Was on a windy day so the boat was constantly bumping up and down and a lady cried from back pain throughout the whole ride. They should have given us the warning before purchasing the ticket. Expected some nice boat ride but it was 2 hour ride on the boat and we did not have a chance to go out.
I don't recommend this service. I would rather drive to the Benagil beach and look around. Boat ride to/from Lagos was too stressful and this is not definitely for people over 50 years old.
Boat staff were not professional.

Excellent service from these guys! I organised this for my partners birthday who had never been out on any water trips. We went on a grotto trip first which was amazing. The man who took us out was so informative and chatty. It was a beautiful trip. Then we went out on the speed boat to see dolphins! 18 miles out we went looking for them! Nowhere to be seen. But they didn't give up even though it can never be guaranteed! We checked their migration route and then their feeding grounds. Eventually one mile from shore on our way back in my partner spotted them! Amazing! Wild dolphins just doing their thing and letting us watch! If you are going to see dolphins or do a grotto trip, use these guys. They were professional, informative, and kept my birthday secret very well! Loved it!

Nous avons adorer notre tour des grottes (grotto tour) Le guide était très compétant et fournissait plusieurs informations et histoires de toutes les grottes et falaises visiter.(contrairement a ce que j'ai lu dans un commentaire précédent) Nous sommes aller a marée haute et vraiment super car nous pouvions aller plus près des falaises et même passer dans les trous.

Wspaniała wycieczka... Wybraliśmy łódź o nazwie " Tornado" ponieważ chcieliśmy poczuć tą adrenalinę prędkości po otwartym oceanie....firma nas nie zawiodła... było szybko i trochę mokro ale dzięki temu że zadbali o nas na samym początku rozdając eleganckie czerwone płaszczyki( sztormiaki)które uchroniły nas przed wyglądaniem jak zmokłe kury .... nastepnie profesjonalnie wytłumaczyli jak zachować bezpieczeństwo podczas wycieczki ...oczywiscie w języku angielskim... Polecam każdemu zobaczyć cudowne delfiny w naturalnym środowisku...oraz przepiękne i urzekające wybrzeże... Obsługa bardzo miła i profesjonalna....

Was very excited for the Benegil boat tour... we showed up for check in time and the lady informed us they decided to switch the time to an hour earlier and we missed it and werent informed ...very very disappointed by the service.

Don't expect your tour guide to speak English or give you any historical or geological information on this tour. I seem to have been misinformed, but the tours here are solely meant for sightseeing which is not what I expected after reading reviews from other companies. I addressed this with the company after the tour and they were very unapologetic. I would go on a grotto tour with a more helpful company if I were you.

돌고래떼 봤어요. 생각보다 아주 가까이서 볼 수 있어요. 배는 다른회사랑 다르게 고무보트인데 다리 벌리고 앉는 의자라 조금 불편했고요. 타기전에 두꺼운 패딩 주는데 입고 타는게 좋아요. 50분정도 배타고 나가는데 바닷바람 강하니까 쌀쌀하고 소금기가 옷에 안묻어서 좋았어요. 회사는 여기지만 마리나포르티마오 에서 배탔어요. 포르티망에도 티켓부스 있어요.
한국 리뷰 없어서 남겨요. 돌고래 본걸로 만족해요!

We were on the caves viewing cruise in Lagos with this company. It was amazing. Apart from Paria de Benagil we saw 5 other caves. It was really nice trip on the speedboat.

Bom atendimento, atenciosos com os portugueses. Vimos os animais em segurança. Havia um pequeno atraso na hora e ofereciam um café ou bebida enquanto esperávamos, mas não aceitámos pq o motivo de atraso era que avistaram animais a 15 milhas e deslocaram-se para lá

A wonderful morning out on the sea watching dolphins. Great staff at the kiosk and on the boat. They knew their stuff and were very pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended.

Me ha encantado, la actividad estupenda, el servicio espectacular, la barbacoa buenísima. Fuimos con niños desde 6 a 15 y todos disfrutaron. Sin duda, si volvemos, repetiremos con gusto

Hemos hecho con ellos el avistamiento de delfines y hemos visto un montón de ellos durante tiempo. Quizás hemos tenido suerte pero lo recomiendo mucho. El viaje en lancha también es muy agradable.

Brilliant experience! Excellent staff who are really friendly and know exactly what they're doing. Saw dolphins multiple times and got some amazing photos thanks to the crew and staff. Definitely something everyone should do!!

Wir haben sowohl die Grotten Tour als auch die Dolphin Tour mit dem Tornado Boot gemacht.
Preis Leistung ist angemessen. Die Jungs machen ihren Job gut und haben scheinbar auch wirklich Spaß daran.
Die Grotten Tour ist gemütlich und man besucht wirklich schöne Plätze.
Die Dolphin Tour war wirklich ein Highlight. Mit dem Schnellboot weit draußen haben wir tatsächlich Delphine beobachten können. Fantastisch. Die Rückfahrt war etwas holprig, nichts für Leute mit Rücken Problemen!!!
Toller Anbieter vor Ort, der trotz Massentourismus das Gefühl gibt als Kunde wichtig zu sein und nicht einer von tausenden!

Delfine sehen: kein Problem. Wale oder andere "Fische" schon. Professionell routiniert. Wenn Delfine gesichtet werden, ist relativ schnell Schluss: bei uns knapp 80 min unterwegs.

Nous avons fait la sortie des dauphins et celle des grottes et c'était génial nous avons la chance de voir beaucoup de dauphins et même une petite baleine. Et pour les grottes c'était très très beau les guides étaient très gentils expériences au top

Great trip, the two Seasafari guys onboard were great fun and very knowledgeable about the dolphins. The trip out and back was very pleasant and once we found the dolphins we spent the most of an hour viewing them. Definitely would recommend it!!

Excellent tour operator in Lagos! The kiosk staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to meet your needs. The boat operators were kind and hilarious. Definitely made me smile from beginning to end. The Grotto tour is insanely beautiful and very much worth the 20 euro we paid for a 1h15min tour. Thank you Seafaris!!

Siamo partiti da Lagos. Personale molto preparato e affidabile. Abbiamo fatto con loro la gita per vedere i delfini, loro con onestà spiegano che non è detto che si riescano a vedere, tuttavia fanno un lavoro di squadra con altre barche e si avvisano per suggerisi la zona in cui andare. La barca "tornado" è velocissima ancora di più delle altre. Emozione bellissima.

Wir haben gestern die Delfintour mitgemacht. Wir haben einige Delfine gesehen. Es war einfach traumhaft, ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Trotz ein paar höheren Wellen haben wir uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank für das tolle Erlebnis!!

Went on the Dolphin Tour. Highly recommend it. Staff are lovely from the ticket office to the boat. So helpful and lovely to the kids too. Not only do you get to see dolphins, you get a fantastic view of the caves on the way back.

Was a fun boat ride! Fast and thankfully didn't get very wet. It was a colder day so they gave us all jackets which was very helpful. Wish there was a bit more history or descriptions brought up. Slightly overpriced in my opinion... It was just a boat ride for 40 €

Signed up for the 40€ Benagil boat tour. We literally spent 5 mins total in there, clinging to the side of the wall in the boat. Was only told on boat that the only way to get off the boat was to jump in and swim to shore and come back. Even after specifically asking ahead of time when signing up, no one mentioned this. If I had known, I would have prepared and brought a swimsuit and towel. One guy who did go in literally swam to shore and back, there was no actual time to spend in the cave. Such a waste when it is callled the Benagil tour. We did see other caves (quickly), but overall felt pretty disappointed with it. At most, boat tour was worth 25€. Would definitely not go again. Bright side, good staff that are friendly and helpful.

Excursion obligada a benagil y demas grutas con vistas impresionantes donde solo podras entrar en ellas a traves de estas lanchas, excursion de 1:30 de duracion por 40€ desde Lagos.

У компании хорошие маршруты, но не слишком надежный парк лодок. Они порядком изношены. Поэтому иногда из-за поломок экскурсии могут не состояться. Никакой замены лодки нет, однако при наличии чека вы можете расчитывать на возврат суммы.

Malgré notre arrivée un peu tardive pour faire une excursion la journée même, l'hôtesse d'accueil nous trouve des places pour 5 personnes 2 heures plus tard. Finalement, nous comprenons qu'un bateau a été spécialement ajouté, nous ne serons que nous 5 pour la sortie. Les dauphins sont difficiles à trouver car la mer est agitée, mais l'équipage finit enfin par les trouver! Afin de nous faire profiter du spectacle, l'équipage dépasse même le temps prévu. Nous rentrerons après 2 heures de mer au lieu de 1h30 ! Merci beaucoup pour cette superbe experience.
