Bon hôtel la chambre était un peu petite. Nous n’avions pas de quoi poser nos affaires et pas de fenêtre sur la la rue. A ce prix nous nous attendions à mieux..

Leuk hotel in het centrum van Lissabon. Prima ontbijt in een restaurant een deur verder. Kamer van ons was vrij klein, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Dame achter de receptie is een extra pluim waard! De inrichting van de kamers maakt het verschil. Elke kamer is anders. Wij komen zeker terug!!

The room was too small and cramped. Barely enough space for one suitcase (we had two). I requested to change to a larger room and was told they could not accommodate my request. We had to change hotel but they would not refund the 6 days remaining. Really bad services, very disappointed.

Esta muy bien situado cerca de muchisimas cosas para ver...muy cerca del rio y de paradas de buses..tranvias..taxis.. con un monton de bares..restaurantes..tiendas..zapaterias todo cerquisima..muy buena limpieza..muy buena atencion con horario de 24h...los desayunos riquisimos y super variados lo unico malo que hay que ir a desayunar fuera del hotel a otro hotel de la cadena...en la habitacion tienes cafes y tes con sus correspondientes cafetera y hervidor de agua..tazas..azucar..huele muy bien a ambientador..lo malo que no hay un solo sitio para aparcar cerca del hotel..tienes que ir a un parking privado(sumale 50€ por 2 noches)..y la habitacion que nos dieron en el primer piso recibia mucho ruido del piso superior y de los desagües de las cisternas entrando cierto tufillo al baño..muy buena musica ambiental...

Wir hatten 6 wundervolle Tage in Lissabon. Die Lage des Hotels ist super! Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man überall hin . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat jederzeit ein offenes Ohr . Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar ausreichend und völlig in Ordnung , hätte aber gerne etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können . Aber der Kaffee war klasse!!!Unser Zimmer war sehr klein , was uns jetzt aber nicht weiter gestört hat , da man ja eh fast immer unterwegs war . Das Bett war auch sehr gut . Leider war in dem Bad ein etwas unangenehmer Geruch , der aus der Dusche kam . Das Hotel selbst ist sehr hellhörig, manchmal hätten wir gerne etwas länger geschlafen . Das Zimmer war neben dem Fahrstuhl , also hat man eh schon viele Leute gehört . Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt!!

O atendimento das recepcionistas foi excelente. Hoje, 25 de janeiro de 2018, fomos recebidos de forma calorosa. Nos passaram informações valiosas de como chegar a lugares, inclusive imprimindo mapas do Google maps para não nos perdermos. Além da localização, o atendimento é perfeito.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Room amenities include Mac computer, Marshall speakers, and a number of various features. If the top floor suite is available, book it. It's incredibly spacious, has wonderful views, and is great value for money.

Chic style and modern hotel with lots of amenities. We spent 3 nights here last week. Their Staff was very polite and helpful. The room was beautifuly decorated with unique amenities like ipad and marshell speaker.They also have a coffee machine and water dispenser(free of cost) in the lobby area.. Breakfast was regular and tasty( try their "pastel de nata" very tasty). Overall they made our trip very comfortable.

Útulný hotel s bezvadným umístěním, jen za tu cenu dost malé pokoje, nepochopitelná sprcha, strašný smrad odpadu v pokoji celou dobu pobytu a snídaně pouze hezky vypadající, nicméně většina věcí na snídani byla chuťově velmi slabá. Operační systémy na Mac by chtěly aktualizovat.

Hôtel avec une déco très sympa la chambre agréable avec un petit clin d'œil de l'équipement multimédia. Son gros point fort est sa situation géographique car il est à proximité de tout ! Les nuits sont calmes. Seul bémol est l'isolation phonique avec les chambres voisines et le couloir. Je le recommande fortement. Le personnel est vraiment gentil.

I cant say enough good things about Browns Downtown in Lisbon Portugal. The location is great and is close to everything. A short walk to the Metro and all the sights in Lisbon. The rooms were really nice and housekeeping was excellent The restaurant was also very good. A really good breakfast buffet. What really stood out was the people that worked there. I have never met a nicer more helpful group of employees. They were really helpful with telling me what sights to see and how to get there. I really enjoyed talking to them and learned a lot about Portugal.. On the day I returning I had booked the hotel taxi to take me to the airport. That morning there was a labor slow down and the trains were not running. With all the traffic my taxi had still not arrived. I will never forget how one of the staff took the time to walk with me to the square to help me catch another taxi. When we got to the square the taxi arrived at the hotel and than drove to the square to meet me so everything worked out with my catching the flight. Everyone at Browns Downtown was just so nice. I fell in love with the city, the food and the people in Portugal. I wasnt planning on it but will now be returning for another trip within the year and will definitely stay at Browns Downtown again.

The location is great, the staff is friendly and always willing to help. Rooms are not super big but convenient enough for a couple of days. For me personally a iMac and a iPad is some over the top, a iPad will suit. The shower is small compared to the bathroom and is lack of a thermostat tap so you need to step out when you turn it on. Breakfasts is very good. But I loved to stay there and I recommend this hotel

Consiglio vivamente questa struttura. L'hotel si trova a due passi dalle piazze principali e dalla stazione della metro Baixa.
Le stanze sono piccole ma ben arredate. Interessante l'altoparlante bluetooth in dotazione. Disponibili gratuitamente anche una bottiglia di vino, tè, caffè in cialde e il distributore all'ingresso.
Personale giovane e disponibile. Servizio di pulizia impeccabile.

I like the style and vibe at the hotel, even in the lobby. The hotel room is equipped with everything you need plus it has the coolest Marshall speaker which impressed me. Location of the hotel is perfect, some might say it’s a bit pricy but definitely worth it all however I did not try the breakfast. Best of all, the most friendly staff I have ever met. Thanks for making me feel welcome and thanks for all your help.

Albergo situato nel centro di Lisbona a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana che vi collega con l'aeroporto. Struttura curata nei dettagli architettonici e tecnologici. Non nuovissima ma nel complesso ben tenuta.
Ottimo rapporto servizio/prezzi, buona colazione all'esterno, in bar adiacente appartenente alla stessa proprietà dell'hotel.
Personale preparato e professionale.

A decoração é exatamente como nas fotos. O atendimento é excelente: todos solícitos e simpáticos. A localização é perfeita... pra quem gosta da muvuca. Perto de varias coisas legais mas a região é beeeem movimentada... a única ressalva é que pelo menos o quarto em que ficamos precisaria de alguns consertos... mas bastante limpo.

Lobbyn är mycket najs att hänga i.Rummet lite litet, sängen stenhård, ac:n fungerade sådär, duschen levde sitt eget liv och man visste aldrig om man skulle brännas eller få en köldchock. Fräscht och fint i övrigt, läget kanon på en sidogata bredvid huvudgatan med massvis av restauranger och affärer. Nära till tunnelbana. Hiss finns. Rekommenderar.

Very nicely situated in the very centre of Lisbon. The hotel itself was ok, somewhat dark and narrow corridors, a bit chaotic entrance area, but not a problem. The room itself was ok/good, somewhat small, but ok. Cleanliness was good. The water pressure in the shower was poor. Breakfeast at Brown's Bistro around the corner was very nice. I would definitely recommend the hotel to people travelling to Lisbon on business or conferences. Perhaps a larger and lighter hotel would be preferable for a couple on romantic holiday or a family.

...befindet sich das eigentlich ganz schicke Hotel - und es ist ganz ruhig, da in einer kleinen Parallelstrasse zur Fußgängerzone gelegen. Generell sehr geschmackvoll gemacht, war das Bad jedoch etwas klein Wen das nicht so stört, der kann auf einem Apple Computer arbeiten, aus einem Marshall-Radio Musik hören, oder am iPad surfen, all diese Geräte sind zur Verwendung in das Zimmerkonzept mit eingebaut. Für Frühaufsteher gibt es einen Kaffeeautomaten in der Lobby +++

Die Zimmer sind komfortabel eingerichtet, jedoch sehr klein. Das Hotel liegt ideal direkt in der Altstadt in Lissabon. Trotz allem war es sehr ruhig. Einen Punktabzug gibt es für die Dusche: Die Temperatur war nicht unter Kontrolle zu bringen....Total nettes, hilfsbereites Hotelteam.

The hotel is located perfectly in the centre. And it is no problem with the breakfast restaurant just 50 meters down the road.
Yes, as others have written, there is a terrible smell in the room sometimes. But we realised, that after 3 minutes you don't smell it anymore. And it is not because it's dirty, as the room and bathroom is spotless. Yes, the bathroom is small, but what do you really need? We loved our stay and the staff was so friendly and helpfull. We'd definitely stay again.

Location is great, a 2 min walk to the subway, (which takes you to the airport, though it only opens at 6.30 a.m.) You are right in the heart of the old town/tourism central, so easy to walk around.

Pretty average hotel. Some good points - staff and location (2 mins metro, 1 min city centre). Bad points - room 317. Next to lift and so a funny shape with unusable space. Window overlooks desolate space with no light getting in to room. At 75 kg, I was unable to enter shower without opening door and getting in via main bedroom. Shower difficult to control.

Good boutique hotel in the middle of a shopping district. Room was small and clean (sadly we didn’t get a room with balcony even if we paid for a more expensive room), and come with iMac and iPad you can use in the room, a free bottle of Portuguese wine, complimentary ginjinha drinks at the bar in Brown’s Central (about a 3 minute walk), and buffet breakfast at nearby Brown’s Boutique. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice stay overall.

Located in conveniently near Baixa Chiado station.
A very modern and refurbished hotel which was styled. Provided an Apple computer in the room for use but I didnt need nor did use.
The room was spacious but one side of the room did not have any light which made it a impractical design as we cannot really use it at night.
Bathroom was small (total area size should allocate more to bathroom).
Bathroom floor mat was stained but we didnt ask to change it as it was too late. But the following day, we realise another stained floor mat was provided again.
Cleaner accidentally left a bottle detergent on the bed side table one day.
Overall, hotel owner took efforts to design the room uniquely but could have make the room more practical and staff can be more careful.

Fabulous hotel near Metro and perfectly located. I shared a room with my brother (two singles); the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious (well fitted) and we were pleasantly surprised to see the speakers + iPad.

Si trova in centro ma in una via tranquilla.
La colazione ottima si effettua nel vicino bistrot.(20 mt). Le camere sono piccole ma molto curate nei dettagli (Noi avevamo la superior). Letto comodissimo.
Le ragazze/i della reception sono molto gentili e disponibili.

Staff was very professional, they offer a good service. The property decoration is very modern and nice. Location is perfect. We loved everything except that the AC systems was off and they just have heat and when you open the window to ventilate because is to hot the noise from the street is too much and the smell of cigarette was very uncomfortable.

Excellent location in the middle of great restaurants. Rooms are nice but small. Staff are very good. I paid an upgrade rate to the rate of two rooms my other family were in, but in fact their rooms were better and had free wine - so be careful what you book. Breakfast is not in the hotel but it's very close and very good, it's worth paying the extra for this

This hotel in Lisbon has a great location and wonderful staff. We had a great stay. The breakfast was very good. The room was on the smaller side but well appointed and comfortable. I would recommend to family and friends and would stay again.

Location was great in the heart of vibrant downtown Lisbon. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
If you don’t like a little bit of noise maybe look elsewhere as you can hear the street music till about 10pm.

Our room was small, but had everything we needed. A nice coffee niche where china cups, k cup machine, tea selections, and electric tea pot. We also had wine glasses, opener, and a surprise bottle of wine! Under that counter was a refrigerator. We enjoyed our stay at Browns.

Both Ines1 and Ines2 were marvelous at reception and assistance to places to go and EAT. Ruben @ the Bar was GREAT.Browns Hotels are fortunate to have these individuals taking care of travelers.((To the Owner of Browns...the music was awesome! Last year we did the Blues Trail from St. Louis to Clarksdale, Miss (it goes all the way to New Orleans) and your music selection brought back wonderful memories...Thanx)).

SQUEAK! SQUEAK! SQUEAK! Thats all I heard until 11:30PM and from 4:00AM when the guests above me went to the bathroom. This site prevents me from posting a video with the ongoing, high pitched, sound. My room was finally changed after two nights. What annoys me most is that the staff was seemed to be aware of the noise issue. The rooms were clean and spacious. Location was also good.

Very comfortable room. Hotel is centrally located and an ideal base. Reception staff are so helpful and friendly and a credit to the hotel. The decor in the room is a little ‘tired’ but the bed linens were lovely and the room was very comfortable. Personally I could have done without the desk and iMac and had a small sofa instead.

Checkin after midnight was no problem- a big relief. Liked the clean lined of the room and the tech used- light and ipad. The shower was tight for a big person. Breakfast had so many choices. Pretty area .

Отличный отель, прекрасное расположение, приветливый персонал. Номера чистые, уборка регулярная. Очень приятно в подарок получить бутылку вина при заселении (кстати, очень приятное вино). Так же в номере бесплатный чай, кофе, сахар. Возле рецепции так же бесплатный кофе в автомате. Единственный минус, что нашем номере кровать была 2х местная каркасная и на этом каркасе был не целый матрас, а 2 одноместных, которых объединяла лишь простынь - это причиняло некоторый дискомфорт.

Отличный отель по соотношению цена-качество-расположение. Номера небольшие, уютные. Есть все необходимое: утюг, гладильная доска, фен, кофемашина (капсульная), чайник, холодильник, кондиционер и вентилятор. По приезду бутылка вина в подарок. From the moment we booked to our departure, we had such positive experiences with Browns Hotel. The staff was amazing - helped us with restaurant recommendations, reservations, tickets for bus tours, booking cabs for us and even offered to put together a breakfast box since we had an early morning flight. Never had such great care and service.
Decor is so unique and modern. Absolutely loved it. Rooms had everything you need, even a welcome bottle of Portuguese red wine.
The buffet breakfast at Browns Bistro around the corner (steps away) was also great - variety and quality of food.
Location is also prime - right in the heart of down town Lisbon, walking distance to so much. Would definitely stay here again!

War einfach toll, nachts angekommen und freundlich erwartet - alles vorbereitet, Lage ist super: zentral und 4 min zur Metro! Frühstück ist nicht nötig weil rundherum billiger was typisches portugiesisches erhältlich ist : am besten in Bäckereien.

Das Hotel liegt im unteren Stadtteil BAIXA Lissabons und ist somit in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend.Das Hotel überzeugt aber vor allem durch den gelungenen Eineichtungsstil- ein wohl angestimmter Mix aus Modern und Retro, sowie das überaus freundliche Servicepersonal und die Austattung der Zimmer. Ich würde es jedem weiter empfehlen!

Die Lage ist für einen Städtekurztrip ausgezeichnet. Alle Stadtteile sind gut zu erreichen. Die Größe des Zimmers war völlig ausreichend. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Das Frühstück wird im dazugehörigen, nahegelegenen Bistro serviert. Dort gibt es zwar keine große Auswahl, aber diese ist immer frisch.

Unglücklich war, dass das Zimmerfenster in einen Luftschacht geschaut hat. Und ebenso unglücklich war, dass wir ein Badezimmer hatten, das ohne Duschvorhang / Duschabtrennung ausgestattet war = nach jeder Dusche war der Badezimmerboden überflutet und der Boden so extreme rutschig.Alles andere war ausgezeichnet.

Gutes Hotel im Zentrum. Sehr nahe an der Metro-Station und vielen Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmässig. Bad ein wenig eng. Sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Empfang. Wir haben gute Tipps von Restaurants erhalten. Das Frühstück im Downtown Bistro war sehr gut und umfangreich. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Lissabon kommen, dann sicher wieder in dieses Hotel.

Mas o melhor de tudo é a equipe: pessoas atenciosas, simpáticas e educadas, preparadas pra qualquer situação. Eu tive um problema com as datas no aplicativo em que fiz a reserva e, mesmo assim, fizeram de tudo e conseguiram resolver meu problema com muito bom humor e simpatia, sem me cobrar nada a mais. We were greeted by very accommodating staff who arranged to have our big bed turned into twin beds and to have some lights on in our room to avoid stumbling around in the dark. The hotel is quiet with window that open, and its located near excellent cafes, restaurants, transit and they made reservations for us to things we wanted to attend. They explained on maps which they gave us, how to get around the city and how to tip service personel and cab drivers. When we returned, they always asked us how we rated what wed seen done, to pass on to other travellers, or to avoid recommending. Staff were helpful in translating language matters and warned us about watching our purses in certain area, and helped us understand train schedules and how long journeys would take.

Bom hotel mas poderia ser excelente. Alguns pequenos problemas do quarto tiraram um pouco o brilho da hospedagem como: piso rangendo, box vazando água, teclado do Mac sem bateria (se oferece que esteja funcional). Alguns detalhes de projeto do quarto atrapalham também (luz automática que liga e atrapalha quem está dormindo, por exemplo). Pontos positivos: decoração do hotel como um todo, pessoal, café da manhã (show!), a localização excelente e mimos como a caixa da Marshall.

Schönes, gut gelegenes Hotel mit gemütlichen Zimmern und bequemen Betten. Sehr nette und kompetente Mitarbeiter. Die Lüftung im Bad war nicht gut. Es roch in der Dusche nach Schimmel. Zudem ist die Zimmertüre alles andere als schalldicht. Wir wurden zweimal durch späte Heimkehrer geweckt.

Tolle Lage im Zentrum, Metro Station ganz in der Nähe. Cooles Ambiente, gutes Design! Unser hofseitiges Zimmer sehr klein und verwinkelt, dafür absolut ruhig. Klimaanlage sehr gut. Frühstück im Lounge-artigen BrownsBistro gleich um die Ecke unbedingt empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lhôtel est très agréable, joliement décoré.Le personnel est agréable et parle Français ou Anglais. On peut laisser les valises à la réception quand on attend la chambre ou quand on la rend.La chambre est belle, confortable, le lit est en 140 mais nous étions prévenu.Petite salle de bain.Vue sur une petite cour calme mais très moche.Excellente situation proche de la place du commerce, du métro, des rues commercantes.

I had booked a small room at Brown's Boutique Hotel via booking for me, my wife and our daughter who is three years old and can sleep in our bed. When we arrived, we found out that the room was too small for us. There was no space for unpacking the baggage and the bathroom was in the room. We slept there the first night, but then decided that we could not stay there longer
As we has paid in advance for 4 days, I told the guy at the reception that we had booked by mistake a room that was too small for us and asked if he had a larger room free we could move to by paying the extra. He told me that I had what I had paid (??), checked and there were no other rooms. Than I asked if we could get some money back if we moved out (so they could sell our room again), but he said no. As we had friends staying in an apartment, I told him that we were then moving with them, keeping the room only to store our baggage and he was ok with it (!!).
We moved out, but when I passed by again to pick up something Manuel, the manager, came to me and offered us a suite in the nearby Brown's Downtown for no extra charge. The room was very nice and far larger. So, although the first guy was annoying, they treated us very well, doing much more than what they were supposed or asked to do (the booking was our mistake in the first place). Both hotels are nice and the staff is very helpful, although not all of them

Browns Downtown is one of the most friendly and comfortably equipped hotels Ive stayed in. It has charm, its trendy, the staff are absolutely the best in offering you advice in the city, discussions of comfort, and they made us feel quite welcomed. They sent us two emails prior to check in to welcome us, including the hotel manager, accommodated a special request with flawlessness, and even had a special arramgement knowing it was out honeymoon. The bistro that is connected one shop around the corner has an amazing breakfast (English). I will stay here again.

El hotel es moderno, con todo lo que necesitas para viajar, es muy práctico y tiene una situación privilegiada, cerca del ascensor de santa justa y del metro de Chiado, restaurantes buenos y baratos justo en la misma calle, es ideal para moverte por Lisboa. Lo único a decir es el desayuno, que es carisimo, 10 euros por persona en Lisboa!! si en el bar de al lado desayunas por 2 euros!!

Hôtel plutôt bien situé. Juste derrière la place du commerce. Idéal pour aller visiter tous les quartiers touristiques du vieux Lisbonne.

Hotel joliment décoré et propre, très bien situé pour découvrir la ville. Le personnel est impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est donné dans un hôtel appartenant au même groupe, dans la même rue, mais il faut sortir. Dans la description ils disent que c'est un appart hôtel, mais une cafetière dans une chambre n'en fait pas un appartement. Le plus gros inconvénient est l'insonorisation. Le bruit de la rue passe encore, mais on entend tout ce qui se passe dans toutes les chambres environnantes ainsi que dans le couloir. Donc à éviter si vous souhaitez vous reposer.

Hotel très bien situé. Propreté exceptionnelle.
Design général très épuré. Il y a mêle un i-mac et un i-pad dans la chambre.
Par contre, l'agencement des chambres n'est pas des plus intelligents. Espaces trop exigüs.
Il faut laisser ouverte la porte de la salle de bains pour pouvoir ouvrir la celle de la douche. Et encore, l'ouvrir à moitié car elle coince contre le lavabo. Déconseillé aux personnes qui ont un peu d'embompoint. La porte de la salle de bains est coulissante et absolument pas étanche. Comme elle est juste à 50 cm du lit, si vous avez un problème gastrique votre conjoint en profite aux premières loges.
En bref: belle tentative mais largement loupée. Nius n'y irons certainement plus.

Das Hotel ist ideal für einen Städtetrip! Es liegt an einer idealen Lage (Quartier Baixa, modernes Zentrum von Lissabon) und sehr nahe an einer zentralen Einkaufsstrasse und eignet sich somit super fürs Shoppen. Frühstück gab es jeweils im separaten und nahgelegenen Browns Bistro, was uns geschmeckt hat. Personal ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit und die Hotelzimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Zimmer sind ein wenig hellhörig. Ansonsten Super Hotel, das uns sehr gefallen hat!

Die Lage ist perfekt! Meine beste Freundin und ich haben genau einmal die Metro benutzt um in ein Einkaufszentrum zu gelangen. Alles andere war zu Fuss erreichbar! Man ist mitten im Zentrum (mehr geht fast nicht) und hat Nachts trotzdem seine Ruhe. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht riesig aber genau ausreichend und sehr lecker. Man hat die Möglichkeit selbst zu kochen und hat dementsprechend auch eine grossen Kühlschrank. Ich kann das Browns Downtown für einen Aufenthalt in Lissabon nur empfehlen!

Wir wollten drei Nächte mit einem kleinen, 3 jährigen Kind in Lissabon verbringen. Dazu ist das Hotel gut geeignet, die Lage ist perfekt. Die Zimmer sind für eine Familie und das entsprechende Gepäck mit kleinem Kindern aber etwas zu klein. Wir konnten aber, nachdem wir das Problem zur Sprache gebracht hatten. ohne Probleme am nächsten Tag in ein grösseres Zimmer umziehen. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, Kitchenette, Designermöbel und IMac waren da. Sauber und in gutem Zustand war es auch, vielleicht muss man aber nicht ganz die gleichen Massstäbe wie bei uns ansetzen (Schleifspur der Tür auf dem Zimmerboden, da die Tür etwas schief hing, kleinere Stellen abgebröckelter Putz, angeschlagene Türrahmen, leere Batterie der Fernbedienung, einfach so ein paar Kleinigkeiten). Die Lobby hat uns beim ersten Besuch beeindruckt, sie sieht eher aus wie ein Wohnzimmer mit unzähligen Lampen und Sitzgelegenheiten, die alle zum Probesitzen einladen. Insgesamt war es sein toller Aufenthalt in einem guten Hotel

Der Aufenthalt im Browns Downtown hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich würde es jedem weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist Top, alles in der Nähe oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit wenn man es wünscht, der Reinigungsservice tiptop. Das Zimmer ist mit Computer, I-Pad und Fernseher ausgestattet und an der Zimmerdecke trohnt ein grosser Ventilator. Der einzige Nachteil ist dass es relativ ringhörig ist. Für mich aber kein Grund nicht mehr hin zu gehen. Einfach Ohropax mitnehmen.

Var i Lissabon på jobb, hotellets centrala läge var utmärkt för mig.Nära till allt och trevligt kvarter som lever upp efter 1800.Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Tyvärr fick jag ett väldigt litet rum med en väldigt stor säng så jag hade svårt att få plats med mitt bagage. Frukosten som man åt på ett café bredvid hotellet var en buffé som dominerades av sötsaker istället för frukostmat men det var gott och fräscht.Överlag ett bra hotell.

Die Suite ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr gute Lage. Personal ist korrekt mehr jedoch nicht. Bei Ankunft sehr freundlich.Wurden am Schluss der Übernachtungen nicht nach dem Wohlgefallen gefragt. Zimmer nicht jeden Tag gereinigt. Erst auf Bitten hin........Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel empfehlen..

In pieno centro, la zona è fantastica. Camere molto belle e dotate di computer mac e ipad. Oggigiorno poco utili ma ci sono. La tv, bella, però stranamente non prende canali satellitari. Non ha un parcheggio nemmeno convenzionato. Nel complesso, promosso a pieni voti

We took the airport bus in and the hotels is only a few blocks from the Praca do Comercio stop. The staff was very nice and very helpful. We had a superior room facing the street. I slept great, but my husband is a side sleeper and thought the bed as a bit firm. The small kitchen area is well stocked and gives you just what you need for a break in the afternoon or a pre-dinner snack. The in room computer was handy. The shower and bathroom was compact. I can only image what the size the standard rooms are. But then, Lisbon is a great city and you wont be spending too much time in your room anyway.The breakfast is set up at their sister property a few doors down. Just the perfect way to start out your day and again the staff was genuinely warm and friendly.

Un Hotel magnífic per la seva relació qualitat preu. Situat al centre històric de Lisboa. Esmorzar molt bó, però falla la comoditat del menjador (en realitat no n'hi ha)

Nice hotel the Mac and iPad or iPod idea in every room is a very unique initiative plus the hotel is in the heart of the city but still quiet, shower is a bit hard to gauge however

Nice modern rooms. Everything was clean and new. i-Pad and i-Mac in every Room, free Wifi, Coffee for free, single Kitchen with useable Stuff to cook and eat in the room. Hundrets of nice Bars and Restaurants in direct neighbourhood. Perfect location to start sightseeing tours. Only blemish was the view from the rooms window. A dark backyard.

Modern decor but still warm & welcoming. The room was clean, the staff were always ready to help, and we really enjoyed our stay. There was some noise from the street in the late morning, but it didn't bother me much (especially considering how conveniently this hotel is located).
I didn't see the point of the iPad and iMac in every room (we never used ours except to charge our phones). Breakfast is in the nearby coffee shop, which was very good (huge muffins & pastries to choose from).

Excelente hotel, limpio, moderno, de buen gusto y justo en el centro de Lisboa. Todo está a unos pocos pasos. Todas las habitaciones equipadas con ordenadores Mac de escritorio y ipad. Wifi incluido sin costo adicional. El personal de la recepción muy, muy amable. Olvide un pantalón y pasé una semana después para preguntar; lo tenían dentro de una bolsa y me lo entregaron al instante con una sonrisa. Ampliamente recomendable.
