitchen staff that I. would get halal food. He then told the staff to give me the breakfast at dinner time which was so convenient for me since I really needed an extra meal. He was so polite and friendly and will never forget him and I’ve stayed on countless hotels. Totally worth spending the night there. Room was clean and food at the dinner was awesome, some of the best chicken I’ve had in awhile. Thanks to guy in reception, made my week!!!

L'hôtel ce trouve face à l'aéroport de Lisbonne à environ 5 minutes à pied. La chambre est bien équipé et la literie de bonne qualité le restaurant est correct et le pdj est très bon avec beaucoup de choix. L'acceuil fut agréable et l'ensemble de l'équipe est à l'écoute et polis.

El hotel está muy nuevo y es de diseño moderno. Hemos cenado en el hotel y el bacalao muy rico. Personal muy atento. La mejor opción si tienes que coger un vuelo muy temprano. Servicio de transporte al aeropuerto gratuito y si prefieres caminar, cuatro minutos. Recomendable.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ruhig (trotz Flughafennähe und über dem Eingang gelegen), hell, modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Super Verkehrsanbindung. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß zzm Bus, zur Ubahn und zum Flughafen. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ideal. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden mir Ablageflächen im Bad fehlen.

Modernes und sauberes Hotel in Gehweite vom Flughafen. Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, jedoch etwas unkoordiniert. Top Frühstücksbuffet, für Lunch und Dinner allerdings nicht zu empfehlen, besonders wenn man Vegetarier ist. Die Lobby ist eher ungemütlich und nicht für längere Aufenthalte geeignet.

We were sent here for the evening by TAP Air Portugal after we were delayed so long we missed our connecting flight. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful which was comforting.
The decor is, I suppose, done to resemble air airport hanger combined with some Hollywood references?? We were woken up early when someone in the adjoining room banged the wall with enough force to cause our bed to move. It happened several times and I can only guess it was the house keeper making the bed and then shoving the bed against the wall.
Breakfast was typical buffet with the usual stuff, all help yourself, no service.
If you're stuck its a great hotel.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und trotz Flughafennähe sehr ruhig. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet, kein Gedränge und auch hier Ruhe und ausreichend Platz zum Essen. Rundum empfehlenswert:)

People make the business, my stay started as real night mare as my airlines messed up the booking and first person who had to deal with it, in the hotel, was the least sympathetic and helpful person I have ever met, then her colegue who over heard the conversation steped in and WOW it has all changed. Situation was very quickly and efficiently resolved and I had very pleasant stay in very nice and clean room. She was real professional and have had saved customer for her company. Thank you

Super hôtel très moderne et confortable. Très bien isolé de l'extérieur. Seul le petit déjeuner est moyen. Bon à savoir, l'aéroport est à seulement 5 minutes à pied avec un passage protégé pour les piétons d'un bout à l'autre du trajet. C'est très pratique pour les vols tôt le matin.

Sehr nettes Hotel in unmittelbarer Lage zum Airport. Trotzdem hört man nahezu gar nichts vom Flughafentrubel. Moderne hübsche Zimmer und ein leckeres Frühstück.
Wir sind aufgrund erheblicher Verspätung erst gegen halb eins nachts angekommen und wurden dennoch top bedient. Leider hatten wir den Shuttle Service der um 0Uhr endet knapp verpasst, aber zu Fuß sind die 500m zum hotel auch schnell überwunden.

A high quality travel hotel next to the airport. It is ideal for overnight stays before or after a flight but not really the location to stay for trip to Lisbon. The price matches the quality of the hotel. The breakfast was good with a reasonable variety.

Loved this hotel, steps away from the airport and just perfect for our one night stay before taking the train to the Algarve in the morning. Would recommend! Breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from and was very full before conquering a nice part of the day on the train. Thank you Star Inn!

The room was quiet, very clean, although small. The shower was very nice, and space was good enough for showering. The bed was not as soft as I like it, but it was good. The pillows made up for the firm bed, very nice pillows. The breakfast was the best I have seen ever. That alone makes the deal!

Na přepsání před brzkým ranním letem velmi dobré místo. Snídaně od 5:00 a letiště 3 minuty pěšky. Koupelna a toaleta na pokoji, ale bez soukromí. Čisto, ručníky a toaletní potřeby k dispozici, televize, lednička, postel OK.
Ideální na jednu noc, na delší dobu bych hledal něco jiného.

The hotel is located right outside the airport, very convenient if you have an early morning flight. In addition they have a shuttle service which starts a 4am and runs every 20min. Rooms are very small with very little room to put your stuff. Also they do not have tea/coffee facility in the room. Other than that, we enjoyed the quick overnight stop

A noite teve um recepcionista um pouco arrogante, mas no geral eles são muito prestativos e atenciosos. A comida é muito gostosa. Existe ponto de ônibus e metrô perto do hotel. Afastado do centro da cidade.

Excellent choice for a hotel next to the Lisbon airport. It was an easy walk over from Terminal 2, and very early the next morning, we used their complimentary shuttle over to Terminal 1. It was easy in the afternoon to walk over to the Metro Station and go downtown. Because we were leaving so early in the morning before their breakfast schedule, they gave us a box breakfast as we checked out. The room was clean, compact, and quiet.

This is the first hotel in which I stayed that seemed to be designed by someone who actually had spent many days and nights in a hotel. The room was segmented into appropriate spaces for rest, refreshment, and work. Our room was quiet and clean. The property is close to the airport for those people who have an early outgoing flight. We left the hotel at 3:00 am for a flight and a long day of travel. The kitchen staff sent us off with a breakfast. On the other days we were at the hotel, we enjoyed their excellent breakfast (included in the registration).In addition to structural considerations, the staff at the hotel is terrific -- pleasant, helpful and fully capable to help solve problems and challenges. One young man, Francisco, helped us sort through local transportation needs and offered suggestions about how to do this.

Me ha encantado este hotel. Nos cancelaron un vuelo y la aerolínea nos alojó aquí.
El trato ha sido excelente, las instalaciones fantásticas, los horarios muy buenos y adaptados.
Habitaciones grandes, espaciosas y bien equipadas con televisión.
Si pudiera mejorar algo sería el restaurante que no tienen mucha variedad para cenar.

É um hotel muito bom e com excelente infraestrutura. A localização é excepcional, especialmente para quem precisa embarcar cedo no aeroporto de Lisboa. O deslocamento a pé é fácil, cerca de 5 minutos, e bem sinalizado. O hotel oferece transporte gratuito para o aeroporto, de 20 em 20 minutos, mas depende da disponibilidade de lugar na van/carrinha (8 passageiros), por ordem de chegada no local de embarque. É muito adequado para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção. Eu e minha esposa optamos por nos deslocar a pé, o que foi feito sem qualquer problema. O café da manhã é farto e muito satisfatório, estando disponível a partir das 05 horas da manhã. A estação de metrô (Aeroporto) fica junto ao Terminal 1 e também acessível a pé. Recomendo para quem irá pernoitar na véspera do voo, que visite o Shopping Vasco da Gama, na estação Oriente do metrô. As lojas ficam abertas até a meia-noite, há cinemas e excelentes restaurantes, além de ser um belíssimo local.

리스본 밤에 도착해서 담날 아침에 바로 포르투 가는 비행기를 타야해서 스타인에서 1박했어요. 공항 바로 앞이라 걸어갈 수도 있었지만 밤이고 피곤해서 셔틀버스를 이용했어요. 나와서 왼쪽으로 가면 주차장이 있고 그 입구쪽에 셔틀버스라고 적힌 기둥이 있어요. 그 앞에서 기다리면 오는데 혹시 안올까봐 호텔에 전화해서 얘기도 했더니 얼마 안기다리고 바로 탔어요. 전화해서 보내준건지 올때 되어 온건지는 모르겠어요.
룸컨디션은 보통이었고 공항근처라 선택의 여지가 없는 사람들이 택하는 곳이라 그런지 저렴하진 않았어요. 그래도 왕복 셔틀 이용도 했고 조식이 6시라고 되어있어 못먹을줄 알았는데 5시부터라고 해서 먹고 왔네요.
늦은 비행기 타고 오는 사람들이 체크인을 새벽에도 해서 복도에서 떠드는 바람에 자다 여러 번 깼어요. 담날 일찍 비행기 타야하는 분만 추천합니다.

I only stayed here for one day. But the female staff I met when checking in was wonderful and very professional. The room was very clean and warm. Hot water, wifi, everything was perfect.
It's only 5 mins walk from the airport. But they still offer shuttle service from very early in the morning (4:00 am), which was very helpful for my flight schedule. I stayed there with my sister, and she left later than me. So I didn't check out when I leave, my sister did. But everyone else who had checked out in the early morning got breakfast box. I think this is very clever and warm service since there aren't many options available in the airport that early.
Overall, I really enjoyed the stay in Starinn. :)

Wegen calima konnte Lanzarote nicht angeflogen werden, deshalb Notbuchung im Flughafenhotel Star Inn in Lissabon. Das Zimmer klein, dreckig, voller Duftspray, Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Personal überfordert und ignorant. Abendessen nach 1 Std Wartezeit kalt. Keine Auswahl mehr möglich. Kein Kaffee vor 05.00h. Ich musste um 05.00 Uhr am Flughafen sein. Für eine Notunterkunft eine Nacht gerade so ertragbar.

Bem localizado ao lado do Aeroporto de Lisboa, o Star Inn faz parte do complexo hoteleiro do Tryp aeroporto, com acesso ao SPA e sala de gisnatica no Tryp. Apesar do custo um pouco alto na diaria pra quem faz escalas longas e tem um tempo pra conhecer alguns pontos de Lisbia antes de dormir um pouco vale apena, Metro e Onibus a porta do aeroporto.

Obviously the hotel is really convenient because it's literally 3 minutes walk from the airport, however the service is just terrible. You go for dinner to the restaurant and you would be lucky to get your food before breakfast. They don't pay any kind of attention to clients. Waiters are like chikens without a head, just talking and having fun among them whilst you aren't not attended. They never apologise and make you feel unwelcome. Room is OK, but bathroom is not separate from the room. You can imagine the smell coming out from the bathroom. After paying 222 euros for 2 nights, I guess you expect more. I wouldn't recommend this hotel whatsoever!

It met my need. A clean room with a comfortable stay within walking distance of the airport. I landed at 10 pm And was in bed at 10:30. Woke up the next morning and enjoyed the nice breakfast and comfortably boarded my morning flight. What more could I ask for?

An excellent hotel for those wanting to stay close to the airport. The room was clean and service superb! Their breakfast goes from 5am-10am so it was perfect for our early international flight. Located just a 2-3 minute walk from the airport, we could not have asked for a better location!

Selbst wenn der kostenlose Shuttle, der alle 20 Minuten geht, bereits voll ist, ist man zu Fuß locker innerhalb von 10 Minuten am Flughafen. Das Hotel hat eine einzigartige Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls großartig. Verbesserungsfähig wäre allerdings das Restaurantangebot am Abend. Und obwohl mein Mann ausdrücklich Kartoffeln als Beilage zu seinem Gericht bestellt hatte, wurden ihm Spaghetti serviert. Kein großes Drama, aber im Grunde nicht ok.

This property has been neglected, For a fairly new hotel, its evident the lack of care to the property, Flooring in rooms scratched (major). The dinning room could not be used in several areas due to water leaking down the walls from the rain. Looking at the areas affect it seemed not new. The property needs major attention....

They charge a lot because they are right by the airport.
Shuttle never showed up - it suppose to run every 20 min.
Walking from airport to hotel: it is complicated, a little dangerous - drivers try to not stop at crossings; the sidewalk is with cubic stone: will brake suitcase wheels and high heels.
The room is so small that you will be crossing from left to right only after escalating the bed.
I was bumbing in the walls, bed corner, and when I opened my suitcase it was full, no room for nothing else.
The shower is losing water at pan corners, making a very unpleasant lake toward the bed. The sink was designed to be used by a contorsionist.
Conclusion: if you are in good shape, used to european standards for hotels and drunk when you do the reservation: go for it.

리스본에 밤 늦게 도착하고 출국이 새벽 비행기라 어쩔 수 없이 첫날과 마지막날의 숙소로 선택 한 곳입니다. 이런 저런 시설과 조건을 따지기 보다는 선택지가 없었기에 투숙하게 되었습니다.
무엇보다도 공항과의 접근성은 좋지만 솔직후시설은 그렇게 뛰어나다고 보기는 힘든 것 같습니다. 무엇보다도 샤워 시설이 특히 허술한 느낌입니다. 샤워를 하고 나면 옷 바닥에 물이 흥건하게 고이고 흘러나와 바닥이 엉망이 되었습니다. 무엇이 문제인진 정확하게 알 수 없지만 비치된 수건들을 모두 다 바닥에 깔아야 했을 정도로 물이 흘러넘쳤습니다. 아무리 저처럼 잠깐 머무는 투숙객이 대부분 일지라도 이 점을 개선하여야 한다고 생각합니다.
반면에 조식은 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 빵의 종류도 매우 다양했고 요거트와 버터 잼 등도 다양하게 갖추어져 있었고 그 외에 스크램블이나 간단한 조식용 핫푸드 메뉴들도 준비되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 공항 셔틀을 운영하는 것도 장점입니다. 새벽 4시부터 이십분 간격으로 공항까지 셔틀 버스를 운영하고 있습니다.

Wir mussten gezwungenermaßen um 2h in der Nacht ein Zimmer dort nehmen, 125€ für ein paar Stunden. Das Hotel ist schön und modern eingerichtet, die Badezimmer könnten sauberer sein (kleine Haare in der Dusche und an der Wand) und die Betten ein klein wenig weicher. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl aber wieso gibt es in so einem Land und für diesen Preis nicht frisches Obst sonder Dosenobst?!
Aber als Notunterkunft ganz ok.

Aufgrund einer Flug Umbuchung durch die Fluggesellschaft musste ich gezwungenermaßen 2 Nächte im Star Inn in Lissabon verbringen.
Das Hotel liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Flughafen entfernt.
Der Check in erfolgte schnell und problemlos.
Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, einem Schrank inklusive Safe, einer Minibar, einem kleinen Tisch und Nachtschränkchen.
Dusche und Toilette sind separat im Zimmer
Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls vorhanden sowie ein Stuhl mit einem kleinen Tisch.
Das Zimmer verfügt außerdem über einen TV inkl. Youtube.
WLAN ist kostenlos im Preis enthalten.
Frühstück gibt es als Buffet und die Auswahl ist gut, so dass jeder etwas findet.
Zum Lunch und zum Dinner gibt es verschiedene Angebote und Auswahlmöglichkeiten.
Auch die Preise für sonstige Sachen ( Getränke, Snacks etc.) sind angemessen.
Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
Sauberkeit in den Zimmern. ( und auch in den übrigen Bereichen) ist top !!!
Alles in allem vielleicht nicht gerade der günstigste Anbieter aber auf jeden Fall sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen optimal für Durchreisende.
Übrigens ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten in der City mit dem Bus.
Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich quasi vor der Tür und das Ticket kostet nur 2 Euro pro Fahrt.
Auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung.

Para mim, que viajo em trabalho pela Europa toda, durante o ano, foi uma agradável surpresa: um quarto muito espaçoso, um colchão muito consistente, uma almofada de cama dura e outra mole e um pequeno-almoço bastante acima da média, com uma oferta de bolos e doce muito variada e pouco frequente. Cheguei a este hotel vindo de um outro junto à sede da Comissão Européia, em Bruxelas, e por isso o espaço do Star Inn me impressionou bastante.

Péssima experiência
1- Tapete tinha uma mancha molhada e estranha no meu quarto (2011).
2- Água quente esfriava durante o banho.
3- Garçon demorava pra atender, mesmo com pouca gente.
4- Cozinha fecha a meia noite, mas as 23h o chefe já tinha ido embora e só ele faz hambúrguer.
5- Pedi um macarrão com legumes e só quando o Garçon trouxe pra mesa que me avisou que não tinha queijo.
6- Tinha mais algo no menu que eu queria que não tinha, mas não me recordo agora.
Tirando toda essa parte ruim, pelo menos a cama é boa e o café da manhã tb.
A atendente que me perguntou no checkout se tava tudo OK foi muito atenciosa. Relatei tudo a ela, ela se desculpou e perguntou se eu queria falar com o gerente. Não quis pois tinha pressa pro aero.
Me ofereceu 2 vouchers de softdrink mas não aceitei pois não tinha tempo para usar.

We arrived at Lisbon airport at 7.45pm expecting the shuttle bus to pick us up on its next run. Not to be. Even though the hotel in only a couple of blocks from the airport, it’s not an easy walk for anyone with mobility issues. We eventually paid for a taxi as we could not handle the walk with our luggage. At the hotel we were told we had to ring the hotel for shuttle pickup. This is not explained anywhere on any website we saw. Other than that, the hotel is fine.

It is a very nice place to stay when you missed your flight. The meal vouchers provided by the airline gave us a good selection of dinner and breakfast options, including beer and wine. We were also given complimentary toothbrushes and toothpaste.

For 200 euros we got a shower that leaked and varied temperature dangerously. The media system wouldn’t support Mac products despite claims to the contrary. The restaurant, though quiet was slow to serve. They Forgot one of the two mains ordered and served off potatoes. The creme brûlée had no brûlée, although to be fair the creme was very tasty.
I had expected much more from an obviously buoyant airport hotel. Poor value for money and lack lustre service. Sorry star inn, you weren’t so hot.

飛行機が早朝便だったのでこちらのホテルに宿泊しました。部屋は清潔でよかったです。エレベーターのすぐ目の前の部屋に泊まったのですが、壁が薄いのか話し声やエレベーターの音がうるさかったのが残念。
早朝便で朝食を食べることができない場合には、受付の人にあらかじめ伝えておくとチェックアウト時にランチボックスをくれます。ただし、ハムとチーズを６枚切りくらいの食パンで挟んだサンドイッチとリンゴとお菓子とジュースといった感じです。

Hotel v pešej dostupnosti z letiska (cca 5min.). Na prespatie medzi letmi úplne ideálne. Moderný a vkusný interiér, perfektné raňajky. Rozhodne môžem odporučiť.

Por determinação do aeroporto eu perdi meu vôo para o Brasil. Peguei uma escala e a mesma demorou para sair (percebi que atraso é uma característica dessa empresa TAP) e ao chegar no Aeroporto meu outro voo não esperou. Tive que dormir em um hotel reservado pela empresa Aérea. Por 15 minutos fui remanejado a outro voo e meus compromissos tiveram que ser cancelados. Quem paga por esse transtorno?? Aeroporto e empresa de aviação muito fracos. Não recomendo!

Fiquei apenas uma noite e por causa da proximidade com o aeroporto, eu estava vindo de outra cidade e iria pegar um vôo muito cedo. Então atendeu as minhas expectativas e tb tem serviço gratuito de shuttle, o q ajudou muito.

Hôtel très propre, réceptionniste, très à l'écoute malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée, 01:00. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bains attenante parfaitement propre.
Literie confortable, mini-bar avec l'essentiel, il y a même un coffre-fort.
Télévision avec 52 chaînes, pour tous les goûts et toutes les langues.
Petit déjeuner servi entre 04:00 et 11:00, beaucoup de variétés, que ce soit en pain ou viennoiseries, laitages, fruits frais, jus de fruits natures, de nombreux plats chauds, tout le monde peut trouver son Bonheur.
Pourtant si près de l'aéroport, et aucun bruit à l'horizon. Parfaitement insonorisé.
Seul petit hic, pas de chaussons !

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Flughafen, ist vom Terminal aus zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und bietet sich daher sehr gut an, wenn man nächsten Tag früh wegfliegen muss, oder spät ankommt. Es wird zwar auch ein shuttle-service angeboten, den man aber - außer vielleicht bei schwerem Gepäck - absolut nicht braucht. Check in ist die ganze Nacht möglich, sowie schnell und effizient. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel und trotz Flughafennähe recht leise. Für eine Übernachtung absolut empfehlenswert

Where to start, first the mix up in my booking, in which I had to sleep in the airport, second the cleaning starts around 8 ish, which becomes impossible to sleep at least for me, the staff speaks, about they're personal life, and loudly may I had, for me this is not an issue, but most of the guest at breakfast seem displeased. And confused because they dont speak portuguese.
Ok so the food, this is where I can shine, the bread is frozen, if not tastes like it, the eggs are hard has a rock, a the fried eggs are dry, pineapple juice for sure is cheap cuz all I can taste is the sugar.
The pastries are ok if you are a tourist, if your a local like myself you will not enjoy them.

The Hotel Star Inn next to Lisbon airport is a wonderful hotel. It is modern, clean and bright. The rooms are very comfortable. I had both dinner and breakfast there. The dinner was delicious paired with a glass of Portuguese wine. And I posted pictures of the breakfast tables, which should speak for themselves. Fresh fruits and pastries, and the amazing Portuguese eggs and bacon.

Ayer viernes me di cuenta que se me olvidó un colgante en la habitación y me fui el miércoles. Al llamar me dijeron que lo habían encontrado y rellenando un formulario me lo mandaban a casa sin problema. Ya escribí una reseña sobre el hotel comentando que era bueno, que estaba chulo en cuanto a decoración y que la atención era buena. Ya con este último detalle si vuelvo a Lisboa será alojándome en este hotel.

The room was great nice and clean. Reception service was great and helpful.
Unfortunately the food was the worst you can get in Lisbon. The chef prepared hospital-style dishes. I got my mouth completely burnt with a microwaved soup. The service was kind but super slow.
Go eating elsewhere!

Неплохой вариант, когда поздний прилёт или ранний вылет. Останавливались в эту поездку дважды. От аэропорта 5-7 минут пешком. Регистрация круглосуточная. Номера со всем необходимым. Шумно не было. Из недостатков по номеру: душевая отделена стеклянными дверцами, вода подтекает. В угловых номерах вы не сможете открыть окно, если свое окно открыли соседи. Во второй приезд при заселении столкнулись с проблемами по электрике, но персонал моментально заменил номер. В холле стоят автоматы с водой (цены не заметила). Бар работает до часу ночи. Завтраки с 5 утра, что очень удобно. Выбор хороший и все было вкусно.
На промо-фото есть мини-бутылочки и паштель. По факту на стойке регистрации дадут мини-печеньку.
Но цена проживания все же завышена.

In Gehdistanz (5min) vom Flughafen (ich weiss nicht wieso es anscheinend einen Shuttle gibt). Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und modern. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man nichts vom Flughafen. Das Frühstück ist OK. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. However the shuttle service was not very friendly upon exit and the driver was a bit rude. We were waiting for the shuttle outside and he was leaving to the airport without us just because as he said we were not across the street, this is unbelievable and rude.

Wir waren gestern mit zwei Personen dort gebucht und bekamen eine schriftliche Bestätigung. Als wir das Hotel um Mitternacht erreichten teilte man uns mit, man habe die Zimmer wegen vermeintlich ungültiger Kreditkarte stornieren müssen. In Wirklichkeit war das Hotel überbucht und man sendete die Stornierung tatsächlich wenige Minuten nachdem wir das hotel wieder verlassen hatten. Nie wieder diese Hotel Gruppe, sehr unprofessional und nicht geeignet für Business Reisende, die morgens zuverlässig in einen Termin müssen, schade.....

Presa no aeroporto de Lisboa e sem muitas opções resolvi entrar neste hotel e verificar se ainda haviam quartos, fui muito bem atendida por um funcionário que estava na recepção, foi muito gentil me arranjou escova de dente pois nem bagagem eu tinha, o quarto é pequeno, tem a casa de banho muito perto da cama isto eu não gostei, a televisão é de altíssima qualidade, as 5h30 desci para o pequeno almoço que é muito bom, tem muitas opções para todos os gostos, o preço enfim achei caro 172€ mas Lisboa tem estado caro por toda parte... ah também não gostei da porta da entrada que gira muito rápido e eu acabei ficando com a bolsa presa, pois tenho dificuldade de mobilidade.

Nach unserer Rückkehr von unserem 4-wöchigen Azorenaufenthalt mussten wir 1x übernachten, bevor wir zurück in die Schweiz fliegen konnten.Das Hotel konnten wir problemlos zu Fuss erreichen, und am nächsten Morgen, es regnete, fuhren wir mit dem Hotelshuttle hoch zum Flughafen.Am Morgen gab es noch ein fantastisches Frühstück. Wir würden dieses Hotel für den gleichen Zweck sofort wieder buchen.

Excelente servicio personalizado, pero sin que resulte pesado. Todo muy limpio y organizado. Comidas y desayuno delicioso con variedad de opciones. Siendo vegetariana y con intolerancia al gluten, a veces, no es fácil encontrar alternativas al menú regular que se adapten a mis necesidades, pero aquí no tuve ningún problema. Personal experimentado y también algunos jóvenes con ganas de ofrecer un buen servicio. Totalmente recomendado. La cena a la carta me pareció un poco cara, pero lo demás, todo genial!

sehr sauber, tolle Einrichtung, super Lage da es am Flughafen ist und Bus- und Tramstation gleich auf der anderen Strassenseite sind, tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen verschiedenen Sachen, wir haben spontan 1 Stunde vor geplantem Check-out eine Anfrage auf 1 Stunde Verschiebung des Check-outs und sie waren sehr spontan und freundlich.
