Had a great experience with algarvexcite.From the moment of booking Linzy and team have been great and fabulous .The jet skis and parasailing were much better than what I had expected and will definitely recommend anyone to come here. Linzy and team offer great transport trips from your hotel to algarvexcite .And you wouldn't get any better deals elsewhere.

Amazing awesome experience relaxing n full of adrenaline at the same time.. prices n deals were really good. Staff were very friendly, polite n helpful. Especially the main lady Lyndsey she's a Star.

Having never done a parasail before we were so excited as well as apprehensive. From booking through to doing the parasail itself the people at algarvexcite were amazing and made us feel so safe. We had an amazing time and loved every minute. Definitely worth doing if you are visiting Vilamoura soon. Thank you to you all you are amazing xxxx

We went on the Dolphin Watching and Cave trip and loved it so much we booked straight away to do the Parasailing and Jet boat as well!! Everything was fantastic, the staff are amazing, professional and very knowledgeable about the coastline.

Brilliant place, great for all the family, I went on the jet ski, dolphin watching and para sailing. All of them lived up to their standards and the dolphins we're especially good. We purposely booked a hotel near here because of the great reviews and it did not disappoint us.

I went paragliding and jet skiing, I had never done any water sports before and I’m really scared of heights, but the lady made me feel really comfortable and it was a great experience! Cheap, great family fun for holidays and I would do it all again!

How to see dolphins in the Algarve
Brilliant trip the dolphins were memorising and so playful with the boat really glad we Chose the rib boat . staff were friendly and very informative loved the way the dolphins ducked and dived under the boat !! 5 out of 5

Went on the parasailing and I must say it is a once in a lifetime experience! And the people to do it with are 100% algarvexcite the staff are all really friendly and extremely professional! I will be coming back for sure if I’m ever back in the algarve ! Thanks guys for such an awesome time!

Jet boat was totally mental but great fun , my suggestion is to prepare to get wet and to take some goggles !!
Then to chill out enjoy the calm parasailing flight, the 2 crew on board were awesome they really explained it well and made me feel safe and secure and they lowered us to the water mid flight so it felt like we were walking on the water!
Cannot recommend this company highly enough, will 100% be coming back to book with them on my next visit!

Me and my three friends went jet skiing yesterday and at first i must admit i was a little nervous but then after out crew member Cristiano gave us our safety briefing and Luis took us out on the boat as soon as i got on to that jet ski i had so much adrenaline and it was amazing i would recommend algarvexcite for sure they were great!

The Jetboat ride was so much fun and filled with adrenaline, it's like a jetski on steroids but you get to do 360s and nosedives with the power brakes which makes a huge wave over you and at the end you get to see the GoPro footage which is hilarious.

Staff were amazing, welcoming and accommodating to our needs.
10 mins doesn't seem as much but is actually plenty when up in the air.
Heads up, do not look down for too long as it can make you feel nauseated
We felt cost could be slightly lower however great experience all in all.
Definitely would recommend.

Wir haben die Dolphin Cruise gebucht. Am Tag der Tour haben wir vor Ort Ort erfahren, dass unsere Tour von 10 Uhr auf 12 Uhr verschoben wurde ohne uns vorher zu informieren. Um 12 hieß es dann nochmal 30 Minuten nach hinten verschoben. Um 12:45 Uhr wurde es dann komplett abgesagt, wegen angeblich zu schlechtem Wetter.
Immerhin war das Personal freundlich im Umgang und wir bekamen das Geld zurück.

My family and I went on the benagil cave tour today and no word can describe how amazing it was ! We even saw dolphin as well as all the caves and rock formation which were explained to us in detail by one of our skippers André ! I would recommend this trip to anyone of any age ! It was an experience to cherish forever ! Thank you algarvexcite for helping my family and I make memories!

I was slightly nervous about taking my little ones flying (9 yrs old !!) but after researching the companies in the Algarve is was obvious that Algarvexcite was the most professional. The staff were brilliant we have some amazing video footage and they took some great photos of the girls driving the boat. If we return we will come back for me. As a parent i fully recommend paying 40€ and having the best ! Thanks again to christofe and Chris for a lovely time

Deux activitées de réservée: jet skie et parachute ascensionnel! Le sourire doit être en option car à aucun moment ils sont souriant!
Nous sommes au Portugal et ils ne parlent que anglais ou très peu portugais ! L’amabilité ne doit pas faire partie du dress code car vous arrivez et limite vous dérangez ! Désolé de vous faire un peu bosser, nous les français!! Service pathétique! Amabilité pathétique!
Le jet skie ils vous emmènent en mer et tourner autour de 3 bouées c’est tout! Les gilets de sauvetages ne sont pas toujours adaptées à la taille mais comme on vous le dit très clairement « c’est pas grave ça »! En bref !!! Si vous trouvez ailleurs allez y !

Eu vou muito bom. Muito agradável. Um boa experiência, o problema é que as fotos não são muitas boas porque não vemos as cabeças só vemos muito longe as pessoas estão a voar. Quando compramos os bilhetes a senhora disse que era 10 minutos e quando fomos no barco era só seis ou sete minutos. Eles ganha três ou quatro minutos cada passagem.

Nous avons appelé le matin pour réserver 3 jet ski dont un adolescent de 16 ans pour une ballade de 1 heure.
Une fois arrivé sur place la réservation est passée de 1 heure à 30 Minutes et finalement ce n était pas une ballade mais un circuit entre 4 plots .
On nous fait patienter pendant plus d une heure pour au finale nous dire que l adolescent n ayant pas 18 ans ne pouvait pas en faire !
Je trouve cela inadmissible, aucunes : sympathie ni excuse de leurs parts.
Nous sommes donc repartie au bout de plus d une heure d attente sans faire de circuit .
Je déconseille fortement . Et je trouve encore plus dommage d être au Portugal et de se retrouver face à des personnes qui ne parlent pas le portugais !

Ne payer pas pour voir les dauphin c du vol. On a rien vu est de plus même pas d'excuse ou autre, comme si c'était normal. Est il te donne même pas un bon de réduction pour refaire est essayer tout de même de les voir. À FUIR

Fuyez!!! Personnel un minimum poli, vol court ( 40€ pour 5 à 10min Max). Avec plus d'enthousiasme l'expérience (avec mon fils) aurait pu être mémorable! Je m'attendais à une belle montée d'adrénaline. Vol calme mais superbe vue.

The Jet Skis have their power limited quite alot, the top seed I got upto was 46 kph, from a quick look online they should be able to go up to at least 80kph. If their is a few waves you should still be able to have some fun!

I hired a fishing trip for myself and my boys. The guides were more concerned with catching fish for themselves than they were tending to their clients. The gear they gave us to use were salt filled and hard to use. The guides spent most of their day drinking beer. Very disappointed in the whole trip. Would not recommend this company to anyone else.

We hired a speedboat for an hour for our family of four! Absolutely the highlight of our holiday so far, and in the eyes of my 12 year old.. Unforgettable. This was made special because of the skipper, Cristiano ! Friendly, knowledgeable, relaxed and professional! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a little personal service! Thanks

Waren heut Jetski fahren. War echt super und hat Spaß gemacht. Man wird anfangs instuiert und fährt dann raus mit dem Boot zu einer Stelle, an der die Teilnehmer dann fahren können.
Guter Ablauf, nette Erklärung!

Haben den Termin verpasst, keine Möglichkeit auf einen neuen Termin nicht einmal mit einem Preisaufschlag! Das Geld von 90Euro somit verloren ohne Erlebnis!

Équipe pas du tout professionnel, nous avons réservé 6 jetskis et à l arrivée il y avait que 5 jetskis, sans parler que le groupe de cinq à été séparé etc etc etc... Dégoûté d avoir perdue une après midi

Für 35€ pro Person haben wir die Dolphin Safari and Caves Tour gebucht. Unsere Tour hat 1,5h gedauert. Davon waren wir leider nur 10min bei den Delphinen. Den vierten Stern gibt es aber für das Boot. Es ist ein kleines, komfortables Boot, mit dem man sehr gut an die Delphine rankommt. Andere Boote, die wir unterwegs gesehen haben, waren sehr viel größer und hatten mehr Passagiere, sodass man Delphine nur von weitem sehen konnte. Das ist bei diesem Anbieter ein Vorteil.
Es wird sehr windig und kühl auf dem Boot, wenn man die langen Strecken zurücklegt. Für den günstigen Preis ist die Tour okay. Wäre sie teurer, hätte ich nur 3 Sterne aufgrund der sehr kurzen Zeit bei den Delphinen gegeben.

Took my family out to see the dolphins, our 13 and 10 year old daughters and our 2 year old son. Absolutely loved it, staff were friendly and professional I even tipped as I was so impressed by their genuine effort. This is the second time we’ve done this last time was just me and wife four years ago I think and both times amazing. You can’t always guarantee dolphins but we were lucky both times. This time there were hundreds, the last time only a few and they were real hard to find too the guys have their work cut out for sure. Keep it up!

A lifetime experience! At first I was nervous but it was absolutely amazing, unfortunately it was foggy but the whole experience of being in the air and feeling free is one of a kind. The dunk was my favourite part! In the end we ended up buying the whole package of photos and the footage on the GoPro. Huge thank you to Bruno and Christoph who was looking after us while Parasailing, they were great and explained everything clearly as well as took amazing photos.

Super moment ! le personnel est cool et le jeune du bureau parle un peu français il fait de gros effort c'est agréable. Après le matériel et la prise en charge est correct. Très bon moment avec ma compagne elle qui découvrait le jet ski !

We felt the need to leave a review after the exceptional service we received today during our jet ski rental. Our instructors Luis and Diogo were very friendly and made us feel comfortable and safe throughout. The safety briefing we received before getting on the skis made us feel at ease as everything was explained in detail and they made sure we understood everything. The ladies at reception were also super friendly and helpful on the phone!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely book with you again if we are ever in the area again!

Everything looked great in the beginning, but ... We booked a dolphin watching tour, but instead ended up with cave watching, because skipper knew there is no dolphins around but with out telling anybody he proceeded with a different agenda. We were not only one who complained that day. Shame and rip off. Your experience may vary though.

Me and my wife went on the dolphin Safari and cave tour and it was Outstanding! We saw so many dolphins and the caves were beautiful and we will defiently be coming Back and recommened to anyone coming to the algarve!

Went on the jetboat today and it was total awsome!!! I would 100% recommend ! I had that much fun I booked the parasailing straight after and a jet ski everything was done so professionaly by all the staff and I will defeinatly be coming back in the near future!

To anyone thinking of doing some watersports, namely the parasailing, then I cannot recommend these guys enough. A fantastic company , with the absolute best in professionalism. Both my wife and I are on our honeymoon and we cannot say enough good things about these guys.
The entire trip was a total breeze. Don't deny yourself the pleasures of viewing the Algarve from the sky view with Algarve Xcite.

I went on the rib boat to see the Dolphins it was amazing the boat is so comfy as you have your own seat and the Dolphins swim along side the boat and you almost feel like you can touch them. There was only 12 people on the boat ( maximum capacity) the staff explained the trip thoroughly and were very knowledgeable about the different dolphins and the coast and caves that we visited were very interesting. I would recommend paying the 35€ and have the best service by going on a small rib boat as this truly does give you the best dolphin experience.

6 adultes et 2 enfants 320 EUR, en gros 1minute de recherche de dauphins bien sûr cela ne nous a pas permis d'en voir. Très décevant, les enfants de 5 ans archi déçu.
Soit disant que la veille il y avait pleins de dauphins, alors que la veille on devait y aller et ils ont annulé car trop de vent et de pluie.
Les grottes nous y sommes juste passé devant.
Inadmissible !

Booked for 5 for dolphin safari and half day fishing 225 euros told my kids we would see dolphins dead excited advertised only boat to go in caves lady who sorted it was lovely however one of the guys said best days to see them and fish were the day after and the Sunday this was Tuesday so thinking they know what there doing that's fine went out did not go in caves as tide was up (remember meant to be best times according to people who do it daily) was told just as leaving on boat may not see dolphins but hopefully will was not told that it was by chance else I would not pay that much went out and it was far to choppy for dolphins I am no expert but even I new this also the fishing I took my kids two guys on boat nice enough but I had to reel mine in as not much help knowing we hadn't fished before caught a few mackerel but not worth all what I paid unhappy kids such a shame as there were plenty of calm days to go out.

Did parasailing and jet skiing last week in Vilamoura while on holiday. Had the best time ever! So much fun, especially the jet ski's, great adrenaline rush! Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly :) Will definitely be going again next time i'm over :D

Fast boat with good seats, nice view of coastline and cave's. Its only 1,5h and maybe some colder when you are sitting in the front row far at sea. Conclusion is value for the money!

Wow. Went on the dolphin safari for my 6 year olds birthday. Honestly he could not stop grinning from ear to ear during the trip. Luckily we saw a pod of risso dolphins which swam with the boat and amazed us with their beauty whilst showing off with jumps and twirls. However be warned they are wild animals so there is always a chance you may not find them but think of this as a bonus you get to see ronaldo's villa. You could have a 5 star experience or just an expensive boat ride. The greater the risk the greater the reward :). One recommendation is to check sea quality first as dolphins and humans dont like choppy water.

Dolphin Watching , I highly recommend booking the dolphin watching and cave tour with algarveexcite. Very professional company the staff are very friendly and helped make our excursion memorable . We visited the amazing caves and saw so many dolphins we lost count .

Avis à tous les français, GROSSE ARNAQUE, FUYEZ, tour de 2 jet ski 30 mn 120 euros, 1 h d attente comme des chiens, peu aimable, jet ski en piteuse état, pas de sécurité , en vous emmène à 5 mn en mer pour tourner autour de 3 bouées... Plus jamais

Simplesmente péssimo. Dá para notar que são "pilotos" de verão, não têm qualquer respeito pelo mar e por quem neste gosta de estar. É gravíssimo que deixem loucos por em risco a vida de quem vai nas suas embarcações e nas noutras, como é o caso do ataque selvagem e cobarde que ainda este mês aconteceu a um veleiro.

ABUSÉ, A FUIR, on réserve la veille, ils nous disent de venir à 11h15, on nous demande nos codes de carte bleu et une fois sur place, on nous dit quil n'y a plus de bateau. Et biensur tout ça sans aucun scrupule. Résultat, on s'est leve pour rien et on nous n'avons pas fait l'activité. Hyper déçue et frustrée. À fuir !!!!!!!!!!!! Ne pas y aller

Deceitful company, paid for a tour before we got to portugal and didn't get what we paid for. When questioned they were rude and aggressive. Be warned , book elsewhere as there are many tour companies who won't just take your money and leave you in limbo.

Décevant nous n'avons pas vu les grottes nous sommes juste passé devant et nous avons payé 35 euros pour seulement 1h15 au lieu d'1h45 prévu.
Puis 35 min pour que notre réclamation soit prise en compte.
Heureusement les Dauphins était présents.

dont do this when there is wind,. because waves are to high for waterscootering, but they dont cancell the reservation. You get on the scooter en go like 5 kmh, anything faster is dangerous. we paid 100 euro, but it wasnt verry fun. Staff also not friendly after you paid.

Awesome experience. Highly recommend the Dolphin Safari. We were lucky to spot a family of dolphins and was the most amazing experience ever. The team are very friendly as well. The experience is very safe and the seats are very comfortable

I reserved over the phone a jet ski for one hour saying that I wanted to do that in Albufeira. The guy over the phone was nice but had difficulties understanding English.
I even gave my card number to reserve as it was supposed to be a suprise for my boyfriend.
I booked a room in Albufeira especially for that.
When we arrive at 15h15 as agreed in Albufeira, I was told it was not here but in Vilamoura (which is completely unclear because it is written JET SKI everywhere in Albufeira). The guy at the reception was nice and did his best to help us, called his colleagues at Vilamoura saying that a mistake has been done but the girl (ZOE) did not want to talk to us directly of course.. She finally did cause the colleague insisted. I told her I was not told it was in Albufeira and that I already paid. She replied to me that if I did not want to make the activity in Vilamoura I'll lose my money (100€!!!). She then said it's 20minutes from Albufeira which is completely wrong too because it took us 35 minutes by car with no traffic and 10 min by foot to the Marina.
To resume, activity was nice but customer is really pathetic, please to avoid if possible, there is other companies doing jet ski rentals as well.

What a trip. What a day. The excursion was awesome and the dolphin sightings were amazing. The picture proves it as we were told there was no guarantee of any sightings. We hit the jackpot as their was a pod of 30 plus or more dolphins surrounding our speed boat. We recommend the 9,30 or early morning excursion. Don't miss it or you will regret it. Absolutely awesome. The gregory, Shimwell and Piggott family from Derbyshire ENGLAND.

Heel slecht geholpen door de eigenaresse. De medewerkers waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik heb betaald voor me foto's en ik heb ze niet gekregen. De boot was te laat . Ik zou hier geen 2e keer komen.

my friend and i booked the dolphin safari last week and it was absolutely fabulous! it was a little cloudy but that didnt stop anything. our lovely skipper found the dolphins which was the most wonderful experience, they swam all around and under our boat!! the caves were also very interesting! would recommend, definitely something for families! will be telling my daughter to bring the grandchildren!! thanks guys!

Went on the dolphin and cave tour from Albufeira marina its fantastic 2 hours of pure enjoyment , the sun was shining the dolphins were out to play and the algarve has an amazing coastline and caves .
Tuesday we went to Vilamoura to enjoy the Jet Boat this ride is amazing it really is like a roller coaster on the water totally wet and totally wild !

Parasailing ! Awesome ..... I went parasailing last week with my husband and 2 children. It was the most amazing experience the way they dip your feet in the water is thrilling . The two men that took us were so professional they were very safety cautious but made sure it was exciting and good fun . We are back in July and are going to book there action pack with our friends and also see the dolphins.

DO NOT GO PARASAILING WITH ALGARVE XCITE! We went and the rope snapped on the first group who went up. The three of them came floating down into the water with no rope. Then, they changed the rope and said everything's fine. I (stupidly) went up with my father and sister. They are supposed to dip your feet in the water for a fun splash, but instead they dragged the three of us nearly completely underwater as we all drank sea water. My dad was dislodged from his harness and hung on for dear life by his arms. Then, upon landing, since my dad was lower down because he fell out of his harness from being dragged in the water, he slammed his ankle into the side of the boat. He had a huge bruise. My husband and 5-year-old son refused to go up and we are now fighting for a refund for all 5 of us.
