Organización y logística d ruta pésima!!!!!En la ruta Silves/Monchique, nos cambiaron 3veces d autobuses....por mala gestión en la recogida de los clientes d los diferentes hoteles, muy mal!Casi no hemos podido comer, ni visitar Silves!!!Nos tuvieron esperando a pie d carretera en una rotonda, para cambiar d autobús!!!! NO LO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO!

Miss Celia was responding really angrily for my question if there was any feeling of guilt or reparations for the slave trading. Not what I want from a tour guide that says if you have questions you can come to me. And asking me where I come from and attack me for that is really bad, too.

I used this company to take a coach trip to Quarteira e Vila Moura. It wasn't worth it, as the schedule for Quarteira Market was too long (not much to see there to be honest). And then we went to Vilamoura and only 40 minutes was given to sightseeing. The trip started at 9 and finished at 13.30. The guide was very welcomed, however the tour was pretty boring and expensive.

Disgusting, Rubbish coustmer services. Last wednesday me, mother-in-law, my wife and 2 year old kid we were on this trip (LAGOS/SAGRES/CAPE St. Vicente) Follow Me tours. In the beginnings when the tour started No one explained howmuch time we going to spend on every sightseeing and No one informed us no-one allowed to eat anything in the bus, uncomfortable seats. On every sight they given just 20min and it was less time to enjoy we could not get chance to eat to roam around everything was in a hasty manner. We were just 2min early at sagres sight and were having food they did not even allow us to feed baby we had to throw the food which we bought for us and kid no priority given by follow me tour the guide lady she was rude and when we asked howcome you not allowed to feed even baby she said this is tour rules are for everyone are you serious we were feeding 2 years kid and you asked us to throw the food because we getting late. Horrible experience with follow me tours please (Avoid this follow me tours) waste of money.

Wir machten den Ausflug Albufeira - Lissabon. Sehr gut organisiert mit netter Reiseleitung. Der Mercedes Bus war modern, bequem und sauber. Es gab an Bord kostenfreies W-Lan. Preis und Leistung super!

Used these for half day to monchique and silves transfer on time tour guide dominique was lovely lady even george the driver was ok. Informative good excursion and met some lovely people different areas i will use these again in feb when back and highly reccomend this company. Also a lady i was with only uses follow me with no issues at all.

We took a Seville day tour with them. Not sure it is necessary where we are originally from for a few times until the tour guide on the bus got the right answer that they would want to hear from us. It probably matters to them It made us to feel a bit uncomfortable. 3 different languages constantly announced. The short tour given was only on the bus not walking or guided tour that was almost sounded like at the time of the purchase. The bus seats are very tight and uncomfortable. The tour guide on the bus was annoyed when asked a question despite the announcement made as they would welcome any questions. I fully understand that it was very tiring job but we also did not do anything wrong. It was NOT very nice of them... Never bothered her afterwards. Pick up took a long time. Drop off took longer although it was not announced how it could be arranged but somehow everyone knew... if we knew we would have wanted to jump off close to the hotel we stay... not sure why? What did we do wrong? Overall, I would not recommend to anyone!

We booked a Market trip for four People at 16e each. We was told 9.00 pick up from the Hotel. When we arrived we we're weld the Coach had been and gone. We arranged to pay 39.00e to go by Taxi and meet up with the Coach driver at the Market. We was told number 116. When we got to the Market we spent all our time walking round looking for the Coach. We received a call asking where we were. We had no idea. Wasn't given much help. We ended up paying another 39.00e by Taxi back to the Hotel. All in all very expensive day. The Market was very small.

Be aware of the time that you are actually going to spend in the place of interest, they have A LOT OF pick up points so that you can be driving around for 2 hours to pick up everybody, than they will take you to some place in the middle of nowhere for 'breakfast' and than you will have a little of time to see the sights. 13 hours trip to Seville and only 4.5h spent in the city. 1 hour wasted on parking lot, as you stop on your way back in the same place as for 'breakfast'. Maybe I am not correct in the assumption that the guide and driver have some kind of arrangement with this place but what's the point of 30 min break after only 50 min of driving? I was also misinformed that first two hours are guided tour around the city but the guide said its against the law to guide tours in Seville, which is obviously untrue, so basically the tour is bus ride with a little talk on the way.

Absolutely terrible. Booked a half days shopping from Albufeira to Faro and arrived at the bus stop as instructed on a particular side of the road. The agreed time came and went and no bus arrived. We rang the office and were transferred to the bus driver who said that he was there at the allocated time but on the opposite side of the road. He came back for us and we showed him the paperwork from their office with the meeting instructions and he never apologised even though his company was in the wrong. It turns out that the trip wasn't in fact a shopping trip as advertised, but a guided tour of the town with very few shops in the place.

Wir fuhren mit dem Anbieter nach Sevilla und nach Lissabon. Die Fenster beider Busse waren dreckig und die Sitzplätze sehr eng. Beide Reiseleiter leierten völlig emotionslos in 3 Sprachen viel interessantes herunter. Die Freizeit in Sevilla war mit ca. 4 Std einigermaßen ausreichend. Allerdings wurde das sehenswerte Metropol Parasol überhaupt nicht erwähnt, geschweige wir sind daran vorbei gefahren. In Lissabon hatten wir eine Std. Zeit für Kirche und Monument in Belem, aber an der Hauptattraktion in der Nähe, dem Turm von Belem sind wir nur kurz vorbei gefahren. Man hätte uns doch die Wahl lassen können, entweder zum Turm oder zur Kirche zu gehen! In der Altstadt hatten wir dann leider nur 3 Std. Zeit. Wir sind jedenfalls etwas enttäuscht

J'ai fait l'excursion de 0,5 jour Sagres, Cap St-Vincent et Lagos. De 8h20 à 14h, j'ai pu me promener 2h hors du bus. Donc, 3,5h dans le bus. Nous ne sommes même pas débarqués à Sagres pas même pour une photo! Joanna, la guide a donné plusieurs explications, une chance. Mais... C'était jour de fin de carnaval alors le phare du Cap et le marché aux esclaves étaient fermés. Nous n'en avons jamais été avisés. Nous n'aurions pas choisi cette journée! 20euros pour aller voir des boutiques de souvenirs et 3h de bus c'est rire du client. Lorsqu'on vend une excursion où il est dit qu'on verra certaines choses, il faut annuler lorsque c'est fermé. Arnaque?

Did Historical Algarve tour. Would advise others not to do it... I agree with Cazza's review. 6 hrs 20 mins sitting on bus of a 11 hr day trip. Wish I had read reviews before booking. What a waste of a day and money. Avoid.... Their other tour reviews are very poor too.

Booked Historical tour Algarve. Picked up 7:50am by mini bus, picked up others at other hotel, then drove us to main coach, picked up more passengers then guide said bus wasnt big enough as more passengers were arriving by mini bus so dumped at lay by for 15-20 mins until bigger bus arrived. Picked up more passengers at another hotel - 2hrs on coach at this point! Drove to Silves told 1 hour to see castle(not included in cost) hill to top quite steep (at least 10 min walk each way)and wasn't suitable to those unable to walk far. Back on coach to Monchique(heavy cloud and rain but weather not tour guide fault) so no views then taken to "gift shop". On way down Lunch offered at £14 pp - one hour allowed- not much else to do if you didn't take lunch - then off to Cape St Vincent - meagre 30 mins allowed - barely enough time to take few pics - next stop Lagos, arrived 5pm ,(Sunday trip, so lot of shops closed) option to visit church and museum, cost not included, 1 hour allocated then back on coach for all the drop offs! Arrived back hotel 8pm - Total time at sites - not including lunch stop = 2.5 hrs - total trip time =12hrs - do yourself a favour, save time and money and do something else!

Whilst staying in Portugal we went on a couple of tours with Follow Me. This company is absolutely amazing, couldn't fault them. Lovely comfortable coach. Very friendly and informative, couldn't do enough for you. We had Dominque for the historical algarve tour, such a lovely lady and Carlos for the Gibraltar tour, he is a lovely chap. Highly recommend.

Just back from the half day tour to Lagos Sagres and Cape St Vincent .This tour was amazing value at only €20 the bus was very modern with air conditioning and the tour was really from 1pm to 730pm.The guide was an elderly guy who was excellent but was a bit untidy with a dirty polo shirt and had a grumpy demeanor. I asked him what time we were leaving Cape St Vincent and he nearly lifted my head off .Also at Cape St Vincent he was more interested in slugging bottles of beer by the neck than actually helping his guests .

Tuesday 10 September, Albufeira to Lisbon. I travelled with Follow Me about 5 years ago. Same excellent service as before from our guide Dominique. Had a good sense of humour and very informative. She tactfully dealt with a seating problem for my partner who is quite a bit taller than I! My partner, a professional driver thought George's driving very smooth and skillful which I agreed with. I have foot problems so appreciated seeing so much of Lisbon with one hour and three hour stopovers during the trip, enabling us to see so much. Recommended.

Sitze gerade im Bus vom Follow Me zurück an die Algarve ~ WLAN ist klasse was man über das Personal nicht behaupten kann. Wurden pünktlich abgeholt und Lissabon ist ebenfalls klasse ~ akzeptiert man mehr Zeit im Bus als in Lissabon.... Bus ist auch in Ordnung nur dass hier alles verboten ist: trinken (nachvollziehbar!) Sandwich essen (?????) bishin zum fotografieren aus der Frontscheibe obwohl man ganz vorne sitzt ( ) Dies konnte die von Anfang an missmutig gestimmte Reisebegleiterin auch auf Nachfrage nicht schlüssig erklären diese hat sich eh lieber mit dem lustlos wirkenden Busfahrer zum Glück auf portugiesisch ~ versteh ich wenigstens nicht ~ unterhalb. Wem die "Bus Regeln" nichts ausmachen: ich jedenfalls fahr nicht mehr mit Follow Me Tours und das Trinkgeld hab ich heute Morgen auf der Hinfahrt schon gestrichen!!!

June 28th coach trip to Seville from Portugal. Early morning start and pick up from various hotels but this was as expected. Changed to a large modern coach in alberfuira. Guide was very good and the driver was reliable. Well timed, appropriate comfort stops each way. Had almost 5 hours in Seville which was more than we thought we would have. Evening return, long day but worth it. Very well organised by the company. Would recommend.

Absolutely disgusted with this company and do not recommend,booked a trip and arrived half an hour early for pick up at 8am,waited till 8.30 and still no bus arrived,visited agent that sold us tickets and wouldnt refund us as basically called us liars and said that we hadnt turned up!!!!

Terrible. Simply terrible. We booked a half day tour to Lagos. We were picked up at 12.30 from a bus stop near our hotel. We basically spent 1hr 20m driving around the algarve picking up other customers. Then 1hr to lagos. So 2hrs 20mins to travel a 55 minute journey to be told we had 50mins in lagos. 50minutes!!! It was look at lagos or eat!! Then off to a viewing site about 10minutes from lagos. 20 minutes off the bus for photos. Then 40 minutes to saint vincents cape where we had 30mins to look around. Then back to albuferia where we dropped at our hotel at 8.15pm!!! 1hr 40mins we had off the bus in total and spent 7hrs 45minutes in the so called tour. Wasted a whole day of our holiday on what was meant to be a half day tour but was basically 6hrs on a moterway!! Awful

Awful experience, Picked up at 12.50pm for the half day Lagos and Sagres tour , got dropped off at 7.25pm after spending only 1 HOUR! in Lagos and 20 minutes at Cape St Vincent in Sagres , the rest of the time was spent driving around hotels picking up /dropping off other people on the coach which was packed full like sardines by the way. Avoid at all costs

Very disappointing trip from Carvoeiro to Fátima on 7 May 2018. We got yelled at by the tour guide for having been 3 minutes late at 6.20 am for our pick up. We were then asked for our tickets, then the tour guide didn’t want them anymore. An obnoxious, rude & amateur tour guide. 20+ people were stuffed in a mini van with no A/C, with no windows that could be open for a trip which started around 6.30am and ended around 21.00 hours. Avoid this company if at all possible.

Absolutely abysmal! Went to Seville from Albufeira. Tour guide never shut up talking in 3 different languages for 2.5 hours! A serious nightmare. Coach driver was fairly slow too, so altogether, it was appalling! Would NOT recommend!!!

6 hours of bus riding to pick up passengers at multiple hotels for a 1 hour tour of Lagos , 15 minutes at Sagres and 15 minutes at Cape St. Vincent . We were picked up at 12:45 and dropped off at 7:20. Guide and bus driver were fine as well as nice clean bus., but much too long a day for what should have been only a 45 minutes drive from Albufeira to Lagos

My friend and I recently went on a Historic Algarve Tour our guide was Joanna. Aside fŕom only doing drive bus of places they said we would stop the commentary she gave was terrible and offensive. In her narrative she repeatedly stated " there are No longer any mosques in Portugal...Portugal is Catholic. If you are Arab or whatever you can practice your faith in your own home ". You could tell be the silence on the bus and talking to fellow travelers that they found her comments offensive. At one point she used Catholic five times in about a minute. She stated the moors/Arabs lost control of the Algarve but we destroyed all their mosques and let them stay. On another note I speak a few languages and noticed quickly that her English narrative was much different in tone and content then in other languages. Not impressed at all. If Joanna's views represent Follow Me Tours business practices I will be avoiding them 100% in my travels

Went on the Historical Portugal Tour last week. The tour itself was interesting, but as for the tour guide Celia, oh dear. She joined the coach mid puck up but that was fine, she then oroceeded to tell us lots of info about the trip, but was rude to people if they spoke. She left one couple at the first stop, without even looking if they were nearby. When the couple joined us at the next stop Celia was very rude to the lady, then ordered her off her bus up the mountain! The lady refused. Then we went for the pre ordered lunch and 5 of us didn't get our lunch due to poor service. When I complained to Celia she ignored me and refused to speak to me again! Ridiculous, childish and down right rude.

Waren mit d. Anbieter in Lissabon und Lagos. Moderne Busse und gut organisiert. Einziger Nachteil war,dass bei der Lagos Tour keine deutschsprachige Führung dabei war.

Hotel reception said the trip to Fatima from Alvor would take 4hrs each way. Actual time was 7and a half hours with one comfort break. We spent 2and a half hours picking up from other hotels. We started at 5 40 am and returned at 21 45 pm. A nightmare. Do not be fooled as we were. Don't follow them! The guide was very keen to get as much business for the shop we visited.

Skorzystaliśmy z wycieczki: Lagos, Sagres &Cape St. Vincent. Koszt - śmieszne 19 euro od osoby. Porządny, klimatyzowany autokar. Przewodniczce usta się nie zamykały. Cały czas nawijała w trzech językach. Co mijamy, co się tu wydarzyło itd, itd... W drodze powrotnej, na wąskiej drodze lokalnej korek. Kolizja, ruch wstrzymany. Osobówki zawracają i objeżdżają lokalną dróżką. Kierowca nawet chciał i próbował nawrócić. Niestety, za duży. Presja czasu, nie zdążymy na diner. Po drodze zajeżdżamy na parking, gdzie czeka drugi autokar. Zabiera część turystów i w ten sposób wszyscy szczęśliwie wracają na czas. Pełen profesjonalizm.
