Ann McAllister: After traveling the world for over 30 years, this is by far my top five places I’ve visited. First of all, the management and staff are not only friendly but extremely responsive, efficient, flexible and accommodating to any need. We were treated like royalty and the riding instruction was top notch. The horses are in perfect health, happy and well-cared for. The horses were well trained and incredibly patient with their riders. The resort is brilliantly designed—complementing and enhancing the beauty of the historic structures and the natural, geographic surroundings. This place is like walking into the pages of Architectural Digest. We had a trail ride and at least one dressage training lesson a day. I’m active so I liked to run on their trails and practice my yoga on the pool deck. We also had access to a canoe on the small lake situated in the brood mare pasture. All the horses were gentle, friendly and loved being around us. The food was buffet style—fresh salad, charcuterie, freshly baked breads, a variety of local Portuguese meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes. Wine, coffees and teas. There’s a beautifully decorated indoor and outdoor lounge area for after riding and relaxation. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with snacks, wine, spirits and beer. The hot tub and pool look out to a panoramic view of the hills and cork trees. I’m definitely coming back to this amazing place. The natural surroundings, premium service, food, exquisite horses and warm climate are the right combination for rejuvenating the human spirit.

Fiz negócios com Shar desde que ela abriu a loja e tudo o que posso dizer é que ela é a melhor da cidade no que faz. A loja dela é um sortimento incrível de tesouros vintage e definitivamente há algo lá esperando por você que você não sabia que precisava até que você a viu. Shar é honesta, amigável, e seus preços são ótimos! Se você ainda não parou no beco do tesouro, definitivamente deveria.

Acabei de comprar um novo sistema de TV e som, fui me perguntar o que eu estava procurando e falei com um representante da Best buy e a pessoa foi uma grande ajuda. Graças a ele eu consegui o que eu procurava e recebi alguns bons conselhos. Agora que comprei todas as minhas coisas de computador e TV e sistema de som daqui, vou comprar mais obrigado.

Em 09/12/19, recebemos um serviço detalhado e competente da funcionária Celina Alaniz na área de Atendimento ao Cliente. Tínhamos estado a lidar com problemas técnicos com um portátil que comprámos no final do ano passado e até tínhamos voltado à sua loja duas vezes antes e não tínhamos conseguido resolver o problema. Nesse dia, a Celina tomou tempo para lidar com o nosso problema e contactou o suporte técnico para resolver o nosso problema de forma satisfatória. Quando chegamos à loja, a fila era longa e eu esperava uma longa espera. A Celina estava sozinha no departamento e multitarefa e lidava com todos os clientes. Precisava de mais funcionários como ela.
