Agência muito bem localizada, disponibiliza um serviço ao cliente coloquial, embora de modo bastante atencioso e preocupado. Pelo facto de estar situado fora de um grande centro urbano, não impõe demoras ou limitações de atendimento.

Bad service. We paid for elite categorie and the employe give us a Peugeot 208. They tell us that it was the similar car (that is not the same thing ). He didn't changed for a better car and He didn't refund us between the categories.
Be carefull and vigilent when you reserve there

Buena atención y servicio, han sido muy amables y atentos además de profesionales.
Te atienden dentro del aeropuerto y después recoges en el parking donde te explican el funcionamiento del coche y te ofrecen hasta sacarlo.
Tema precio bueno es una compañía de alquiler es cuestión de comparar.

Pessoal simpático e atencioso. Deram-me um carro novo (cerca de 700 kms), automático e muito bem equipado. Pena que foi só por um dia.

Gewohnt sehr guter Service mit netten Mitarbeitern. Alles hat funktioniert obwohl das Auto nicht reserviert war. Da kein Kleinwagen verfügbar war gab es ein kostenloses Upgrade! Eine Sitzerhöhung für Kinder ist vorhanden. Ein spezieller Kindersitz nicht.
